@EE what a terrible company. Top up card not recognised we went to the shop in wallasey. BIG MISTAKE. Were told cards no longer used!! they tried to sell us stuff contract etc. Then when we asked them just to top up there 34 mins waiting with first one card machine. #rubbish

Just become an @ee customer. Paying by direct debit. First thing they do (with no warning ) is ask for a £50 deposit for service with my first bill. Hardly building brand trust or customer trust.

@EE As a BT halo customer they can do all 5 sims with 30gb data for £48 pm, I did have a look on the website this morning but I couldn't see anything close, just thought I'd ask through social media just in case it can be matched 🤞😎

@EE hi I can't login to the BT Sports app which I have as a smart benefit? When I login with my original BT sign in it says it cannot retrieve my details ? Any pointers on how I can set up a new sign in as the BT site is no help? Thanks👍
