@EE In other words it’s obvious the prices would change. I had to remind them it wasn’t obvious because I 1, don’t work for EE or the mobile industry and 2, because I wasn’t told about it. I asked for a complaint to be logged and the resolution offered by the same person

  • SharrynArnold Sharryn Arnold (@SharrynArnold) reported

@EE No it’s not resolved. 30th December is almost 7 weeks away. How do I work from home with no internet? Please help!

  • Thee_Mr_Pink Mr Pink (@Thee_Mr_Pink) reported

@EE Was the cancel the internet contract and this would also be offered by a line manager. I wanted to up my data to the 300gb and had to due to some of my work requiring internet usage and had I know the prices at sale were I one time offer, I’d have taken the unlimited package

  • Off21_t Ryan Thomas (@Off21_t) reported

@EE I’ve ordered the wrong size Watch can I cancel it and reorder?

  • isaac_t_6 Isaac Thompson (@isaac_t_6) reported

@bilqisrz @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

  • Thee_Mr_Pink Mr Pink (@Thee_Mr_Pink) reported

@EE Doesn’t help me now though. So although I appreciate you will take this feedback on I will be taking a complaint as far as I can go as the advisor who spoke to me yesterday agreed that this information should have been given.

  • Sam_Halfpenny Sam Halfpenny (@Sam_Halfpenny) reported

@EE your customer service is just as bad if not worse than @O2 I changed 7 days ago from O2 to EE and I now have two numbers, and two phones. I give up trying to get through to your tech department, it’s a joke.

  • BenjaminHendy Benjamin Hendy #BlackLivesMatter (@BenjaminHendy) reported

@virginmedia @EE Postcode for work is SO16 6YD. Should I be getting 5G with you there? Because I don’t think I ever have. I work in a small office on the edge of the site, not in the middle of the hospital, where I would expect signal to be poor.

  • MissHannahDuncs Hannah 🖤 (@MissHannahDuncs) reported

@EE hello, I have upgraded my phone and had apple music included in my plan but its not working, it wont let me add it as an inclusive extra either so unsure what to do

  • Thee_Mr_Pink Mr Pink (@Thee_Mr_Pink) reported

@EE The 100gb wasn’t enough. I was told I could go up just not down so best to start low and work up. I wasn’t told that the prices stayed at sale would not be available should I choose to move up after that point even though advised to start at the lower amount of data
