  @EE Does this include the Android app to log in as keeps asking me to login, i do then loops back to same screen. Also very stuttery

  @EE currently sat in Switzerland, phone was working fine up until an hour ago and now I have no reception. Roaming issues overall?? (Tried restarting everything/selecting different providers)

  Well Laura from @EE Customer service promised me she would call at 4pm today, it is 5.45 pm and she hasn't called. Can a real human look at this. Thank you.

  @EE Felt I needed to address my moan. After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Many thanks @EE

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
