    Isn’t it strange after making a phone call to EE about a phone upgrade I’m getting loads of adverts over on twatbook for yes you guessed EE phone upgrades WTF my phone is spying on me it’s becoming like George Orwell’s 1984 **** off @EE

    @EE why have I twice been offered an identical Broadband Deal by your retentions team only to be told it was cancelled after I cancelled the Sky deal? Now told its a 'systems problem' that no-one seems able to sort. Dyou not want any customers?

    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    Hi @EE, you moved me from being a @Plusnet broadband customer to you today. The new router is up and running but what should I do with the old router and power cable?

    @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.
