Json (@Stuff1646) reported@sarkeycockney @EE They have done that on purpose to spin the wheels on ice so you won't get nowhere, If you're still getting nowhere with this clown show of a provider then best contacting Citizens advice and going down that route to have it solved, I think.
-
MudBone (@EssexMe18) reported@TragedyCalls @LUDENClassics It's a profit driven choice, that will eventually loose @EE custom. Especially given their service domestically is not much better given their much higher cost per month than free to roam rivals
-
Mark Baldwin (@bloomsburykid) reported@EE Crap download speeds tonight. This is central London not some remote country location. There is no excuse for such a patchy service.
-
Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

Sean hgxn (@sean8lfc) reported@EE @Anarchy_Jim Trying to get around rural Italy when this went down, luckily after an hour we found a spot with wifi. Now to figure out how we contact our Airbnb without any network cover :) awful
-
Eirian Jones (@OspreylianBlue) reported@EE just enquired about the deal on offer for 50GB and free EU roaming in your Carmarthen branch to be told it’s for new customers only. Poor service for us loyal customers
-
Heading 270 🇬🇧 (@Atco64) reportedOf course I missed the England equaliser 😡 @EE I want to terminate NOW and I want my money back #ShitEETV
-
George Wheeler (@GeorgeHWheeler) reportedOrdered a new phone with @EE for DPD to deliver today… driver turned up, snapped a pic from his van and drove off, said he’d left a calling card, hasn’t. What kind of service is this? £1,000 worth of phone now sitting with them, what’s the bet it’ll go missing now?
-
THE SARKY COCKNEY (@sarkeycockney) reportedBeen with @EE broadband 3 weeks and now looking at a weeks outage. @Virgin any chance of coming back? Scamming accounts which claim to be the customer services dept of the above companies need not reply

Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE So if someone were paying for 500mbps, and someone joined the public ee network and started using 50mbps, the owner would still get 500mbp? Or would they get 450mbps?
