@EE nice try on trying to get me to pay money when my upgrade was due. Why would i pay £50 when I'd had my last phone 2 years already. Luckily the staff in shop saw sence when i was going to take my custom else where and took the charge off. Look after your customer's better

@EE 25 minutes and still no answer from your 150 customer service number this is shocking customer service I thought Vodafone were poor but this is shameful

@EE My Galaxy ZFold3 phone was replaced by @EE insurance and now @SamsungMobile refuses to service it saying the new phone is from the UAE market, not valid in UK. Pls help.
