    So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…

    @EE Awful experiences trying to downgrade an EE/BT Broadband/TV bundle by phone. They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮

    @EE I hardly get a signal anymore in busy places. Really annoying. How do I get priority signal, is it on my tariff?

    Are corporations dumb, or simply wind-up merchants? @EE You have 2-factor authentication on your website. What if you're trying to find out why your phone is not working?

    @chocoranges @EE Keep a record of everything, make a formal complaint. Ask for compensation. If they are not reasonable go to comms Ombudsman. I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

    I have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer

    @EE @BT Hi, I keep getting multiple requests to return hardware. Even though you cancelled my contract by mistake. Your colleague admitted that. I’ve requested a return kit 3 times. Not going to bother anymore. Appalling service. Would be nice to speak to someone on the uk

    @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?
