    I love it how @Apple are very professional straight away replacing something that is broke, but on the other hand @EE don’t want to know but still want you to pay them tho, what a bad customer service they provide to the public…

    @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.

    @Ofcom Not surprised to see @EE having the most complaints. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. BT used to be brilliant; then EE appeared, and it's been horrendous ever since.

    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

    @EE Is it true that you are on the fastest broadband deal that you can never go down to a lower speed, hence cheaper deal? I was told this by one of your staff.

    @EE I’m trying to get through to your “thinking of leaving” because I’m having trouble with internet in every other room except the room the hub is in but I keep getting disconnected
