    @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service

    @OniSuika @EE Sounds like a real waste of time considering the social media team don’t have access to any accounts. They are literally just paid to redirect you to somewhere they think can help.

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @EE can you and the other phone networks please have a look at the signal in the WN7 4 area of Leigh in Wigan. Been terrible for months now when trying to use mobile data when out and about.

    @EE That didn't help at all Yesterday I lost broadband for over 30 minutes and couldn't access your site to see what was going on because your mobile signal is terrible in my village
