  @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.

  @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

  @DPDUkHelp44 Can you explain why it is considered acceptable for your delivery drivers to falsely report a failed delivery attempt for my @EE parcel? I have been at home all afternoon waiting for this, yet your driver has lied about an attempt that never happened?

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

  @EE why have I twice been offered an identical Broadband Deal by your retentions team only to be told it was cancelled after I cancelled the Sky deal? Now told its a 'systems problem' that no-one seems able to sort. Dyou not want any customers?
