@stephenbudd @EE That's mental, I would switch to a different network provider, I'm with Sky Mobile (uses the O2 network) I'm moving to Europe in 2 weeks and checked they aren't planning to charge for roaming

@Northpowergrid LS29 power off since 3am also taken out local @EE mobile service? Any update?? Appreciate we are just some of lots in this situation.

@EE cancelled my order (without notifying me), told me it was my fault, didn’t refund my money, have left my account in limbo and now i’m told its 72 hrs to fix the issue, then I can graciously try and upgrade again… So much for no.1 network #nothappy

@EE Hello my partner placed an upgrade order. You emailed to say the product was out of stock and to call. The order was cancelled and redone by your staff however the discount was not applied and the free protection pack has also not been sent. Awful service.

@EE I have my home phone with EE. Who is responsible for the wire from the telegraph pole to the house. Some still attached to wall but can see a metal plate with screw holes slightly down the wire which is twisted.
