    @ee What’s the complaints process? I’m absolutely done with the utter bullshit. Only been a customer for a couple of months and I’m ready to move on.

    @Trickeytree @EE Yes I've had that, I'm with EE and had someone knock on my door last week. Said its about problems with my Internet, told him i haven't had any problems and he then wanted to test my speed and tried to get me to upgrade. If this is how they are going to carry on I'll be leaving.

    @EE is there currently issues with your broadband in the Huddersfield/Kirklees area? Haven’t been able to WFH today due to no internet connection!
