    Hey @EE think you need to have a word with your couriers DPD. Waited in this afternoon for a signed for delivery and they never turned up. Van passed close by but is now back at depot. Not great service. They can't blame the snow as the roads are fine. 🤬

    @EE We all expect a small amount of increase but not nearly £5 extra, it's incredibly sad how loyal customers are treated. I've been asked to call back after being on hold for ages because your systems are down.

    @AceTrainerLiam @EE Fr, you definitely have grounds to put a complaint in if you haven't already. Complaints would look through everything, but there's no reason the billing team shouldn't be able to remove a billing issue.

    @ee how do you actually activate your SIMs? I've tried joining your network many times and I just get no service when I insert an EE SIM. Can I top up PAYG by debit card?
