  @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

  @Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.

  @EE I’ve spoken again to complaints team and have been spoken to very poorly by your staff. You have breached the contract and don’t have and resolution to fix the internet… how do I escalate further?

  @EE That didn't help at all Yesterday I lost broadband for over 30 minutes and couldn't access your site to see what was going on because your mobile signal is terrible in my village

  @OniSuika @EE Sounds like a real waste of time considering the social media team don’t have access to any accounts. They are literally just paid to redirect you to somewhere they think can help.

  @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

  @EE I'm not gonna give names or details cause i know they have a job to do, however your door to door sales people need in the spiel to say i'm not interested, as someone who doesnt mind a chat to these people, i feel bad for just closing the door on them.
