@vito_tweeto @EE Exactly the same with me, Vito. In my latest round of negotiations with EE, I ended up having to pay £6 more, per month, for an iPhone 11, only for the iPhone 12 to be released a week later. I had no idea. They could have given a loyal customer the heads up. Felt cheated.

@EE So you don’t plan to support any kind of sender ID? Caller ID is pointless as it is so easily spoofed. I want an option to refuse calls if the sender cannot be verified. The level of robocalls is easily 20:1 robo to real calls these days and these people operate without impunity

@bradalarroads @EE Can't you change it now? You can make a complaint to them saying they aren't providing the service. So technically you can get out of the contract.

@EE you can keep your charges for leaving early. I’ve never had a signal in my home. Always used WiFi. When I rang to complaints I was cut off as no frickin signal 🤬🤬
