@EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE @fant1345 Why should the customer have to deal with DPD? They have entered into a contract with yourselves and it isn’t their fault you use a company not fit for purpose. EE should sort, DPD should lose customer and customer should get item they have probably overpaid for SORTED

@EE changed from normal Internet to fibre broadband, now nothing but trouble. Called three times and three times it will get fixed story. Nothing happens. Don’t use EE if you want proper customer service.!!

@EE Hi EE, my phone + SIM contract ended on 2 Nov 2025. I’ve since been charged £94 for Nov and £94 for Dec and told I can’t cancel or pause the account unless I pay the disputed balance, with charges continuing monthly. I was also told the agent was the “final decision.”

@fant1345 @EE Never ever had,an issue with DPD you get an hour delivery slot & can pretty much track the van to the minute to your front door
