  Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst

  @Hepworthclare @EE My local shop was very dismissive and wilfully unhelpful but I did get help on the phone a couple of years ago. Can't find the number I used.

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

  @EE It happens every time my phone goes to 4G - there can’t be issues everywhere!
