    @KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

    EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed

    @VisionsofGold @EE @SamsungMobile No such thing as loyalty for existing customers. I’ve been with EE since they were one2one. In early days when they were T-Mobile, would get rewarded for being a loyal customer but as a EE customer, no such luck. Instead it’s higher costs and poor customer service.

    @EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!

    @EE I had called 150, £67.49 was the best price you could reward a loyal customer. So they loyal customer get charge more for your new ones

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
