So, @EE the broadband engineer who was meant to come, who didn't turn up last week, after I had to chase it up to re-book and made a complaint, hasn't turned up. 2 months of paying for broadband that you haven't even connected and I have to chase it up.

@EE My Girlfriend get no signal in our 7th floor flat, near the city centre. Mine (o2) works perfectly unfortunately.
