    @EE @EE have you resolved the issues with the add on to plan accessories? You advertise Fitbits but can't fulfil an order due to a computer glitch!!!

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

    @EE #ee never changed my ee login in June, I have #reg123 logged on and checked. Email says I have I haven’t. @HMCTSgovuk is walsall hmcts recieving communications from one efficiency as well as the apple case id teddie email. Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.

    @EE one of your employees added insurance to my phone plan after i refused and now your company is refusing to help me. look into this employee and see how many people call to cancel insurance.

    @EE How can I speak to someone who will fix the fault on my landline please? I have spent hours on the phone and finally got through to someone sensible @ee last week. They confirmed calling my landline from a mobile is simply a dead line. Call back promised today. Nothing.

    @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

    I have never been able to log in to my business account since joining you and you have just billed me for £275 when I was on holiday and had the holiday package daily!!!!!! @EE

    @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor

    Hey @EE how do you actually speak to a human to resolve a fault!!! Been waiting over 2 hours for someone to help fix my broadband issue... pretty poor customer service
