    @EE With yourselves. Not BT. The only issue we have is sometimes losing connection upstairs . Speed does very when we are all online at the same time . Stay safe

    @virginmedia Here's some ideas for you....tell people your service may be limited if @EE has high demand and that your WiFi calling is limited to iPhone and Samsung devices. I've been a virgin broadband and TV customer for 6 years and my custom seems to count for nothing....shame really.

    @EE Won't allow me to do the trade in cos I have a crack in the screen , when you offer 24 month contracts what do u expect people are going to drop there phone or get scratches or cracks on it!! A loyal customer with 4 products with you and not able to offer me an alternative

    I am having the most comically enraging experience trying to get @EE to fix my phone, which (yes) I dropped today. Nearly one hour on the phone to them to try and start an insurance claim, when it transpired that my in-store upgrade from September had never been put on the system

    Ordered a new phone as a new customer...chose a time slot for next day delivery...no phone delivered, no explanation as to why...not the best start with @EE @goEnjoy 👎🏼

    @EE Yes I have tried that, I've just been on downdetector and there is numerous reports of no connection on there so thought there was a issue
