  • FMTDC
Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Bournemouth, England

Well @EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

  • saeedrashid
Saeed Rashid (@saeedrashid) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Hi. Our service is still out. Is it possible for you to check to see if there is a ETA? Thanks.

@EE literally had my phone with you just over a month and the sounds buggered, shall I take it in store so you can fix or replace or do I have to go to @Apple 😱😱

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

  • rich25chelsea
Richard Gillhespie (@rich25chelsea) reported from Christchurch, England

@EE hi I have no network at the moment is there a problem

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Been trying for days off and on ,and kinda given up ,will end up costing me as will go into rolling 30 day ,would be simpler to just click in app or website either to cancel or instigate a call

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE why can’t you cancel a contract coming to the end on the app or online .surely at this time it would be easier to have those functions ,I’ve given up on calling 150

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ee how the hell do i actually use the swappable benefit of BritBox ? Your help section is about as much use as a chocolate teapot

  • FMTDC
Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

  • AngieLock50
    Angie 📱🍸🍺+🚘 = ❌ (@AngieLock50) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

  • officer_cartman
Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

  • stu1278
stuart fox (@stu1278) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE when is Bourenmouth going to get 5G? My friend on O2 has it and I thought you were supposed to the the biggest 5G network?

  • CarlJTaylor23
Carl Taylor (@CarlJTaylor23) reported from Poole, England

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

  • captain_clegg_1
Lord Hartgrove (@captain_clegg_1) reported from Colehill, England

@EE @Ofcom I've tried all afternoon to talk to someone about removal of a number I no longer use. So far zero help. Very poor service

  • SteveHill11
    Steve Hill (@SteveHill11) reported

@EE Okay, lines are closed sadly but Would my service still continue if my current deal runs out tomorrow?

  • istreamsandwich
    IStreamSandwich - Stephen (@istreamsandwich) reported

@Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

  • DinaGlyphs
    Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported

@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)

  • babancat
    Catriona (@babancat) reported

@EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

  • CharlesSalt3
    Charles Salt (@CharlesSalt3) reported

@EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

  • burgs2010
Nick Burgin - Horror Writer (@burgs2010) reported

With @virginmedia still being down for many people (2 weeks now), how many customers are they about to lose to @EE or @skytv ?

  • sithmetal71
    SithMetal71 (@sithmetal71) reported

@EE why is your website and app totally useless. It is absolute garbage and not fit for purpose. Trying to login is a joke, managing account is a joke. Go back to BT's website.

  • RobLMyers
    Rob Myers (@RobLMyers) reported

@EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.

  • wclifton968
    W. Clifton (@wclifton968) reported

@AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.

  • tankie76
    Linda Rogers (@tankie76) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.
