@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

@EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

@EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

@EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

@EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

@EE I work and live in WV8 and Wv6 i have had no internet or phone signal since 19th October only works when have wifi so not exactly a mobile phone when will the broken mast be repaired

@bt_uk It is just rubbish! Drops out all of the time and the speed is almost snail like! I would love to have @virgin but they say they can't put a cable in! Therefore I'm stuck with @EE at £78 a month for a crap service! #ruralproblems

@EE EE need to look at their CS and passing of info. Stressed caused due to EEs CS team constantly lying to their customers and charging over £1,000 for returned kit because their CS didn't update the account. Terrible service. @kevinbacon

@EE disappointing to be told changes would be reflected in my next bill and no changes have been made. £50 down this month! Misleading and unfair. Hardly reassuring to be told that the agent responsible will be reprimanded. A gesture of good will would have been appreciated
