    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE When my contract finishes with @EE at Christmas I won't be renewing either ridiculous been with them 12 years prices and 5g coverage is terrible

    Hey @EE I'm currently in the US and unable to send text messages. Everything else works. I spoke with your first and second line helpdesk and unable to fix. Where do I go now to get this resolved.

    @EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday

    @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

    @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

    So let me understand this I can pay £40 to @Starlink and get 100mbps while today I pay £36.99 to @EE for up to 30mbps and their choppy broadband with weekly texts about issues in my area? Bye bye @EE

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks
