Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

PAC acquired, but now where?

I’ve spoken to your social media & complaints team and there’s still no updates with when this will be fixed. I’ve even gone onto your network checker and it now says there’s “no known issue” when there clearly is.

He has to come this week and try to find fault. My internet is working as before and likely to intermittently go down until main fault found.

Adam (@admdly) reported@EE looks like the new SIM only plans come with a speed limit of 100 Mbps unless one of the higher plans is purchased? Undermines benefit of 5G and adding speed limits is terrible idea.
