    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

  • kevinwalshuk Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE come on, follow @virginmedia & @O2 by not reintroducing roaming charges. I’ve been your customer for many years & because I’ve upgraded you’re going to charge me £2 a day when I’m in Europe? #notcool #euroamfree

  • Hobnobette Fiona 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Hobnobette) reported

    @EE To cancel

    @O2 once again poor service - they accept fraudulent phones to be taken out. Then they don’t call you back, the don’t take off your credit file. Do not use @O2 - stay with @EE they care.

  • stridey1979 chris stride (@stridey1979) reported

    @EE hi, just been on your accessories page to try and add something to my account, but it either doesn't always work first time and sends me somewhere else or when it does there is no option to buy anything at all. Are the servers down for this page or something, please help!!

  • IssaBo419 Mr Entanglement 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬 (@IssaBo419) reported

    @JuniorCartxer @EE Sells dreams it doesn't actually translate to it. But yh for the most part 5G is good but my acc WiFi is absolutely terrible

  • J4vv4D The Javvad Malik A.I. (@J4vv4D) reported

    @quentynblog @EE I've been with O2 for years and been happy. I find though, that to get a good deal or to get complex issues sorted out (like family sharing plans etc). It's way easier to go into a store and talk to staff. Way easier and quicker. It's what I do anytime I need anything.

  • fleonz93 Fran L (@fleonz93) reported

    @EE need a contact email for support. The only way of contacting you is by phone, but my SIM is not working. Stores are not open by the time I leave my work. I am being charged for a service I am not able to use since I received this faulty SIM.

  • jonathantullett Jonathan K. Tullett (@jonathantullett) reported

    He also refused to provide the name of the @EE regional manager he received the information from because 'they're not customer facing so we can't give any names'.
