@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

This customer service is severely lacking. @SavageXFenty need to check out how @EE or @Airbnb_uk do it. You can actually talk to a REAL PERSON to sort out your problem.

@EE Hi there. Who do I speak to about getting my number changed? Changed it when I upgraded last year and been hounded by debt collectors chasing a woman I've never heard of living elsewhere.

@EE Yes, though it seems that changing my phone to data internet seems to work, bizarrely. No issues accessing any other site via wifi. Seems like the payment hasn't gone through but i'll wait a few days for my bank to confirm that.
