    Hi @EE is there a signal issue in post code SA10 at present. Only one bar on 5G ๐Ÿ™„ phone signal is awful and dropping into 4g

    Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE Iโ€™d moan if you were bad so credit where creditโ€™s due. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    @EE Itโ€™s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what Iโ€™m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?

    I live in a town with 742 phone masts so why @EE am I gasping for internet and phone signal every time I leave the house

    @EE what a heap of rubbish! Iโ€™m here in AUS trying to renew an add-on and you are making it so difficult! Iโ€™m a new customer and wishing I had never moved to EE!
