@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

@EE How long does @btsport take to activate? I waited 2 days, didn’t work, called up yesterday lunchtime, re set up, and still not working. Any ideas please?

Just when you think @O2 has gone a good month without an outage of no signal at all and no 4g ........ We get an outage!! Sort it our o2 this is not worth a 3.4% price increase to our bills! It’s more worth me changing to @EE when my contract is up!!!

Congratulations @EE that’s a full month today with NO broadband, being pushed from pillar to post and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Finally having to resort to naming and shaming on social media to see if someone cares?
