    @EE I tried to redeem my oneup reqard code for the @marksandspencer voucher but the website to claim has timed out several times. I was really looking forward to the extra treat since today is my birthday :(

    X really are useless, right? Report an account for impersonating @EE support and X says the account did not violate their terms of service. So they can carry on scamming.

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.
