  @EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.

  @EE when are you going to fix the pathetic coverage in Edinburgh? Since BT got their grubby paws on EE huge dead spots have appeared. Don’t text me to say I’ve got super 5G when I can’t even get 4 🙄

  @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

  @EE @paulmatt86 EEs standard response....visit coverage checker.....which does nothing.....standard of service has definitely got worse over the years...

  @EE can you advise why this morning my husband was given a 12 month SIM only deal and I am being told now that I can’t have a 12 month deal as you don’t do them. I have been a customer for over 15 years.
