@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

I've never had a more infuriating app than the @EE app, having to sign in every other page then I get locked out because I've signed in too many times over a short period. I just wanna cancel my SIM 😭 it's been a week past it's contract end date

@EE After years of being your customer, I am being forced to go elsewhere when this contract is up next year. You're permanently "doing work" in my area, I constantly have no signal. Partner has work contact with you, same issue. Absolute joke.

@EE Just has to be the most incompetent service in the UK. They just can't seem to get anything right, been on the phone for 52 minutes so far, been through 4 departments, none of them can sort a simple moving procedure because they say there is an order outstanding, there isn't!

@EE Hi, have u managed to sort out my problem yet. I got my new fone, and paperwork today. I've to go back to Kirkcaldy store friday, to get the phone set up, but I left the paperwork in the store. Can they print off new copies of the new contract for me?
