  @EE on my 40min train journey from central London to kent just now, i had data availability for about 10mins in total. As an EE customer, your 4G/5G data coverage is utterly atrocious.

  @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

  @EE so wife has been on your live chat for 3 hours now. Yep 3 hours as you have not provided our free EU roaming as promised when she bought a new phone and renewed her contract in March. Is this how you treat over 25 year customers? @Ofcom a complaint will follow unless sorted

  @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

  @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.
