    @EE I ordered this on launch day and I was assured I would receive this today. My boy ordered his two days after me. He was a new customer. His phoned arrived first thing this morning, I phoned up and was told I have a 21 day wait. Fumming!

    @EE massively let down today terrible service all day and now this pathetic text about delays.! It’s not good enough. Caused loads of issues and tried pushing blame to other companies and it sounds like people got phones ahead of people who ordered before them.! Shambles!

    @EE Loyal 10yr customer just been told my upgrade I placed some time ago..has been cancelled for no reason. Unable to get through. Even been charged delivery twice ! what is going on there ?
