    Hi @EE - any idea why there might be a problem with the network signal in the Newcastle NE3 area? Have one bar of signal and no 4G which is not normally a problem.

    @EE you customer service is absolutely ****! Sort out your staff. Just hanging up on the call because they are lazy or too stupid to answer simple question! Train your staff!

    in case anyone thought living in the 'first world' means everything working perfectly, I have to step outside my front door into the cold to successfully make a phone call + after 2 frustrating hours in Munich airport I discovered @EE's roaming service is purely decorative 🙃

    @EE It’s just beeping a couple of times like it’s engaged or an unrecognised number or something. I tried other numbers and it still works fine so it’s not like I’m disconnected either. I tried online and it wasn’t accepting my login details; which is a whole other hassle.

    ******* internet is pissing me off now the @EE text bot is saying it is working yet when i try to contact you via social media all i get is a generic response from a bot, my internet is still NOT working im losing my mind DM me to help me get this sorted or get complaints
