@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE Interesting. Well 2/3 of my charge relates to the phone itself so that needn't increase at all - he initial charge was calculated for full repayment. The rest is networks/service and that bit has therefore gone up 45%. Do you have a link to your 45% increase in investment?

Hi @EE - 360 told me this morning they couldn't help me and should go into my local store. I just went in and told them my issue and they told me, (actual words), that they 'didn't believe me' and that 'I should have noticed sooner.' Need to rectify ASAP, where do I go from here?

@EE Wi-Fi calling is useful, but it’s not reliable. There are times when it stops working. The lack of mobile signal in my village has been raised many times by many people. It’s not just EE. Yet nothing is done. You raise your prices, but can’t give me a basic service at home.

@EE That sounds like a you problem doesn't it @EE - you're a private company not a charity or a state. If you have business expenses then they're you're to cover. My personal expenses have gone up, so is it ok for me to drop my EE payments mid contract? No course not... @EE Crooks.
