    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE I'm having issues with my internet for some reason. Is there any issues going on in certain areas? My hub keeps flashing orange and everything is connected.

    Still no home internet connection from @EE On Thursday at 14:45 they said it will be back on within the hour. A further call they said by the evening. Friday they said it will be back on in 4-6 hours. It's now Saturday. Are customer service colleagues encouraged to tell untruths?

    @EE hi i just swapped from damage cover to full cover for phone insurance and on my app it stil only shows as damage cover how long will it take to update

    @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

    @andrewmacdowall @EE I find @spusu good. Same EE network, but customer service via WhatsApp with a few hours delay. Payment terms much better than EE too.
