@EE overcharged me for 2nd month in a row. Call 150 & recorded message says they can’t take calls as they’re too busy!! About to cancel my contract #hopeless

@EE hi how do I report an issue with my broadband please? I’m working from home and having to put some hours in over the weekend as the internet was so poor yesterday, and it’s still not working properly today. At times I’m getting speeds of less then 10 mbps!!

@EE been a loyal customer for over 10 years, on a plan where I can upgrade early when I trade in my phone in however, being told I can’t as there’s not a plan expensive enough for me to do so. Awful service!
