    @EE It says a problem has recently been fixed, I followed all the suggestions, still no signal, no data, no calls, nothing I've restarted loads. Going to try taking the sim out etc

    @YardleyShooting @EE Mike I like your tweets as they are real, however by referring to Britain as broken we are playing into their negative view. We need to state that these company’s are failing but we are GREAT BRITAIN and we shouldn’t have to put up with poor service. They want us to be broken

    @EE Just messaged you.... for all the good it will do. You always say you can't help, we ring technical support and they WON'T until mast repaired. 16 hours to repair..... for the last 3 weeks!

    @EE awful service,upgraded phone last week still not received due to YOU sending to depot 75miles away! Now told I have to wait while looked into! Want to cancel and go to another provider! Lost my custom, been with you over 15 years! Made to feel my fault !

    @EE flawless customer service for years, until today. Unimpressed with how my afternoon has been taken up with trying to unpick a bad deal offered today at the end of my contract. I asked for the cheapest sim only and was assured I was being offered it. I was not. Not good, EE.
