@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

Received a text just now pertains to be from @EE to say there was a problem processing my payment and I might lose the service ! Am not clicking in the link as I pay @EE by direct debit and they have already collected it! Scam alert

The past 2 weeks in Chessington KT9 the @EE mobile signal has dropped in and out consistently and isn’t good enough to rely upon for an entire phone call. Please let us know what is being done about this appalling, unreliable service.

@EE a loyal customer for 21 years & trying to cancel SIM only deal with channel returns but no answer to calls or the completed online form since Sunday. I took the deal on Saturday but found out the advisor didn't tell me I no longer get smart benefits. Poor service please help

@DPDgroup_news Sofia flat out told me they didn't have a contact number on file. So then I provided one. I've also had an update on the app this morning telling me that its now being delivered tomorrow. @EE Consider changing your courier service because DPD don't have a clue whats going on.
