  @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

  @EE @EE How am I meant to check local service issues if ya own website tells me it can't even get information from its own service? Kinda need the data i've paid for or should I just request a chargeback and swap providers?

  @EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!

  @EE Been on messaging service since 13:58 today - told I’d beconnected with manager at 14:55 (after several requests for matter to be escalated). 15:20: still waiting to be connected. 15:25: Billing desk manager introduced himself - have not heard from him since. Total time wasting

  @EE Its been nearly a month that we have been without any Internet. Countless calls made , customer support has been terrible. We have had multiple openreach engineers attend who have not been able to do anything . This has caused so much disruption to us.

  @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.
