David (@davidofsussex) reported@StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Just tell the automated voice recognition thing “I want to cancel my contract” and you’ll be through to a person in a jiffy.
-
Erika Braverman (@ErikaFromMurica) reported@EE Text service - I've already been through the text bot earlier today and eventually someone called me, but the problem has come back but this time the bot isn't playing ; )

J o d i e 🫧 (@Jodiee_ox) reported@EE Hi I’ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isn’t resolving the issue.
-
David (@davidofsussex) reported@StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Saying you want to cancel gets you put through to a relatively A-list customer services ***, and they’ll be able to do more or less anything you need.
-
Chris Page (@chrispnewrdm71) reported@EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?
-
Richard Baker (@BakeronBusiness) reported@EE So internet sorted - the email advising me to connect arrived this evening (18 hours after broad and went off). But…my home phone is disconnected. It’s not an internet phone & never has been, and the whole point of switching to EE was to maintain a landline…

Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported@EE I’ve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they don’t see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I can’t even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!
-
Chelsey (@chelshakespeare) reported@EE I just want to speak to a human - what’s with this new interactive service?! Just let me speak to someone 🫠
-
Jack (@_Jack323) reported@Na676767nana @EE yo are they still having issues ?
