    .@EE are you aware of issues pushing delivery info to @DPDgroup_news? You missed the first line of my address, which meant I didn't receive my upgrade. Now it will take 2-3 weeks (!) + a lot more hassle.

    @EE @yannhoury Hi @EE would you mind stop deliberately ignoring my tweets and DMs ? I've had the same issue for 2 months, you barely helped and now you ignore me as you couldn't solve the issue. Rubbish service and customer service. Do I need to get Trading Standards involved so you do smthg ?

    @BaileyyThomass @EE It's been the case for weeks, in the end they just told me it was a one off and advised to restart my device, and now they won't reply to my tweets or DMs. Appalling level of service, really.

    @VodafoneUK your service is rubbish and your organisation is a joke. I want out my broadband contract as no CS and no broadband all day! Not the first time either. I've got work to do! I'm going to change to @BT or @EE. Got to be better than you losers.😡
