    @EE @RaPiDkIlLzZz Come on…. EE have been having huge problems for months, maybe years. I’ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Can’t get a statement. Can check contract status. EE have admitted they have enormous tech problems.

    I’ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.

    @EE It’s not just EE it’s sky mobile also and most other networks . Everyone I know moans about poor signal no matter where they are! Why is the service so bad?

    @O2 @EE why can’t i get a mobile signal at #Battle station or ANYWHERE on the rail line from Hastings to Sevenoaks and then London? is this the 3rd World FFS???

    @EE It doesn’t! Why is it so difficult for me to speak to a human being? If I DM you my phone number, could somebody call me? If not, then I’ll just cancel. I’ve had enough if this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years then it’s not worth me staying with you.

    @EE why is your app/website so, so bad. Especially for business customers!! It's been the same for years too! Please sack your designers and get a child to do it with Ai

    @EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time
