    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE My friend's mobile has rarely had a signal since he moved in Feb. After many calls to EE, he's now had a landline installed which was due to be activated yesterday. The line's still dead. EE wont discuss with me. My friend has to ring...HOW?????

    @EE I got a new sim as recommended by someone I store bcos my phone signal and internet keep fully going off and I have to turn aeroplane mode on and off to reboot it but my phones still doing it with the new sim, what should I do :( ?

    @EE having issues redeeming my Apple Arcade and Apple TV Smart Benefits. Says I’ve already redeemed the codes (I did have a plan with these included before) a few years ago, but they’re no longer active. Any ideas?
