So, it seems @SamsungUK do not want new customers on the @EE network 🤯 I have a Samsung handset to trade in...but as my last contract handset was an iPhone, I'm excluded from the Samsung trade-in offer. Sorry Samsung. You just lost another potential customer 👊🏻

Coming up to a week now with no EE for BN2 !! @EE what's going on and how do we get compensation for this loss of service provision that we pay for? Seems every couple of months it goes. Last time July but the length of this outage is ridiculous.

@bt_uk I was promised a call back today with an update. Instead I get a text saying instead it will be on 17th. Not good enough. I am awaiting issues resolving since 16 August. @EE customer service is far better at the moment, I may stick with them 😡

@EE you steal my credit and message me every day to say i 'need to top up' i'm sick of topping up and never being able to make a call because my credit is stolen by EE. someday EE will be able to rocket to the moon and leave the elderly on earth in tears but no more from me
