@EE you have got to stop using DPD to deliver phones. Communication is awful and unable to change deliveries. I booked a slot today and they have changed it until tomorrow at a time that doesn't suit and I am unable to contact them or change the address or time.

@LEEINNES @EE I'm not in a contract.... shocking that a new customer gets much better offers. I've been with them forever. But my phone is broke I need a new one so I will go where the better offers are x

@EE This is the second time this has happened to me with EE, previously I was charged for 5 years for an iPad that was not used after the contract ran out as the screen was broken. This time I cancelled myDD after the contract expired. I just got a letter today threatening me for£126
