    @EE Hi EE I'm having issues logging into the app ..I've deleted it and installed it several times and it keeps coming up with error messages "were having trouble with Wright now" ...I can log into my account via your main website.

    PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.

    I’m trying to talk to someone at @EE as my phone is not receiving calls, but every time I try to do so I get a text message promising to call me back to discuss the problem! I can’t but help think there’s a flaw in that process? @Ee can you please DM me with a number I can ring

    @EE I’ve got an delivery today the chat bot is being zero help keeps saying something about 24 hours but it’s on its way DPD looks like even though I put home delivery it’s being sent else where all together and now it’s giving me an headache and I don’t now what too do

    Thats nothing. @EE came to my door told me that if I didnt need my home line they would beat my talk talk bill(£36)that included tv for £31 so I switched,they sent no tv box then wanted to charge me another £24 extra for basic tv box so They wanted £55 for a lesser service

    @EE honestly, your signal is absolute pants, ive been with you a long time, but this last 18 months it just seems like I never have a signal, I run my own business, I use my phone alot, im not out in the sticks either im in greater Manchester ! Dreadful, time for a change

    @EE I mean seriously, what is going on with the service around Shrewsbury? Paying full price and getting a 5th rate service. What’s going on?
