@EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

So @SkyHelpTeam couldn’t give me a customer of 16years a good deal upon end of my contract.. £109 ridiculous.. so I’ve switched to @EE & @BT for same package (tv & broadband) faster speeds for £62.99 bye bye sky #RipOFF

@EE just purchased a Samsung watch with yourselves and unable to pair the phone with it because apparently @SamsungUK and @Google don't work together. Most unhelpful customer service ever known to man.

@EE Is there any logical way of me canceling a new SIM order? For some bizarre reason the order’s set to send updates to a different number on my account, and deliver the my billing address not the address I submitted. Tried calling you, nobody can help. No clue online either.

Switched from @giffgaff to @EE in Feb this year for better coverage and for 2 weeks now the EE service where I live has been appalling and now just rarely able to get any signal. Now they are also introducing roaming charges. Time to say goodbye already I think. 👋 1/2

@EE Couldn’t afford my phone bill in December - jan due to losing my job now I’ve got a huge bill that just seems to never go the monthly payments I just can’t afford and now the prices have gone up so it’s even worse 😩what’s wrong with this country cost of living is screwing us

@EE has been a nightmare experience from the start with billing issues and their systems not speaking to each other. Can’t even use the credit they gave me as doesn’t seem to apply to subscriptions as they still took payment. @giffgaff never missed a beat. Wish I stayed tbh. 2/2

@EE Absolutely appalling customer service and repair service - you claim 2 hours on your website, 24 hours in store when in actual fact it's far longer. Discrimination against those of us that are desperately ill, disabled and for whom phones are our only means of communication
