@EE Hi, I took a mobile broadband dongal out with you in November for a new house im building, been complication and no power in yet and maybe months before there is, so unable to use the broadband, can you tell me why under these circumstances I can’t cancel my contract please?

  • Breadmaker6 Breadmaker6 (@Breadmaker6) reported

@novahob @O2 Have same issues with @EE I'm ready for an upgrade. But anything I agree today will be subject to a price increase. So not going to bother. Will leave to another provider on a SIM only basis and then buy phones direct from manufacturers. No support for loyalty anymore it seems.

  • Ellie_11 Lorna (@Ellie_11) reported

@EE I resolved it yesterday but thank you for getting back to me. I was really disappointed that there was obviously a major issue with EE 4G network yesterday evening but no communication at all, either on Twitter or on the status page.

  • MrsMummyBrown Emma Brown (@MrsMummyBrown) reported

@EE I think it’s apparent that the issue was not in an isolated location. Has there been any statement from EE as to what the issue is/was? Being unable to accept calls left vulnerable relatives unable to reach me last night.

  • FriskyDJ FriskyDJ (@FriskyDJ) reported

👀 14.4% increase on @EE, time to move network

  • AlexTheGuiri Alex the Guiri (@AlexTheGuiri) reported

@JamesAHogg2 @EE PlusNet use the EE network if coverage is the issue.

  • JagoDavies Jago Davies (@JagoDavies) reported

@EE Have reported issues in my area (DY8 4XJ & DY8 3QF) - no 4G or 5G - only 3G but no internet at all? Have reset my network settings (iP14 Pro Max) & my dad having issues (S22+) so not limited me. Can you advise?

  • Befuddled13 Befuddled (@Befuddled13) reported

Urgh, @EE are so bad at contact and customer support! For a service that claims to be the "best service for clients and their digital lives"- but have no facility to online chat!? Very forward thinking!!

  • lee_evo1 Ell Emm (@lee_evo1) reported

@EE @MartinSLewis is it true that we can cancel our phone contracts within 30 days of the notice to up phone contracts prices?

  • mrvealed Darren Veale (@mrvealed) reported

@EE No but have a regularly bad signal so will be cancelling next week.
