    @EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

    Parents are on the phone to @EE & I’ve never in my life seen worse customer service in my life... spend less money on Kevin Bacon starring on your adverts and put that money into training your staff!!

    @CarolynTGray @EE Phone up EE, say about the poor/no signal & request a signal booster (which I've had two sent to me for free). It plugs in to your internet & provides you with signal.

    @EE The issue has now been resolved. EE had allocated my music to my personal email and not my apple account which apple have now rectified. The time it had taken to get through and for your tech experts to deal with this was very poor. I hope they can response to my complaint I sent

    @EE All sealed up. Luckily he called the courier back straight away who was amazing abs helped with ee, but the service fr we was awful and I want nothing to do with a company like that

    @JR_Oak7 @EE Had this exact same issue switch not even despatched after 28 days, lots of promises but no call backs or updates. Poor service @EE
