@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE It's bad enough I toyed with returning the S22U as it's a complete Donkey compared to the S21U. I am hoping I don't have a lemon and that all the issues will be sorted with OTA updates

@petermjohns @EE Thanks. I usually don’t have any issue with EE customer service (phone+broadband), but I honestly don’t contact them much. I will be shopping around though for definite. Especially after price increase. Needs to be high speed fibre though
