  So today's customer service issue is a really unpleasant experience with @EE. I have 'Mobile Broadband' with them and, whilst on holiday, a fault seemed to occur. So I called up, got passed around, talked to 3 different people. After passing security with the first two, I still eventually got asked for a password which I was pretty sure I'd never set and, after two attempts, I was told that's it - I had to go into an EE store with the device and my passport. So I go in, and it's a billing problem. They'd sent a message to the device's phone number (which is never used, as it's a home broadband router), I'd had no email or other warning. Sure enough, the helpful store guy said, there's often no password but the system asks for one anyway. So I got a payment missed charge (lots of stuff in and out - I had missed something) and had to drive an hour round trip and pay parking to get someone who knew what they were talking about. Bloody ridiculous.

  Hello @EE I’ve been disconnected from broadband internet due to a reported issue with the connection by Openreach.   Spent two hours on the phone with @EE today. Poor ******* other end deserves a medal. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE your e Sims don't work just been in your shop and they still couldn't get it working I am not paying that part of the bill now , as I can't speak to you online and your shop could not help

  @EE What on earth is happening with EE? App rarely works without errors & sorry this page can’t be found please try again later. Now I get services blocked even though bills paid on time & excellent credit history. Time to leave one thinks.

  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 is absolutely awful , I had so many issues with them , I’ve finally moved too EE much better. There customer service is atrocious
