@EE Hi sorry for the delayed reply,no they didn't,its just that my line seems really bad,the landline is very poor when using the phone,very crackly etc,& the fixing to the box in the wall is very old.

@EE Can I ring and do this over the phone, I have friends and family discount and when I did an upgrade online b4 it never continued and took ages to sort out and re set up

@EE I called and was told by two members of staff in the UK customer services that ukraine are no longer included in the roaming packages and now have to pay to make calls and early £7 a day for 150mbs of Internet. By two members of staff?

@EE It’s been the same for the last 4-5 years. It’s not the phone or SIM card, the network is just very poor.
