YOU ARE SO BAD @EE
Half in the morning (target mara pace +10- 20%). Then back to @EE. Hopefully get it fixed or cancel my contract. I'm a lorry driver, I can't exist without Google maps and such.
My head is battered. Changed to @EE 4 days ago, did everything tech support said, been back to the shop twice, got a different SIM card, still no mobile data. Can only get internet over wi-fi. Spent last few hours reading about APN settings and watching YouTube vids. Nope. Wtf?
@EE and @VodafoneUK are having a competition to see who's worse ATM. EE's been down in my area since November and Vodafone a rocking a solid 1Mb/s. With neither looking like they intend on fixing their issues. Good job I'm not paying a combined £70 p/m for these services then.
@EE bit suss my internet goes down and my speed drops weeks before my contract ends , currently running below Minimum Guarantee but the lines appeared to close before 8pm as advertised
@EE my broadband seems to be fixed, but i still want to know if i can turn this feature off. i don't want to be redirected to a router page whenever there's an internet outage

@EE Hi, My issue was not resolved and no one called me back from the Support team.
