@EE Hey, I'm not getting the minimum speed. I used to sell broadband. Unfortunately no supplier ever told me this. Wish they had. We are getting an engineer out. We've never hit the speeds guaranteed.

  • Muzziman777 Jay (@Muzziman777) reported

@EE I don’t have EE anymore .. left them .. shocking service , EE only respond when they are called out VIA social media.. your network is slow and btw that ad about landing a plane is absolute rubbish.

  • tracey_binnie Tracey Binnie (@tracey_binnie) reported

@ShannonVallor @EE I'm a happy O2 customer. There are a couple of blackspots in Musselburgh, but otherwise the coverage is pretty decent.

  • jonatha00863400 jonathan hough (@jonatha00863400) reported

@EE @glastonbury Problems today to paying customers!!!!! Forget Glastonbury

  • georgeclaytos Steve (@georgeclaytos) reported

@EE coverage in my area has been terrible for weeks now. There are obviously network changes being made. I think you need to compensate us as we simply cannot make calls

  • ShannonVallor Shannon Vallor (@ShannonVallor) reported

Dealing with @EE is a living nightmare. Anyone getting decent service in Edinburgh/Lothians from another carrier?

  • westcountrytim Timothy (@westcountrytim) reported

@EE My wife’s phone isn’t receiving sms messages at the moment (but can send them). Is there a problem with the network in London?

  • AussieNach Lee Neicho (@AussieNach) reported

@dan161285 @EE @O2 Signal is excellent and better value for money. “What’s in the Shed Kev?” “A shed load of no data”

  • Helmethead___ Helmethead (@Helmethead___) reported

I was just wondering, is there anyone out there that is actually satisfied with their @EE 4G broadband? I think there’s more chance of meeting an amoeba on Saturn than finding a satisfied customer. £55 per month for a such dreadful service is just daylight robbery. Utter manure.

  • thomassentia Thomas Sentia (@thomassentia) reported

@vocALintuition @EE My contract was supposed to be £59 a month and due to a price increase that they “can’t explain”……. I’m now paying just short of £80 a month. 🥴🥴🥴🥴 also my service is off almost twice a week!
