@EE It would be amazing if your customer services team would answer me in chat. Transferred to upgrades and been ignored. But that's ok, as me and hubby will go join @ThreeUK who offer our phone of choice for a lot less.

@EE I'm an EE broadband customer. Please advise if I can: Switch my mobile monthly sim only with Three, to EE, then: Upgrade my Broadband to Full Fibre to Home?

@EE 4g not working in NR13 for a week. Status still says repaired in 16 hours - the same for a week. Unable to phone or work - please help!

@EE At the London Excell for a massive event. Get congestion but I've got full 4G coverage but no Internet connectivity. Restarted my phone but nothing. You would have thought you would have sufficient bandwidth on the network considering this area is no stranger to events.

@EE still no explanation as to why you only offer NHS discount on inflated tariffs? You're trying to garner public favour appearing to support the NHS, and yet, on the package you offered me, it was more expensive with NHS compared to an 'offer' package avialable to all. πŸ€”πŸ˜”

@EE My bill is consistently between Β£79 & Β£99 per month. Suddenly & suspiciously there's Β£239 extra charges. Surely you can flash this as an issue to the client, happened to log in notice it. Been pushed through 3 companies so far to solve the issue.
