  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @EE please help! Im currently abroad in Asia where my old phone broke and had to buy a new one. My esim won’t transfer across and I have no access to any phone in order to call you. I can’t access banking or any important apps because of this. Please help!

  @EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.

  @EE Should have ONT installed and active at my property by another provider on Thurs, can my pending order be converted into a Working Line Takeover / One Touch Switch instead of requiring new installation? If so, roughly how quick could EE service go live after the ONT is active?

  @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do
