@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Scratch this, it has behaved again since. It was YouTube, had an update this afternoon to firmware. No internet issues, seems clunkiness of speed is phone feature. I'll have to stick with it, I don't think I can return for these reasons.

@EE need help with roaming data in the USA.. on ee app I get normal usage but I’m in the USA and the charges to buy data are expensive
