@EE unfortunately EE can only be described a scam of a business - repeatedly “errors” occurring, massive mismatches between what different employees are saying & no reliability whatsoever (not once has a promised callback EVER happened). Moral of the lesson: STAY AWAY FROM EE!

@EEComplaints @EE’s business practices are on the verge of criminal activity - randomly deactivated my sim card for no good reason and forcing me to move to a new 2 year contract with worse terms! What an absolute scam of a business - how has Ofgem not shut this place down yet??

@cbradshaw1984 @EE Funny enough I have the Pixel 4XL, but I've had so many hardware issues over the years with the P2XL, 3 and 4XL I've now had enough of Googles hardware. Best of waiting until black Friday to see if there are any deals worth getting I'd say now.

@EE Home broadband that actually works would be a bonus. Your last customer service team call informing me that all you do is provide a service to the box means that I will not be renewing our contract and I will gladly tell anyone that the service you deliver is not acceptable

@EE My concern is how much control does EE have over other people’s networks. Can you really help?

Hey @EE why do you charge for a digital eSIM transfer? Apple has the ability to do eSIM transfer but you choose not to support it? Why?
