@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

@EE Why is there no service ! None of us can make or receive calls , we can’t even call you ! We’ve had to use another network to call you and we’ve been on hold 45 mins ! What on earth is going on ? The service has been horrendous the last few months now we can’t call !

@EE hi, please can somebody help me as my phone just will not ring out anymore? Mobile data is on & even connected to Wi-Fi calling. Not ideal that this keeps happening!
