    @EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

    @EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

    @mouthwaite @EE I’ve been with EE for 11 years (well, was T-Mobile at first) and never had a problem. I often get reduced contracts from them as I have so many :)

    @mouthwaite @EE Some kid in one of their stores messed up my new contract with @EE and we have been in dispute for years. They actually owe me money so looks like I’ll take them to court. Honestly the worst customer service ever. If they provide one decent human to solve this... I will be amazed

    @mouthwaite @EE I left EE feb this year after all my calls would cut out.Mine was because I moved and signal poor.I spent hours on & off phone trying to sort it.And I still get EE text updates about the area.Even though left them to go to Sky mobile.I got a better deal and great signal.xx

    @MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE I left EE as their signal had issues regularly. They ripped me off and customer service was shite. I would never go back to them and I was one if their first Orange customers and was with them at least 15 years. I left a year or two after ee took over.

    @Anderson86Sam @mouthwaite @EE Likewise I was an Orange customer and have never had any issues with EE. I'm due an upgrade but have been putting it off as I know they will have issues with people working from home. Always had great customer service in store too

    @mouthwaite @EE It must be wonderful to be so privileged that you expect better service than us hoi poloi oiks. I’ve been with ee for ever and never had any problems with service or upgrades etc. Perhaps it’s because I’m nice to them?
