Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

Tim C (@timc1989) reported@EE I need to speak to somebody about phone insurance. 150 is constantly ‘very busy’. Was just on hold for 15 mins and then the line went dead. Really not impressed with ee. You’re supposed to have the best customer insurance which is why I joined.
