    @EE Hi Helen. This issue is definitely the internet. I have just used my phone as a hotspot, connected it to my smart tv and the internet works fine. Can you tell me why the internet strength is so poor

    @EE @TomRichardson2 Your most expensive network and everytime I try and upgrade you try and put me on a more expensive plan or a smartplan where you can't go to lower plan when you upgrade also early upgrade fees are a disgrace as well as wanted upfront costs for phones

    @EE Passed 7 weeks I tried countless times to contact you through 'Let's Chat' on your website. I ve been billed twice as much as the initially agreed amount. Even though I am not in my flat !!! I REQUESTED TO CANCEL BEFORE. YOU DON'T LEAVE ME ANY OTHER OPTION THAN CANCELLING MY DD.
