    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If itโ€™s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because itโ€™s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

    @EE I ordered a Playatation game and DPD wonโ€™t deliver it (waited in for a whole week) and there is no way of calling or contacting you regarding the issue abd no tracking info for the order. How do I resolve this?
