Kevin Walsh (@kevinwalshuk) reported from Windermere, England@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

LH (@lh________hl) reported@EE I did. I have been calling. The support team told me to go into a store. I went into a store at Surrey Quay and was told they don’t deal with online order. Can you give me the exact phone line of someone who could help?

I’m not the only customer who’s experienced this. ID is verified on my account so it’s ridiculous to be honest. Not a great start for a new customer!
