    Just got a earl to upgrade thanks to @EE waving my upgrade fee, always have incredible service from them, will definitely be looking to swap my WiFi to their 5gee plan asap from bt aswel as bt are completely un reliable

    Instead of providing DPD with the correct details when contacted by them, EE asked for our item to be returned to them. After being an @EE customer for over fifteen years did we receive a phone call, text message or email to tell us there was an issue with the order?

    What I would consider basic customer service? Of course not. So here we are, spent over TWO HOURS on the phone to @EE to be told “oh well, try again when the next batch comes out” , this response simply is not good enough.

    @EE @EhrgeizTV Thanks David. However, the point I am making here, is that I DO have one of those 'certain phones' to trade-in. I have a shiny Samsung Note10+ in my hand. But as a previous iPhone customer, I am excluded from the offer. It's done and dusted now. I've moved on 👍🏻😎

    @bt_uk I was promised a call back today with an update. Instead I get a text saying instead it will be on 17th. Not good enough. I am awaiting issues resolving since 16 August. @EE customer service is far better at the moment, I may stick with them 😡
