@EE @cjdracing1969 If your phone has coverage, but you're reporting capacity issues, toggling flight mode could actually make it worse - by unnecessarily increasing signalling traffic. Losses of coverage can be resolved by flight mode, but I suspect this is not your issue.

@EE there seems to be a major fault in the NR15 area with broadband, no updates nothing works and the mobile signal is pretty much useless too so no chance of using 5G to hotspot, what is going on and when will normal service be resumed

@EE @clivej2010 To clarify: You will only roam when home-network coverage is unavailable, but foreign networks are.

@DesTidbury @EE I’m currently going through the same. WiFi box constantly flashing orange. Took 10 days to resolve last time. Sent all around the country, from Cardiff Sunderland. Each time I had to re-explain the issue 🤬

@EE I tried that and was put onto an auto text bot. The text bot told me the problem was ongoing but your app/website says ‘there is a problem and it is expected to be fixed by 9.28 on the 3rd. This is poor comms. At what point can we get compensation for lack of service?
