  Despite being under contract & long term customer of @EE I arguably highly naively visited local Harrow shop as phone wouldn't work Service was appalling didn't know/care with suggestions bordering on wilfully ignorant including one of them asking if I had my phone with me 1/

  @EE Hi there I just factory reset my 4gee WiFi modem and my old password won't work.. the casing was changed a year or so ago and the back has no password sticker on it. Can you help me with this problem?
