    Hey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    @EE when your told the reason your wifi isn’t working right is because it’s school holidays and the WiFi traffic is bad. Doesn’t change the fact that I PAY to use WiFi school holidays or not

    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.

    @1pMobile @EE Hi. I've had zero network or mobile coverage over the past 3 days indoors. Previously had low 5G coverage for voice and calls.. Please can you investigate? BS20 0.

    @EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks

    @EE Just out of curiousty as there been an outage of broadband on your end as there is no Internet coming through our router and it's also effecting the TV.

    @EE My previous experience is the guides can’t help. Openreach are telling me in a year EE say they can’t help. I have provided my contact details to EE and waiting to hear from you.
