Big thanks to Cameron at @EE complaints. He has resolved my issue in one quick phone call. It shouldn’t take a complaint to resolve the issue but it’s done now.

@paul_miller78 @EE @O2 deffo building dependent, in one of my places of work ALL providers get poor signals and in the other NO NETWORK gets a signal! and one of the buildings is a new build And has little concrete on it (bar on the floor)

phoned @EE yesterday to see why my signal in work is so bad and was told the concrete was too thick to go through. Im working on a new apartment tower with windows in it and on level 21, im not working on a concrete bunker.

@EE I've tried 3 times to get in touch via 150 to give notice on my account. Each time it says there's been a problem and it can't connect me. I try to use the chat on your app instead - it tells me to call 150. What am I meant to do?
