    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    @EE Thanks ive tried your L1 and L2 techs. Is there any L3 group or a team that specializes in roaming issues? Do I have to go back via L1 to get to them or is there a direct contact?

    Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

    Why is @EE signal so bad at the moment. Every single phone call cuts off. UK’s number 1 my arse.

    @EE Loyal customer for years. Invited to upgrade last month so did. Was assured I did not need to do anything to keep my business as it was. Made a visit to Spain and when I got back I have been charged for roaming despite being assured it would not happen. No refund allowed.

    Hi. Been waiting +2 weeks for #EE to sort out a major issue. 2 handsets but set up incorrectly with data allowance. Called my #business account person. Not interested. Not his problem. Went in store. Not their #problem . Thing is, I will take this all the way! @EE

    @EE WHERE'S MY BROADBAND? It's been months now and I'm still using your awful 4G hub . You've got until the end of August then I'm leaving. I'll also cancel my phone contract out of shear spite.

    @VodafoneThreeUK in Cotswolds. 2 bars of 4G+ but can’t actually connect to anything. Meanwhile @EE almost works. What is plan to fix pls?
