    Turns out some how by some miracle my mums old phone has a 1 year old TMobile sim in it 😳 so thanks to @EE customer services for swiftly fixing this and upgrading her service and sim to go in the new phone with nae hassle 👍🏻

    @The_ProfessorUK @EE I spoke to EE yesterday they called through to the delivery team and raised a ticket. I got a call this morning from someone who said they were posting them out to anyone who had raised an issue. 5-7 days

    @EE Experienced fantastic C/Service from a call handler at your NI callcentre. His name was Dean & I think he was based at Craigavon. He was on the phone for an hour+ to fix a problem for my Gran who suffers with dementia. He was caring & went out of his way to sort the problem.
