    When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

    @EE How can I phone if there is no signal and I don’t have another phone or landline? I don’t know it s a local issue, phone issue or network issue. Thanks for your reply not actually being any help at all. Not a can we have your postcode to check for you?

    @EE Called 150 already. Got nowhere. So here we are publicly. £25 plan, £137 bill, £4/minute to Jamaica with zero warning. Your customer service team couldn't help. Maybe your social team can?.

    I’m shocked by how a complaint has been handled @EE Following several recorded calls, I agreed to close my account based on assurances regarding my exit fees. Despite this, I’ve been charged over £600. I feel I’ve been misled,requesting an urgent review into this matter. #EE

    @EE The worst customer service for business I have ever come across, no one wants to do their job, go to a store sir done that, got told it was a complete waste of time by a member of staff, you need to call the small business team, go back to them and get told to to a store.

    @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

    @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.
