  When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.

  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
