@EE have you resolved the issues with the add on to plan accessories? You advertise Fitbits but can't fulfil an order due to a computer glitch!!!

@EE Your 5g service is appalling. No matter where you seem to be, you rarely get that service, so what exactly are people paying for? Not happy at all.

@thePHILLOCKETT @EE Worse part is they'll ring you in a month or so and say you're entitled to another handset or tablet at x amount a month, you've just put my bill up so why would I won't more expense. I'd rather **** in my hands and clap

@ThreeUKSupport Which part? I need to speak to a uk based person who can deal with this issue. An offshore call centre cannot sort this issue - perhaps your complaints section or closures? Or maybe @vodaphone or @EE for a new contract

@EE absolutely fantastic customer service from Tom at Festival Place Basingstoke today. Sorted me out a new deal at a cheaper price. Could not have asked for anymore. Credit to EE.
