@EE Been having the internet cut out entirely every few minutes since early yesterday evening, is there an outage in the area due to weather or anything that could explain it?

@EE Thank you. I have credit on the account. I want to use that credit to top up but it only gives me option to top up with a credit card. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack . I have trouble everytime . Thank you

@EE How is this right? And how is this a was to treat customers that have been with you for almost 20 years!! My contract runs out in April and I can upgrade for free in March

@EE I tried to us the messaging service and just got told it was busy. I’m shocked tbh and will be left with no choice but to find another provider if this isn’t sorted

@EE Trying to upgrade and hitting walls because I’ve already put a disconnection in. I have to cancel the disconnection on all 3 current phones In order to upgrade 1 can you help
