    @EE Been a customer of yours for over 14 years and the last 2 years have been horrendous when it comes to Coverage. I now have very little phone service at home which is very frustrating. But not simply my phone. My wife and daughters phone both have the same issues.

    @EE what’s the point in yr Cust supp? Called Friday only to be told to call my car’s manufacturer. Only when I referred to same issue previously handled by EE did yr person help He left it with an email for me to contact him direct on Monday if it persists It did persist……

    would port after a very long period of time, the quickest way, according to @ee was to shut that account down and start up another, which was done. What wasn't done properly was preventing the system from slapping me with an £800 early termination charge
