From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.
