    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE is there a reason why every time I try to add an accessory to my plan it tells me I have to pay full price? I never pay late I have had up to 3 accessories in the past, all fully paid but I town’s let me add another?

    @EE On the day the iPhone 12 came out upgraded to a 5G plan and never had a good 5G speed. 4G has always been 2-3 times faster than 5G

    @EE Worst EE reception , despite constantly persistently complaint no solution at all but next day complain is closed as it all solved and happily after. Desperately waiting for contract over so I can move to Three.
