@EE Online upgrades are not working .. a message came up this is embarrassing try again later. My daughters phone stopped working and I m just fed up with EE and the same happened last week when I tried the upgrade. There are no stores near me.

The sooner my EE contract ends the better. Sick of the agents on the chat support talking to you like you’re stupid then basically calling you a liar about texts you have apparently received. The customer service is shocking @EE

@EE In your Strand store trying to return this contract phone because I’ve been having connectivity issues! Store manager has been very dismissive and not helpful. Please help!
