    @EE on hold for 25 mins trying to sort out upgrade tonight. Third night in a row. Ironically the tape says “EE is committed to excellent customer service”. Not my experience 😡😡

    @EE Well I've not been made aware of this help and that doesn't answer why EE feel it's OK to up there tariff in these uncertain times !! We are paying for 3 lines and are both Furloughed but need all 3 lines , can't reduce the tariff but thanks EE for costing us more money

    @EE hi. Just joined yesterday and got the limited time 120GB plan for 20£. Once paid ; the plan has changed to 160GB for 20£.... is there a way to upgrade for free to this one? Or cancel and re-purchase a sim? It hasn’t been activated yet

    @ee hi there, my iPhone had a meltdown last night and I’ve had no choice but to factory reset. The cloud hasn’t stored messages and I’ve lost all my messages from my Nan who died. I’m devastated to lose these. Is there any way EE can help me please? 😢

    @Deankop1 @EE I'm with EE too... have been since it was TMobile and for some reason I keep staying yet never receive any decent service or discounts. Maybe best to cut your losses and go elsewhere.

    @EE worst customer service. Took money from my account after cancelling my account! Hung up on and then major breech of data protection.

    @EE really struggling with slow 2.4ghz band broadband. 5ghz seems ok but I have various devices that won't connect to 5ghz. Can you help? LN2 area.
