@Wheels246M @EE I've been with 02 about 3 years now. Cheap as chips (unlimited calls and texts and 40gb for £17 a month) I've always got a decent signal and 4G. 3 wasn't bad either, they just kept price hiking, my Mum swears by them though, been with them 15 years.

@LostSock4 @EE Near where I live we had an outage last year lasting over 6 months due to a faulty mast. Had to fight tooth and nail for refunds as well despite not being able to use EEs services this entire time. If they are the best god knows how bad other providers are

@EE is it possible to actually speak to a human over the phone? You’ve some how decided it’s completely okay to continue taking money for 3 months after a contract ended and getting through to customer services is like getting a personal appointment with Santa! 😐

Thanks for the texts @EE following requesting my PAC code. Though had you acknowledged the fact that my reception in my local area degraded massively over 12 months ago and done something to rectify it then I wouldn't have felt like I have to move network
