    @EE extremely disappointed that you give compensation 2 customers who complain publicly via Twitter, but when a customer emails In private they get nothing. Please explain why 1 customer in the same area gets compensation for an outage and1 doesn’t. Looking forward to hearing why

    @EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

    @EE I asked for the lower amount and was told I had to wait for it to generate but I could pay the higher amount and you would credit me back! That was never going to happen. Closing my account with you has not been a particularly pleasant experience
