@RegardsChief @EE I always get confused by how companies put “price will increase by RPI plus 3%” or something in their contracts. It’s basically telling you they will mug you off each year and there’s nothing you can do about it (except cancel and go to a competitor)

  • vikkih110 vicki (@vikkih110) reported

@EE please aort it out…..3rd day in a row with no signal! what is going on?!!!

  • Rachel23085ds Rachel 23085ds (@Rachel23085ds) reported

@PaulRei91519270 @BarbaraSutton15 It's so hard to know what to do isn't it. I've gone for 12 month fix, I think I heard there was some hope it might come down next April. But it wasn't a confident hope. Just had an email from @EE and my phone bill is going up a whopping 7.5% too!! I can't wait to cancel it. 😨

  • OilAccount Brig (@OilAccount) reported

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @EE couldn't agree more, that's why it's worth paying a little extra for good service to smaller companies

  • MissBlack01 MissLegacyFan (@MissBlack01) reported

@RegardsChief @EE **** company. Was with them for years on a contract. Binned em as they wouldn't give me a better deal after years on their hook. No ***** given by them or me. Moved to 3. Cheaper & roughly same level of coverage.

  • stearsby Martin Allen (@stearsby) reported

@EE Thanks Helen - I know EE are raising them in line with terms because I got the email saying they were. The reasons given are corporate-speak for 'we need to maintain our astronomical profit margins'. The customer always has to just put up or shut up.

  • bigmoledavey88 David Beales (@bigmoledavey88) reported

@EE is there a reported downage in Sheffield UK currently? Broadband is completely offline and while I can ring out on my mobile it seems your 150 services are also down as calls won't connect?

  • scousekev84 ScouseKev (@scousekev84) reported

@EE disgraceful increase of nearly £7 a month due to CPI inflation, you should hang your heads in shame.

  • TurbineBernard Bernard Turbine (@TurbineBernard) reported

@EE Is your phone networks down? Unable to contact you on any numbers…

  • rcrabb200 Roger Crabb (@rcrabb200) reported

@EE If you could feed it back that would be great. I did try contacting support via 150 but I got fed up waiting in the very long queue! Do you need the number in order to report it - if so is it safe to put it in this tweet?
