  @lebara customer service isn't a patch on @EE but it's too late to change now. I wonder if, in a years time, I'll be moving back to EE.

  Customer of @EE for over a decade. Phone , TV and broadband . Today is the start of the end of that relationship. Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people £39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .

  @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

  @EE The odd thing is that email does not provide a complaint reference number so who knows if it ever got logged or now ignored.

  Still no internet and @EE are liars who put me as a priority only to reject and say they needed my medical records to put me as a priority again, I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not help in any way and refuse to find solutions for working people who can't be at home

  @EE any idea when the app I use to access my account and add-ons will be active again? It's been weeks, and I keep being told by business customer services that it will be fixed soon. Not happy.

  @EE So this Wi-Fi signal is not being broadcast by someone's home router. Is that correct? The map on your website is not showing a public wifi hostpot in my vicinity

  @EE I tried more than once, never managed to get a person without your automation ending the call and now raised a complaint as well. Not good enough, a vulnerable consumer would be highly distressed by this apauling service

  @StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Just tell the automated voice recognition thing “I want to cancel my contract” and you’ll be through to a person in a jiffy.
