    @EE hi there, I requested my PAC yesterday but haven't used it yet, however it seems like my service has been cut off. I understood I had 30 days to use my PAC and service should continue, is that not the case?

    @EE Thanks Ashleigh, that's helpful! I've not had a disconnection text, I'm getting a no service message on my phone. I'll try removing and reinserting the SIM card again and hope that sorts it - maybe it's coincidence it's happened when I requested the PAC.

    1. @EE You advert demonstrating remote AI on Snowden on TV is great. But in @Ullswater I can’t get speed much beyond Kbps! Despite all of your advertising and your fantastic level 2 guys discovering there’s an issue.
