    @EE customer for years, suddenly having a series of issues including data not connecting or dropping off a d irregular charges and billing inaccuracies, apparently can't access my account because I'm providing the wrong details while looking at the details ON my account.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.

    @TalkTalk Hi, internet. It seemed to go back on after a router restart. You really need to communicate that customers might have to do this whenever you do maintenance. Never had to do this with an ancient @EE router we had for years.

    @EE gone to upgrade ready for the iPhone 13 tomorrow, same issue as last year one upgrade goes through but mine doesn’t ‘fault with the system, will report now but may take 3 days to resolve’ so now i have to watch my other half open her new phone while mine won’t go through🤬

    @ee having been with you for 17 years very disappointed that even of pre launch order day my pre order is delayed by 1 month. I ordered with 1:30min of the lines opening and was also delayed by your systems being down. I give up not bothering to pre might just cancel. #waste

    @EE call yourself No.1 network. Feels like it cancelling upgrades because I’ve not paid my bill (what’s due on 6th of October) Will be looking for a new network after being with you for along time and having multiple devices on my account.

    @EE I am a longstanding EE customer.I made an order yesterday for a sim upgrade for my phone.Given order confirmed by email.This morning got message to call EE, provide a bit more information to complete the order. Rang number and was kept on hold for 30 minutes then gave up.
