  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @LeilaniDowding @EE No idea Leilani. My elderly mother in law had issues last month with her virgin media line. It was down for 4 days, luckily she only lives around the corner.

  @EE is NOT the best network in the UK. Don’t believe the adverts! 👎 Worst network I’ve ever used — unreliable signal, poor data and absolutely terrible customer service. Save your money and choose another network. #EE #EEUK #London

  X really are useless, right? Report an account for impersonating @EE support and X says the account did not violate their terms of service. So they can carry on scamming.

  @EE A week later and they've now closed my complaint with no further contact from yourselves whatsoever, and I'm still unable to upgrade. Luckily I can vote with my feet and just move away. Way to go @EE ! 👏👏👏
