@EE I am trying to cancel a contract that has expired over 12 months ago and obtain a pac code for my daughter to retain her long held number. Why does my daughter need to be present and why can't I do it in store?

I really hope @EE are planning on compensating its customers that have been affected by 2 days of no 4G service! I understand maintenance needs to be done, but for 2 days during the day? What am I paying £70 a month for?

Yesterday I was told we need to do a “single user off” and we don’t know how long that will take…. “5 mins, 5 days, 5 weeks” I said… Sorry we can’t tell. But we’ll call you. Sure. @EE at which point do you realise I DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. Please can somebody help.

@ThreeUKSupport I never had an account with you guys. I do not know how on earth you guys got my number. I am with @EE and have been with them for 12 yrs. Remove me from ur callling list. This is becoming irritating tbh. GDPR says u must have "clear" reason to call. I don't see any reason here.
