@EE Indeed as I said your new contracts have 24 month EE care ,it just suddenly stopped working ,all other phones have 24 month .i have 5 lines with you currently and will be one left .im guessing my value as a customer wasn’t worth it

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@ee how the hell do i actually use the swappable benefit of BritBox ? Your help section is about as much use as a chocolate teapot

  • KikoAlvarezL Kiko Álvarez (@KikoAlvarezL) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE what a shame of service, after I've been paying 2 years of phone insurance they REFUSED to repare my phone if I don't pay £100... instead they offered me a new one wich I accepted, the same day I called them due to it didn't fullfil my needs and again I received a REFUSAL!!😤

  • saeedrashid Saeed Rashid (@saeedrashid) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Hi. Our service is still out. Is it possible for you to check to see if there is a ETA? Thanks.

  • FMTDC Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Bournemouth, England

Well @EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

  • SouthpawBoxNews Phil Rogers (@SouthpawBoxNews) reported from Poole, England

@EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Thanks for the info I’ll cancel after the trial ,that’s poor considering I have a max smart plan which includes stuff I don’t need ,prime etc useless to me , so much for loyality to the brand

  • AngieLock50 Angie 📱🍸🍺+🚘 = ❌ (@AngieLock50) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Not in a remote or rural area! In Bournemouth BH10. Horrendous signal and not even 4g at times, sometimes 3G. It’s been like this since I moved to this location on the 4th July.

  • CarlJTaylor23 Carl Taylor (@CarlJTaylor23) reported from Poole, England

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Nope ,for a phone to basically go wrong after 16 months is pretty bad ,never dropped or anything your new contracts have 24 month warranty ,no help given apart from a reduced upgrade price which daughter can’t pay ,I have 3 lines up for renewal in next 3 months and 1 in 8

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

Ok well I’m shell shocked after a phone from Tom at @EE about the problem I had with a iPhone XS they have totally sorted the problem out to a somewhat brilliant conclusion ,Hats off so to speak to him and the team

  • rich25chelsea Richard Gillhespie (@rich25chelsea) reported from Christchurch, England

@EE hi I have no network at the moment is there a problem

  • TIMjohnANDREWS Tim Andrews (@TIMjohnANDREWS) reported from Lymington, England

@mrlkdds @EE Can they fix 4G first. Mine is terrible

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE why can’t you cancel a contract coming to the end on the app or online .surely at this time it would be easier to have those functions ,I’ve given up on calling 150

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Been trying for days off and on ,and kinda given up ,will end up costing me as will go into rolling 30 day ,would be simpler to just click in app or website either to cancel or instigate a call

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE No ,just cancel 2 lines which are iPads at the end of the contract this month

  • FMTDC Trevor Chaplin (@FMTDC) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Absolute waste of time checking the coverage service. If you are on WiFi calling, EE piggy backing on your service it’s great. And they offer to compensate for a service you can’t get anyway, great result

  • lousnews23 Louis Bowden (@lousnews23) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE literally had my phone with you just over a month and the sounds buggered, shall I take it in store so you can fix or replace or do I have to go to @Apple 😱😱

  • officer_cartman Mark Bates (@officer_cartman) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE are there problems I can’t gift data to one of my other lines !

  • poulloingg gg poulloin (@poulloingg) reported from Bournemouth, England

@EE Misplaced fone bought £5 SIM for fone used when out walking. Shop said would be able to use at normal rates when month ran out. It doesn't and I've wasted a fiver and you've lost a potential customer. (a fiver's a lot to an old pensioner). No need to reply

  • PeterSangster1 Peter Sangster 💙 (@PeterSangster1) reported from Portlethen, Scotland

Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

  • shawy83 David Shaw (@shawy83) reported

@EE Hi EE! I've been with you now for 15 years and have always had a good experience. I now have a huge problem with regards to me being charged for the whole device when upgrading, instead of being charged monthly as normal. It's been going on for 2 months. Need a manager :(

  • DuncanDicks Duncan ***** (@DuncanDicks) reported

@EE @OpenreachHelp it’s 5 months since I asked for a connection, on a town street where every other house is connected. Another failure of planning, and a willingness to let the customer down, means waiting until 26th April at the earliest. Please sort it out and connect me!

  • DeanCrann Dean Crann (@DeanCrann) reported

@EE So something that should be simple is now involving me to go and purchase an envelope for a service that you should be delivering? I get its just an envelope but its the principle of the service that isnt being met and of course making it harder for the customer.

  • DeanCrann Dean Crann (@DeanCrann) reported

@EE To be honest I don't feel it should be down to me to feed this back? This is an internal problem that I already made you guys aware on my last post and was told that you would feed that back which looks like didn't happen.

  • 918Marc Gowz (@918Marc) reported
