@EE no internet all day. After numerous hoops we’ve jumped through and time wasted, just to speak to a human we were told her system cannot run any tests or tell us why there is an outage? Extremely poor EE.

Day 7 in BT25. The unthinkable happened today. Mil couldn’t reach me because of absent @ee service connection. Drove up the road in person to find a lady who needed medical attention.
