@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

@EE Morning. I have DM’d and tried on here a few days ago. Please can someone help with reference to a password reset. Also I have ordered a new phone through EE last Saturday. I’ve had no confirmation email. No time frame and no update (should be next day delivery) pls can you help.

Parents are on the phone to @EE & I’ve never in my life seen worse customer service in my life... spend less money on Kevin Bacon starring on your adverts and put that money into training your staff!!

@EE I assume it’s an offshore call centre: the other day after a woman hung up on me when I said that offer didn’t sound right 10mins later I got another call from the same number from a man with the same accent giving me the same sales pitch. If it’s an outsourcer they’re really bad

Hi @EE - I don't know if you run an employee recognition award/bonus, but Maggie in your customer service dept (I'm sure you can work out who she is) deserves it 100%! She went above & beyond to keep me updated on my service outage, and was the most friendly agent ever!

@EE Nope.. still down despite being told it would be fixed that night. Don't worry, once it's fixed you'll be getting a call to discuss money off the bill because I'm not paying for a service that doesn't work.

@EE 3 weeks on I still have issues after doing a sim swap, a replacement sim was sent after not getting my number back and no I have NO way of being contacted because even the temporary number isn’t working anymore, and my Mum’s sim has been cancelled too! Useless!

@EE All done and getting tomorrow as just had notification from DPD. On anytime upgrade no upfront costs, should of paid £200 put as ee app was showing an erea I didn't have to pay nothing. Screenshot for proof to ee. Boom. Thanks EE. The best network 🫶🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
