    @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

    @EE I tried that through automated chat but all they said was the signal strength in my area was ok but tried to explain its every area i go to its really poor but the person didnt seem to understand what i was suggesting

    @EE I have a repair booked for Monday however I know the fault to not be able to be done in store I need a guarantee that ill be offered a loan phone as I will still be paying for your service how can I do that please.

    A top tip for mobile operators (I'm looking at you @EE). Don't tell people you're putting their prices up and try to trick them into selecting a more expensive deal than necessary when you haven't been able to provide service in their area for a week.
