Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@bethanct @EE Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @zems_ins by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@EE when is the 4G going to sorted In the NR30 5XF area please? On a family holiday with young kids and little to no data service. So slow or times out. Other guests here having same problem and can see on the app that you are aware of yhe issues.. thanks.

@LoverOfTechBA @EE I'm so disappointed on my s22ultra battery, I'm thinking buying a Powerbank to have with me because this battery is so bad. Everybody hyping up this new snapdragon chip but you prove it's the same as always.
