  Back when huawei were in the UK signal was amazing all over! Now it’s a struggle to get signal anywhere, phone dips in and out of signal driving around Exeter. @EE has piss poor signal all over it’s chuffing ridiculous.

  @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

  @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?

  @EE @Starlink It’s dreadful and the amount of my time it’s wasted is appalling. The cavalier attitude of your customer disservice people is cringe-worthy and nothing like the ‘best customer service for 30 years’ your pantomime voice answering system claims. You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.
