@d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

@EE Sat at home between 8am-1pm, no engineer or contact to let me know what was going on. Internet is now working but I assume problem was solved at the exchange or cabinet without needing to visit. Work let me come in late but this has needlessly messed a lot of people about.

Even call me?! The thing too is I had literally immediately sent a text asking if I could plug the wifi into my inlaw’s apartment below mine that has a broadband box and he never replied! @EE this is just not fair and I just want broadband. I’ve been messed with long enough now.

@EE I was on the phone for over an hour while trying to speak to a rep yesterday, but still couldn’t get through. And I’m having the same issue today. You can’t use covid as an excuse, neither do I expect you to be short staffed, considering you claim to be the biggest network.

@EE Absolutely ridiculous that a company that promises faster speeds and strongest network you can find, can’t handle or live up to their expectations that they promise definitely won’t be with EE for much longer

@EE This is from a while ago, the issue is the fact that I never received communication from EE regarding this, I partly live abroad and I don’t always get letters but EE failed to send emails or text or even calls regarding this now I have to face the punishment which is unfair.
