@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I went to a store and they didn't sell top up vouchers (???) I called your help line and the guy was lovely but because of data protection he couldn't help me.Just need to know why all of a sudden the online top up won't work.will ask my uncle to call but he won't know what to as

@EE acknowledge Brightstar do not facilitate calls and simply leave you on the phone with background music. Shocking service by Brigtstar and EE, especially after 20 years with EE/T-Mobile etc
