@EE Hi thanks for the patronising response we’re not idiots and already tried that! The point is your service often goes down when your offices are closed!

@Isv71903127 @EE I'm aware of that, but if you have two numbers and two contracts on the same account - as I do - then EE ask you to call them for the codes. (Also I wanted to check that they wouldn't close the whole account down as soon as the first PAC code was processed!)

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Just jack them, I'm with sky, £5 a month sim only contact, unlimited calls and texts and 2GB of data every month which can be rolled over for 3 years. I've never run out of data and have 20GB saved to use as I please. 12 months contract.

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Are you on contract with them. If you could get it completely paid. Then dump them. But if you have a contract doesn't help. Same with utility companies. They don't take into consideration people's issues at present. That is a rude message sent to you.

@EE for the second consecutive month you've texted me that you've been notified I've moved, when I haven't. Where are you getting this notification from, and why are you threatening to suspend my service based upon false information?

@EE OK so I've had a text message from EE as I reported a signal problem the other day. The message says they have found no problem with my postcode but they quote the wrong postcode?
