    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

    @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

    @EE im not a customer & dont feel comfortable giving my surname & date of birth. Especially as EE was fined for data breach & by ofcom millions of pounds. I will give person who claims to live at my address their account number, my address as they claim to live here & my phone #

    Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

    @EE I have spent considerable time attempting to resolve this matter through @EE customer service and complaints channels. I was given clear assurances had been handled but EE have not acted on their advisors agreements and gone against agreements received by EE representatives.#EE

    @EE credit where’s it’s due, EE staff, both call centre and online help, sorted me out a treat with my holiday coming up, actually got told that as a loyal customer they’re happy to look after me! #refreshingtohear
