@virginmedia Thank you for your awful service today - 40min and escalation refused!! Would have stayed with @EE if you hadn’t slapped a cancellation fee! Furious and out of pocket. Thank you - NOT!!

@EE I'm not struggling nor do I need help but to hike up the price like that after a 2 year lockdown and people losing their jobs etc is horrendous. You're a MULTI-BILLION £company. Do better.

@StefanoBoyo595 @EE 5.4% inflation increase & another 3.9% on top for good measure. Poor that you can sign a contract agreeing a price then they can break it to increase payments. Also wasn’t aware of the Euro thing, will look into it. Been with EE/Orange for 26 years, may be the end of it now.

@EE Yeah I did it through the Samsung website evertime I contacted them I get either "can you confirm the delivery address" or " sorry for the delay we are experiencing technical problems" the latter hardly reassuring from a tech company.
