  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

Lord Hartgrove (@captain_clegg_1) reported from Colehill, England

@EE @Ofcom I've tried all afternoon to talk to someone about removal of a number I no longer use. So far zero help. Very poor service

Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

  • siggyboy
Graham Curtis 🥁🇪🇺🍒 (@siggyboy) reported from Poole, England

@ee cannot make outgoing calls in BH postcodes. Cut off before ringing. Any known issues?

  • CarlJTaylor23
Carl Taylor (@CarlJTaylor23) reported from Poole, England

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

  • rich25chelsea
Richard Gillhespie (@rich25chelsea) reported from Christchurch, England

@EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

  • saeedrashid
Saeed Rashid (@saeedrashid) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Hi. Our service is still out. Is it possible for you to check to see if there is a ETA? Thanks.

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Been trying for days off and on ,and kinda given up ,will end up costing me as will go into rolling 30 day ,would be simpler to just click in app or website either to cancel or instigate a call

Jess (@athenajm) reported from Bransgore, England

@EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

  • FMTDC
Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Bournemouth, England

Well @EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE why can’t you cancel a contract coming to the end on the app or online .surely at this time it would be easier to have those functions ,I’ve given up on calling 150

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE No ,just cancel 2 lines which are iPads at the end of the contract this month

  • LetitiaSamuels

@EE Ok, but I have no signal I did order a replacement sim could that be the reason?

  • MarieMcglinchey
    Marie💙 (@MarieMcglinchey) reported

@BenGungyal @EE Like all contracts its down to the customer to renegotiate, as I do with my virgin subscription, home insurance, car insurance. All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.

  • shauncroft1985
    Shaun Croft (@shauncroft1985) reported

@EE pathetic service. You can see my phone's broken but won't help, so your happy to charge me my contract for a broken phone

  • SharynM22
    Sharyn (She/Her) (@SharynM22) reported

@MancPictures @EE Yep 👍🏼 send me a code, wants me to set a pin (which is odd because it’s already been set) and then tells me I can’t login

  • robbopalmer
    Rob Palmer (@robbopalmer) reported

Hope it’s not one of your products @EE Let’s hope @England are more professional than @EE Customer service must be watching the match over and over again 😴

  • AngieCa26314731
    Aingeal (@AngieCa26314731) reported

@toadmeister Should be the case in all places of employment - in particular educational establishments at all levels. Problems with @EE but would not go near their store in Livingston yesterday as draped in progress pride flags. Only British Heart Foundation had similar. Sorry changed

  • lowercase00
i'm not a battery for the matrix (@lowercase00) reported

@BenGungyal @EE EE exploits existing customers as do they all. I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.

  • DavidWh23834382
    David White (@DavidWh23834382) reported

    @EsharDhill20660 @EE I've never had a problem

  • callme_kells
    Ekele (@callme_kells) reported

@EE your broadband service has been very very poor since 3 weeks now. I have wasted hours on multiple occasions talking to your team about it. Frustrating 😡!

Rich Hargreaves / Wickerrman (@rkhargreaves) reported

@LFCVik2 @England @EE Put your bias down for a minute and realise how wrong that comment is lol
