@EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

@murdo_fraser @EE if you log into your EE account you can get notifications of any problems in your area. It's kind of depressing though; they seem to get problems every 5 minutes

Hey, @EE is there any way to find out when the coverage in my area is going to be improved? The signal in my house has been very low for over a year now and I was wondering if this was going to change any time soon

@EE That's not really clarified anything. As I have a personalised E-mail specifically stating there will be no charges if I terminate then I would expect no additional charges. Thanks for your assistance.

@murdo_fraser @EE Excuse the rather silly question, is it working ok outside perth ie not sim or phone problem? I’ve had to reseat my sim before and have to reboot my phone every now and then as reception is sketchy here, seems to confuse the phone sometimes.

@EE @GraemeMacArthur Pigging backing. It states we can cancel if we don’t like the charges? Any specific window to cancel in, is it before the increase is applied or shortly after? Asking as I’ll be cancelling.

@EE This pretentious, decadent, waste of money advert only shows your customers you have too much money because you're been fleecing them for all these years. Also, it's a crap ad.
