@EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

@EE Hi Chris, I’ve just emailed @OpenreachHelp After speaking to one of you advisors on the phone, their only suggested solution was that I switch to a copper line broadband that would give me 14mbps tops, which is insufficient for my line of work. I’ll DM you now.

@EE When my mobile is on in greenock I struggle to get Internet outside of greenock is a little better signal but the difference between now and even w year ago is ridiculous my partner isn't EE and never has the problems I'm experiencing thanks for replying

@EE I ordered my upgrade about 15 minutes after pre-orders went live for the new iPhone 14 Pro Max, Yet I'm still no clearer if the device is even slated to arrive tomorrow. Though you've happily taken payment. Can I get an update or I'll just cancel the order and buy elsewhere.
