@virginmedia @Ofcom I have registered total loss of service every time I have had total loss off service. I have checked your status on the app and it shows the fix won't happen until 6pm for TV, Phone and Broadband. I am having to rely on my mobile tethering with @EE so I can work.

  • jacks1912s Jacks (@jacks1912s) reported

@EE Nice touch. Well done. Now make sure your long standing UK customers have good signal everywhere. Because I wouldn’t be able to make that urgent call abroad for free with my 1 bar of 4G… (TN33)

  • MacfadyenMolly Molly MacFadyen (@MacfadyenMolly) reported

@EE 5gee router in Kilwinning is still down for the 5th day in a row. Please fix as a priority as we WFH so it is affecting our livelihood. Please help!

  • Lesley_kr L 🩴 (@Lesley_kr) reported

@EE Hi Neil - this is untrue. You’ve put it up over £7 a month. This was never mentioned. It’s usually circa £1. Daylight robbery & a sure way to lose customers !!

  • KatHarris42 Katrina Harris MA (@KatHarris42) reported

@virginmedia for 7 days I've had intermittent broadband, it's affecting my work. Registered loss of service, your status shows it is broken. Your compensation is full 2 full days of outtage, so will I be refunded. Glad have @EE as mobile contract for back up but shouldnt have to

  • LeahWhitehorse Leah Whitehorse (@LeahWhitehorse) reported

@gogolitzen @EE Also affected by same issue. Plusnet informed me yet BT shows no known issues on their site. It’s frustrating when these companies don’t provide updates. Hopefully will be fixed this afternoon.

  • HelenRoseYeoman Helen-Rose Yeoman (@HelenRoseYeoman) reported

@EE why do I have no signal?!

  • tonywiseman1976 Tony Wiseman (@tonywiseman1976) reported from Camberwell, England

@EE You might be losing a customer this year…

  • RoryButlerMusic Rory Butler (@RoryButlerMusic) reported

@EE your support messaging system is also down (on an unsecured public WiFi because the secure service I pay you for is still not working) so I can't even speak to someone about this.

  • dangrigg85 Dan Grigg (@dangrigg85) reported

@EE I know it’s in the contract but inflation is at a false high due to many factors. Your increases are 3.9% + CPI. Will you drop the prices once inflation returns to normal levels? There’s no honest justification. Doubt you’ll find a single customer who would be happy with this!
