@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

@EE That’ll make no difference to the incorrect information already given and lack of loyalty agenda. There’s already enough typical reviews on there of how bad you all are , you only really see how bad a company are when you need help and they give zeroes

@EE what is going on with the signal ? 2 days I've been unable to make or receive calls. Cant even contact you through 150 as the reception is so dire. Can someone please explain

@Mark_TheRed @EE I mean they have bad reviews and also good ones …. So yeah. Just so u know when the social team read this they don’t actually want to help u. Ur attitude makes them immediately less likely to want to even deal with you. Do with that what u will

@EE I'm having trouble upgrading my phone - I get through all selections and then when the final upgrade button is pressed (after providing security pin) it stays on a loading wheel 🙁 same event happened on phone and desktop so not a cache issue..

@AppleSupport Yup - it’s just the actual phone calls not working - WiFi calls work fine. So I guess must be a @EE problem?
