    Update for those who have painfully read all that. @EE have helped with a service and real solution by offering more mobile data as we are using excessive amounts due to @bt_uk lack of service or solution. Cody @EE my 10 year old son thanks you as well!!! ....

    @EE any chance of your signal not being absolutely horse ****? Numerous phone calls over the last 2 months where the signal drops out and cuts off. Contract renewal in December. Anyone have any suggestions for a decent network provider that doesn’t do the above?!

    Sit and wait for this engineer. 2 days @bt_uk you are meant to fix a fault. We live in a city where I can't access your free WiFi!! We have no outside aerial which when @EE sold it to us said not a problem you won't need one! I have a 10 year old who needs to do school work and

    @EE No, the internet has been slow, it's not been at its normal speeds, close to 100MB. We have one of those small routers that have a sim in it which provides us with the internet. It's been much better than yesterday but still slow.
