@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE please help, transferred from PAYG to PAYM. Called this evening as the sims had not swapped over and still showing as PAYG. Was told this would be done whilst on phone, instead both sims have been cut off therefore I have no Mobile (can what’s ap and email through Wi-Fi only)

@EE Finally managed to speak with someone via the App who then couldn’t really offer anything better than the standard webpage offers. I was hoping for better as a long standing customer but was a waste of time tbh. Looks like I’ll just see put my current deal and move provider.
