Absolutely useless @EE 2nd time my Mrs has sat in all day for broadband upgrade to be installed only for your installers to not bother showing up. No phone call, no email. Nothing. Disgusting service

@EE evening, do you know what the problem is with coverage in area TN31 and how long it will take. It’s been at least a couple of hours and I’ve checked the website can’t see any info apart from there is a problem. I’m on call and need to be contactable. Thank you

@EE are the worst network ever in a time where people are getting 5G I still have to drop to 3G in work just to get some kind of signal 😡
