@ee slapping a 4% increase in charges when inflation is just 0.6% is pretty poor form!

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Ok well that's a shame, because I've been a customer of EE since 2010 (and Orange before that). I'm now looking at satellite broadband, which I'm told is expensive... Turns out it's the same monthly price I'm paying for 1Mbps 🙄

  • DavidBayley13 David Bayley (@DavidBayley13) reported

@EE Checkout is still not working.

  • Davebwfc21 Dave james (@Davebwfc21) reported

@EE @DavidBayley13 Same problem here aswell

  • welshfreak Stu Roberts (@welshfreak) reported

@Matthewhewitt84 @EE but their customer service is shockingly bad!!

  • y99waytem87 Michael Wayte (@y99waytem87) reported

@bt_uk broadband almost as **** as @EE it take 2 hours to watch 1 hour programme

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Yeah I've already got a data booster box from you, so I can use my mobile at home, because there is no 4G signal where I live. However, that booster box relies on the router and its 1Mbps speed. How would a 4G router work?

  • tweedsideladdie Simon Ritchie (@tweedsideladdie) reported

@EE Estimated download speed range given on your website is 1-5Mbps. Consistently in the 20th percentile. Every video call I do is interrupted by weak signal, despite signal boosters/cables (rather than WiFi). Can any discount be offered if service can't be improved?

  • FxJohnjohn FxJohn (@FxJohnjohn) reported

@EE your phone signal is pathetic constantly dropping out

  • FawcettJordon jordon fawcett (@FawcettJordon) reported

@EE Loses connection every night between 7pm and 9pm, the box is forever flashing yellow and when it does work it’s really slow
