    @EE I’ve been an EE customer for 15 years, multiple phones. Up to now, very happy with service. In the process of upgrading I discovered I was being charged for a phone I had asked to be cancelled. I am unhappy with the customer service response to this.

    @EE can you let me know why the signal in my area (SW London / TW9 area) has been so awful these past several weeks? It’s gone from full signal on 4G to either 1 bar or none at all. Not happy.

    @EE on top of this, I’m stuck with your sh*t service another 12 months of hell because you refuse to allow us to terminate the contract without any exit fees, despite you constantly failing to fulfill your obligation of providing a decent internet connection for the past year
