    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    Absolutely awful customer service from @EE . Ive complained about the phone and #4G signal in south Cumbria but im just ignored. Can @Ofcom help me please .

    @EE I have a broadband account with you, but no mobile account. Your phone line keeps hanging up on me. I need to amend my contract for work purposes. How to I connect with you. Very frustrated customer!

    @jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

    @EE It doesn’t! Why is it so difficult for me to speak to a human being? If I DM you my phone number, could somebody call me? If not, then I’ll just cancel. I’ve had enough if this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years then it’s not worth me staying with you.

    Ordered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.

    @EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.

    Hey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.

    @EE @EE this afternoon I've tried your WhatsApp help - the bot kept going round in circles and wouldn't put me through to anyone. Now I've tried 150 and it's a 20 min wait time

    Is it normal for @EE staff to knock on doors at 730pm and ask if u are a ee broadband customer and that work will be carried out over the next 3 weeks? We are not EE customers. Wouldn't have she had known this. Shouldn't we get a leaflet saying our broadband may get affected?
