  @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

  @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  @EE That was the first thing I've done. I've unplugged and checked connections for all leads too. Just continually flashes yellow indefinitely. it's not working through ethernet but I don't have a physical landline phone to check if my line is down.

  @CooperKentfield @EE Spoke to a woman called Claudette that told me to go back to work Cos my internet connection is **** baring in mind working from home due to covid. Now been refused by 2 people to make a complaint. Laughable

  @EE Hello there & Happy 2021👋 I am on the last button to push to upgrade my EE plan b/c my current plan ends 21/1/2021. I've been on hold on the phone w/ 1 Q - the EE engineer cannot get here til a week after the current plan ends. Will we lose our service in that week? Thx! 🙏

  I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

  @EE cannot contact you at all via live chat, phone (all numbers) & your website keeps directing me to a phone number that will only accept an ee mobile number to access it, which don't have. Can even access your complaint form. Customer services non- existent. Can you help???
