@EE I’ve said all I’ve got to say to you on the matter. I’ve asked for you to send an engineer and your response here’s a link. A link is not good enough. Send an engineer tomorrow or you’ll loose a long standing mobile customer.

@EE WiFi calling is still down, my 85 year old mother has been left without a phone. She can't get a signal so uses WiFi calling. It's been over 24 hrs now. How much longer?

@StuG1977 @EE Totally get they have to attract new customers, but after 6 years & the hassle & what appears to me as an underhand way some ‘guides’ dealt with matters I didn’t expect it to be a huge favour to offer me a deal £20 more expensive than a new customer would pay!

Yet more billing aggro with @EE who clearly do not understand the meaning of automatic compensation as directed by @Ofcom for loss of service (5 days this time in early July) and have just sent my bill for September. Guess what normal price. So annoying.

@EE We’ve called several times and just get fobbed off. We’ve already put the cancellation request in because you refuse to send engineer telling it’s a major outage in the area. Apparently a problem with the telegraph pole but I’ve been round the neighbours and they are on.

Just had a phone call a few minutes ago from a London number, ref a new SIM card coming through the post from @EE Not sure if it's a scam or kosher, but the rep said it's because of BT that there coverage was not good. Oddly,I live in Darlington, where it's crap anyway! TIA.
