  • roundthecloc Donna.R (@roundthecloc) reported

    @EE Hi there. Can you tell my why you can’t get in to do an upgrade on the app or website please. Let’s me in the constantly kicks me out. Very infuriating. I’m not able to go in store and I don’t want to call. Didn’t have a problem like this when I upgraded last time.

  • GobbyJack Gobby (@GobbyJack) reported

    @EE We are long standing customers and feel let down. It’s only since we moved provider for the WiFi to yourselves from BT who we thought you worked alongside so it shouldn’t have made this massive difference.

  • keg_allen Stephen Allen (@keg_allen) reported

    @EE what’s with the new “one time only” login attempts? And 20mins account locked? Painful!

  • BOBTAYL01081689 BOBTAYLOR (@BOBTAYL01081689) reported

    @EE Worlds worst company

  • PuffyBooks PuffyBooks 🖤 (@PuffyBooks) reported

    @Vhero @EE It was ee support who sold me a contact that I did not agree to. Why the hell would I pay £15 for 1gb of data when I get 5gb elsewhere for less money?
