Very poor customer service from @EE today. Spent an hour on the phone being passed between teams. In the end they refused to replace my mum’s barely functioning 7-year-old 3G router unless I paid a £174 “early upgrade” charge. Will be changing provider as soon as contract is up.

Exceptional customer service from @EE. I’ve been with all the networks, but EE are the only ones that care. 🙌
