  @EE your service absolutely shocking I’m on your customer care line for the 3rd weekend running,due to poor internet performance. After 30 mins in the queue to be disconnected coz you tech service is now finished !!

  @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want £179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

  @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!
