Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE So I never received the 6 pro on release date like I was told I would. Why have you oversold this phone?? I took time off work to make sure I could receive it and now I'm being told it could be up to 2 weeks until it's delivered
