Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Five weeks now and I’m still not receiving the service I’m paying for - there have been broken promises and the latest is this “Hi from Charlotte at EE. I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩

So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.

You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.
