    @EE I haven’t tried it this time but we have been having this problem over the last couple of months and I have reset the router a couple of times then but it did not help.

    @EE HELP! In Portugal. Partner has EE phone . Doesn’t have any signal or 4G. He can’t call you obviously. How can I contact you from my O2 phone, without being charged ?
