    @EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

    When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

    @ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

    @EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

    So yet again iv been lied to, was told by @EE yesterday that an @OpenreachHelp engineer would be out today to fix the internet i havent had for 12 days now. Suprise noones shown up for the 3rd or 4th time!iv lost count now! Can anyone help me?

    @EE are there issues with service in the north west. I’m connected to 5/4G but not getting any service unless I reset my iPhone (iPhone 12 pro)

    @EE It’s not just cancelled, it states cancelled AND despatched so I was asked to await IT team to call. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks without my upgrade, is there any way someone can get in contact or just resolve the issue as it’s been an extremely long time
