@EE I am pretty disgusted with your repair centre right now!! I have an 8 week old phone that has a screen defect and the repair centre not only refused to fix it, they downgraded the OS on my phone!! This is unnacceptable

@VikiCarter_ @EE It means your SmartHub is connected to broadband but its not getting to the Internet. EE seem to have some issues nationally.
