Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Eromosele (@aeleo92) reported from Cupar, Scotland@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.

Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported@EE_queries Why would a fake account be dealing with a complaint pmsl @EE this is scammer isn't it?
-
Andy 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@AndyC_52) reported@EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window. This was yesterday. Got a new time slot today and hoping the iPhone 16 gets delivered

Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reportedGotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!
-
Teds (@Tedtalks13) reported@EE i think in going to cancel. amytime anywhere.
-
Iain Murphy (@the_murfmeister) reported@EE I’ve already called several times on Friday and today. Lots of time spent on hold. Online support is really poor. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.
-
Sarah-Kimberley (@PlayforthSarah) reported@EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!
-
Slimming World With Lord Paul (@SWWithLordPaul) reportedWhat’s the ongoing issue with my damn WiFi @EE ?? Constant buffering when I have FULL FIBRE WIFI 7?
-
Andy Brodie (@andy_brodie) reportedIf that was really you calling me @EE, then you need to stop promoting terrible security practices. If you call someone up unsolicited and then trigger a PIN on a text to the same mobile THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR, then that just looks like a fraud. Was it you, or not?
-
Taylor (@dtaylor5633) reported@SJG1007 @EE Yeah my app is down too. Just when I need to use it. Forces you to sign in with new passcode then tells you "something isn't right"
