@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • Gotham68 David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  • blebomassive Grant (@blebomassive) reported from Cupar, Scotland

@EE network down in Cupar, Fife now we’ll into 2nd day website updates are pathetic no eta, what’s wrong, missing any updates tbh #pisspoor

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • Bob__DM Bob Millington - Hyperstereoscopic (@Bob__DM) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Hi, are there problems in DD1? My broadband has gone down multiple times today.

@EE need to speak to someone at customer services 🤬🤬🤬

  • HarryGrimes5 Grimesy (@HarryGrimes5) reported

@EE you’re the worst, why do you claim to be the best? You’re lying, stop lying.

  • paddymclean888 Paddy (@paddymclean888) reported

@EE trying to cancel my contract, been told to ring back today if I didn't want to pay £2.68 to cancel today you £42? Who do i tell to after 23 months to stop my contract after the 24 months, i honestly do not know why this is so difficult.

  • heatingsheff DC Heating (@heatingsheff) reported

@EE I appreciate that phil, but to charge £7 a month to a customer who has been with you since it was 'orange' is an absolute travesty. Especially with me spending over £250 a month through you

  • aeroplaneblue Simon Cox (@aeroplaneblue) reported

@EE No have not heard anything. They said would be in touch once it was clear if the issue is with us or BT. At that point it came back for a couple of hours but since about 2:15 back to intermittent.

  • Gareththomas171 Gareththomas17 (@Gareththomas171) reported

@demones52947340 @EE Stop crying. If you dish it out then why can’t you take it? Stop playing the victim & take some ownership of your own awful behaviour. Harassing companies daily, what a sad life that is! I suggest psychological intervention. I’m only speaking to you the way you speak to others.

  • BizarreZenith Zenith (@BizarreZenith) reported

@Valorantolove @PlayVALORANT @EE Tf you smokin??? I want some of that **** tbh

  • RobertBBrain Robert In-Dawes (@RobertBBrain) reported

@StephenConstab7 @EE It isn’t really about the money - but thanks for either painting me as miserly or publicly stating ‘it’s only £2’ so if it was a big deal to me, I wouldn’t want to publicly admit it - it was more about the poor comms and explanation in the original message.

  • JonKirby1974 Jon Kirby (@JonKirby1974) reported

@EE So I can use MY WiFi when I'm paying for your service that doesn't work? Good deal!

  • sarahpsyc Dr Sarah 💙 (@sarahpsyc) reported

@tescomobile @EE could learn from @tescomobile ...whilst for me, hiking my contract (quite a bit this time I might add) isn’t a huge issue - for others right now it’s a cost they probably can’t afford
