    @DaveBruce77 @SimonElias @EE They were so sure I would get mine on launch day that they set my old Watch plan to cancel last Friday ready for the new one. So now no connection on my current series 3 and no idea when my 7 will come.

    Hey @EE How come as a new business customer I get a Galaxy Flip 3, 30gb data, unlim calls/sms for £46.00, but when I try to upgrade, my 10% loyalty bonus reduces the price to only £45.90. Also, new customers get the phone from stock, I have to wait 7-14 days. 😡

    @EE my dad has no signal whatsoever indoors or outdoors at his address along with some other neighbours. I can’t find how to report the problem. Coverage checker says outdoor coverage should be fine.

    @EE this is my husband's Nokia this morning (he rarely uses it) there's no network. I'm on contract with EE and don't have a problem today. I've checked on the website and his account is in credit. Any ideas please?
