@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE Hello! We added an Xbox One S to our plan on 19th November, we’ve paid a £10 deposit but have heard absolutely nothing else. All we’d like to know is if it will be delivered before or after Christmas! Can you help please 🙏🏻
