    @EE All I want to do is renew my pay as you go package as I’ve ran out of minutes and data, but because I haven’t use all of my “UNLIMITED” texts. You cancelled my freshly brought package and kept the money. I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM LAST WEEK SO ******* FIX IT

    @EE Hi so have lost the network and now cannot make an urgent call and can't even reach technical support as it says to ring tomorrow, I don't see how that is helpful at all, could you help please

    @EE 3 weeks been & gone and no sign of my new phone or an update Absolutely shocking service! Waiting 2 more days then I will be cancelling my order and taking my custom else where!!!

    @EE how is it possible to have 13mbs on both download and upload when two of us have to work?? Why am I paying so much money per month for such rubbish service?? Can’t wait to get the @virginmedia fibre into my building!! #scam #avoidee
