@PhysixGuy @EE @Ofcom Ofcom wont listen unless youve raised an complaint with EE, allowed them to respond. If inappropriate you them have to write an official complaint and if not resolved, request a deadlock letter. EE have 20 days to dealnwith it so not sure why you'd be contacting ofcom after 1 day

@EE tried to apply free Boost. Website option is not working to select the boost. Text request was sent but has not worked. When will this be fixed?

@EE Not my experience unfortunately. Signal is poor and intermittent. I got a phone message two days late due to lack of signal. I do animal rehab so this delay resulted in an animal dying.
