  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @hevvuhh @EE they’re terrible, customer service worst I have ever dealt with. moved to Virgin, got gigabit and only pay £28 odd quid a month!

  @EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

  @EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot

  So @ee after calling 150 the answer is no. 18 years of customer loyalty gets you nothing. Couldn't even waive the early upgrade fee. A real shame. Better to wait until the end of the contract and leave? @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting
