  • maryeilmicdom Mary Quigley (@maryeilmicdom) reported

The worst decision I took was to change a mobile sim plan to @EE on the recommendation of their friends BT. One disaster after another culminating today in a letter threatening debt collection for a bill I've paid.

  • Superfx101 Steve 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Superfx101) reported

@B0aty @EE @SamsungUK EE you've upgraded my disabled father's contract and he can no longer receive calls from phones other than EE Your service agent said she'd close the issue as he can now receive calls okay. That's a lie. Then she tried to sell him broadband. That's an absolute #disgrace #Ofcom

  • CSmithy1996 Callum Smith (@CSmithy1996) reported

@EE @nickholding01 Exact same problem here they are clearly just out to scam! Had my contact less than a month

  • confusedotter joe (@confusedotter) reported

@EE some increase is understandable but… 15%?! one month in?! i guess EE are no different to any other large U.K. company raking their profits in right now while we take the hit. i wouldn’t mind as much if i didn’t have issues at every step of this upgrade already

  • blessingmukosha Blessing Mukosha (@blessingmukosha) reported

@DPDgroup_news @EE You passed me on to someone who never replied - be serious now.

  • YarrotR yarrot reetoot (@YarrotR) reported

@B0aty @EE @SamsungUK EE are rubbish, their 4g signal and customer service are awful!!!!!

  • Shaunie1975 Your Average Schmo! (@Shaunie1975) reported

@EE could some please explain. Whilst roaming in Germany with automatic network selection. I connect to o2-de and get edge connection. Switch to manual and select o2-de I get 4 or 5g connection

  • SionIsaac1 Sion Isaac (@SionIsaac1) reported

My time with @EE is likely to end after 20+ years starting at Orange. Renewal offering was an absolute joke when compared to rivals @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK, £20 mth more for the same phone and contract over 24mths, £480 - that’s huge. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore

  • asleightproblem 𝚜𝚚𝚞𝚎𝚎𝚣𝚎 (@asleightproblem) reported

@EE rising my bill price by £8.97 a month when I get **** signal EVERYWHERE is an absolute con. Next year I’m going elsewhere. Absolutely fuming.

  • Kphardeman Karen Hardeman (@Kphardeman) reported

@EE @BAFTA @FrankieBridge but no SIM! I have since found out that EE doesn’t even work at my new address anyway. Then am told by Customer Service automaton that EE will charge me to stop contract! For a number I have never even had!
