@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

@O2 Your network in the city centre of Manchester is ATROCIOUS! Full bars, on 4G and can’t even send a WhatsApp. Friend I’m with, also O2, same issue. It’s basically unusable. Friend on @EE no issues at all. I want out!

@EE Hi @EE after 6 calls, a complaint, a request to disconnect the line so that I can go to a competitor who would offer me a discount because as a local authority employee. Your company finally got their act together. Wasn’t the best customer service if I’m honest.

@EE I also had to correct one of your call handlers for saying my name wrong and she had a cheek to be rude about it. I had to reminded her that at the start of the call I provided my name which was said correctly. There was no apology from that particular handler.

update: We are working on the problem in EX8. It's taking longer than expected to resolve. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI - @EE Simply use WiFi?? I'm outside most of the day with no WiFi, hope we're not paying full price for half service!
