@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE hello! 👋🏻 My phone has seemingly started waiting 12 hrs or so to give me voicemail notifications (well, I got a couple after I restarted which both times was ~12 hrs after a missed call). Is this an issue with the phone itself, or network? What can I try to fix it? 🙏🏻

@EE Hi all, be careful EE when joining the services. Must be read it carefully. Joined 200GB £23 /24mths (5G signal). Due to I’m also a BT broadband users, they told me that I have 10% less discount,monthly is £20.7 first bill come, £23, second bill still £23 called, still the same.

@O2 @dazyoungs @EE Ha! Just read the previous DM's I've had to send you! Now signal has dropped in my house inexplicably over the last few months and I can barely make phone calls and be understood by the person on the other end! Sick of it, stupid poxy 36 month contracts as well absolute farce.

@EE Peacehaven again for atleast 3rd day in a row is having problems with service my sister who is a customer of yours is ill in hospital and we cannot contact her via her phone because the service is down yet again what is the problem
