Fung (@androidfung) reported@EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?
