@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@EE @HowellDavies4 As you are not using your home service during that period would you deduct the cost from your month end bill. It would make sense as we are not able to use it. Surely this works both ways?

@EE is it normal for 4G upload to be be significantly faster than download ? I keep logging problems and they keep coming back as no issue ... but we consistently see slow download, fast upload.

Hello @bt_uk can you help? After downloading the Japanese govt's OCHA app you have locked me out of my email for "suspicious behaviour". I am also being told I have got the security questions wrong. I cannot connect to yr UK number from Japan either @EE Er....HELP!

@EE Yes it is, we were at Horsey Gap when the network switched and we suddenly went to European time too. There were three of us all on the EE network that did the same.
