    @EE I just upgraded to a 5G plan but my order confirmation says you won’t send me a new sim if I only updated my plan. What’s the point of changing to 5G if you don’t send me the required 5G SIM CARD which I need to get 5G? Can you help?

    @EE @MarcAllera @fairtelecoms can you please stop sending me threatening texts, causing me more personal distress because you can’t do a simple task like cancel a contract? Even tho you stopped my service with 24 hrs notice after 4 mnths excuses?! #getagrip #MentalHealthMatters

    @EE hi, i’ve been trying to log in to my account for a few weeks and haven’t been able to... getting an error message of ‘we’re having a little difficulty’ on the app and ‘we were unable to complete your request’ on the website... pls help

    @Lucie84 @EE Ah ok, only other thoughts - with at least one network (can’t remember which) you could get an IMEI added to their db by sticking a PAYG sim in and using it for a few days…I guess also poss it could be locked by an MVNO using EE… Good luck

    @EE I cannot get a signal, calls keep dropping out and only connect from time to time. It has been like this for a week or so. Is there a problem in the Derby area? I tried to call your help team but they couldn’t hear me. Thank you.

    @EE I placed an order to add a Nintendo Switch to my plan on 6th Jan, and received an order confirmation email. I now have no sign of it on my account and no tracking info is available when I enter my order number. Is there a stocking issue? And why no updates in 20 days? Cheers.
