@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE is there any known issues today. I’ve got 2/3 bar signal out of 4 with 4g connectivity but my phone won’t connect to the network. Done a phone restart and network reset still not working

@EE I think it's just a bit galling that if you change the reason for live chat from upgrade to new customer... You're suddenly available to chat... P. S. I know it's not your guys fault but pass it on, it pisses customers off no end.

@EE Hi. I upgraded last month via my local EE store but my EE account still shows me having an IPhone 7 rather than my new iPhone SE. The data plan appears OK though. Not a critical problem but do you know how this can be corrected. Thanks
