@EE I've spent over 8 hours on calls to your customer agents in the last 3 days to move over my very ill parents account who is in hospital in critical condition. Each call I have made has the agents I speak to apologize for the errors their colleagues have made. Still not fixed.

@EE I've done all that. App basics. Thats just it I dont want to speak to anyone its an app, everything should be there available for me, otherwise whats the point? For a phone company to have such a poor app is bad. A quick search can see its a problem most people are experiencing

@cm1380 @EE Last week had an issue with our EE Hub & line into the house,the EE guy on the phone said he could see there was an issue-that theyd send out a technician. A few days later, it stated that the case is closed. Noone came out. Do EE fob-off ppl on the phone just to get rid of them?

The @EE app is probably one of the worst apps I've known a big brand to have developed. It never works!! Unable to link any device, constantly requires log in. Been like it for ages now, can't even call it a glitch!
