@EE I was able to get into contact with the customer support line through mobile and they identified the issue as being a faulty landline, and I've been told that it is now being worked on.

My problems with online access continue. My EE WiFi device is not connecting to the service . I was unable to buy more data for the 4G option despite @EE claim that they keep people connected. I had no service for 2 days ( 4G reloads today)

@cockney_yid @EE @ThreeUK I’ve been palmed off for years, I use my Wi-Fi at home so I’ve let it side, I’ve just checked it and it’s still ****, less than 2mbps, 100m up the road I can get 5g and 200mbps+

I've just been missold an upgrade (including EU roaming) from @EE as i was looking to leave. When I then rang up to rectify it they tried to upsell an add-on to fix the problem for £10. I fly tomorrow. This isn't good enough.

After needing to speak with @EE about an issue, it was resolved and I was left happy. Perhaps @skytv can learn from them..?
