    @EE Hi I have just arrived in Australia my phone is saying SOS and it’s impossible to contact EE on 150 or any other way as it won’t let me phone. I purchased the right roaming before going away and it’s showing on my account. How do I contact EE From Australia for free for help?

    @gukea @EE There are so many in the city centre that I’d hope it wasn’t a problem but definitely is, needs temp masts during the markets.

    @EE Brent Cross have the worst customer service i have ever come across. The staff at the store are not helpful even after being an EE customer for 10+ Years.

    @EE Absolutely disgraceful service tonight. Been with you for 18 years to be told we have been mis-sold products. Was actually calling to upgrade an existing contract and purchase 2 new handsets for the pay only sim only contacts we bought 3months ago. Shame on you 😡
