plumberspensions (@plumberspensio1) reported@EE Can you please tell me who to contact re damage caused by Openreach contractor who was connecting EE WiFi but drilled through a water pipe. NWI fixed the leak and said would return to repair damage but now say MJ Quinn have told them not to carry out the repairs?

There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot
