    @EE Hi, I've got a Watch Plan that's now out of contract, though it appears to be still charging the full price (£38.82 is what's showing). Is there an option to either cancel this completely or move it to a cheaper contract now that the watch has been paid off? Thanks

    When you find out you've been paying BT £56/m for over a year for absolutely nothing because @EE tell you you don't need to cancel the account 👍. It's that kind of day.

    @_Robert06_ @EE I hardly get network/internet at my place of work, and it’s in BIG CENTRAL LONDON. Somethings just don’t make sense for the biggest or the best or whatever they like to call them in the uk.

    @EE When we call customer services on 150, are we able to get through a specific office, for example Plymouth? Everytime I ring I end up speaking to different people each time.
