@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

@EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

@EE You also said I’d get my iPhone 13 pro max on launch day and still nothing, you have also given lots of people £50, you keep telling me to rtn my old phone or pay £600+. Can’t i@shine how bad the other networks must be!
