@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE are you call centres experiencing issues? Online it says open till 9PM but every option I have tried contacting says the office is now closed? The same for web chat

Hi @EE why is your broadband (and customer service) so horrifically bad?We had no issues with BT and then got forced to transfer over and it hasn’t been the same since. And everyone we contact says there’s no issues. I have a remote exam on Friday - sort it out.

. @EE any broadband issues in the Newcastle upon Tyne area? My ee box shows green lights as usual and devices connect to it ok, but without Internet. Rebooted and still the same. Thanks.

@EE I received a reply from EE customer relations and somebody rang me via WhatsApp to initiate a claim. He wanted me to download an app to receive payment which I refused to do, this is a scam right @EE ?
