    Why is @EE’s service all over #Newquay & the surrounding area so poor? Been here for a week with 4G & 3+ bars signal but data connection / speed is consistently woeful / virtually non existent! Several of the people I’m with are also on #EE & are all experiencing the same issue!

    @EE I have a smart plan so why can I not upgrade online I was eligible to upgrade from the 6th but it says no plan available any help would be appreciated
