@EE Hi. Could you help? If I purchase your data roaming and I only want it for a month. Would it be a calendar month or billing month?

  • GlobalSceptic Global Sceptic (@GlobalSceptic) reported

@EE I moved to EE a few months ago and have suffered from awful network every since. I am currently on 5G in the middle of London but my phone is still incredibly slow to load anything. Are there setting I need to adjust since moving provider?

  • adamcurtis5665 Adam Curtis (@adamcurtis5665) reported

@EE You weren’t particularly reliable yesterday when your network dropped out almost all afternoon during an event I was organising! All our 3G/4G cards readers stopped working!

@EE In business you should know: No customers = no business. The customer is always right. Don't mess with your customers. I won't buy from any business that thinks they have a right to preach to me. Regardless of whether I agree with them or not.

  • thisleejones Lee Jones (@thisleejones) reported

@EE Your colleague left the conversation, without notice and further wasting time and adding to my frustration so please refrain from being so sanctimonious, this conversation shouldn’t happen in the first place. The visit to town shouldn’t of happened et and still no service so…

  • JoeT35 JT (@JoeT35) reported

@EE Get woke, go broke. Now people will always be reminded of your woke garbage whenever they see your logo, those people will never be customers again.

  • Gabrielcismaru1 Gabriel 🇷🇴🇬🇧🇪🇺🇯🇵 (@Gabrielcismaru1) reported

@EE why isn’t my mobile data working? Service status says it should work but it doesn’t

  • SaolDara Dara Saol (@SaolDara) reported

@EE incredible that I was pushed from consumer to business support to be told the office is closed. Only have > 2500 customers in UK on your network. Clearly the Everywhere does't always apply

  • mike_jf1 Mike F (@mike_jf1) reported

@O2 @EE will be losing a customer soon with their EU roaming charges

  • tonyodee Tony O'Dee (@tonyodee) reported

@APPLECAKE20 @EE OK. So is it OK to make all females responsible for the problems caused by some females?
