@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE I am abroad in the US. Have paid for the added £25 to use my package abroad but I am unable to send or receive texts or make phone calls despite my data roaming being on. How can I fix this? This is a bad service.

@EE Stupidly, after goodness knows what Apple update, roaming isn’t under mobile data, but now under ‘sims’ and then the correct sim. All working now, thankyou for you help!

@EE I can’t believe I’m having to write yet another complaint after speaking with one of your customer service people this morning who said it was all under control I would get the refund that’s owed three hours later. I get an email to say my complaints been closed joke !!!!!!

@EE The government claimed there would be one test. Vodafone devices received one test. I have received three today and multiple alerts at the last test. Clearly the problem here sits with @ee network.
