    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @r2ph @EE Having to talk to any company on the phone is hard enough with Long Covid, let alone when they force you to listen to anything you don’t need to hear. My phone co did what I needed to but the agent was working in a house being renovated, so drilling and hammering down the line 🤯

    @EE But you just turned it off without informing the customer who DO use it (like me). Third party apps I have to pay for, and don't integrate nicely with the phone. Utterly ridiculous decision and utterly appalling way of treating customers.

    @EE massive THANK YOU!!! Mike from Manchester @EE after trying to leave @EE since Sept, he is the only person to help as EE was going to cut my number off, like did my sons,I have finally left EE 🍾🥂 if only Mike from Manchester was the 1st person, the 🤡's before him were 💩 x

    @EE shocking service! Ordered an Apple Watch S6. No information from courier regarding delivery so call ee, they say that it is going to be delivered but it will be an SE not a series 6! Even though I signed a document which has S6 on it!! Why can’t you get things right!!!!

    @EE nothing. same as with wifi. the "wireless update" cant connect online but nothing else will. as I said, thats NOT the issue. shes being charged for picture messages when she hasnt sent any - nor been able to.

    @tape1988 @bt_uk @EE I wish I could I really really want too! Now they are saying if I want leave ive got take up a new contract and if I’m not happy within 14 days cancel it

    @tape1988 @bt_uk @EE Had 2 blokes speak and both had terrible attitudes! Nearly 2 hours into the phone call and no resolution.
