    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged ยฃ25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service Iโ€™ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. Heโ€™s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @EE since Monday, I have used the text service as told only way to report issue. Everytime I get โ€œ We are testing and all looks fineโ€โ€™ reply from me Broadband speed is half of guaranteed speed, reply ASSISTANCE for further help, 3 days no help. Call to cancel to be told I will have to settle contract, even though you arenโ€™t meeting your promises, never again

    @EE Hi, my mother has been trying to get through to your customer service all morning with no luck. Sheโ€™s disabled and is struggling to find the correct number/option to speak to someone. Would it be possible for someone from your team to contact her, please? Weโ€™d really appreciate the help. Thank you.

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!

    Hey @EE how do you actually speak to a human to resolve a fault!!! Been waiting over 2 hours for someone to help fix my broadband issue... pretty poor customer service
