    @EE Hi, I've got a new sim and phone after my old phone broke, but it says "Sim not provisioned" tried using the Simswap but it either wants to text my old non-working phone or me to call 150 but I can't call because there's no network without my sim?

    @EE getting really frustrated with the sudden poor reception in my area. It used to be great now the last few weeks I don’t get over 2 bar. Will have to switch providers if it doesn’t improve 😔
