@pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK you should switch over to @ee i get a constant 5g signal with them. I rarely see 3g, and always have consistant speeds.

@EE please can you help. One of your advisers has now stopped emailing me regarding my upgrade. Just dropped off the radar. Stuck in limbo and will need to go to another provider if EE aren't communicating

@EE Can you tell me after agreeing a tariff,paying a deposit towards a new phone then after going into store 3 times to collect it the systems were down every time when I eventually get sat down to get the phone you can suddenly up the tariff after an agreement was made 😡

@EE Hi, what can EE do to improve the coverage in my area? The signal is poor have to stand outside on the balcony to make phone calls and get a decent internet connection😩There are three of us in the same household all on EE paying between us almost £60 a month…

@EE Yeah thing is I’ve already done that admittedly on my phone but I’ve registered for ee career profile and tried to enable the alerts but it’s either having a problem on the ee website or not loading properly I’m not sure which
