@EE Yes. There is nothing they can do. They have tried everything. Smart disc things the lot. Yet I still get charged £25 for the part time service. Plus @EE wouldn't even help me out with a little extra data for 2 days in hospital! #cruel

@EE @EEHelpdesk Just wanted to say impressed I am with the service I’ve received from EE since switching over. From the service in store getting my handset in Dumfries, to coming off the phone to Gary at your technical support line. He’s a legend and was a pleasure to speak to!!

@EE Dumfries has no service, I am missing important calls and messages, I've trying to contact someone about my contract as I cannot have this with a large family who need to contact me. How do I get out of my contract?????

@EE We (my daughter and I) currently don’t have any mobile data at all yet network checker says everything is okay. It can’t be both of our phones at fault so it has to be an ee technical fault

So I’ve bought a new iPad which requires an eSim. I already have physical data SIM card for my old iPad. It’s a QR code which apparently cannot be emailed (only god knows why not) So @EE are charging me £1.50 to post it. Best network winner apparently. What a rip off.

@EE how can I contact to return a router. Arranging this remotely so need a bag sent to address but EE provides no ability to contact them. No email, chat or working number (always 'temporarily unavsilable') Worst customer service I've come across.

Yet again I find myself wondering how @ee have won Britain's best network 11 years running. Finally managed to sort out a new phone and contract after three weeks but they've added ScamGuard - a service that costs money - without actually asking me first

@EE beyond belief just how bad EE is. Been trying for 3 days to get my PUK code as yhe appalling website is unable to display it, so far today have spent 47 minutes waiting to speak to a rep, I thought if you click the thinking of leaving options then it may be prioritised.

I’ve had a mobile phone contract with @EE going back as far as the Orange network but switching to EE broadband has been a nightmare. Let down by sales then customer services. Avoid EE

@EE you lot are *************** 1st my house phone don’t work and you lose my original number and now the broadband went down for 2 hour maintenance 10 hours ago, can’t access **** all because 5g coverage is non existent in my area
