toby (@tobyryland1) reported@EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

Craig Bailey (@Craig_Bailey41) reported@tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

Abdullah lodhi (@alodh15) reported@EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!

And may I suggest you speak to Morgan from Customer Services who did his best to help last Thursday/Friday. The attitude of the store manager today was appalling.
