@EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

Shame on @EE Ealing who couldn’t be bothered to help my husband when he upgraded is his old iPhone 7. The staff treated him as an inconvenience and he now has a phone he didn’t want and can’t operate. #youllbeoldoneday

@EE Please can I let you know a young Man called David worked so hard to fix my problem and good on him he fixed it. I sadly missed his call to day to say he hoped it was fixed and so needed to say a big THANK YOU YOU NEVER GAVE UP I am very happy and appreciate all you did.

Service intentionally so that you give in a buy data packs. It completely irresponsible. Their broadband routers are substandard compared to BTs. I am instructing my lawyer to bring @EE up on charges of market tamering, maneuvering and false advertising. Also looking for anyone

Ee wifi, @EE is a complete sham. They got £10 out of with the promise of a BT WiFi service. The signal, though full...cuts out every 5 minutes on all devices. How did the BT and ee wifi merge without Mp intervention? Ee is mobile data provider, they'll give you bad broadband

@EE why is your coverage so poor compared to @ThreeUK at the @SilverstoneUK Grand Prix? It’s impossible to find friends and sours the incredible job this circuit does with the BRDC to put on this event.
