@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE 2/2 So I leave the site, go to homepage, click contact us, and call the number provided +44 800 079 8586 but then it asks for 3 options of which I am none of those so am forced to hang up? All I want to do is become a customer....thinking twice now.

@EE any update on the FIVE masts down in TN33 yet? Day 5 of no signal and router. Currently parked in the next town to send this!! Ironically just a couple of miles away where they have 5G yet TN33 rarely gets 2 bars of 4G!

4 hours of phone calls my Dad did to @EE and @Apple yday to try and fix his issues with his new phone. They basically got nowhere. A 5 minute phone call with him this morning and we fixed everything. Some of these companies customer service is horrendous at times

@EE absolutely rubbish service from EE received a new phone upgrade on the 23rd of December and have not had a working phone service since. Customer service is a disgrace never get a call back and nobody on their technical team can get the phone working.

Ive been an @EE customer for a few years now and i opened my account in store. Contract runs out at the start of jan so wanted to make sure it cancells from that point. Was told they cannot cancel contracts in store and have to call 150.. Really? Have a minute please. Done out.
