@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I ordered Xbox S X add to plan last week. DPD delivery due 09/02. Received update advising delayed due to weather. Delivery 10/02. Same message received now 11/02. Again same message now 12/02. DPD delivered other parcels to me on these days and roads are now clear. help pls

@EE is the network down in the Watford area? I tried to send a text at 0755 and it still hasn't gone. It says there is no connection. I've turned the phone off and on again - that old trick!
