@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@Demetriiuz @EE It’s crazy isn’t it. They make adverts saying they care about their customers and having the best service they can get. People struggling in the world now they’ve got to pay extra £10 a month for the same service. Crazy. Null and void the world I reckon

In Miami USA, no signal despite paying for roaming pass in the UK, cannot text, cannot call, no data, all settings ok. Will be cancelling contract. Poor!! @EE

@EE my signal has been gone ALL DAY. Can’t make calls and can’t recieve call unless on Wi-Fi. I need this sorted asap.
