๐ฐ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ (@AustenMathieson) reported@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weโve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

Darrell fletcher (@Fletchmeister81) reported@EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently youโre cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like iโll be wasting my time if I sign up?
