Agreed to an upgrade, got written confirmation—then they put my order “on hold” and tried to upsell me or push Flex Pay. Now they won’t honour the deal. Unethical. Misleading. Becky Chanceux (@beckychanceux) reported@EE Sadly 2 hours of phone calls to be told that all of this was unnecessary as the hub has a hardware fault (told them this at beginning) and to take it to store. We are now up to 10 days with no hub - terrible service from all except Plymouth

Peter Starbuck (@PeterStarbuck) reported@EE I called last Tuesday 8 July asked for a manager to call me, complaint was logged - yesterday as heard nothing called again and lady that was supposed to assist kept giggling on mute ! So I said I’m ending this call due to above and please get manager to call .still waiting!

Mike (@AbarthRocket595) reported@EE Your call centre wait times are a joke! I have been on hold for 40 minutes and it is impossible to get through (plus it is annoying that you are always changing your options). Very poor customer service! 👎
