@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE love seeing that my bill has gone up by £7 this month moving forward. Not like we havnt got enough price increases with petrol and gas and electricity. This is how you treat loyal customers. I’ll be going to 3 from now on.

@EE left in Dec after worst customer exp Evr had- 8hrs on phone getting wrong advice after wrong advice from ur staff- now found out been paying for a tablet for 15mths which never worked a ruined Santa present - and apparently I have to keep paying bc u don’t have record of receipt

@JoeBaguley @jonhoneyball @EE I was just about to say EE as I added a line and I am sure they offered eSIM but the device I was using it in didn’t support it. Their customer service was excellent the other week and maybe worth a call

@EE I’m unable to get through to yourselves on the phone via the app & by the contact number on Google, it is just saying call failed, is there an issue on your side

@ee despite texting 'ROAMING' to 150 from the UK it appears I have bought the most expensive paperweight there is. Phoning your call centre with someone else's phone and you just press lots of menu buttons and wait ages and hang up. My phone is a @huawei

@EE Tried to login but all I get is white blank pages. On both of my computers and all browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox!) and I have even cleared the cookies and cache too 😪
