    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE are there network issues in the DG12 area? I've had no data signal all day & barely enough signal to make calls.

    @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

    @EE This was useless went into a text loop with a diagnostic BOT 😳, I say it’s the actual phones (instruments) are disconnected. BOT says your line is working well what’s the problem I repeat the answer the BOT repeats the question. On and on and on .. help please

    @EE your customer service is a shambles I have been passed from pillar to post on a corporate/small Business account now for over an hour and a half….shambles 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 DONT USE THEM FOR SMALL BUSINESS OR CORPORATE DEALINGS

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Let’s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like they’ve been lobotomised.

    @JPMIDB @EE Mines been down since about 10am, phoned em up and apparently I’ve got no data no calls or texts either and I’m on unlimited everything yet I can use Data without WiFi so there’s defo issues lol

    Is it just me or does @EE payment service never seem to work? Every month it’s the same issue and I have to call like it’s 2006 and spend 20 mins just paying my bill!

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
