This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

I know the increase is well advertised I just feel with all the other price rises it was bad timing and EE could have done more to delay or cancel the increase.. I am lucky enough to have had a good pay rise but other of your customers are struggling
