@EE Phil, I did get through to you but was advised EU data was a no go. That being said, the service was good as usual from EE. Afraid I’ll have to take my chances elsewhere now.

@EE hi , I got sim card from Spain , the employee said the sim card will work in Portugal , now I'm in Portugal and the sim card doesn't work and won't connect to any other company!

@EE it’s been more than a month and you still haven’t fixed the issues we’re having in BS15!! Unreal!! If you go outside you can’t use any data or make any calls as the networks is unusable !

@EE is there a fault with landlines in ST13 area? Tried using my landline to make a call at 9.30pm tonight. No outgoing nor incoming. Broadband was down at 10.45pm but back now but still no response when dialling from landline phone. Disappointing you don’t have a 24/7 helpline
