@EE It’s an Apple Watch - I was paying off the handset - once that was paid off and the contract ended - what service was I getting? Nothing, I was being charged because EE relied on me not reading between the lines. (1/2)

@ee why does my signal work in my house for 20 seconds and then jump about and not work? Why would I bother paying for that

@EE 36 hours since issue raised with @EE . No response. Still getting 1.4mb speed on home mobile broadband. Utterly useless. Avoid!

@tyke34 Looked at @ee too and their site says we can’t have landline either as says we don’t have a line at home? We do, but I assume it’s via voip with @bt_uk as have a special box that converts it to analogue phone signal for old cordless.

@EE The only reason I won’t do anything further about it was because the agent on the phone went above and beyond to try to help and it’s not fair on her to make a complaint, as it will obvs fire back at her

@EE It took 3 tweets and 3 days later I get a response. I'm thinking that @EE aren't aiming for any customer care awards this year! If anything I'm closer to switching provider than a new contract with #EE

Special shout-out to the Dev team @EE - you've turned a lightning fast, user-friendly, good-looking app into a slow, clunky, cumbersome piece of crap that's hard to navigate & horrible to look at. It's a reverse upgrade - the new app should've been the old one, and vice versa. 🤮

@EE hi, the app doesn't work properly after it was updated to the new version. I can't check my balance through it or see how much data I have left. It just says to try again in a few minutes, but it's been like that for weeks now. Any help, appreciated. Thanks
