    @EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

    @EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

    Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

    @EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

    @EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

    @EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

    @EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

    @VirginMediaCorp Your network goes down entirely too often thankfully @EE just let me gift 15GB data to my tablet so that my wife and I could Hotspot and actually get our jobs done. Shouldn't have needed to do that though show I?

    @EE I’m having intermittent issues, no 4 or 5G, can’t send texts, phone calls fail! Phone is only a year old & it’s not just in one place - I’m only getting one bar wherever I am!

    @EE Is the network issues/faults only happen regularly at my locals bt47 and bt82. Can't understand why so many. Only after a fault on on Friday at bt47 now today at bt82 it's off again since at least 4am. Be lucky if issue free for more than 2 weeks at at time.

    @EE are absolute jokes. I was meant to receive an upgrade Thursday and still haven’t and now there saying I can’t cancel my upgrade until they receive the upgrade back. Someone wasted a day waiting on for this only to not receive it

    @EE went into store to upgrade today and walked away with a sim only and broadband I’ve since changed my mind and want to cancel the broadband and to change the sim only to to a different sim only called you this evening to change this and was told I can’t cancel…WTF?! Yes I can
