@EE poor service from the repairs department. Phone previously inspected by @Apple and they confirmed no physical damage to phone and issue is a screen fault yet you are saying I need to pay £186 to replace the screen due to a chip which wasn’t there when I handed in the phone??

@EE hello, I am travelling to Mexico on Sunday, I can see an add-on for £8.70 pm for “roam further” but when clicking on it via the app it just says to “add or cancel”. There is no list of what countries are included?

@EE I can't access my online account to see why you charged me nearly TRIPLE last month. "account closed" but says error when I try to add my new account. Returning customer who left initially due to poor customer service. And yet again I'm not impressed....

@EE my PAC expires on the 13/10/21 (today) is that at the end of the day, or do I have to request a new PAC number? I’m waiting for @O2 to transfer my ee mobile number over to their network. Many thanks L
