@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

@EE My Apple Watch now says I have no data plan with EE. When I tried to select it under the Watch it says it’s not compatible with my Watch all of a sudden? Called 150 and recorded message says no one is available to help fix?

@EE how long does it take to resolve a technical query!! waiting since 12th January, all I get is text messages every few days “Hi, we are still investigating your issue” no call backs I still don’t have access to my account & can’t gift data on a family plan! #shocking service!

@mitchthompson @EE That’s disgusting from EE they tried to get £5 a month from my miss saying her old pack has ended then cut her call time and data down but my miss is on the same pack she’s had for years yet you can still buy this pack wow ee are con-artist.
