@EE Hi, I speak for for your customers at present, your service is not reliable and not available most of the time. I report the issues so many times and get nothing in return. You have a service agreement that we pay for and increasing the fees for such a poor service is a joke

EE @EE is down and their service is dire to be honest, every day at 1am EE goes down but usually comes back online within a few mins but not today apparently. Thank goodness for mobile data. I’m leaving EE as their service has gone downhill over the past year and gotten slower.
