When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

@EE This is absolutely repulsive!!!! A whole month has gone by since reporting issues with my 4G mobile router. In that time i've been repeatedly lied to. Spoke to nearly 20 different people. PROMISED a call back today which once again hasn't happened!!

@EE Hi, is your app/website having issues for people trying to access upgrade information? Sometimes I can’t see eligible deals, sometimes I can, but with the latter at checkout both the site and app return a ‘sorry we couldn’t find what you were looking for’ message

Be glad when I get my @BTSopenreach installed after moving home. The @EE mini hub is rubbish. @bt_uk you would think I'd get quicker activation already being a customer but no. 😔

@EE My SIM Only plan ended in January and my monthly renewal date is on the 26th of each month. Can I cancel to leave before this date or will there be an additional / monthly charge?
