    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor

    @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

    @EE Fair enough - is there a customer support email address you can point me in the direction of? I point blank refuse to sit and listen to a recording telling me how busy you are for 40 minutes.

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @EE @SuzJamieson Has it occurred to EE that people don’t have time to sit holding on in the vain hope that someone might speak to them? I binned EE years ago because they were awful and expensive

    @EE why is 5G so slow in my area NE23, usually get 30mb not exactly the 5G+ experience you say. And yes I’ve reported this and you say there’s no issues and it’s on our phones and not just one device

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension
