@EE I’ve changed my provider and have one of your routers. I was told on phone that you couldn’t send a Jiffy bag out for equipment as I didn’t cancel by phone and to take it to my local recycling centre. I don’t have a car and am not allowed to visit on foot. 1/2

@EE Please help me. As of last night, I have zero signal and am currently relying on wifi. I changed SIM plan two days ago and has been fine, now I cannot make/receive any calls even at home. I need my phone for work.
