@laura91xxxx @EE They didn't when I took them to the ombudsman. As that sounds like not legal... as they are denying you a service that you are paying for, because you have a complaint with them. Sounds like undue pressure to drop your complaint which is illegal...

@Fiona_1Who @EE had to call 150, chose the open for lost/stole/technical support (3 i think?), stayed on the line for nearly 15mins, spoke to PAYG and turns out the pack i had was discontinued. it was an 'everything pack' so i had to change it to another pack. all the addons are transferred!

@EE My phone is switching off and on for no apparent reason. I have been to the shop and they found nothing wrong. It's an intermittent fault and will work for a couple of days with no problem, then it goes haywire. Switching off and on .help
