    @EE Good morning Phil, my postcode is PR1 4NR. I still do not have reception. I have noticed that as I get coverage when I’m out of the house, but not when I’m inside the house. It’s very annoying - please could you hell trouble shoot?

    @EE I have no service, checked online and found out that my area (EX31) is having a service upgrade. Would it be too much to ask that a text be send to all customers living in that area that this was going on?

    The biggest problem with the #hybrid option from @bt_uk is Im not sure the @EE network is that great here, that is a worry on a 24 month contract. Coverage check on EE website gives a vague idea of of expected coverage. Basically it might be OK, might not.

    @EE my dad wanted to top up his mobile. He went into an EE shop, and was told he could only do it online? Great service.
