@EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

@EE what is going on with the app. I have tried to sign in for several days have had to change my password numerous times even tried to register again but I cannot access my account. If I go thru a browser no problem but thru the app it’s impossible

Just my regular reminder NOT to use #EE as they will rip you off, and charge you even when you've left them. Customer service is a waste of space too, as @EEComplaints ignore you anyway. So, avoid @EE and always go with another provider.

@SadiqKhan @ThreeUK @EE So with cuts to the tube and bus services imminent i guess its just as well they can ring for a taxi to finish their journey, not that theres **** all left in London anymore to visit thanks to your ulez all decent companies have moved outside the zone

@EE This is the second phone I’ve had from you that’s stopped working way before the contract is up. I’m expected to pay monthly for a phone that may as well be made by fisher price. @Apple your iOS 15 is ****. Since updating all I can do is text.

.@EE you have owed me ~£180 for approx 6 months. I have called at least 5 times if not more, each time staff have told me the cheque is coming. I lodged a formal complaint and was followed up with saying the cheque has been posted 3+ wks ago. Still nothing. Please resolve asap
