@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE after ringing discussing and ordering a sim for my teen to have phone for emergency calls to us- ee sent us a data only sim_ it's a phone ! They are for making calls!!! Now we discovered its impossible to cancel outside of 9_5mf _buck your ideas up

@VodafoneUK just had a text claiming to be for you confirming I'd requested a network unlock code, despite being with @EE for past three years. Is this an error or some sort of attempted fraud?

@EE hi, I set up a 24mth contract with ee then changed my mind within the 14day cooling off period. I got charged £200. Tried calling but after getting through to the right person they hang up (twice). Don’t have the fortitude for another round of your phone system. Pls help!

@EE Is anyone else having issues with visual voicemail not working? I’ve missed a few important calls and they’ve been unable to leave voicemails. I’ve done everything to get it to work and it just won’t 😩

@EE Got the response. It was entirely pointless. Generic and glib. Allegedly, East Croydon and Clapham are areas you struggle to cover. No issues on a beach in Crete when coverage was provided by another company....
