    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @EE already in the EU, forgot to activate roaming and have tried by message and online. So far not working (getting signal but no data) already try to reset phone and change cellphone networks. And in PAYG and was using it in the UK just yesterday. Please an assist? Thanks

    @EE I’ve never had any problems with the landline but honestly the past few months in my area, the call signal has been really poor. Sometimes it’s going to SOS. Please sort it out

    @EE I already did that and they told me it was a general problem affecting several customers and that I should wait about a week for it to clear. This time has passed and it's still the same for me, hence why I'm enquiring
