@EE Cost really isn’t everything, I’ve never had cause to go elsewhere for around 24 years. At no point was I asked what any competitors were offering, what might it required to retain my business, simply here’s the basic script, if it’s not for you, have the pac code and goodbye!

@MarcAllera hi Marc, I have sent you an email regarding the service I have received from @EE and that I am out of pocket by £1500 due a fraudster stealing a SIM card. Please could you look into this.
