@EE It’s not country wide though….when will it be in every town? Currently only able to get 35mbps. I’m with EE and have no issues with the service provided so I’m not having a moan, just curious as to when it’ll come to my town

@rootmetrics think the next time you judge @ee to be no1 network you truly need to go to the countryside and then judge also speak to @ee customers you will truly find there’s a different story for me second time of the same problems this time over six months last year 2 months!

@EE after a ridiculous number of problems trying to get an upgrade I was told I’d be contacted by someone as soon as iPhones were back in stock (this was after various promises of call backs, which I did not get.) Are they back in stock?

@BSpice @BritishGas Customer services today are dire ….I was on Twitter messenger last night to @EE , conversation started at 17.01 and by 19.01 hadn’t got passed the security stage ! One question I asked took 45 minutes to answer. Phoned earlier said it’s 10 minutes wait, 30 mins later nothing

So, @IslandRoads accidentally cut through our streets internet cable on Friday afternoon, it's now Sunday; just wondering what the deal is? We're paying @EE for a service we can't use and have no idea if @bt_uk will be repairing it and when!?
