@slowze_ @EE This reminds me of being on hold with my ISP, having hit the corresponding number for "no internet service" then having the hold music interrupted every 5 seconds with "you know this would be faster if you did it online." :|

A company that cares about their customers and there needs @EE outstanding service absolutely amazing. Virgin Media let us down in more ways than one @virginmedia even resorted to blackmail thanks @EE

@EE Hi. Its my mobile. And I've now received an email telling me next update on status will be 2nd September. I have no signal at home at the moment, so how will EE compensate me if this goes on for another 2 weeks?

@EE Hello this is the 3rd month in a row that your service has been poor barely getting past 2 bars keep being told It is the mast, I have 4 phones with you, a bill off £300 per month and expect a reduction again next month for what is poor updates on the mast issue/poor service

@EE , my wifi is down all the time??? It’s been out for the past few hours- only being able to handle light searches on google but nothing like an internet call- and this happens every other day. It last happened literally 2 days ago, what do i do?????
