  So @WeAreOpenreach have lost my neighbour's consent form twice and totally refuse to provide an explanation to @EE or me on what is going on. There is no way of contacting them or complaining, and no consequence for providing dreadful service, ordered fibre in May, still nothing

  @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

  @EE Why doesn't your signal work in the outskirts of hull, the signal doesn't penitrate my bungalow and or shops, I wasted money once and whatever your reviews says I know where I live it's not true. Mobile phone SIM companys should be liable for at least a guaranteed 4g+

  Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

  @EE I’m unable to update my address it just says “We can’t show your address here right now Please come back later when we’ve fixed things” Is there a known issue??

  Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

  12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!
