    @EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.

    @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.

    @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

    @EE disgusting customer service and still not able to purchase what I was hoping to purchase, passed to 3 different people with an outcome of “ try again to purchase it later”? An offer which is clearly listed on your website? Terrible

    @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!
