@EE I’ve been with yourselves since I switched from Orange - about 8-10 years, so I should already have a password, as I typically get asked for characters ‘x,y,z’ when I call. Never been asked on your live chat function before, which is why I was concerned. (On top of the calls)

@mouthwaite @EE EE is BT after all. Tried to rip off my partner. Would never give any money to EE/BT. Liars too. Tried telling us we could only get a max BB speed of 4Mb/s and no other company could do anything as that was the limitations of the cable in our area. Getting 27 with plusnet...

@mouthwaite @EE Haha.. They got you too.. They only want you when you're new business, once your a customer then you fall into the lake of customer indifference. The only other time they take notice of your is when you threaten to leave and ask for your code.
