@EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@chrisloneragan @EE The closer you are to the site the worse signal you will get. Depending on how long you’ve had the problem and if other people had same issues, might be signal issues nearby causing congestion

@EE What is going on with your service? My BB has been out most of the day. Tried to speak to someone - message saying the office is closed!! Finally managed to follow new "visual" service and still waiting for advisor to call. Not known anything like it in years as a customer.

@EE Your phone lines are down it says “thanks for calling our offices are now closed”!!!! It’s 2pm and I need to speak with someone please about these errors on an upgrade I did just earlier with an advisor. Email has extra products in that I didn’t ask for!

@EE awful customer service! I placed an order over a week ago, paid an upfront cost, now it has been cancelled as the website had a mistake on it?! Apparently they don’t have a complaints system or contact either? Please contact me about this. Thanks
