  • jaykona3670
    JC (@jaykona3670) reported

@EE I have done this and end up texting the EE bot. How do I cancel this subscription as I’m spending more time trying to fix this problem. I’ve had enough of EE, I was told this would be seamless and trouble free by EE.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • FelisMortRes
    HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?

  • ach59
    Photo man (@ach59) reported

@EE Is there anyone there who will actually talk to me so I can explain the issue? You keep doing the same checks & telling me it’s all working - it isn’t !!

  • Beardmore8Mark
    Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

  • PaulSturges
    BrokeAF (@PaulSturges) reported

@England @EE The presenter has a terrible accent
