    @EE any hope of working internet today? I understand you've had a network outage nationwide. When was it you planned to tell your customers? Or is your plan only to impart information under duress? Seems like an odd way to run customer service

    @EE has to be a social experiment to test people's patience. Please, don't use this network if you don't want to end up paying for services you don't use. Crappy network providers. 🙄🙄🙄

    @EE I’ve just transferred from Sky to you and I wish I hadn’t. Every evening, at least 3 or 4 times, I lose transmission and the reason stated on the screen is the internet, which you provide! If this continues I’ll cancel my contract based on your failure to deliver
