@EE on the MyEE app it says I can upgrade early so I click on the link to go to your website to choose a phone and am met with a message saying you can't let me upgrade or get a new phone. I am confused, please would you help?

Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

@EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

@EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

@EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

@EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

@EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

@EE amazing customer service..NOT. DPD confirm my upgrade was stolen whilst in there care & EE now make me wait 72 hours before they will order me a new one & only offer £30 goodwill gesture but make me wait for a new phone 👏👏 provider of the year goes to EE

@EE after phoning this morning to activate my pac code as their app wouldn’t allow me, EE tells me that I’ve taken out two contracts and the code is on the other contract but now they’ll cancel the second contract! What a mess, glad it’s sorted though

@EE why is my phone saying no signal everywhere I go! I’ve had no service, in the shops, at work, home. I haven’t had a problem before this, but the last week has been ridiculous! Why the hell am I paying a £60 contract, when I can’t even use my phone out and about? 🙄😡😤😫🤯

@EE Hi. The email you sent when I submitted a STAC has the subject "Get your EE number transfer sorted", which implies the number is being moved, but that's exactly what I didn't want. You might want to fix that to avoid confusion.
