  @EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.

  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  @EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??

  @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

  Why are the simplest things ALWAYS the most difficult to sort out. Been trying to sort my Internet out for days now either a new contract or just a simple renew with my current provider @ee. It's true no loyalty in absolutely anything these days so **** @ee and hello @VodafoneUK
