I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing

Andrew (@NearlyOver40) reported@O2 @ee Does O2 have problems in GL51? My iPhone 13 shows 5G and 4 bars but NOTHING works (e.g. X, WhatsApp). My wife’s EE iPhone 13 works perfectly there … comments/advice please.
