    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    Half in the morning (target mara pace +10- 20%). Then back to @EE. Hopefully get it fixed or cancel my contract. I'm a lorry driver, I can't exist without Google maps and such.

    @palacejohn @EE I have to agree they are useless at the minute they also commit fraud setting new lines up on your contracts and then covering it up. Ongoing complaint again 15 years loyal service and 10 with orange #timetomoveon

    @EE The issue: not being informed of the changes. Loyally buy a product every week for over 6 years and the company give no prior warning it will no longer be available = problem. Already purchased credit for the next 11 packs - wouldn't have if I'd known.

    My head is battered. Changed to @EE 4 days ago, did everything tech support said, been back to the shop twice, got a different SIM card, still no mobile data. Can only get internet over wi-fi. Spent last few hours reading about APN settings and watching YouTube vids. Nope. Wtf?

    @EE So much of a service advertised as 'next day'! Yesterday I was told a new phone would be with me today (Sunday) by DPD, I don't have any email advising me of what time. Do you have access to this information?

    @EE Hey all, there's a service problem in my area that has been going on now for best side of seven weeks - is there any update you can provide on this as it's severely impacting things having no signal unless connected to my router.

    @virginmedia no broadband in KT8 since yesterday lunchtime and fix ETA of 4pm today, not good enough. No-one on our street using @SkyUK has these continual drops in service, and we never had full outages with @EE either, just slow speeds, so why should we stay with you?
