Mast problems?? Sending this message at 22.03 Thursday 20th November. Couldn't get any WiFi all day again. £11.50/MTH !!!!

Jenny Drew (@JennyDrew29) reported@EE Since a tree took out phone lines in our area during Storm Claudia, our broadband service keeps dropping down to barely anything. Are there still issues in the CW12 area that someone needs to look at? We have never had any issues before.

Chris Slegg (@ChrisSlegg) reported@EE Thanks. I did raise a complaint and EE appears to have closed it without good reason. I will continue to try to get to the bottom of what’s happened here. It would be great if you’d work with me to do so, if you genuinely care about stopping others falling foul of this scam.
