@ee you have to stop using Royal Mail for your delivery parcel we reported a faulty WiFi smart pro 7 and was told the new one would be here yesterday I am now having pissed off am expecting a discount on my bill why should I pay for a service am not getting

@EE @TheSun Hoping for advice please Have a 2 year contract with EE for TV/Internet/Home phone and SIM. Never got SIM & internet doesn’t reach all of house despite promise. 9months in I want to charge me £1000+ to cancel after saying I will have to pay extra for sim and extender

@EE what's the point of closing all means of communication with yourselves at 6pm? Majority of people cannot call until evenings due to work. I have an emergency and cannot speak to someone until tomorrow morning??? #EE

@EE How ehn your executive team said, they can't provide service in the Clapham area, I shouldn't expect service and why am I still a customer on a recorded call. As you can imagine I'm putting in a freedom of information request for a copy of that call.
