  @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

  How can @EE keep getting voted best network when their systems and support are the worst! Impossible to access my account whilst abroad because they have taken the app down and their system is also not able to send text verification messages. I feel like they are going backwards

  @EE no idea what’s going on with your service lately, my already prehistoric speed is slower than ever, internet hasn’t been working all weekend while we’ve been away and now the TV can’t connect to the hub! Looking into alternatives tomorrow.

  @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing
