@Irajaw85 @Freddo32 @EE By all accounts there is an issue with all uk roaming in Canada. It is related to the Canadian networks and nothing to do with the roaming provisioned by the home network.

@EE 4G has been down for a week in my area. Still is, though your website insists all is fine. It is clearly not. No internet at home. Hours soent on hold & you can't tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Making it very difficult to not move suppliers right now...

@EE Still nothing. @Plusnet customer who tell me they can't do anything as it's @EE network. EE tell me they can't do anything as I'm a plusnet customer. Can't go anywhere with a baby and no ability to phone someone if needed.

It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November
