@john_seto @EE DIrect to a Customer Service agent and I've had times Pre-Covid where it didn't ring they just started saying good morning it was scary quick. They have always helped and been on the side of the small business in helping keep costs down.

Disgusting customer service from @EE. Why are we made to wait over 2 months for our broadband to be made active? Working from home and internet is an essential requirement. All I want for Christmas is internet!
