    @CalamityCatie @EE If you're choosing to upgrade your phone chose any other network they lie and tell you the service is fantastic but in reality it is very poor in store they'll say anything!!

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @WriteMindedPub @EE @Plusnet i switched to plusnet about 6 months ago, brilliant service first class customer service too, and deffo cheaper than EE my previous provider
