    Looks like it’ll be cheerio to @EE for me - years of being with them yet their upgrade options are to put it mildly, shockingly poor - best options £50-£60 a month on an iPhone, not a chance!

    @EE You could let me cancel my phone contract without the extortionate charge... I was ripped off on price of data, texts minutes and stuck for another 10 months...

    .@ThreeUK has offered THE worst customer service today. Passed from 1 idiot to another and fobbed off at every opportunity. They don't listen to customers, just try and get rid of them as soon as they can. Time to move to @O2 or @EE by the looks of it.

    @EE is it now normal to send out a new iPhone completely dead of charge?! I’ve never had one arrive dead before. It’s normally been around half a battery. Annoying!

    @EE please answer, I’ve also DMd my number. The advisors on the phone can’t help, live chat won’t help because you have no record of my account ever existing. All of my bank verification is on this number I need you to reinstate the number ASAP
