    @d0lb9 @stevelow7475 @EE You must live in the London area where signal is guaranteed Scotland and northern Ireland is terrible, and costumer service when problems happen is non existent, very difficult to speak to a actual human

    @EE, why doesy signal keep dropping and I keep losing my data every 1.5 hours? I use my phone for work and this is making it very difficult to do so.

    @EE stop claiming that WiFi calling isn’t effected by this outage. It is, and has been since about 1pm. Update your information, or better still get the issue fixed!

    my condolences to the social media people running @EE who have to reply to everyone with the same two copy-and-pasted tweets, because their network has been broken all across the UK for hours

    @EE Off since about 1pm but now have limited network but no 4g or 5g and very slow....not that that is any different.

    @lickle_monster @EE Thought it was just myself - can’t even get 3G signal in the centre of Glasgow, having to resort to free wifi on public transport, remind me why exactly am i paying money to @EE for data again? 🙄

    @EE I’ve got absolutely no signal what so ever. I thought it was a me problem and I ordered a new e-sim which has been installed. Is this going to cause me issues?

    @EE Working as a Delivery Driver where the company uses EE as their carrier doesn’t help when the 4G keeps disappearing from Google Maps! 😵‍💫

    @EE no network all day and have been extremely inconvenienced. Maybe credit on people’s accounts would be a good gesture since I pay for three separate phones on my EE account!!
