It doesn't and I've wasted a fiver and you've lost a potential customer. (a fiver's a lot to an old pensioner). No need to reply

Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

I’ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Can’t get a statement. Can check contract status.
