@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE was in direct message discussions with Louise LB but she’s gone quiet on me. Really not satisfied with your service. It’s appalling that you can’t get emergency engineers out for days re landline and internet and have left my 82 year old mum with no data on her mobile too 😡

@EE I get it, so you respond really quickly on open timelines so people think that the EE support is quick at responding to issues/queries. You then get people to send a DM and then no response.

Thursday afternoon, @EE went down in my area. Now it’s going onto Sunday and still nothing, no updates since friday morning. Only give them £100 a month so no big deal.

@EE I tweeted you a few days ago and I know things get busy but my mum needed help. She switched to pay monthly and unfortunately since then she gets intermittent dropping of service and cannot receive incoming calls properly. Can you please check everything is ok on her account?

@ee is there problems with broadband in Oldham? Had to reset router 10+ times yesterday and today its gone down another 3 times already.
