Isn’t it strange after making a phone call to EE about a phone upgrade I’m getting loads of adverts over on twatbook for yes you guessed EE phone upgrades WTF my phone is spying on me it’s becoming like George Orwell’s 1984 **** off @EE

@EE I've been on a rolling SIM only contract for a few years and been trying to leave for nearly a month but all the advisors I've spoken with have made it really difficult. I just want to cancel after I gave notice end of June. Surely it's wrong to prevent customers leaving?

Just had a very rude call from @EE on my business phone. Man - didn't get his name - wanted to save me money on my broadband package and, after me explaining 3 times that I wasn't interested and our under contract home package was with @bt_uk, he just hung up. Hung up! #rude

@EE Hi guys, trying to log into my account (tried both website and app) and it says it's sending me a verification code to my mobile, but this code never arrives. Have had issues on the website version for a while, but was always fine on the app, but now both seem broken.

@EE had no Internet which affects everything called last night the guy was more concerned about me taking out a new contract than helping to sort me having no Internet can’t come till Saturday not really good enough not paying for service can’t use will move provider

@EE I’m not sure who rates EE this and what back handlers are going on in the back ground but the service is shocking and the customer service is worse! I need to speak to someone about my on going complaint and the lack of follow up can anyone help ?

Been an @EE customer for 18 years, from when it was t mobile, and am on a really good sim only deal. That doesn’t seem to matter to them though, as when I spoke about upgrading to a new plan the prices were absurd. In the agents own words, we’re EE, we do t need to

@EE How do I speak to someone to make a complaint as I've had the same issue every month for last 5 months, I contact every time, every time told its sorted then it happens again the following month! I'm sick of wasting time talking to people who clearly can't do the job!

@EE Still doesn’t solve anything, this issue has been happening for some years now. If you can’t make the service work then maybe I should leave the carrier and head to a competitive network.
