    @EE must be the worst mobile phone company out there, ordered a new iPhone and they sent the f**kin wrong one ! Orange or BT cellnet were better

    @EE hi, my bill is overdue and I need a little time more. I use the phone to work (I'm an Uber driver) so if I get disconnected I will jot be able to work and pay. Can you help? Tried to call but it took too long and I have not found a chat opt in the app.

    @EE Still waiting for a substantial refund for six months of poor broadband and associated costs to hit my bank account. I was told it would take 10 days to receive on 28 Dec.

    @EE I have been trying to connect my Apple Watch to data for weeks. Still not succeeded despite reassurance that EE would sort the issue out. EE Promises of return phone calls to check up and they never come. Also no answer to contact message either. I am annoyed now.

    @EE Husband received shocking service today. Been trying to return a phone since November and sitting with a £400 fee on account just emailed CEO instead as getting absolutely nowhere.
