    @EE have you resolved the issues with the add on to plan accessories? You advertise Fitbits but can't fulfil an order due to a computer glitch!!!

    @NoServiceHereUK @EE Still have naff all 4G, just weak 3G. 4G showing FULL signal, but not connecting #NoServiceHere :)

    @EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

    How can @EE keep getting voted best network when their systems and support are the worst! Impossible to access my account whilst abroad because they have taken the app down and their system is also not able to send text verification messages. I feel like they are going backwards

    @BenGungyal @EE What you mean to say is she ignored all of the out of contract emails/text messages and somehow in the 15 years of her being vunerable you've never cared to scan over her bills, what a shin SIN you are

    @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died
