I pay a premium for LOTS of data on my phone I’m not using. Wish there was a way for me to “donate” a chunk of my allowance. Sure we can figure this out @ee?

Becky (@BecBroughton5) reported@EE been trying to cancel broadband (no longer live at the property). Can't ever get through on the phone and no reply to emails. Website advises to get in touch before cancelling direct debit, impossible when no one answers/replies? Last ditch attempt before it's cancelled...

Now I receive a text to say it will not arrive until the 10th. Seems that poor customer service can be quickly brushed up by claiming the pandemic is affect delivery. Poor.
