@EE I have NEVER in my 22yrs with yourselves, had such a bad customer experience. NEVER! I shall be contacting your head of customer experience to get some resolution. All over being misinformed, not going the extra mile due to the circumstance and being spoken to rudely by staff

@EE @biketheftalert I have registered interest on 3 separate occasions but never had a notification email from you. I’d ‘paid’ the £10 upfront cost by 08:30 yesterday morning which is still showing as pending with my bank but no confirmation email received. What’s going on, @EE?

Using my mobile from @ee in Pembroke is pointless. Two, three or four bars on my signal yet nothing ever loads (I’m using Wi-Fi for this!).

@MarcAllera @TutelaTech @EE You still haven’t fixed the issue where users are staying stuck on 4G when 5G is available (seems to be related to Wi-Fi calling). Just search EE 5G on Twitter and you will see so many users effected including myself for over a week. EE Support hasn’t been helpful at all.

Phone got stolen over ten days ago and @ThreeUK have basically left me stranded. @EE, have you got a contract for me that actually helps to look after and offers support in case of other such emergencies?
