@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

There an issue today accessing the EE app. Rather than make us all hang on the line for 20 or 25 minutes you think they post a message up on their Twitter account informing customers there is an issue. @MarcAllera @EE

@EE Intermittently for a few weeks but at different locations ans sometimes 4g sometimes 5G. For example just earlier I had 2 bars of 4 g and the same issue

@EE How about tweeting about the authentication issues you have with app and website today. We all know it - it would be good to have some acknowledgement that you are on it and hope to have resolved soon.

Dear @EE Our children are out of data but for some reason we cannot login to the MyEE app, or on the website, to send them any. Have we been hacked as it keeps telling us to change our password. Very frustrating.
