    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

    @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

    How many elderly R victims of #financialabuse by telcos like @EE & have money being debited every month for services they’ve been upsold by nefarious sales teams that they never use? It happened 2 me and I bet it’s happening 2 your gran 2. Check in with your elders #grubbythieves

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE As a New Customer for Broadband & Phone, I’m stunned at the poor service to date 🚩Faulty equipment on arrival, no callbacks as promised 🚩Repeatedly calling to get our BB installed & set up correctly! 🚩Now over 2.5hrs on phone over 2 days to get this sorted! Sort it!
