Move everything to @EE they said, we never go down. Right now I cannot even use their website, as soon as I can login I am checking cancellation dates. Very sad, I thought EE had changed.

@EE He said it was nothing my end. Line was ok and sent for a new router. New router was installed yesterday and then the same problems. Then today it’s stopped working all together. This has been happening since 20th of last month when we renewed our contract. No problems before
