@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@PeterElson1983 @EE It’s an utterly awful experience. Went to upgrade yesterday and it gave me a new contract, new number. Had to run it again to get it to work an upgrade my line. Now I need to contact them and cancel the error order. So painful! They should close the site to new orders for now!

@EE Your network is honestly the worst network i have ever been with! Suspending accounts on the day you produce a bill with 8 days before the direct debit comes out! ill be changing network provider first thing in the morning 👍

@EE Poor customer service was told a billing issue had been resolved when BT acct moved to EE. Another email arrives advising my BT payment is late Spoken to multiple people all who say its been sorted, well it hasn't. In q for 20 mins today call answered was then dropped
