@EE And what option to speak to a human? We’ve been round your system seven times now. A text sent every time but not a chance to speak to someone. It’s an easy fix, but needs a human to sort, it’s dreadful.

@EE Don't get anything from EE, I have an ongoing dispute and after 6 weeks, hours on the phone to 150 and 7 emails absolutely no response. I have been a loyal customer for 13 years and spend over £200.00 a month, goodbye EE when my contract ends.

I purchased and opened a second phone line with @EE back in December and I have been inundated with spam calls, mostly on a daily basis now, ever since. How is this happening when my number has only been given to a handful of colleagues and has never been inputted elsewhere?

@EE Hi. Just tried to phone my Dad and it went straight to answerphone. I messaged him instead through Facebook and he tried to call me but he’s getting a “no cellular network” message. Postcode is SK6 - are there any issues?

@EE Hi, I need to discuss a separate issue. I've been charged twice for two separate final bills (broadband) as well as overcharged for a 5g device that was an order error on your part. I really need this sorted and don't want the faff of ringing 150 and being passed from dep to dep
