@EE are an absolute joke can never get a signal unless you go to bottom of your street all these post going up and still nothing yet charge £300 a month for 2 x phones can’t wait until contract ends.

Friday comes. iPhone 17 Pro is on the delivery truck. Will be delivered in an hour. Refreshes page. Your consignment is being returned to @EE. Wtf? No message from EE, no notification. Called EE.

I say this as a happy customer of @EE but every year they fail to learn how to enable a simple transfer of a data account from an existing Apple Watch to a new one. Yet again, not only is this not built into the setup, their operators are not trained and ready to solve this issue.

@EE Just waited for a call and had to ring, the woman I spoke to was rude and unhelpful, called Abi I think I’m going to cancel and take to court as this has made my day awful and worrying !! Scammed and then no call then rude woman !! No good #Ee
