    @EE Furious and appalled with customer service. Your employee gave my phone away to the wrong customer after leaving it for a battery repair yesterday. Went to pick it up at 5pm, for them to have no answer on what to do next!! No, I cannot call, because I have no phone. Please DM

    @MajorManor @EE Weโ€™ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, weโ€™ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They donโ€™t care.

    @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

    @EE @EEBroadbandUK is your WiFi down because since Iโ€™ve joined Iโ€™ve not been impressed and it always seems to not work in certain rooms even with a WiFi extender

    @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, Iโ€™m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

    @houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

    @ee Hi, I have problem in establishing with some degree of accuracy when my property is due to be able to access Full Fibre. Having been told last year it would be the end of 2026, now I am told there is no identifiable plan. Not acceptable. Help, please.

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesnโ€™t work

    @EE Still terrible signal in East Barnet. Really poor that this is still ongoing. Full price, half service.
