    @EE its been 7 days since you guys turned off our fibre broadband for no reason (paying customers)! I'm running out of data hotspotting my phone just to work. We paid for a fibre upgrade in March, you only JUST installed it last Tuesday, 3 days later you switched it off. Help!

    @EE sneaky from you guys telling people to hang up and reply to a text for quicker service. Yet the number to reply to doesn’t work!!! 45min wait or text a number that isn’t working 🥴🥴🥴🥴

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

    @EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!

    @bt_uk @AndreaS51917891 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    @EE I have already done this twice, both times it stopped working within 15 minutes of ending the call. I’d like to know if our next bill will reflect 3/4 days of no service? Currently having to use family members hotspot when they visit.

    .@EE can you please sort out your service and signal issues in Derby can barely make calls and send texts having to connect to my home WiFi as the signal keeps dropping been like this the last 2 days 😑

    @EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?
