@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

@EE Free? But don't t you have to "continue to invest considerably into [your] leading customer services and award-winning network"? I feel like £2 a day to receive emergency texts is fair and reflects the level of concern for your customers

I’ve been with @EE in all it’s incantations for 25 years. The moment roaming charges return you will have one less customer and many more to follow.

@EE I got told to phone them and explain so i did, to be told the phone lasts 14 hours which im assuming they werent using it so obviously it would. Its on its way back to store now as they just reset the software - which isnt the issue. It is unbelievable 1/2
