@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Finally my signal has been restored. I phoned ee and shared the ignorance by ee on Twitter. Apparently she told me she was unaware of ee having a twitter account. So 🤔 is this a real account? makes u think why every1 on here is being ignored. Anyway I have filed a complaint.

Honestly the best bit of advice I will give anyone is to never switch your Mobile network to @EE or BT mobile Never get signal or internet anywhere. It’s shocking

@EE Serious ppl! Why bother wasting ur time tweeting @EE when they just ignore and dont respond to anyone. Think about it, is this kind of service you really paying for? @EE thrives making things difficult for there customers. Out of service so u cant call. Tweet and be ignored.

@EE acknowledge Brightstar do not facilitate calls and simply leave you on the phone with background music. Shocking service by Brigtstar and EE, especially after 20 years with EE/T-Mobile etc

@EE how come when I switch my wi fi on my phone the signal drops low but then reverts back when I switch back to 4G?
