    @EE are actually getting worse 🙄🙄 will be calling up to cancel 3x phone with them after a long time. Prices/offers now are ridiculous compared to other providers. Would be nice if half the staff actually done there job in first place instead of having to constantly contact them

    @JamesHiggs76 @EE Since they merged with BT, it’s a joke! Customer service reps who stick to a script with no deviation..gaslighting customers even when you tell them you can’t afford the plan they’re offering

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

    @EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

    @jonesaw @EE I just called. We the masses are broke in my area, so they are going to get fixed. So, could be without service for a few days or hours.
