@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

@EE Well fix the one he has,i offered to send it back while you fix it but you'se refused, yet if i send it back for a replacement you'll fix it and send it to someone else as a refurbished phone ???

@veggiekrays @EE I'm going too, had a bad experience with them before and have since heard some real horror stories, which made me realise I got off fairly lightly by not getting what I paid for and then having to fight for months to get my money back.

Got completely led down the garden path by @EE, to be stopped by a referral to underwriters - and they declined me for no reason?! I'm now completely screwed for internet because my current speed is non-existent. So ******* fed up with this country and ******* credit agencies!!

Called @EE for an update, mentioned that I was promised 14 days and it’s now been 3 weeks, the guy genuinely couldn’t give a **** and just went “oh sorry” sorry?! I’m paying to upgrade early?! I want some compensation after being told different things every time I call

@EE Who can I speak to in regards to me suddenly not getting any 5G? Has been fine for over a year and now no matter where I am or go, 5G never works. I’ve troubleshooted to no avail. Many thanks.

@EE Yeah thank you. He was very helpful but it seems tech support just told him to tell me go and unpair and try again using mobile data, when in reality it was solved today quickly on the phone. Anyways, have a nice day
