@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I was on the phone with one of your reps and the line went dead as a result of problems I'm having with my phone. No one has phoned me back and when the tech team was supposed to call on Saturday they didn't what is going on ?

Why does no one @EE pick up the phone? Called Billing to report unable to log into our accounts and that one claimed to have been closed (without notification or reason). Gave up. Dreadful customer service. May switch. Bibi @EE?

@EE Thank you Craig for the reply. However, what if a customer is happy with the present contract, does not want to upgrade to a more expensive contract? At this point do you still apply the nhs discount?

@EE Hi Can you tell me when service will return to Southport area as its been nearly a month now and im paying for a service that is supposed be the most reliable. Phone calls go straight through to voice mail and if I try to phone anyone the phone disconnects

@EE thanks for leaving me stranded for the last 5 days with no voice, text or mobile data despite being told I had set roaming up correctly. To top it all, the myee login has given the same error message for 5 days, leavinge incapable of managing my account
