Massive thanks to Martin @EE (Greenock) for helping me settle on a new phone contract. He completely turned around the poor follow-up service I’d received, and had me laughing and discussing handset colours in minutes. What a gem!

@EE I have just moved house and have only 3G signal most of the time, even though your coverage checker says I should have excellent 4G. What's the best way to get support for this?

@ItsJamesPowers @EE I thought I was protected as I had an older plan and didn’t intend to upgrade. Surprise surprise, EE send me a messaging saying that I’ll be forced to upgrade. I said I didn’t want this, knowing I’d lose Free Roaming. They said, yes unfortunately, you’ll lose that service.

@EE if you can't scrap roaming fees in europe like your competitors then I will cancel my contract and go to one of them. I live and work between UK and Spain and these silly add-on plans are not appropriate. you should listen to your customers or lose them

@EE hi, I am currently trying to upgrade my contract but when I click forward from the delivery page I am just getting a spinning wheel. Any advice? Have tried other browsers/connections and am not having an issue with any other sites.
