@EE Also I pay extra to get add ons on my contract, one of which is crucial to me is the roaming pass. I work abroad and every single country I visited, i may as well just use Wi-Fi. Terrible internet connection. Waste of time

I’ve been with @EE for years but I just can’t justify the price of my contract any more, especially when a new customer gets the same phone for a fraction of what I’m being charged!

@ee stop stealing money from my account for a service I cancelled over 2 months ago and have told you twice. Also give Simon some customer service training! And give me back my money!

Mobile phone network providers are a racket. Half the time I don’t have 5G signal in the middle of London but @EE deems it necessary to charge me inflation +3.9% extra every March for no apparent reason.

@EE The signal has gone again in the SA70 area. Is there a major issue that I need to be concerned about as this is seriously affecting business?

@EE My 3G connection has been down since yesterday. I spent much of the day yesterday struggling to get it to connect, and when it did, I couldn't access the internet. Today I can get to connect, but only for a minute or two before cutting out. Could you please investigate?

@EE I pay for two high contracts accumulating near £170 plus your broadband which is £35 and my contract run out months ago and it strikes me that customer service in this area is pretty disgraceful.
