@EE Come on sort out the signal in the Forest of Dean. It’s been shocking for ages. I get it’s changes with the very rural site but Even in bigger towns in the Forest of Dean is been terrible.

@EE sent a complaint yesterday to cancel my broadband contract, no response. I am still within the 14 days cooling off period and I wish to cancel as the line is basically not working. Can you please confirm the cancellation and how to return the router? 🙏🏻

Thanks to @EE for sorting out my son's phone contract. Phoning up customer support like that pushes all my anxiety buttons and I'd far rather do it all by email, but Joe who I spoke to knew just what was needed #phew

@EE you guys really need to do a full @SkyUK Sports add on rather than just BT Sport. It's actually dog 💩 Never has any big games on and it's only decent for the occasional non PPV boxing match
