@EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

@EE I am finding it technically impossible to navigate the website/app for a scheduled upgrade. Whenever I select an option, it tells me 'Sorry, we couldn't find that page'. (PC and mobile). Do I have to lug myself to a store because it's **** the bed? Any solutions appreciated.

@Gary_P_Jackson @EE @VodafoneUK Vodafone has always been best for coverage. EE is rubbish reception round here too. Lebara, TalkMobile and Asda all use the Vodafone network
