@EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

Bought a one-off data add-on, @EE added it monthly. I realised 6 months later after wondering why my bills were high, they refunded 3 months. Checked my bill today, they never removed the add-on, & again will only refund 3 coz its my responsibility to check for their fuckups! 😠

@EE Help!! Latest update downloaded onto my S20 Ultra and now sim card is not inserted error all the time. Was fine before the update and now i have no phone. Tried restarting, removing sim, wiping it etc but not helped.

@EE Internet ok on mobile phone. Router at home constantly flashing even after resetting. Cannot have this whilst working from home. Need to have proper Zoom access. Mobile app not working. All in all, I am not happy.
