Adding insult to this both @EE and @AmazonUK seem to be blaming the technical issue on each other. Customers couldn’t care less who’s responsible just that a fix is underway and that this service will be working again.

@EE Hi, I’ve finally managed to speak to someone on 150. They have sorted it. They advise it should be generated within the next couple of days. They aren’t sure what the problem was.

@EE my phone is persistently losing its Internet connection. Every few seconds. Across multiple apps. I’ve rebooted, reset network, deleted and reinstalled apps and I’m up to date with iOS. What on earth is going on???

@EE Hi, I have DM’d with an enquiry regarding EU roaming, please can you help? Been charged £3.32 ex VAT for 48.15KB usage. Expect the £2 per day for using my data, calls and texts, but a little concerned about the random amount. Don’t want to end up with a big bill. Thanks! :)
