@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE I have only now accessed Twitter. What does that tell you? Your attitude is rude, and arrogant. You insult me, assuming that I am thick. You won't apologise, you'll sneer 'sorry you feel that way' as a dismissal. EE are toxic, just like all the mobile networks. You DO nothing.

@EE I purchased a Go Further package to use my data in the US. I've arrived and I can't enable my roaming on MyEE account or use any mobile network for data or texts and calls.

@EE bought an iPhone 13 pro and Apple Watch. Apple Watch having spoken to customer support hasn’t been setup correctly so I need to return it. Not happy at all. I’ll be without a watch for weeks whilst the return and re-order is processed. For YOUR issue. Worst first impression

@EE I'd thought they would want to really provide minimal service to my broadband but they aren't. The whole of upstairs on the WiFi is about 30-40mb. I'm paying £55 alone for for the 900mb fibre. I'm not getting the service promised by my contract so why should I have to pay 2 leave
