@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE Hi I left you I sept. You confirmed I could cancel my direct debit and that I didn’t owe any balance. Today (15.11.25) I have received a letter (dates 7.11.25 - which I suspect you have backdated) saying there is an outstanding balance. It’s not possible to contact you.

Just had some shocking customer service from @EE - simply wanted to cancel a PAYG sim - person didn't seem to know what to do and wanted to 'speak to their manager... doubt I'll be back...

@EE I have reported every issue and nothing ever gets done. Seems to be a different issue every other day. What’s the point in customers paying for contracts if we can’t use our phones?

@EE bought a WiFi pass have not been able to get on at all. Rubbish, have messaged but no response, can I have my money back as you have not provided the service as promised?
