    @EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

    @EE I'm not a customer anymore but I need your customer service number. I have tried 4 different numbers and all are automated and require an EE mobile number. Please can you get in touch with the correct number/email I should be contacting? I'm not very happy.

    @EE having been an EE customer for years I find it disappointing that new customers get offered better deals than existing ones. I get why but you need to be looking after loyal customers better! #ee

    @EE when are you going to deal with the mast issues in Wansford, Cambridgeshire? We've been waiting months! Working from home a nightmare and getting worse. Surgery pharmacy can't even take card payments. This is high priority. Completely unacceptable.

    @EE can you tell me how in 2021 that even though we pay you 200 pound a month in mobile contracts and internet! You don’t have to provide us with a service that enables our children to access a zoom call for school? Or myself teach a lesson without paying another £50 a month?

    @EE My base intention was to upgrade and stay another 24 months, however the appalling service provided a different outcome.

    @EE I was cancelling my contract as was told even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years I wouldn’t be able to upgrade and then went to cancel last month told it was £90 and then when I went to cancel yesterday told I had to pay £250

    @EE Can you explain why your "No.1 in the UK" customer service" team have miss-sold me a contract, then billed me incorrectly (not even based on the misssold contract) and refuse to contact me back when asking for answers?? A week of waiting an still not explanation of ANY kind!
