  @EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday

  @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.
