    Parents are on the phone to @EE & I’ve never in my life seen worse customer service in my life... spend less money on Kevin Bacon starring on your adverts and put that money into training your staff!!

    @EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

    @EE you have messaged me to say I need to contact you about a problem with my order….how do I contact you? When I message I get a generic reply telling me to call. When I call you I sit on hold waiting for 45 minutes plus each time?

    @EE Thank you. I might try calling when I have time. I also can’t log on through a browser. I’m only trying to find out how much data I download as I’m pretty angry about the 41% price increase – not the way to treat longstanding customers.

    @EE can you decrease the size of your movile app? Its actually a joke that the latest update is 0.94GB in size. Its so large it struggles to open, once open struggles to open each page. Oh also you told me to wait while you connected me to an advisor 24 hours ago... fix up mate

    @EE awful customer service in EE at @_Metrocentre misold a contract on top of an existing contract. Returned to store hours later to return the sim once realised what happened. Was rudely and embarrassing refused. Horrendous experience and hugely et down. Left ex wife in tears

    @EE @bt_uk why can't my mum and dad use their house phone to call and receive calls? You say you're the best, but this is a simple service! They've taken your broadband, but can't get phone calls!

    @EE anyone working tonight? Been on hold 40 minutes and yous close at 8. At the same time, increasing my basic sim only deal by 8 quid a month, not sure why I’m with you’s, crap customer service

    @EE was due to have my broadband installed today between 1300band 1800. Not had ot installed and had nothing to say when it will be rearranged. Tried to get help through app went round in circles. Not good customer service

    .@EE I’m really disappointed with the wait times to speak to a customer service person? 45 minutes? When I need urgent help from abroad, to receive texts and calls on my phone?
