Andrea. Believe in Britain🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@AndiNeglia) reported@EE , your customer service is atrocious
-
ironchimp (@ironchimp) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s your infrastructure, just like the old tv signal infrastructure was yours and not the damned state’s.
-
Tom Pascoe (@tompascoew) reportedAfter 25 years of being with @EE, Orange before, I have finally had the time to cancel my account. After creeping roaming charges in (especially data) that never used to exist and increasing prices yearly it feels fantastic. Bye!
-
Universe 25 ⚠️ (@Cynicicide) reported@GillRaeWalker @LeilaniDowding @EE My elderly parents were forced onto fibre by BT. Now they can't guarantee being able to phone for assistance during a power cut. Had to get new mobiles because 3G was turned off yet I work in parts of the country with no signal at all.
-
Diane Jeggo (@DiJeggo) reported@EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!
-
Hay (@sisterhaze) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It wasn't that long ago that fibre optic cables where laid down for landlines phones. What happens to all these cables?
-
Lumpy Pete (@LumpyPete) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE They did this to us a couple of years ago, bought an uninterruptable power supply (UPS) for any power cuts which happens a lot round here. Can't help thinking we'll regret getting rid of landlines, we're putting all our eggs in one (digital) basket, no good will come of it.
-
Marcus (@Marcus_91_) reported@Amy_90_x @EE FFS that is ridiculous 😑😑 You can never be too sure nowadays with all the scam callers 🤬🤬 Tbh i don't get many anymore but I don't answer any calls unless it's a number I have saved in my phone
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE I’ve been all through this with my parents they phone switches to the mobile network when the WiFi is down
-
Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.
