@EE absolutely disgusted with your customer service. I cancelled my mums account on 15/02 because she has passed away. Today a DD was taken from her bank account. I spoke to someone who was taking my details to send money back then hung up on me. I have tried to call back .....

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Well I can see a few things wrong with Gary's reply not to start on the whole dismissive attitude is terrible and why is Gary's manager not helping? Clearly a customer in a vulnerable situation and asking for help, awful service ee just awful and this needs to be resolved
