@ee sat here in Bowness Cumbria with a reasonable 4g signal but abysmal download speeds - .25 mbs. I thought EE was supposed to be the fastest network. Usually get well in excess of 5 mbs and sometimes over 10mbs. See what my son gets with Voda when he arrives.

@EE Hi Jess. Yes I did reset the phone. At 4-30 am I got almost 50 mbps download and by 9-00 am it was down to .3 mbps.

@EE Can’t see that option. I have dual sim on this phone and both sims have same performance issues

When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

@EE Don't bother, it's glitchy and was never ready for release. Basically just funding Google's R&D. Genuinely disappointed with mine. Shite camera too, no macro FFS!

@EE EE pretend they are customer focused which they are not I have made 6 complaints regarding their signal issues and still nothing has been sorted £65 p/m for a samsung S21 ultra with 40G of data and unlimited mins and texts I struggle to use the data as signal is pathetic

@EE up to it’s usual tricks. Upgraded 6 weeks ago, handset keeps freezing and rebooting. Yesterday, the phone froze for a good 4 hours despite multiple resets. Also doesn’t work when it’s on charge. Just spent 2 hours on “chat” to so called support, for them to say “just go to
