  @EE Yes , but EE customer service is lacking . Ordered an upgrade with option to trade in the old phone . Received the new phone , but no communication what to do with the old one ! Spent 3 hours trying to figure out what to do before I get charged and still did not get anywhere!

  @sighmohn @EE Terrible have they reinstated your order? Finally got confirmation that one will be delivered later this week with the other the week after. Nearly a month after they were meant to be hear. I’ve called and refused to pay my bill until I have both the phones delivered
