@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE for months now I've had problems with outgoing voice on calls and calls dropping. Probably over a year now if I'm honest. When I've contacted tech they've always said there's either no problems or on one occasion I got lossco for one month. I've been putting up with it but
