Hi @EE just looking at new phone deals. Why is it more expensive to buy a new phone as an existing customer? E.g. £43/mo & £30 upfront for iphone SE 128 on 100GB vs only £37/mo and 0 upfront for a new customer. Where is my incentive to stay with you?

@EE we moved house on 18th Dec and now I cannot received any phone calls as there is virtually no signal. 4G is also non existent though your website says it should be very good. I have reset my phone's network settings to no avail. Please help me put this right. Thanks, Karen

Ordered something from @EE and got a message to say it’s on its way on the 1st Jan... heard nothing since. Of course can’t get through to anyone on any sort of customer service. Surely one of the top 5 most frustrating companies in the UK
