@EE I am being told by Openreach that your 4G network can provide USO capable broadband in Abergavenny… it can’t, it is dire, at best 1.5mbps. Could you use your 5G network to tell them that, or do I simply have to relocate to Yr Wyddfa

  • analogretentive BD (@analogretentive) reported

My daughter just lost her @ee WiFi due to some cut cable in London E2 (Hoxton/Haggerston) and they said it will be out for 6 weeks! Pandemic restrictions have her working from home (writer) like most people. Who thinks a 6-week wait for restored vital service is acceptable?

  • planetf1 Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported

@GettinTwitta @EE I had an issue when I received the sim. Turned out to be a Vodafone profile overriding the apn settings when using dual sim. New to me! Anyway they were really helpful, logical, friendly, professional, knowledgable (esp for 1st level) and we got there. So was impressed actually

  • bottybotbit bottybotbit (@bottybotbit) reported

@marcusBBbentley @EE Well done you for calling them out. They were wrong. Why didn’t you help your dad set up a direct debit so that he wasn’t cut off. At the end of the day he was cut off and you could have stopped it happening. Then tweeted about how awful EE are (cos they are)

  • almostsatire Me (@almostsatire) reported

There is no way of reporting spam or fraudulent texts or calls originating from @EE network. Why is there no requirement to do so? @Ofcom

  • JoanneTatchley Jo Jo (@JoanneTatchley) reported

@EE offered an upgrade, then told the deal didn’t existed. Told to wait 72 hrs&message if no one got back to me. Still waiting&4 tweets ignored. Disgrace. I’ve had poor signal in my area for two yrs with no reception while locked down and pregnant, 4 products and 19 yrs if custom

  • JamieBourne_ Jamie (@JamieBourne_) reported
