@CotswoldLadyB @O2 We sacked off O2 on the outskirts of Worcester. It was truly pitiful. We had 2 painful years of truly abysmal service pretty much wherever we went. Went back to @EE hurrah

@EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.

@virginmedia I’ve had a call back from your team offering a part-resolution. Don’t worry, I will be chasing this with @ee too! To be clear, I’m not saying you are in the wrong, though personally I believe you are not treating vulnerable customers fairly. The ask was for a little humanity.
