    @EE EE customer service: sorry we can’t help you speak to the insurance team. EE IT: sorry we can’t help u only back room staff can do that, u can’t speak to them 🙄. Then tell me to get a letter! From apple proving I don’t have apple care so they can reinstate my policy.
