    @EE @EEComplaints waiting over two weeks for account to be activated, every time I call customer service a different explanation and timeline but still nothing - now having to pay for continuing contract with old network. Can you help?

    @EE @wembleystadium My Mum 88 having such trouble with her TV box, she's very upset 3 of us including a teenager! of us tried to delete recordings it just gets worse! tried yr website, no mention of a TV box, nothing in technical section, wasted an hour sent a complaint 2 days ago - radio silence !

    @EE I've had no (or very little) network signal for a few days now. Thame in Oxfordshire. Is this a known issue?

    @EE National crime bureau, silence, HMRC, DWP and banking. When I have googled each number they come up as EE issue numbers. They are very similar to my own number 1 or 2 digits different.

    On 22 April I asked @EE to unlock my Samsung phone. As I am not an @EE customer they said it wd take 8-10 working days and cost £8.99 to be paid when they email me. 15 working days later I have heard NOTHING in spite of chasing them twice.😞😞

    @EE I’ve had this number far too long. If I was to change number I would also change network. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened
