    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE wow fair play phoned to cancel my sim only contract and see how much I would have to pay to end contract for a new phone and cheaper deal elsewhere and they didn’t even ask WHY? Or if they could do a better deal 🤔…. Let’s start looking for a better deal 👌🏼

    @EE We all expect a small amount of increase but not nearly £5 extra, it's incredibly sad how loyal customers are treated. I've been asked to call back after being on hold for ages because your systems are down.

    @EE We have ee 4G router and have had no signal all day. What is going on? Your website says there is a problem, so when will it be fixed? We are paying for this non service.

    @AceTrainerLiam @EE Fr, you definitely have grounds to put a complaint in if you haven't already. Complaints would look through everything, but there's no reason the billing team shouldn't be able to remove a billing issue.
