@EE like the rest of your customer, shocked to be getting a hike of 14.4% per month. It’s a joke. Where does it say in your t&cs that you can increase your charged by this much? What is this additional 3.9% about? Is this mentioned in the t&cs? Thnx

@EE August last year you talked me into a new contract by lowering my Bill because I couldn’t afford the current bill I was on to only put my Bills up by so much I’m now paying more than I originally did. Over 30yrs I’ve been with you and this is how you treat your loyal customers.
