    @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

    @_Deano__ @EE I've been with EE broadband twelve months and it goes down four or five times per day and it probably goes when we're all asleep but we don't know, was great to begin with but horrendous now.

    @EE called for broadband deals and 20 mins still on the call with the advisor unable to get into the system wasting my time! Been a customer for over 20 years!

    @EE Tried to also buy Amazon and Sainsburys gift cards, but both rejected this card. Unless this is sorted out I will be launching an official complaint.
