    @EE you're giving me hassle and a problematic contract revision, IT SHOULDNT be difficult. You keep asking for equipment return yet I haven't received new equipment. Now you say there is direct debit problems yet a DD was already in place. THINK WE ARE HEADING TO CANCELLATION.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

    @sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.

    @EE @sophie_reed98 As an ex customer for several years, this is not true. You never once done it with me. I left paying around double what you offer new customers.

    @EE see other people have issues renewing with EE. I’ve got broadband been trying to renew existing contract for nearly 3 months, over 10 calls and chats, one call over 2 hours, today’s chat 1hr. Still not sorted asked ME to call them. your complaint Ref: C10003899253. 4th

    @EE I've already told you I don't subscribe to the EE mobile service. So could you explain to me please why you think that my phone has an EE SIM card inside it?
