    @EE @EE do you expect your customer to find fault in system and spend 1 hour with your guides to fix it and on top your guides are busy in closing the call or sales guides are focused on selling without due diligence

    So learnt something new today. Never ever buy a phone from an @EE store. Got a faulty phone have already lost faith in it and go politely told to jog on as there is nothing I can do so now stuck in a contract with a product I don’t trust
