@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

WOW! After nearly 2 hours talking to @TalkTalk customer service, the customer service attendant has decided he doesn't want to help and has just given up! @VodafoneUK or @EE do either of you want a new broadband client?

@EE hello, my current broadband plan ends tomorrow but my new providers plan doesn’t start until next month. Am I able to continue on this plan just for one more month and then cancel without any fees next month? Hope that makes sense!
