    @EE Brilliant customer service (and accent)from Courtney H. based in Newcastle customer services. Just switched over after years over 10 years on @ThreeUK (sorry guys there's just hardly any signal in Neath/Swansea region where EE is full bar). Amazing deal with @bluelightcard

    @EE afternoon :) I work across east London and all week my 4g signal has been bad and pages don't load, no matter where I am which is very bizarre for EE. I seem to be the only person with this issue. Any ideas?

    @EE It appears to have now resolved itself, connection has been constant today. Do you have a broadband checker tool / website where I could see these issues, or is it a case of contacting you when issues arise ?

    @EE @jrobinson17 Sorry to jump on this but your service on here is dreadful too. I have tweeted you twice and dm'd you in the last few hours and have had no response at all. Other people have had replies but literally nothing in response to my query. It's really terrible service.
