@BangkokRam @SamsungUK @EE I've just got to say Chris my s21 ultra threw a right wobbly over the weekend, I lost a load of stuff, Spotify, Facebook, twitter and it would not let me send documents to my cloud. It's taken me from today to sort out. I think it must of been network problem. I'm with EE also.

@EE Sorry for the delay, it’s home broadband & again it’s rubbish. We have had an engineer out to the property previously & we have been given a new router etc - the signal keeps dropping out/slow

@SkyUK so after months of no WiFi, I'm now back to have intermittent connection.. AGAIN, time to cancel this contract I think. Move over to @EE seeing as they've been running my house hold via my phone this whole time

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp what awful service move called to change broadband n phone from sky! House move delayed now it’s 3 weeks to fit phone and disabled need my panic alarm fitted but t#they could care! Don’t use them or @EE really bad service moved after a year in isolation.

@EE Solution for poor mobile reception is signal boxes (which they apparently don't activate anymore) and Wi-Fi calling (which they don't do for PAYG). So if you have poor signal on PAYG then they have no solution. Any other phone providers do Wi-Fi calling on PAYG? I may switch
