This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.

John Podmore (@John_Podmore) reported@EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.
