@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@lodeslan @EE We have found EE to be brilliant with customer service. Saying that I very rarely have issues with their service,so haven't had to contact them recently.

Why do people think private companies are more effective than the public sector? @EE and @virginmedia so far nearly three hours to try and sort a simple house move - failing miserably Organisations that lose sight of the relationship with their customers fail, whoever they are

@EE why are EE trying to charge me £529 for a watch I didn't receive that went missing. How am I responsible for something I didn't receive. Now I'm being told my line will be cut off on the 21/08/22 if I don't make a promise to pay for something I never got
