@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@ChrisBramm @EE You do know Wifi Calling isn’t calls over wifi and all it does is help your network connection for better quality calls? Can’t blame a network for your own incompetence pal

@EE hi. I’ve had issues with not having replacement SIMs arriving in the post. If I was to buy a pay as you go SIM could that be changed over to my contract as the number I’m currently unable to use?

@DeCM__ @EE The services have dropped over the years, I've been with them for 10 years and the exec team hung up when I challenged them. Even lied to the ombudsman no such conversation happened even though the call recording is there. The Company is ok just the odd bad apples ruin it all
