@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE I left EE nearly 2 years ago to join Vodafone as this mast then was down all the time. A lad I work with was having the same issue and I thought surely, it been 4 years in total you must have fixed it but obviously not. And @Tarzyroo is having an issue also!

@EE looks like you in-store ID scanning service for sim replacements is down. Any ETA on that? Fuel is not cheap and widely avaialable now so need to know as I am in MIlyon Keynes shop atm.
