It doesn't and I've wasted a fiver and you've lost a potential customer. (a fiver's a lot to an old pensioner). No need to reply

Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

Please provide a direct email address for the Complaints Team or escalate my DM internally. If you refuse, please issue
