Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

deepR777 (@deep_r01) reported@EE How can I cancel my contract before 2 years? I thought EE would be better than 3..but I have problems with phone as well as 4g WiFi 😕🙄😞

Catriona (@babancat) reported@EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

Erin Louise Hunt 🪬 (@erinlouisehunt) reportedWhy has EE gone so ****? You’d think they’d be better considering how expensive they are. Tells me I can upgrade for no fee… proceeds to charge me an ETC. Happy to pay it as I have NHS discount but whatever plan I pick, I can’t use the NHS discount. @EE 🤬😡
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE When asked if I want to talk to someone and I follow the prompt, the call ends with an instruction to wait for further messages to guide me on how to get further support. The message doesn’t arrive, nor do I get a call back.
-
Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE Im making enquiries of sky at the moment as they will pay up to £200 to cancel existing contracts
-
Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported@jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
