@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@rwgcomms @EE Very disappointed at the lack of communication re not being able to receive or make calls from Guernsey. Sent several emails and spoken to @rwgcomms but no nearer to resolving the issue. Poor service.

@EE why do you have to make phone contracts more and more expensive every upgrade! I now have to cancel all 3 of my contracts with you cause I just can’t afford to upgrade to a cost similar to what I’ve got now for myself and daughter.

@EE @rootmetrics If ee are the best why is the signal so bad in South of England. I have struggled to get even 2 bars for the last 2 months and nobody can tell me why.
