    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I was on live chat with one of your rep, Dilip. Was absolutely horrid & like a bot. No decency or sympathy. Just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. He even said contact us again when you go overdue on your bill. Help should be provided b4 this happens.

    @jacquep @bt_uk @EE Be grateful you presumably still have a mobile network signal. We had 3 days of complete Comms blackout back in November.

    @EE as a new customer I signed up for your broadband package with BT. They have been trying to connect since 31 Dec21! Why are you with BT they are embarrassing! Can you help?

    @EE please help its an emergency. We live in a rural community without phonelines and the community is isolated without 4g. Your dernol mast needs resetting to work. Its an emergency, the whole community are cut off.
