@EE so once again I missed my dads seizure alarm texts because of the problem in my area ! You are doing nothing nor any updates given. You now expect me to pay my bill for a phone I can’t use. Clearly don’t give a toss about your customers. Absolutely disgusting! Shameful !

@simonnread @EE the problem is ALL bills are going up by above official inflation, and energy and mortgage increases... all except wages. Many people are at breaking point already

@EE Do you need to be putting my bills up by 14.4%? Customer for 14 years and using this chance to screw another £12 a month out of me. That's the last time I renew a contract with you
