@EE Hello. I’d like to query an additional charge being made to my account this month. How do I get in touch with your billing Dept? I can’t find a way on app to discuss my issue. Thanks

Parents are on the phone to @EE & I’ve never in my life seen worse customer service in my life... spend less money on Kevin Bacon starring on your adverts and put that money into training your staff!!

@Chris_Torbitt @EE @ThreeUK We get this “we have to invest in our network” excuse from Virgin Media too; I’d much rather companies were honest.

@BBCNews I was with Orange for over 12 years then stuck with @EE when you took over. That nearly 20 years never missed or late with a bill. I’ve relocated to Athens for work because of Covid so I’ll have to give up my UK mobile because it will double with new roaming charge 1st January 🙏

@AndyPolygon @EE @WeAre8Official To invest in your customer service?...you constantly say that and it never gets any better. I travel to Europe a lot so won't be using you any more for my mobile contract.

@EE @WeAre8Official You’ll be losing a customer in 2 months when my contract is up - good bye and good riddance. And as it’s owned by BT that will be going as well in due course. Well done *********.

@ramtops @AnnaJerzewska @EE I found EE to be more than reasonable when it came to ending a contract early (with no early termination fees) when the point of contention was their claim “fastest UK network”, which I said wasn’t right and had caused me a 50% loss of data speed.
