@EE Well.... I would forward it to 7726 (SPAM) if I could, but those plucky @Plusnet @plusnethelp folks barred short code texting on their MVNO network. If only Plusnet, British Telecom and EE were somehow, you know, related in business perhaps they could sort this out? No? Oh well😳

@EE Hi.Just a little suggestion. After the year we've all had,I think EE should scrap the rise in our monthly payments every year go back to how you woz what we pay monthly stays at that. To help out your customers through the toughest time is the right thing to do.Just saying!

  • vickip89 Kathryn Palmer (@vickip89) reported

@EE I’m constantly having problems with my ee broadband. I have had bt sent out and they advised I need a new router. Can we resolve this issue please

  • NudisteP NudisteP (@NudisteP) reported

@AlexBuxton @EE Excuse the cynicism but wait 12 months and then it'll be a business decision to charge on the grounds we're costing too much to maintain that service. And all mobile providers have made the same pledge, just kept open the door of change.

  • mt_me_in_mntauk 𝕿𝖎𝖒 (@mt_me_in_mntauk) reported

@EE My 'standard upgrade' date for my mobile contract is due tommorow.. Today the 'early upgrade' charge is £63.. Tomorrow it's free.. But there are no bills/payments going out tmrw? Sooo.. What exactly is the £63 that's written off? :D (Sorry if this is a stupid question..)

  • EmmaLeppington Emma Leppington (@EmmaLeppington) reported

@EE our internet struggles to cope with just two people using wifi on phones. The connection is poor for things like WhatsApp, never mind anything more challenging than that. Been like this for a while - please help
