@EE is the online upgrade functionality ever going to work again? My upgrade function just takes me to the shop which then shows me a broken upgrade link! I’ve tried on multiple devices! I just want to change my sim only plan to a new one!

@OpenreachHelp I am already connected @EE told me BT were cancelling my upgrade, which will cut off my internet (EE's fault) and that they spoke to you and told you not to cancel it, but you told them you couldn't I just need my net left alone until Friday That's all

@EE Part 2. Where it was going to be sorted. However now i have had nil communication apart from a text saying my complaint has een resolved and cancelled. Which doesnt seem to be the case. Tom

@EE I've had no mobile coverage over the past week in my area. I'm guessing this is due to a tower being down or something? Was wondering if someone could confirm this for me?
