  @EE Please avoid this company if you don’t want sky high mobile phone bills, expensive broadband that’s not a patch on virgin plus awful customer services, can’t wait to be out of contract, try ID mobile for phone and virgin for broadband

  @EE Please can you help. I’ve just landed in Tenerife, I cannot get any service all I have is the aeroplane sign and SOS message. I can’t log on to the app because it wants me to verify my account by sending a text to my phone which I’m unable to receive text messages.

  I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

  @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care
