    @d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

    @EE So waited for an engineer to fit it which they did. Still no TNT, apparently I now need 4 bits of kit to do, which 1 did before, no one was able to help me, so having been with a company since 1981, I am gone

    @__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

    @EE #ormesby #Middlesbrough low signal strength for 3 days now 1 bar compared to previously of 5 bars. Additionally, the new temporary mast on Normanby Rd Ormesby which has replaced the mast on Spencerbeck house tower block which is due to be demolished soon.

    @EE It’s now been three and a half days and it’s still not fixed. Poor service… Technical support have been helpful in giving me updates however.

    @EE Yes I have. It's a never ending moving goal post. Last Thursday, I was told Friday, then Friday I was told Sunday and then on Sunday I was told today. Now I'm being told we don't know

    @EE has charged me £480 for a SIM card for a tablet I got in 2021 even though I have never had a SIM card. Then £1680 since I have been out of contract. It’s a disgusting practice for the so called best network. I have been refunded £274 which I almost didn’t get

    @EE since last night my simcard stopped working completly (I've tried 2 devices), I'm unable to make phonecalls, use my data so I'm unable to even report it to EE. can I speak to anyone to see what's the issue?

    @__Samantha8 @EE I did when it first started. I explained i had not requested to cancel my service. The request had been made at 2am. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account being cancelled and I had to switch to EE. Apart from anything my broadband is slower now aswell.

    @EE I have no signal at all in Haywards Heath for the past 2 days 😩 how long is this going to be like this?
