@EE Just spent another hour on the phone asking for a number back which has been shut down due to lack of use. The same no, belonging to my husband, that we had to fight for following his passing last year. Your bereavement policies and empathy are non existent.

@EE I went to my local @EE Store it didn't end well, it's now very apparent that nearly 32 year loyal custom will be coming to an end. They is a clear misrepresentation which no one want to address. I need the number of the team where I can pay my contract up & terminate.

@EE Hi Sarah, I think it’s an issue on BTs end to be honest. I’ve seen a lot of reports of it. I can log in, load up the programme and then it just starts buffering after 20 seconds. I don’t blame EE at all.

Terrible customer service today from EE after being a loyal customer for over 6 years, have increased my bill by £10 monthly compared 6 months ago . 100s quoted to end contract and yearly costs amounting to £660 instead of their competitor costs of £216. Will not recommend! @EE

@EE EE network is not the best it’s crap just like most of the other service providers. Complained to EE of the network and I was advised to used my Wifi when making called so please tell me why am I paying £35 per month? Constantly the network is dropping with a tower 100m
