    .@BTBusiness broadband have made mistake after mistake with my account. WHY did @EE have to merge broadband services with them??? I'm THIS close to leaving as I am being charged late fees as a result of THEIR errors.

    @EE just having a ridiculous discussion with your customer service team on the phone about how my business account is categorised. Apparently if the branch makes a mistake this can't be dealt on the phone. Mad for a mobile company

    @EE complete joke. Plan increased by 15% 1 month into my contract. The in-app help team are completely useless, feels like talking to a bot even though it’s a human. Joke of a company. Should have left when I had the chance.

    @EE I have done all the reset options, I have even done a factory reset and it still doesn't help, we have had a new router and that didn't help. Your service is terrible and your customer service is even worse as your customer service agent doesn't reply to emails.

    @EE your app is awful, how can you be a UK leading network operator when customer service chat keeps losing server connection plus the grammar and attention to your customers' issues are shocking!!!

    @EE I've had slim to none mobile data signal the past two days. According to the checker there is no loss of service in my area. Any idea why this would be?
