@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

Internet via @EE down in the north west. Manchester and surrounding areas are a hotspot. Reports of phone coverage down intermittently. Problems first reported at approximately 3pm.

@EE I’ve checked my account via the app and it looks ok. I can see the roaming add on. I’ll have to sort any issues out when I get back but for now everything seems in order…👍🏻

@EE Can someone answer the DM? I am unable to make calls from Greece despite roaming being on. Your system is blocking my calls out. I can’t contact you. The community forum says this is a common problem when people go abroad despite roaming being on.

@EE I have a complaint being looked at after being over charged and on Tuesday was told 2-3 days for a call back, it’s now sunday and not heard anything and ee still have my money

@EE Not available. Will not allow sign in and those in Turkey and Greece are unable to make calls out despite roaming on. You are not answering tweets or Direct Messages and are leaving people stranded unable to arrange travel back to U.K. @Ofcom @EE
