Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

peter robinson (@slaminlad) reported@MarcAllera @EE @Ofcom You should employ more people instead of getting paid millions. Your customer service take over an hour to answer the phone. Is this your target. My issue is still not resolved. Your customer services are rubbish. Employ more staff and maybe take a pay cut?

peter robinson (@slaminlad) reported@MarcAllera instead of complaining to @EE Customer services I’m complaining to you. After being on the phone over 2 1/2 hours and still not resolving my issue you need to employ more staff to answer the phone. Maybe you should pay take a pay cut of the millions you get paid. Poor
-
Ameliorate (@Ameliorate20) reported@EE 2 hour wait for chat help? Cheers as per usual service is rubbish and we're paying over the odds for it as usual. How about you sack Kevin Bacon, the overpaid has been? Pass the savings on to customers, yeah?

AVB (@cyberbudz) reported@EE I think most of the people there are worried about not being under 20ft of water. Mobile signals are the least of their problems. Big tech @EE need to do more than give free calls.
