@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE why am I getting a very weak signal most of the time. Never had this before .been.going on for about 2 weeks. Unable to msje calls even with WiFi calling on. And missing calls .very frustrating I'm paying £37.90 a month and unable to call alot of the time

@EE Too late now that was in September. I rang to say I could not make calls earlier 2 miles away. Automated message said it would check then disconnected call. Then text me to say you had checked and there was no problem. Why did you think I phoned? Service is rubbish.

@EE Well it arrived Wednesday, left my old router sorting it at the moment as it’s working, “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”, just the EE no linked Apple Watch problem to sort in month or cancel lines, one or the other

@EE you have overcharged me on my phone bill for the 2nd month in a row. I was assured that, for this month, the overcharging had been stopped and a credit added to my account. Please could you help me resolve this, I'd rather not be in a queue for over an hour again....
