@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE But I wasn’t. When I tried it said I didn’t have sufficient credit (to free phone help?) despite having topped up the day before. Yes, I could use another phone (and did) but you never said anything about the phone being suspended.

@EE @EE. @CustomerSu88176 I also have medical issues affecting my eyesight, which were explained, and I had to leave for a hospital appointment. I don't feel safe returning to that store again. I am asking for this to be handled outside of the store and formally reviewed.

@ee still cannot login to either of my accounts, can't download invoices, nothing. @ofcom when are you going to do something about this, their website just doesn't work, they can still put their prices up though!

@sammcinnerny @EE I had the same problem when I I couldn’t call Belgium from the uk. Turned out to be an account problem. Had to call 150 and have somebody sort it out

@EE Can’t face it anymore. Been on calls all day and 5G where I live is awful. I’m trying to pair hub and booster but no joy. Can’t be that difficult surely!!?

Ever since @bt_uk moved their broadband to @EE, support and service has gone down hill. Moved house, new property won't connect to the internet, despite being assured all is working. Sent out a 'Home Engineer'

@EE your internet has to be the biggest joke of all time, continuous dips, throwing me off completely like 3 times a day while working from home. I call and an engineer comes to help, says we need a new router. It’s been 5 days and still nothing else heard. Get me OUT of contract
