Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

Laura (@Lauraaa_65) reported@JSS779 @EE To add to this, I’ve spoken to others who have the same issue. EE have never actually resolved any of our complaints regarding this. They kept passing me from dept to dept who would be clueless as to what the issue was. I’ve given up using them abroad at all now.
