  @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

  @EE @birthdaycakexo The whole country’s the same, Inverness, Angus and Dundee area… when I went down to England it was the same. Service providers know yet they keep panning the customers off with the same bullshit. The uks infrastructure is a joke and it’s not going to get better

  @EE what’s happening? I’ve received another text saying that equipment is ‘in its way’. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare

  Hey @EE your engineer has been & fitted new broadband at my in laws today. Despite your assurances over the phone your engineer was the smarmiest, clever arse **** who ever walked & it would seem incredibly rude to boot . And the TV & telephone don’t work either.
