    @EE Hey, I've had no calls, texts or mobile data for 3 days now? Coverage checker days there's no issues in my area. I've tried all the usual hacks, turning on/off phone and aeroplane more, reinserting sim etc. 🌞

    @oxosbase @EE I agree. I've been with @EE for years, every time I've called or messaged they have gone out of their way to help.

    @EE I received a letter today from a company called Lowell, claiming that I need to repay an amount that I owe to EE. I have never had an account with EE, and I owe you nothing to my knowledge. Is this a scam?

    @EE Hello, why does the EE application take so long to open and sometimes doesent even open for me? I hate having to go online always to get to my account and always having to login too.

    Planning to switch from @EE to another provider due to their absolute absurd prices and lack of respect for customer loyalty. Also worst customer service in store at the Trafford centre!! Any recommendations for decent providers?

    @EE I left London this morning and now in Netherlands my esim won’t connect to any network. Does this mean I can’t use it until I’m back in the U.K.?
