@EE how is that when you guys make a mistake, create a new contract instead of upgrading and charge £50+ a month you insist its the customer's fault and no refund can be given and the phone needs to be returned so you can send a new one? #badcustomerservice #daylightrobbery

@EE Tend to be calls. The HMRC one the majority, though I’ve also started getting National Insurance number ones too. I’ve also had calls from Sweden, Bahrain and others which I’ve not answered. Odd thing is I’ve NEVER had a call like this before EE

@EE hi can you help me? I’ve purchased an app from the store which is 1.1gb and when I try to download it it notify s me there maybe further chargers to download it on 4g. How can I find out if these charges will occur to me because I’d ideally want to download the app ASAP.

Do you think @EE Have set a new @GWR for fastest time to lose a customer? How much is it going to cost me to pay this account up and move to a provider that will provide me the service I am paying for? Do you have a complaints procedure? Because annoyed doesn't cut it...

@EE Why so many network issues in Twickenham TW1 recently? Keep getting alerts saying Service Issues and it’ll take 15 hours to fix. Why can’t the mast be fixed?

With O2 and Vodafone, using the same number I’ve had for 20+ years, I never got any nuisance scam calls or messages. I move to @EE and now I average 3-5 a week. Do @EE sell their directories? A hack? Certainly looks like it to me
