@EE I’m trying to top up my son’s phone and being prompted to complete a captcha but no captcha to be seen. Site has also got to be one of the least responsive ever on mobile. Now trying on laptop and failing at payment with ‘some errors have occurred’. Very useful!💩

@EE I was cheekily told “Well you have to pay it” and that is the reason that after 18 months of laying for a service that did not work at all I ceased paying and you have harassed me ever since for what you claim is a “debt”.

@EE how is it supposed to be the best network in the UK yet as soon as you leave a town or city ive found the signal isn't that good and struggle online. I've even had 2 bars of 4g and takes ages to load things? #EE

@EE I'll take this opportunity to remind you that you did my 80 year old mum over to the tune of £90 for a broken ADSL modem, which she could not return to you (because we had binned it as it was broken). You charged a pensioner £90 for something worth maybe £10 to you when working!
