When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

@EE I’ve already messaged on the app, I was supposed to be put in touch with a guide from noonish, we already texted HELP to 66033 at 13.13 and haven’t received a call back. We are suppose to be receiving a power cable since last night. You need to fix this issue and get on with it.

@EE I tried online and couldn't find it. It's not in the Data and Roaming part. Mind you, the EE website is truly awful, slow and buggy.

@EE sick of your generic responses and abysmal “customer service” (if you can even call it that!) I’ve been trying to get in touch for 3 days. The app never connects to a guide, no one on twitter can access accounts to help, and I have laryngitis so can’t call 150… SORT IT OUT😡

@EE hi it’s been over 24 hours and the broadband is not working. We would like a refund for having to pay for WiFi elsewhere locally and for not being able to use steaming services. This is not the first time and I’m minded to complain to the regulator. Thanks

Hey @EE my router is still like this since I got home from work last night, I’ve checked the wiring, restarted it and factory reset it numerous times to no avail. How can I contact you to look into this problem and book an engineer??as I have no internet at all at the moment 😔

@EE your MK store is a joke! Twice been in & the wait to even get an acknowledgment that your waiting is non existent. Made an appointment for 10am this morning. Waited 20 mins for someone to say hello. Walked out. Cancel request incoming!!
