    @EE please can you tell me why I cannot get a new customer deal on EE broadband, because I’m a BT Broadband. Deal I want new customers pay £53 per month, I have to pay £67.49! I’m new to EE broadband, but a loyal EE mobile customer and ‘existing’ as with BT now.

    @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this

    @EE (2/2) I also pay £25/mnth for TV which I can get from HBO for about £10....the equipement is 4-5 year old BT stuff that you wouldn't upgrade. All in all I am getting a ***-deal for £70/month. MUCH slower than advertised AND I have never received a contract, + can't find it online

    @EE If I do the upgrade in person I assume this won’t be an issue and the device will be delivered to the store. I can do this if needs be

    @bt_uk @AndreaS51917891 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

    What an absolute mess from @EE Isabella promised the world, then hung up. Jack followed up on those promises and gave me the deal I needed…well so I thought. Full of lies and **** ups! Bye Bye EE, never again!

    @EE sneaky from you guys telling people to hang up and reply to a text for quicker service. Yet the number to reply to doesn’t work!!! 45min wait or text a number that isn’t working 🥴🥴🥴🥴
