    What a shock...I call @EE to cancel a contract and I'm kept on the line waiting for 15 minutes to speak to someone (and I've now had to give up as I have to go out). You can be sure that if I was seeking to buy something or add a line that they would answer immediately.

    @EE Stop sending me your annoying voice mail calls, texts and messages. Constantly bothering and pestering customers for financial reward is unlawful. It's about 20 times a day, this is your last chance or i will cancel my account.

    @EE our fibre broadband which we've had installed for a week, after over 2 months of waiting has gone down this evening. The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a Β£600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for Β£100. EE is a sewer.

    How I be paying @ee well over Β£100 for their full TV/Sport & Broadband service yet the HBO Max entitlement is only the basic version so I can’t view all the content. The two films I want to watch I now have to pay for via Amazon. What joke is this in this economy smh. Fix it plz!

    @EE I hardly get a signal anymore in busy places. Really annoying. How do I get priority signal, is it on my tariff?
