  @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

  Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

  @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

  @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
