    @EE what a joke. I have 3 months left to upgrade and a broken iPhone and you won’t do anything. Not good customer service. #ee #crapcustomerservice #stayaway

  • MattGarrould Matt (@MattGarrould) reported

    @Mattsthespirit @EE That's literally the only thing I haven't tried, everything was fine until a few weeks ago, I let it go thinking they may be doing maintenance but it's been going on too long now, haven't dropped my phone so damage isn't the cause. I'll try replacing the sim. Thanks

  • _Nathan_Lewis_ Nathan Lewis (@_Nathan_Lewis_) reported

    @EE No because you completely cut off my home broadband after saying the technical issue was resolved! When I reply with a No, no one calls back! What service am I paying for here??

  • WillLambert4 Will 🌍🌳⚡️ (@WillLambert4) reported

    @EE It’s latest update that’s the issue

  • keeni__ blessed (@keeni__) reported

    @ee you keep saying my bill is ready. But never ask if I am ready.

  • WillLambert4 Will 🌍🌳⚡️ (@WillLambert4) reported

    @EE are you aware there’s an issue with login on the ‘my EE’ app? Can get to my account fine on webpage, but app just returns the ‘username or password not recognised’ I’m Absolutely using the same. Quite a few other comments on App Store indicate this is impacting others

  • ProEUdreamer Kevin (@ProEUdreamer) reported

    @swfcmark1974 @EE @joetulip 4 family members (all on EE) want to go to Costa Del Cerveza for 14 days. That's £2 x 14 days x 4 people. An extra £112, that EE promised not to charge. It's much more cost effective to use a network includes free roaming (Voxi, Three, Vodafone etc). grEEdy network

  • Ginger___Gaming GG (@Ginger___Gaming) reported

    @EE It is impressive that you can set up a suitable network to control a robotic arm in the middle of nowhere to shave a guys face but can’t set up a solid network to run 5G just outside of London in a built up urban area?!? WTF???

  • BP_translations Birgit Puttock 💙🇪🇺🇩🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@BP_translations) reported

    @EE Still not convincing me. Plenty of good providers who are not taking advantage of not having to follow EU rules. I expect a fall in customer numbers might show you the error of your ways.

  • Yoonicorn252 The Dalek of Yoon 🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴‍☠️ (@Yoonicorn252) reported

    @EE Investing in customer services is more than a financial transaction. Small charges grow, it’s the start of a slippery slope. Those of us who travel will gravitate towards other suppliers who honour their zero EU roaming charge promise.
