In EE again @EE - returning items which were sent to us by post on 14th Feb . Items which were cancelled by us on 24th Dec and for which we were charged in Jan and Feb . Hoping for better service today at EE bullring

@EE as always not the problem that is the biggest issue it is the way your customer service is dealing with the situation. In USA no service for 5 days - woman in New Orleans for Mardi Gras feeling insecure without my phone working. No call backs as promised no one cares sort it

@EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

@EE Hi Stacey your disregard is totally dismissive and ignores the fact that this increase is so incredibly high. Being upfront doesn't mean you can rob loyal customers when they are fixed in!! Percentages were copied from EE letter. Poor customer service - not acceptable!!
