@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@Ofcom you have have to ask @EE what the bloody hell is going on,there are thousands of us asking them on twitter what is wrong as there are thousands of no mobile Internet complaints & they are responding with "we are not aware of any issues in your area" clearly there is

@EE you wifi is down but because of Facebook being down you can't take calls. What a piss poor excuse. Facebook does not provide my 5g, you do. Might be helpful if could speak to someone today to fix, not tomorrow. unless your going to refund the down time

I am not one of the special ones to get a reply from @ee. Even a bloody stupid one like I have been seeing. The're still not publicly admitting there is a widespread data issue. Been 2 hours now and I really wanted to finish work by now not string it out for another 2 hours
