  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

  Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

  @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.
