@EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Your mums just spoken to wrong call handlers . Call back & this will get refunded….Either EE steps up or bank under fraud . I’ve been with them since they took over Orange … Day one I’ve been their long term customer. Just have to get right person to deal with it respectfully
