    @EE Any reason why my 4GEE mobile router has gone to crap overnight? Same place, same location.... now pages don't load for a strong minute or 2, well except the EE pages of course, fast as lightning on those???

    Hi @EE I’ve been a DD customer with one-to-one, then T-Mobile now EE and never missed a payment. I’ve tried to take a second line and an upgrade and a BT broadband upgrade. All approved. You’ve failed 7 times to do what you said. I’m frustrated and want you to sort this out.

    @EE please don’t ask people reporting service outages or signal issues to follow up by DM. You could save a lot of time by responding publicly so that we could all then see what is going on without a separate set of messages that also end in a request for a DM to sort.

    @EE hi! I'm visiting NYC from the UK with a Roam Further pass but it hasn't seemed to kick in yet with multiple reboots. How long does it take to start? I'm currently reliant on WiFi and have no data or service so can't call the helpline!

    @paulbeebe @SMARTYMobileUK @EE Such a pity. Even wifi calling doesn't work despite their site explicitly claiming that Pixel 6 is compatible.
