When you actually have to drive to a specific lay-by several times a day as you know it has phone signal to make your phone calls because Cumbria has the worst phone signal going #cumbriaproblems @RoryStewartUK @EE @Vodaphone4

@kevinbacon @EE can you please help me get a refund from EE because they have cancelled an Active pay as you go SIM card and advised me to then purchase another one which they are now not activating. It’s not much money but it’s the principle and have technically STOLEN from me

@EE So I get a text saying that the data to watch the game on Sunday is going to be free! How about providing decent service that we pay for or reimburse us our cash as we are without our phones more than it’s on shocking service

@EE To be fair EE’s really good and very reasonably priced! I only pay £85 a month for 1gb data on an IPhone 5, just do a quick comparison on three… so that would cost… 😟… this is a bad day for me.

Credit where it’s due. Just got a text from @EE saying that streaming and all data use is on them on Sunday from 6pm till midnight. I have a great deal with them anyway, but top marks to them for supporting the Three Lions and good customer service! 👍🏻👍🏻🏴🏴👏🏻👏🏻

@EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good

.@EE just been hung up upon by Dean! How professional is that? Anyone wanting to deal with EE should beware! Customer care is non existent and compensation after 4 months of not having full broadband is insulting as I’ve spent more @VodafoneUK going over my data allowance! AVOID!
