    @EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is Β£72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !

    @EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

    My evaluation of @BT = Bullshitting Trash @EE = Extreme Excrescence I loathe this company with extortionate pricing for πŸ’©service

    @ee #o2 sort out your masts near # Iwade Kent. 4hrs stuck in traffic with terrible service on both networks barely communicate either anyone. This is 2026 sort it out

    @EE @nickduval My mum doesn't have a driving license and she has no intension of going on a plane anywhere. So I guess she will never have a EE contract either.

    @Benleo i gave up on them 4 years ago and switched to @EE since then i have had 1 outage of 6 hours from 10pm till 4pm, 1 outage in 4 years and consistent speed , i wouldnt go back
