  • dmrobertson Daniel Robertson (@dmrobertson) reported

    @MartinSLewis Easy solution don’t renew with @EE

  • zhingmaster Blahoo #FPBE (@zhingmaster) reported

    @EE with the announcement of you opportunistically bringing back roaming charges, just months after ruling them out, coming just after a terrible 2 hours speaking to your customer service, I can assure I, and a few other I know, will be looking to leave you.

  • ian_mclaughlin Ian McLaughlin (@ian_mclaughlin) reported

    @m3g4 @EE You are always free to choose another provider, but I fear they'll follow suit. I think we're broadly on the same page though, but the problem is more the (new) game than the players

  • Rotmm Darren Allez l'OM ⚪ 💙 (@Rotmm) reported

    @wavey_gravey @EE Honestly, I'm not entirely sure EE can be entirely blamed here. The reason Roaming works is because the EU forced reciprocal waiving of access to networks. If, however, EE, O2, etc are being charged by network providers in Germany, Poland, etc then those costs need passing on.

  • IamDonMorris Don (@IamDonMorris) reported

    @EE @kevinbellwood So in summary: You are using your *slightly* more affluent customers to subsidise the ones who are "in need" and upgrade your network. This isn't what we signed up for.

  • deisetrev Trevor Stone (@deisetrev) reported

    Such a shame @EE are not being true to their word and are to re introduce roaming charges in the EU. As a loyal customer of almost 20 years (joined when Orange) I will be leaving at next upgrade if roaming charges materialise.

  • kateraegan Kate (@kateraegan) reported

    @EE what’s wrong with your app, I’ve not been able to sign in for days now 😒. I know my login info is ok as I can log in through the website but prefer the app.

  • KateOflaherty Kate O'Flaherty (@KateOflaherty) reported

    @BBCNews Certainly not an incentive to join @EE as a new customer, nor a reason to stay. You'd think competitors would jump on this but I guess it's a reflection of quality not quantity from customers - ie wanting high spenders rather than loads of customers.

  • DamienHellewell Damien, The IndyCar Brit 🏁🍊 (@DamienHellewell) reported

    @MartinSLewis This is nothing short of shameful. @EE I've been a customer of yours T-Mobile for TWENTY years. If you tell me I'm going to have to pay to use my phone in the EU - somewhere I usually go to 30-40 days per year - I will not be renewing my contract.

  • m3g4 𝘾𝙃𝙍𝙄𝙎 (@m3g4) reported

    @ian_mclaughlin @EE Well by that logic, I exist to save money, so why should I fund a service that they previously were happy to offer for free? Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.
