@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE we have spent hours on the phone and chat to resolve what seems to a major mess up by @EE. Taken £1230 plus £59 via direct debit from our bank account for a contract that was never activated and a new iPhone never received!!

@EE Tried to dial out multiple times yesterday evening and the day before. In all honesty the connection on the network has been diabolical for the last year and I’m considering other network providers as a result as it’s ridiculous considering the amount I pay per month.
