@EE on hold for 25 mins trying to sort out upgrade tonight. Third night in a row. Ironically the tape says “EE is committed to excellent customer service”. Not my experience 😡😡

@EE Tried your text service that was a pain. It asks you to validate yourself and when you do it asks you to login, this I did and it took my to the my ee page for online upgrades. I had to login to my ee then click on the link from 150 to get it to work. Your IT is abysmal.

@EE Hi Helen, I spoke to someone from customer services, who has tried to add the pack. They told me to turn my phone off and on again, and that the pack would be automatically added. It wasn’t but my credit was taken. The next two times I called customer services they hung up on me.

@EE Unbelievably stunned by the lack of service of @EE. Bad communication, bad service, bad products.... Really wondering how a company like this is still on the market wirh a service like that. Awful experience and would not recommend to ANYONE!

@EE Hi Marc I’ve just been diagnosed with M S and have asked one of your manager to call said they will call in two hours no response, issue is I need to change my smartwatch and I’m being charged over £200 but I’m not changing it as a fashion statement.
