    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

    @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

    @tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

    @akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.

    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @bionic_KT @EE Hi there, We can only accept permission from the land owner listed on the land registry, however it is down to the land owner to engage with us if they wish. I appreciate this is frustrating, I am very sorry for the delays with your order but unfortunately without (1/2)

    @EE where can I get support about an issue with my dads home landline/broadband that was installed yesterday? I’m shocked that an 82 year old appears to have been left without a working landline system 😤
