    @EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

    @EE have no date and very limited phone signal since storm arwen on 27th November... your site says you are aware of the issue and should be resolved within 16hrs... its been saying that for 12 days and there are no updates... I have already messaged you

    If dying from cancer wasn't enough, @EE are making me jump through hoops to cancel a sim card I called up and cancelled 12 hours after ordering because the original EE representative didn't actually cancel it.

    @astrochunly @EE Would wish to be as simple, here every department is pointing the finger at another department to get a nice closed circle... Great for me as a customer.

    @EdNurse3 @EE It’s a back order problem, my said up to 21 days and I order on 1st of December (blue,128gb) but I phoned up ee couple days later and asked to got for the 256gb blue because it said 7 days and I couldn’t be asked to wait so they upgraded me for free, and I got it today.

    @EE No signal, no 4G, nothing. We can’t get landline broadband here, we all rely on 4G for home internet here.

    Does ANYONE at #EE @EE ACTUALLY BOTHER TO RESPOND - I can’t phone or receive normal texts on my phone for 2 days now which is now causing me issues logging back into my PayPal as they send texts or call HUGELY FRUSTRATING an UPDATE would be great THANKS
