    @Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

    @tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

    @j199024 @EE It goes down every month. I’m sick of them, I was with sky for 20 years and can’t remember the internet ever going down. I’ve been with @EE for 2 years and it goes down every month. Also it’s nowhere near as fast as they claim
