  When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.

  Ordered a new phone with @EE for DPD to deliver today… driver turned up, snapped a pic from his van and drove off, said he’d left a calling card, hasn’t. What kind of service is this? £1,000 worth of phone now sitting with them, what’s the bet it’ll go missing now?

  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
