  @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

  @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!

  @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

  Do @EE have any actual humans, other than those on commission in sales, working for them? Almost as bad as Virgin Media, certainly worse than @BT who seemed to have taken the worst from both companies and merged. Are there no good comms companies out there?

  @EE can you tell me why I can spend the vast majority of the day at Paultons Park which is entirely outside with no signal to load anything whatsoever despite having 2 bars and 5G showing? Really is soo poor, due for renewal next month making my decision pretty easy.

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

  @EE @whealie The uk signal Is poor all over, every networks the same….Our phone bills increase every year and the service gets worse. Yet they tell you to phone up to get technical help when they know the problem is uk wide

  @AnjaliS53393221 @EE Hi Anjali! We're sorry to hear that. Many of our customers are seeing that our website is blocked due to potential malicious activity. We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
