@EE yeah it was a strange one this morning it went no service then when it did work it would work for a moment then cut out then i got network has been temporarily disabled by operator or something. Its back to normal now it could be maintenance in the area

@AJMSomers @VodafoneUK I had the same issue in my work postcode for 5months and they did nothing but give me empty promises. They offered me compensation once the problem was solved. I don't even work there anymore and I'm yet to see any compensation. @EE you still treat your customers like this?

Hey @EE how can I chat to customer support from abroad? Got a roam further add on (doesn’t work), added extra minutes for abroad (doesn’t work - I literally can’t call any number). Oh how about turning on roaming in the app? Oh no that service is not possible!

@EE Hi Michael - I can access via website but not app, and haven't been able to for many months. Have reinstalled etc. and dont have this issue w/ other apps.

@EE what is going on with the app. I have tried to sign in for several days have had to change my password numerous times even tried to register again but I cannot access my account. If I go thru a browser no problem but thru the app it’s impossible

@EE I was offered a £5 upgrade and you charged me £10. Customer support said it was “pro rata” and I would get the £5 back as some unspecified time “probably”. That is no way to do business and I obviously can’t trust your billing stystem. #badcustomerservice #mobilephone
