Daniel Wright (@DanielW69987575) reported@EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

Ian Jones Ⓜ️ (@ijones2932) reported@EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!
