@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

@EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

@EE Turquoise/ blue and not flashing. As far as the router is concerned it is connected. However all devices can’t connect to the internet. It sounds like a DNS issue to me but I’ve tried different DNS servers including my own with no luck. Everything from the TV to iPad are down

@EE why am I being told different things by different members of staff at EE??? I was told my bill would be less if I traded in my old IPhone, I was sent a text to say my phone had been received by EE but now I’m being told that EE have never received my old phone?!

@EE Hours spent this afternoon trying to sort my phone, another hour tonight on to tech support to deduce my new phone won’t read my sim, while arranging delivery of a new handset the chat closes me out & now I can’t get back in! Paying for a phone & package I can’t even use

@EE My issues are with the service my days they never listen then leave u in a mess & say sorry there's nothing we can do about it, send me phone in a day & to return it it takes 14 days to send a bag out 🤬

@EE Good morning - we’ve had a 4GEE 200GB home router at our caravan since ~2017. It’s fab but had little use during 2020 for obvious reasons. We’ve just back but terrestrial TV broken on site so using lots of data. Any chance of reinstating any of our unused 200GB over past 12mths?
