  @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

  @EE I’ve checked the app & I can’t find a ‘live chat’ option; it just diverts me via various irrelevant subjects to either ‘in-store’ help (useless; I’m housebound) or “ask the community”. Don’t you take responsibility as a company for your own lack of security? #BadCustomerService

  @shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick

  @grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.

  @EE @indigojo_uk Same my house is LU1 4ER couldn’t find a problem even thought the signals so bad. The trainer couldn’t hear me properly
