@EE Thank you. I’ve been on chat this morning and tried to sort but as she has never spoken to CS before, she doesn’t have a password set up. We will try to sort it today. But can she get a refund on the add on if we can set up the roaming?

I cheated on @EE by moving to @O2 and I’ve never known such remorse. Will you have me back EE? It’s been a month and I still have no signal with 02. Can’t even ring them to get it sorted. Wily, that.

@EE Hey. Can't access anything in MyEE on browser or app. It's NOT a cookie/cache thing. I can log in but then nothing. Is it down?

@EE Your USA roaming didn’t work and only option you gave me was £30 add on for 7 days even though i’m eligible for a roaming pass. Not happy at all considering i’m long standing customer. I can’t afford this.

Just moved over to @O2 and I'm shocked to learn that they don't support Wifi or 4G calling for phones that weren't bought direct from O2 🤯 I never had problems using my @OnePlus_UK (bought outright from OnePlus) on the @EE network. What gives, O2!? It's 2023 – come on!
