    Pretty poor that @EE seem to be offering a more expensive plan for an objectively crapper phone on my partners upgrade compared to what @SkyUK seem to be willing at a glance to offer us, cheaper then we are paying for her current phone, for the brand new IPhone 14.

    @EE Hi, nothing needed. I’ve contacted the ombudsman to see if there’s a way of ending my contract early. It’s genuinely disappointing to see your network connectivity go so poor.

    @EE Mobile broadband only working for about two hours a day maximum. Phone connection worst than normal. This has been going on for five days in the EX8 Exmouth postcode. Previous to that service was generally good. Please fix the problems or lose a customer.🤬

    @beatroute66 @EE Think they’ve had a few issues lately, apparently the mobile signal in darlo was poor the other week when I was away

    @EE I was told I’d hear something within 72 hours from your complaints department. I’ve been charged £118 needlessly if the phone isn’t going to arrive on time. I’d like that money back and some additional compensation. It’s always a struggle with EE sales/Customer service.

    @EE I have 3 bars of 5G while in a large crowd and struggling to access anything online. Though 5G was supposed to stop this large crowd issue? Couldn’t even send this till I got wifi #advertslie #poorsignal

    @EE There is outage in BT45 area (Castledawson) for more that two weeks. Maybe it is time to fix the problem?

    @EE can you explain what’s happening with the mast near SA19 7NW. We’ve had a weak signal for three weeks now and also rely on it for the only broadband option here, 4G mobile broadband. I’ve called Tech Support and Customer Complaints but can’t get accurate info.
