I'm just wondering how thick you need be to work out that having an EE broadband connection and landing a plane have no ******* connection whatsoever. The plane has pilots and the chav family were not in "control" of **** all. @EE

@EE I rang the store and they can't even update me. I rang ee themselves and they said check with store. No one can give me an update which is unsettling. I have paid money in store and have no clue how long I am to wait when I was told just 1 working day originally. Please help

@EE That’ll make no difference to the incorrect information already given and lack of loyalty agenda. There’s already enough typical reviews on there of how bad you all are , you only really see how bad a company are when you need help and they give zeroes

@EE very disappointed with how you treat your customers both in store and on the phone. Have had issues with the phone since having it and contacted you several times and yet the only options I seem to have is where I have no phone or end up being out of pocket. Very poor 😡

@AppleSupport Yup - it’s just the actual phone calls not working - WiFi calls work fine. So I guess must be a @EE problem?

@EE is there an issue with service in my area? Yesterday & today my calls are intermittent quality both ways so trying to have a conversation is impossible. I need my phone all day as I wfh so it’s a bit of a nightmare. My postcode is CF37 if you need to run any checks?

@EE WiFi down in ka26 9xx post code, is it ours or a local problem? :) Had the service for over a year so it's not a new connection.
