Just been notified by @EE that my bills are going up 14.4% "in line with inflation" to"continue to run and improve the network". I assume you're raising wages and that prices will drop if inflation drops then?

@EE Well Sarah given 3 of my 5 contracts are up. You will be losing a customer of 25 years on at least 3 contracts.

@EE Very very disappointed with the price increases. This will be my last EE contract. I'm at work 8 hours a day and never have a signal, this has been the case for 4 years now.

@EE Yes, it is. My phone has a sim from another provider. I am an EE customer but only for the sim in my iPad.

@EE PART1 - I have a bit of problem with EE. I asked to move my sim from monthly to PAYG and it failed to do it. I was offered 35£ compensation. I asked to send me a check and instead my number was topped with 35£.

@PeterBa82304711 @EE Tariffs ain't an issue despite the high prices. My issue is hardware. I have unfortunately come to the conclusion that @EE Dontbwant me as a customer despite being a legacy customer, my disability seems too much of an inconvenience for them.

@EE PART8 - So I guess I will do as told by your company. Your companies actions are actually irrational and inconsistent and many times advise by your customer service representatives are misleading or simply a lie. You will hear from me more in the next months or so

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Frustrating when things don't work properly. Told after hanging on for over 25 mins by GP receptionist that the IT service was not working. If that's the case, why can't they just put a message on the phone-answering blurb to say Primary Care IT is down so you don't waste time

20+ years I've used Orange/@EE for and they pull some crap like this? Time to call up and switch both my mobile and broadband contracts to new providers 🙄

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.
