@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

@EE I have spoken a couple times to 150 about getting a charge removed from my bill which I was promised would be done instantly and in time prior to the direct debit yet the debit has been taken at the full amount, please help!!!

@Mike1905Chelsea @EE Network is ok. Bad thing is there overpriced and the Apple phones are still network locked most providers are providing the phones unlocked now due to the law coming into force in December. Total greed from EE.

@VodafoneUK Already have a complaint manager looking at it. But you letting me know that final bill is in normal cycle and your website confirming within 22 days I don’t think you have a leg to stand on thanks. The date on the bill was March 2021. I have been a happy @EE customer since 2018

Especially when it was transferred from another European country before being sold in the UK by @EE, they is no point having an account that I can't use and I ain't waiting 101 weeks. This has just been one issue after another with this account. I've had enough.

@EE Incompetence to the max, what a complete shambles of a set up you are running... working from home doesn’t mean poor customer service.. cancelled two numbers on the back of several waste of time conversations..
