    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks for Yasmin from the Scottish office to call me about the compensation I am owed from my order not being activated for 8 months!! After being assured it was automatic there’s now an issue even though she called me in July to apologise!

    @EE why can't I get a simple thing like a PAC code from yourself 5 times I've text now and not a single reply, Your online form is broken was yesterday too and I don't want to call an advisor over something that should be simple. 😤 Any wonders why I want to leave.

    @EE is there any issues with mobile and broadband. See people reporting issues with there mobile and broadband. Iv just mobile and I’m not having any issues. But if there is issues and i end up having issues then i know

    @EE I was trying to upgrade. Previously had issues where I make payment online, it leaves my blank then just disappears into your suspense accounts for 7 days Useless
