@EE @GazRich88 @EE after almost 20 years as a customer I'm not renewing my contract with you next month. You don't have to levy the full increase. You are choosing to do so. Goodbye.

  • rantymcmoanface 𝙈𝙧 𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙔 (@rantymcmoanface) reported

@GazRich88 @EE I abandoned the 'big 4' ages ago. I'm with iD mobile now, ***** cheap and no issues!

  • MrCracknell Richard Cracknell (@MrCracknell) reported

@AlexKalli @vkon1 @EE Further to that ... You can now buy phones away from Apple and Samsung that are twice as good for under half the price. I've bought a handset only for about the last 5 years and never looked back

  • colson_alicia Dr Alicia Colson also @acolson@archaeo.social (@colson_alicia) reported

The question can be asked does @EE specialize in terrible customer service? Yes, as they're only interested in profits not looking after their customers. The @EE shop in #Brixton is a joke! They didn't care & the manager hid in his office & refused to help. #customerservice

  • spontaneous_ant Tony (@spontaneous_ant) reported

@EE We barely get 1 bar of 4G in Bingham with a population of around 11,000 people. So I doubt very much if we will get any EE 5G signal for years to come! Yet we are only 8 miles from Nottingham city which has 5G. Just more of your misinformation based of stupid percentages!

  • thatcardlady Anji Thomson (@thatcardlady) reported

@EE @davidmajestic83 But what's the added 3.9% for? You say you have more customers so you have more money to improve the network etc.

  • Tristran3 Tris Kennedy (@Tristran3) reported

@EE are **** and all their agents lie to get you off the phone and now I'm left with them not providing the service I am paying for #BreakOfContract

  • mjali69519250 mjali (@mjali69519250) reported

@EE Hi I have done the porting to another network 14 days ago and it’s still not working, all I hear is to wait as still waiting from previous network to transfer files completely. final bill paid, not sure why it’s taking long. Can someone please tell how long it will take! Ty

  • Underdog67risen Underdog67 reboot (@Underdog67risen) reported

So... just had a message from @EE saying my monthly bill will increase by 14.1% (CPI) plus another 3.9% (yes folks, that's 18%) on 1st March 2023. These companies think you'll just lie down and take it. Today I'll be on the hunt for a better phone and broadband deal.

  • davidmajestic83 David M (@davidmajestic83) reported

@EE If some of that 3.9% and huge profit EE is making could be invested in the North East of Scotland please as the service is terrible and definitely not getting value for money with these added increases.
