    @EE phone and data services have been bad since at least Septenber 2020 in the NN67SQ area. You say you know about it and are working on it. Still the service is very poor.

    @EE hi I've got the Samsung a71 and there seems to be a problem with it charging I've had a few phone calls with yourselves and Samsung and received a new charger from them but the problem is still persisting I got the phone in July I think

    @EE So after about 3 days of messaging, I've just had a phone call about this which just made me more embarrassed about my financial situation and out me I'm a bad mood.... Thanks for thst EE, that'll teach me to moan won't it

    @EE have had terrible signal at home for well over a week now, only 1 bar of 3G. Yet your website checker says no issues in our area! Can you advise??
