    @EE absolutely shocking service held for 40 to speak to someone that was not interested in keeping my custom. Filed a complaint told 72 hours for a manager to get back to me. No managers able to talk to me today??Can’t look back any further than 12 months on my account pointless

    @EE I need help. I’ve locked my phone trying to set up the ‘SIM lock’ and it’s asking for my PUK code now. But I can’t call technical support, I can’t call any numbers now

    @thewrite_one @EE At least you got your signal back. Have been waiting since Tuesday for mine to return. My luck that EE and 3 which is my other network to fail and the others to work properly..ahem.

    @BernardGray4 @kielder_obs @EE I have no Vodafone reception in London NW6. Never have had. In the kitchen (which wifi does not reach either) I am cut off from the modern world....
