@EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

@EE day 3 in the big brother house and still no signal. Even your website has stopped feeding me lies and not displaying anything when I enter my postcode. Yesterday it said it would be done by 4PM yesterday!

Day 4 of no signal with @EE and the only advice we have been given is to use WiFi calling which is helpful until we leave the house!

@EE Broadband been down for days. Told it is due to a faulty power supply which needs replacing and several other customers have reported this - causing a back log. As you know who, do you not think it's a good idea to send these out instead of waiting for customers to phone you?

@EE I have EE Broadband and I was going to move to EE for my phone SIM but I have to say their website and app are dreadful and not easy to navigate at all. So I’m not going to bother. One more customer says no!!
