  @EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡

  Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

  @EE new router received today and installed, sky still losing network after 10 seconds at best! Think it’s probably best to go elsewhere for WiFi at no cost to myself? Please confirm

  @Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people

  @England @EE We have to be the only country that can’t have a flags up supporting our team it’s like a ghost town everywhere hardly no flags because of this **** goverment @UKLabour can’t comprehend how that makes our players feel seeing all over countries with there nation flags everywhere

  @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

  @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
