@EE I know I have had quite a few such texts they always arrive late in evening when you may be more relaxed, the reply is always to a mobile number which is wrong . Please publicise more that you will never do it

@EE Hi sarahjane, yes I have and the deal wasn’t as good. I appreciate what you say about service etc, but that’s how I feel about loyalty, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed with Ee for over 20 years! I don’t use half the benefits you mention so maybe it’s time to look elsewhere

@EE Hi there, this is day 2 of having no phone reception - my phone says Emergency Calls Only. You did provide a temp fix via dm yesterday, but why has it been over 24 hours now with this issue? Especially when I had a text saying all issues are now resolved. Thanks.

@KellyAllen01 @seatzie @EE I’ve been on SIM only EE for about 4 years now, think it started about £20 a month but over the years has crept up to £25. Unlimited mins, not sure about data but I’ve never run out and I use it a lot!

@EE is broadband down in Ct4 6dj as nothing working an 3g in the area has been a joke for years so can't even use that to run the business today
