How come in this day of age we are still without a mobile phone signal and in a black spot in Dorset. Chaldon Herring has a phone box as the only public means of communication. @EE @BT

Very poor customer service from @EE today. Spent an hour on the phone being passed between teams. In the end they refused to replace my mum’s barely functioning 7-year-old 3G router unless I paid a £174 “early upgrade” charge. Will be changing provider as soon as contract is up.

@EE No new service today and have been cut off by old supplier, now face 2 weeks without internet with husband working from home and me running e-commerse business. Furious doesn't quite cut it. Urgent need of assistance.

@TheF00dBae @EE @VodafoneUK Don't expect any better from Vodafone, their customer service is awful. Just find a plan that suits you and don't expect anything from the provider.
