    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

    @EE Its more hassle for both myself and EE to cancel the upgrade and return the phone (which is currently undelivered)

    @EE When asked if I want to talk to someone and I follow the prompt, the call ends with an instruction to wait for further messages to guide me on how to get further support. The message doesn’t arrive, nor do I get a call back.

    @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

    @AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.
