    Terrible experience trying for the 6th day in a row to get in touch with @EE customer service on the phone. Emails also sent with no response. Utterly dreadful.

    @EE fantastic service this morning from re when I called up customer services thinking I’d had my line cut off or possibly a network problem in my area as I was unable to dial out turns out I’m just really stupid hadforgotten I was id switchedairplane mode on yeah IKR

    @100ANB @YardleyShooting @EE What REALLY pisses me off is when you try to self-serve, but their web site doesnt work, or doesnt contain the information you need. So you call, and they spend 3 mins trying to get you to use the website for x, y, z … THATS WHY I’M CALLING YOU BOZOS

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I've had a nightmare dealing with EE over poor broadband. As you say they used to be a decent company. Not anymore.

    @DrStefanieW @EE People must vote with their feet against sanctimonious, divisive ESG nonsense. Corporations can do globalist virtue signalling but once the customers go it's all over. History littered with long forgotten organisations who also once thought themselves immortal & too big to fail.
