    @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

    @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves

    @EE We are still getting texts saying there is a problem at the moment every day - which is not good enough and very frustrating as we can’t do much on our phones !!

    @EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?
