    @EE Awful customer service today. New contract agreed which has now been cancelled by you because of a mistake made by you. I have to call you and renegotiate the contract tomorrow.

    @EE really poor experience at your Westwood Cross store — faulty repair, multiple visits, and poor service. Formal complaint raised. Can someone look into this?

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    @EE Hi - I'm afraid that I don't have the time to navigate your website/or call you ... just letting you know that your customer (account) details used the wrong email address and has none of your onboarding messages. If you have an email address which can be used, let me know

    This is why I stuck with same mobile provider so long! Moving from 3 to @EE - got a contract for a new eSIM, gave my PAC code. Tried to get eSIM and I can’t download it because of a data mismatch. Store couldn’t help, online tried to charge me to send a QR code

    @EE your new customer service method is rubbish, i call, i get a text message browse some bloody site, to get another text message I WANT TO TALK TO A BLOODY HUMAN not do this ridiculous rigamaroll.... Absolutely poor design choices...

    @EE hey I’m currently roaming and cannot make or receive calls, how do I get in touch? The app only provides phone numbers to contact (which of course are not working)
