    @EE we've had no internet signal since 7pm last night (Saturday) can't get through to your support line. Please advise. I've lost 12hrs shift pay as I work from home and need my internet. Will you compensate me for loss in wages? Beginning to regret renewal of my contract!!

    When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

    @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

    @EE awful service… 12 days no broadband… over 8 hours on calls to resolve… hub does not work… can’t speak to anyone with capability .. and now their own tech is down… trying to leave but they can’t get in to accounts … worst service… does @kevinbacon know who he represents

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    @EE So , that's the end of the conversation @EE? Your bot ran out of things to say? I told you I have issues ringing 150 and your bot told me to get this fixed by ringing 150? I guess I just won't pay the bill then. Let's see how long it takes EE to contact me.

    @EE what a disgrace!! Best customer service?? I don’t think so. Phone stolen and reported immediately to EE who FAILED TO BLOCK IT! Thieves put multiple Google Play purchases onto my account and despite speaking to SIX customer service agents, EE fail to resolve. Disgraceful!

    @EE your broadband service has been very very poor since 3 weeks now. I have wasted hours on multiple occasions talking to your team about it. Frustrating 😡!

    @EE | already did that. They changed it. It immediately changed back. It has happened several times before. There should be an option in the app to manage it myself. I'm an idiot for talking to a bot. But I'd be an idiot to talk to you too because the same thing always happens.
