    Hi @EE as a bt employee working on nt2 EE CC refurb (where I am extremley busy) I am trying to change an account owner of my phone contract so I can buy a new phone using bt employee discount. Ive tried to reach you 3 times now and requested call backs but had none. Pls help?

    I’m on my fourth credit check with @EE in two weeks all because @DPDgroup_news failed to send me tracking info for my new phone. This has been **** up upon **** up.

    @EE @phonepaidservices No response from either regarding my complaint. No correspondence. Nothing. Nada. Useless. Just a black mark on my credit. Not even a final bill emailed.

    @EE state of your phone lines. Tried sorting out BT Sport add on 3 times today and waits over 30 minutes. Lamentable service, paying for a product you can’t use

    @bloopington @EE It's not the same in a legal sense, though. You can SMS run message content based filtering on your device if you're happy to share that content with the service provider. That's not the same as having the telco do it.
