@MartinSLewis I’m with EE, the add ons cost more than the phone bill. @EE that said would never upgrade again. Much better buying direct from manufacturer then even if people choose not to buy in a lump sum you still save on the ridiculous apr that add on.

@EE Youtube on the wifi has been extremely slow for several weeks on every device while on 4G/5G (on a different network) it's been working fine. Are you throttling Youtube? Videos don't load at all, or if they do it's only for several seconds before lagging again.

@EE Hi Kelsey that's what I've tried. Other than tech support which goes straight to fault reporting, it gives me the option for accounts then billing

@EE How do I actually get in touch with the broadband team? I'm trying to setup my own router for use with fibre but not sure what the password I need for the pppoe settings, everytime I call and select broadband tech support I just get fault reporting.

@EE @MarcAllera well unfortunately it’s looking like your team have dropped the ball and I’m looking at a further 4 weeks without service. I had to call to find this out. I’m now waiting to hear what solutions will be offered. This is terrible customer service

@SeanVardy2 @EE Yup they're criminals, support is now ignoring me. They increase prices all across the board yet the best they can do to compensate my 2 days without service (and counting) is 18 quid
