    @EE are there network issues in the DG12 area? I've had no data signal all day & barely enough signal to make calls.

    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

    How many elderly R victims of #financialabuse by telcos like @EE & have money being debited every month for services they’ve been upsold by nefarious sales teams that they never use? It happened 2 me and I bet it’s happening 2 your gran 2. Check in with your elders #grubbythieves

    @EE Today’s the day when I’m being switched over to you from Plusnet. My internet service has indeed been switched off by Plusnet…but I’ve had no email from you about when and how to connect my new hub. Can you help?

    @EE Yes, I have just made a complaint in regards to this. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.
