@EE hello EE. My grandad recently rang to renew her HBB and EE tv, on inspection of her contact and setting up her new unit your customer adviser has changed her to fibre broadband with no EE tv. Please can you resolve this ASAP, I can DM you to give her her details ? Thank you

@DanTye3 @VodafoneUK Mate, go @EE all the way - and forces (serving) friendly. They need to do more work for the veteran community, though. As a very loyal customer, they're still not there yet 🤔

@EE Hi David, yes, a PAYG card. It was last used a few months ago. We've been firmly locked down and without need for this backup phone, but now need to revive it quite urgently.

@Wiblicks well that sorted that out. The @EE signal is now so week that siting in the living gets us nothing; it will log in to @Twitter but it can't up load all the info. Even sitting in the kitchen we have only one bar where as a year ago that would have been 3.
