@EE @DrMJBunting Hi Gavin, rural EE customer here. I agree with Jane. I may get a better signal over the next week, but that is due to the extra 100,000 people descending on my area. 5G, 3G would be nice Thanks :)

@EE I don’t know what’s happened but the signal lately has been awful, my calls keep cutting out. This is extremely unhelpful when making calls for work. Customer service stated that I should use wifi calling. So now paying for a service I’m not getting. Very unhappy #fuming

@EE EE staff are very quick to blame new handsets as opposed to accepting network isnt of great quality in many locations. The dropped calls for me have been an ongoing issue. I have been through all troubleshooting guides so get it fixed.
