I’ve been notified by @EE that my phone bill will be going up by £10 a month. Bear in mind, when I first took out this contract it was £65. By the time this new price comes in, I will be paying £81 a month. As a loyal customer for many years, I’ll never be an EE customer again

  • fence79 Colin Fensom (@fence79) reported

@EE very poor show on the price increases, you didnt need to use the total inflation rate as at Jan, you could have taken half that rate, but no.

  • GeneivieveHaza1 Geneivieve Hazarika (@GeneivieveHaza1) reported

@EE I have just received an email saying my contract price will increase £6.57 per month. I only just started this contact on 6th Feb!! It is unacceptable to increase the price of a contract when it’s less than 30days of starting one!! Very unhappy customer here.

  • MrJayBreezy A. Karl-Heinz 🇨🇲 (@MrJayBreezy) reported

@EE really are just gonna increase my plan by an extra £10 in a month, **** this network man.

  • CB_7567 Camden (@CB_7567) reported

Sim only rolling contract and @EE want to put it up by 15% a month - make it make sense? That’ll be me immediately changing to a different network! Some companies are generally just taking the mick when it comes to using the cost of living as an excuse to whack prices up

  • John_2799 John Downes (@John_2799) reported

Am I reading this right? My contract is going up by over £13 a month, I know it goes up year to year due to "inflation", interesting how in all this years its never gone down. But £13 a month extra is a joke. I'm sure it's normally been £2-3 a month when it goes up. @EE

  • ChloeLouisexx Chloe 🤍x (@ChloeLouisexx) reported

@_ThomasCooper @EE Not just me then it’s absolutely disgusting how they can do that so far into a contract it used to go down not up! And £106 on a phone a month wow!

  • jennifer_ivy Jennifer Chesworth (@jennifer_ivy) reported

My phone bill increasing by £8 a month (that’s 7.5%) in line with ‘inflation’ is outrageous. It’s time to call out companies like @EE who are profiting from and taking advantage of the cost of living crisis. Is this 7.5% increase affecting every customer? Shocking!

  • NicholasP3486 Nicholas (@NicholasP3486) reported

@terry65919713 @SkyFootball me too time to look elsewhere I mean you think there was a cost of living crisis but obviously not @EE are just as bad £7.00 increase no loyalty to customers anymore

  • Darren1878nsno Darren (@Darren1878nsno) reported

@Beths1878 @EE Knobheads mate. I took the contract out 2 months ago. Sorry but the cost of providing the service hasn't gone up 55 quid a year In 2 months
