@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Hi, I can browse the internet, make voip calls using a vonage app but cannot make or receive calls or texts using Wi-Fi. There is no mobile signal where I live

@EE is there a problem in Cramlington? Since Saturday my phone is intermittently changing from network available to emergency calls only. Having to use WiFi in the house and no access outside?

@EE Meh. After my Samsung S9 bricked itself for no reason, then the battery failed, all within 18 months of getting it, I think not... It was the worst phone I ever had in my life.

@EE service outage for 3rd day running. No phone no broadband and no information. Last text update at 30 hours ago saying it would be fixed in 5 hours. Still nothing. 4 phone calls and they can’t update on anything! Shockingly bad service

@EE hated to be the one to interrupt the mobile game all 5 staff where playing instore to get my contract sorted with a really easy, renew/upgrade of a 2yr contract which the guy who eventually served me had no interest in. What's the point of your stores now?

@EE hi my Wi-Fi calling is not working. Tried switching off and on in settings on my iPhone and rebooted phone with no success. Is it a problem with your service?
