Jill Matthews (@mat11217534) reported@EE EE mis sold me a broadband contract. I cancelled my contract with EE but they poached me back by misrepresenting the deal. Furious! My complaint registered but complaint closed yesterday without them even ringing me. I will not be renewing with EE

Mark (@Mark14182043442) reported@EE not happy with service. Had an issue with app etc person on phone had to open ticket with main tech people. 48 hours I was told. Now a week later no call or anything. I will have to phone again later today now. If i didnโt pay my bill bet you would be quick to get in touch
