@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE I ordered a new phone on Saturday for delivery with dpd on Monday, the phone has not arrived and I cannot get hold of anyone from dpd to help, all communications just say your parcel is in the depot due for delivery Monday 20th Dec, it is not here, please help?

So @EE are accusing me of lying about calling them on a number they gave me to call and have charged me £10 for. Why would I sit on hold to a number for 90mins that wasn’t EE when I was looking for help from their tech department?!
