@EE absolutely disgraceful. Ordered phone on Monday and was sent email to contact you. 3rd day trying to get through been on hold for over 1hr and still waiting tonight again. Awful customer service

@EE Could you tell me why you've closed our complaint we put in this morning without even contacting us. All we wanted was to upgrade how hard is that but now you've added an extra £40 on it when we have the original invoice. You have lost a valuable customer of 10 years

@EE significant drop in data on mobile and 5G dongle! It’s gone incredibly slow overnight when it used to be super speedy both internet and mobile? Strange that’s it’s both it’s bad now with? Maybe a problem in the area?
