    @EE I had a new phone on Monday, my new sim hasn’t activated yet on it. My old phone has no service. Can’t make calls from either phone bc I’m waiting for the new sim to kick in 🙄 help pls I’m dying to use my new phone

    @EE my app isn't working at all, had to go online to top up via normal ee website...app just continously asks me to sign in or register have had an account with you for years so unsure why its asking me for my phone number when it's on my ee online? Is there an app issue?

    Hey @EE, do you have an issue with your mobile app on iOS at the moment? When I open mine it keeps loading the web page and not the app itself. I’ve tried reloading and re-installing the app but it’s the same

    @EE I’ve just purchased the £10 roaming for travel to France but when I looked on My EE, it said it was free. Can someone confirm and cancel my £10 a month if so?

    @EE No it's not OK, now I have to problem with my login.. I cannot login at all, system does not recognise cridentials. 7 years I'm logging in with the same login and password and now is invalid.. Joke

    @EE MyEE is not working. Wanted to change my plan. Shame as considering moving to another provider with no contract/SIM only. Would be nice to see if you could match the monthly SIM only.
