    @EE can you cancel my monthly contract due to broken sim which I am still waiting for a replacement which you are going to charge me £1.50 P&P for and still takes 3 days to arrive to me. Not been able to make or receive calls/messages for a week now and it’s my only phone line!

    Planning to switch from @EE to another provider due to their absolute absurd prices and lack of respect for customer loyalty. Also worst customer service in store at the Trafford centre!! Any recommendations for decent providers?

    Had to go into the @EE shop twice this week in #Newarkontrent to upgrade our deal and apply some discount codes. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish all customer service was as good as this.
