@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@ee your shopping site is useless. I'm now a payg customer and I still cannot purchase nreal air glasses online. It keeps saying it cannot log me in but I'm logged in. Your locals shops refer me to online. Online refers me to local shops.Why is it difficult to buy something?

@EE Hello - I have recently won a Google Pixel 6 phone from a competition, but it is on a Vodafone SIM only plan. I wanted to move my EE sim to this phone, is this something that can be done in an EE store? And what costs are involved in this service if any?
