  @suzycoos @redpillb0t @EE I could tell you horror stories about comcast cable. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.

  I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

  @EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳

  I’m fed up of paying @EE a stupid amount of money for internet that is inconsistent, slow and absolutely garbage all round I would not recommend them to anyone!

  @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

  @EE Good Afternoon I have come off the phone with an advisor about an eSIM transfer issue. Done the replacement via myEE app QR code. The new phone is now on “Activating”. How long can this take please?
