    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE I have a broadband account with you, but no mobile account. Your phone line keeps hanging up on me. I need to amend my contract for work purposes. How to I connect with you. Very frustrated customer!

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @virginmedia You offered me a £1 discount against my monthly bill... As a new customer I would pay 1/3 the price (around £40 less). If I ask to remove my phone or TV packages, you increase the price. What's to discuss? Its disgusting pricing behaviour... I'm now looking at a @EE 5G router.

    @ee absolute show guys!! I’m abroad and your network isn’t sending me any verification codes which is screwing ne using my cards snd returning home because I can’t do my passenger locator form….causing me a load of anxiety so surf it and I’ll be changing to a decent network 😡😡

    @James_Robbo_PGA @EE James your life must really suck, complaining about not have a phone signal abroad, your a golf snob mate, you drive an Austin Martin and you obviously work hard for it, I'm not knocking that, but give it a break about no phone signal buddy.

    @EE Have to say that was 30 minutes utterly wasted - others are better off calling 150 to sort out issues rather than use DM 🙄 Would seriously be easier if EE Social Media team simply admit when things are beyond their capability from the outset.

    @James_Robbo_PGA @EE Have you tried switching it off and on again... But seriously, check your APN settings... Mine decided to delete themselves when I went abroad and it was the last thing the network tried when I was on their support chat.

    @EE Hiya, my Mom is on pay as you go and you recently sent her a new SIM card as her old one was damaged. It’s same number but for some reason some people can call her/ text others are getting a busy tone or texts aren’t going through. Can you help at all please?

    @EE just letting you and your followers know how disappointed I am at having to cancel my £10 for 10G monthly contract with you after 4 days. Totally unclear that you don't allow customers to increase data allowance for 6 months.
