Just had a too-good-to-be-true call from 'EE' (02035671135) offering 30/40% off for unlimited calls/usage, taking a £15 bill down to £7. Not sure about this but couldn't confirm caller was genuine @EE #SCAM

Hey @EE I've just moved to a new house and the reception is terrible despite the signal checker expecting me to get excellent 4G indoors and outdoors. No issues showing on the status checker either. Any ideas?

@EE I’ve never known a company like this. Bought a phone for Xmas and they haven’t been able to get the sim working since then. Promised a refund on the 13th January and still waiting. Absolutely appalling!!

@EE Hi - I have been trying to cancel my subscription as I have recently left the Uk. I have tried to cancel online, but have been directed to call 150. I call 150 and only have an option to top up. Please advise how I can cancel. Thanks
