@EE Following on from my last tweet what is the quickest way of resolving this issue as my prior network provider contract ends tomorrow and I need access to data. There is physically no way of contacting @EE without having an ee number making it impossible.

@EE I have tried the 08000798586 no. throughout the day & when I finally got through she transferred me & it just rang out & no-one answered & the woman I originally spoke to did not come back on to help. What can I do now? Please help!

@EE Miss-sold Contract, lied to. Call to complain, told team leader will call back, next day I call, told another team leader will call back, 2 weeks later, no call, I call, told my complaint was closed & told a team leader will call me in 2 hours. Guess what? No call back.

@Apple @EE just got my new iPhone 11 with a charger lead but no plug or headphone..awful behaviour from Apple for not supplying these anymore..disgusted that EE didn’t advise me on the phone when I arranged the upgrade that they weren’t included. Annoyed with customer service
