    @EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

    @EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

    @EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

    @EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

    Well @EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

    @EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

    @EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

    @EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

    @EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

    Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

    @EE You have been charging me insane amount of money but what about providing a better network or service which I expect in return? The whole M44AX postcode is having an issue here in Manchester UK, I hope your team won't come up with COVID as the probable cause of poor service.

    @VodafoneUK The issue is Vodafone's underperforming infrastructure and poor customer service. Over promise and under deliver and expect customers to just suck it up and accept poor service. I've moved to a better provider. Hello @EE 👋

    @EE I am trying to renew a payment on my EE account by adding a new card. Your site won’t let me do this. It keeps redirecting me to re-fill my details again & again every time I push confirm. I can’t call for support & the online chat feature hasn’t helped either.

    @EE I’m absolutely disgusted with your service. I have got an upgrade that wasn’t due for delivery for 7 days. You then delivered using @DPDgroup_news who have delivered to a different address 4 days ago. I do not have the phone and your telling me it’s my problem to sort!!

    @EE Hello, all last month my ee app was not working it just said to come back later and when I did it was styaibg the same thing so I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but when I went to reinstalled the app it is now saying there is an error and not letting me download it
