@Hann4hLewis @SarahWhe78 @EE My o2 has gone up, Ive finished my contract. For 20 x more data I can get it £10 cheaper so by putting my proce up they have lost money. Shows how stupid these companies are. Could have left me ticking over (and others like me) and passed on the savings!

@EE The fact is you are blatantly ripping off your customer with a 14.4% increase on the bill. How can the actual phone element of the bill be subject to inflation exactly, this cost does not increase after the point you sign the contract.

@liamblue123 @SarahWhe78 @EE Same here. Been a very loyal customer since the days when they were Orange in the mid-90s. Very. disappointed, and I’m afraid I’ll be looking around when my contract is up. I’d have thought they’d have absorbed at least some of the rise in inflation this time around.
