@EE My wife has received shocking service from @EE. The non existent customer service is abhorrent. Promised call backs that never happen, speaking to customer service representatives who have absolutely no clue. Left on hold for 30 mins at a time over and over again. Shame on U.

Shame on @EE Ealing who couldn’t be bothered to help my husband when he upgraded is his old iPhone 7. The staff treated him as an inconvenience and he now has a phone he didn’t want and can’t operate. #youllbeoldoneday

@EE Has anyone else experienced dreadful 😬 customer service from EE? Since I’ve been with them nothing but trouble, especially with TV package. It’s now the 4th month in a row that they have got my bill wrong. Despite numerous phone calls they still haven’t got it right! Help!!

@EE there seems to be a major fault in the NR15 area with broadband, no updates nothing works and the mobile signal is pretty much useless too so no chance of using 5G to hotspot, what is going on and when will normal service be resumed
