@Frankfurt132 @EE I'm guessing it's a reference to digits i.e. fingers. Have to dial their number with your digits therefore the service is digital. Been on the phone for 60 minutes and counting, losing the will to live. #PrayForMike

Thanks @EE for leaving me without a useable phone for at least 4 days now. @O2 to the rescue having to use my iPads SIM card until I can get a physical replacement for you. All because you don’t support esim transferring between devices. Slow clap for @ee.

@EE can you tell me why it’s costs me more to upgrade as an existing customer than the deals for a new customer? If I buy as new handset instead of upgrade I can’t keep my number even though I’m staying with EE?

@EE I’m trying to cancel a sim only contract with you. Constantly just being given a STAC code which doesn’t help as I’m not moving to a new provider. Number on the website doesn’t work and live chat keeps crashing. Help please!

In the process of switch to @EE and blimey the service is rubbish. Bought a SIM via Web, started a live chat to find out order progress was told that because I ordered online I needed to phone the 'Digital' sales team. Apparently digital doesn't mean what I thought it meant.
