When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

@EE Waiting for a replacement SIM card since Saturday and still not sorted. What am I paying insurance for? On the phone for 2 hours yesterday with no resolve. Unacceptable customer service, extremely unhappy considering how long I have been with EE. Can someone please respond??

@EE Thanks Anita. More recently the coverage has been awful. I used to be able to get 160 - 180 MB. Now struggle to get a signal at all

@EE @ITV @decappeal It's a pity the glossy advert does not cover the appalling customer service. A new phone was ordered last Friday still hasn't arrived. Its apparently in your warehouse awaiting scanning before this can be resent. Dpd issue with ignoring first delivery date. Totally unacceptable.

Gawd… @EE I have been on a chat for 1 hour w/ your agents. SIM hasnt worked since I took contract out a month ago. Can’t get anyone to fix it or send a new one yet you are super happy taking my money :-(

@EE you claim to have one of the best coverages in comparison to other networks yet since I moved house I can only use my phone when on ‘Wi-Fi calling’ what am I actually paying for?! So disappointed with the service

@EE I'd rather have decent coverage than rely on my WiFi. Otherwise I'm paying you for a service and paying my broadband provider to supplement your coverage. And if my broadband goes down I've no backup.
