@EE Not even an apology for the issues with the network yesterday, they didn't even take responsibility or admit there was an issue. Total lack of responsibility and customer service and you have the gawl to put prices up. Disgusting!!😡

@EE I can now make and receive phoncalls today but there wasn't any issues listed by EE even though down detector was saying there was no network coverage for EE so hoping the network is back fully working now

Nice to read in my email that despite @EE always being down/ having outages, they are increasing my bill and all phone lines and add-ones by 14.4%!!! (In line with inflation PLUS 3.9% for good measure) what a joke. Can’t wait to leave once my contract is up.Heard of COL crisis?
