Hey @EE I've had no broadband for 2 fulls days now due to a network fault. But apparently you can't discount my bill at all? Seems a bit sus really. Not sure why I'm paying for a service I'm not able to use

I switched my network to @EE on Friday and today while I was switching sims to @EE I see no network and my old sim is invalid. @EE store guys just told it’s a nation wide system outage and they can’t help. Seriously? I have no number as I am now abandoned - worst experience ever.

@EE I am having massive problems with my network and can't make any calls. Please help! This has been going on for months! Totally useless! I want to have my contract terminated and move on to a provider that will enable me to make calls!!!
