    @virginmedia Great to hear a you problem in my area cant be fixed until at LEAST tomorrow afternoon. No TV, no WiFi and not even a land line phone. Thank the @EE gods for my mobile data🙏🏻 Not so good for my 80 year old parents now🙄

    @EE I have already called 150 which is part of my complaint! I have emailed it to complaints. I would think at this stage EE should contact me

    @EE is the worst mobile network service provider in the UK. So fraudulent with incompetent customer service agents

    @EE when will your app be up and running again? Says it's down for maintenance but can't put devices back online that were paused. A warning about this on the app would have been extremely helpful!

    @EE Where is my phone? Ordered Wednesday, no update. Phone and got told I would get a text yesterday still nothing. Terrible service

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    @EE All my HD channels gone. Spent 1hr on phobd with EE...Said they don't know issue. VERH FRUSTRATING...Virgin here we come...
