@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

@OpenreachHelp Same here, with @EE they’ve pushed the problem to you. Told to go fibre, you didn’t check the line first, now I’m without the internet and phone! Thanks guys! Using my mobile phone to source another provider, this is totally unreliable

@EE What’s going on I’ve had no signal all week? Can’t make or receive texts or calls. I did a Facebook post last night asking if others were having issues and lots in my city are effected. Can’t see family now I cant ring them!

So would@you believe EE social media can’t talk to @EE customer services? A one hour type talk chat to customer services shows they have nil concern for a 84 year old visually impaired, hard of hearing widow they have left without a working phone by their incompetence

@jordfcs @EE Wow that’s ridiculous. I wish they would of just said from beginning that the phone is not in stock rather then being money greedy and over promising people. I was told it’s not in stock at my nearest store but when I popped in yesterday they said they have a lot of it @EE wtf
