@EE Have just spent over an hour trying to help elderly relatives troubleshoot issues with outgoing calls. Neither I or my elderly relatives have been able to contact your helplines via any means.

@EE Hi there, I know that is your standard reply, but I have since learnt that this is a widespread issue. You really need to change your standard reply to something more meaningful for your customers (and/or pin a response)
