  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Keep the device, i did. Purchase a 1pmobile sim (EE) problem solved and so much cheaper. I use it as a mobile router when i am selling at markets. £10 a month.

  So it looks like after 20 years @EE and I will part ways and I’ll go full fibre with someone else. Not willing to offer me the same deal as a new customer, nor match a competitors offer — some bullshit about their systems not letting them.

  @EE I'm at the point of ditching my contract with EE which I've held since you started and before that Orange. Scaring customers is a terrible way to gain customers. They're coming back at 7, the cctv is on and I'll record them lying to my face to get a sale.
