L D (@thisbaldone) reported@EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?
-
Kris (@omgdoughnut_) reported@EE just some feedback, change your delivery company. DPD say they attempted delivery when I’ve been in all day waiting and tracking their driver. Their support is non existent too. Frustrated is taking it mildly!
-
Joshua Taylor (@Jackburrnorth87) reported@EE connection is really bad at the minute for Washington Tyne and Wear

Pete ‘Moose’ Jousiffe 🇬🇧 🏴 (@karakashin) reported@EE what a heap of rubbish! I’m here in AUS trying to renew an add-on and you are making it so difficult! I’m a new customer and wishing I had never moved to EE!
-
Nicky (@NickyNacks25) reported@EE I have tried to call in good time of opening hours yet it says you’re closed. Having had several weeks of your tv channel’s freezing, not available or just not working as they should… I’ve had enough. Paying extortionate fees, please reply! #ofcom

@thedrmike.bsky.social (@The_Dr_Mike) reported**** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website
-
Jochen Roeder (@jochen_roeder) reported@Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

humorousfunnybone (@abracadab1304) reportedFor all the British “knowledge” prowess, they can’t get their websites right - BA, EE, BT - all garbage! Complicated nonsense that just doesn’t get the basics right. Trying to get hold of customer service is a whole different ballgame. Yeesh! @British_Airways @EE
