    Absolutely appalling service from @EE your updated app is terrible!! My son is stranded with no data and your app is telling me I’m not the account holder so I can’t access our accounts or help him! Over an hour wait to speak to someone. Disgraceful!!

    @RichardKennedy @cokeandcustard @EE The other laughable thing is that the link to a help page doesn’t work either. No one as EE seems bothered, and they cannot fix it.

    @RichardKennedy @EE There might be a technical glitch due to ongoing issue with MY EE. Else you can initiate a chat and ask the agent to reset up the account. Believe me will fix in 5 mins only.
