@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

@EE And yet you still can't get a signal in Newcastle on match day. You could with @O2 though. Over 5 years and still a problem. Shame @O2 's deals are rubbish.

@EE @rhys_rd19 @ThespenceUK you are investing in your own pockets, not in infrastructure...there's no cell service in Streatham Hill for more than a year, and nothing is been done about it

@EE I (and neighbours) have tried multiple broadband providers including EE, VF, TalkTalk .. all are shockingly poor due to old copper infrastructure that OpenReach seem incapable of updating. 5g is my only hope. So .. when? DM me and I will provide my location

@EE I had two excellent years with you guys. Contacted customer service on the 5th. Was told I need to come back on the 7th to go pay as you go. Contacted them today.... There is a charge of £12 something ...unless I conact you people again on the 20th. which is my end date.

Dear @EE, is it meant to take 24hrs to transfer data from one phone to another when there's only apps left on my old phone?! Been sat at 64.3% transferred since 10am this morning. This is my second attempt at trying to get my apps across, but it's so slow using the WiFi.
