@annwitbrock @EE No. The 5G router doesn't need any kind of fixed line. It's amazing really just one box that serves as both a receiver for a 5G cellular network and a wifi router. No need for any cables or land line connection at all.

Really poor service from @EE this morning. Upgraded on line because was offered discount. Told to contact them, then told you can't have discount so bill would be extra £5 per month. Don't offer a deal if that's not the deal. Cancelled the upgrade naturally.

Ffs how are @EE so consistently crap. Got a sim only contract at £10 per month... they're still charging £30.....they've not processed any if the changes at all. This is after messing up a new phone delivery by entering the wrong address and not noticing until we tried to cancel

@EE, @BTSopenreach I have been without WiFi for 3 days, my phone shows excellent signal but an exclamation mark which prevents connection. EE say its Openreach needs to check connection. I have nothing from Openreach on sorting problem. I pay for service and get nothing. Help!!

@EE Why do you have to be the only network that doesn't allow deactivation of 5G? 5G is ****. My phone doesn't work half the time it's on 5G. Both me and my girlfriend use Pixels and any other jabrony can turn it off. It's infuriating. Such a dumb decision to disable that.
