When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

David Chandler (@DavieChandler67) reported@EE Hi, is it normal for a £165 bill for equipment being returned, added to the bill in advance of receipt of the equipment. £165 charge, reduce the cost by £65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support

IStreamSandwich - Stephen (@istreamsandwich) reported@Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported@EE Why is my 5G & phone signal so consistently awful in the SE. I got a better reception in the Amazon Rainforest when away with work than I do in 🇬🇧
