    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.

    @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!

    @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If it’s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because it’s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

    @EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.

    @EE Sadly my phone is not receiving calls or sending texts and as your system is down I was informed nothing can be done until late tomorrow at best. No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake
