@EE I don’t want to spend any more time on this. everyone in EE is saying they can fix if. After an hour they all agree it is not possible. You accept from the evidence I sent that it’s a real mess.

@EE hi there, I requested my PAC yesterday but haven't used it yet, however it seems like my service has been cut off. I understood I had 30 days to use my PAC and service should continue, is that not the case?

@EE As a BT halo customer they can do all 5 sims with 30gb data for £48 pm, I did have a look on the website this morning but I couldn't see anything close, just thought I'd ask through social media just in case it can be matched 🤞😎

@EE I am, I have had a engineer out and he sees nothing wrong with my connection so the other the problem we thought it might be could be the box itself. I am getting massive packet loss all the time 😔 it's just been naff lately and no-one can tell me why or fix it lol 😬
