Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Wool and nearby locations:

  • SouthpawBoxNews Phil Rogers (@SouthpawBoxNews) reported from Poole, England

@EE This doesn’t help me. I want to be able to record calls in my phone using an app. But I can’t merge calls. If you’ve disabled this function then I can’t do my job.

  • CarlJTaylor23 Carl Taylor (@CarlJTaylor23) reported from Poole, England

@EE - been trying to top up the MiLs phone online for 3 days. It’s not working and just takes you to a ‘do you want to leave us’ page? Tempting as that is, it’s not what she wants / needs. We are now resorting to phone you at 25p a minute to top up. Feels deliberate 🤬

  • SniersMoregut Dr Sir Captain Lord Ergo QC (@SniersMoregut) reported

@TimboBagginses @richiecoys @EE No idea I’ve had BT fibre for years, literally never had an issue After all it’s their infrastructure- most of the newer brands just rent space

  • NoisyStandard ColinP (@NoisyStandard) reported

@EE Nope, it’s pointless. Smash the piggie bank and shove a mast up on the east side of Wells. That’s the only solution.

  • DamonAllan107 Damon Allan (@DamonAllan107) reported

@EE hi, my parented and I both are not getting any phone signal or internet, only wifi? In EH54 - any idea why?

  • Hayley62229788 Hayley (@Hayley62229788) reported

@EE 2 mobile phones not working in HP2 area, no signal, no 4g or 5g? What’s going on EE??

  • Sasha_saffron #LapisLazuli (@Sasha_saffron) reported

@EE Yes. It’s nothing to do with what’s running. It’s got to the stage where I need airplane mode to help my battery from draining. I even let my battery run down to 20% before recharging.

  • Exclusiiive Exclusiive (@Exclusiiive) reported

@EE why am I having data issues in E1?

  • LinzGelsthorpe 🇬🇧 Mr Linz 🇬🇧 (@LinzGelsthorpe) reported

So @EE you’ve messaged me (thanks) a booklet about roaming!the booklet says you will charge me for Wifi calling if/ when abroad? Why is there a cost when abroad when not necessarily using your network, if I’ve covered the wifi costs, why are you then charging for wifi calls?

  • stefanjl15 StefanJamesLudlow... (@stefanjl15) reported

@tescomobile @EE I've spoke to a few other colleagues tonight who have said exactly the same as me and that they can't wait to leave either. It's quite obvious that we're paying for a service that you simply can't provide but still advertise as having 99% coverage

  • TheChrisRitch Chris Ritch (@TheChrisRitch) reported

@EE I've just been speaking to one of your online staff about getting an unlimited data pass and was told I can add on at £10 a month, agreed to that add on to only be informed it has to be £25 a month! Thats a poor way to treat loyal customers after you bring back roaming and RPI +!

  • UncleRags Russ Simpson (@UncleRags) reported

    @EE @xerscot It's simply because EE are ******* ****
