    @EE Upgraded on a cheap plan with an iPad 2021. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Heard nothing for 6 weeks. Rang back and was told you had no idea when it would come in stock so advised to cancel my contract and when it came in stock to re-order. Still heard nothing. Checked online

    @EE customer for 12+ years, off up to get a PAYG soon card for my daughter and was told I'd have to buy one from a supermarket? I'd this really the case when loyal for so long?
