It's BS that my 12GB data from @VOXI_UK ended in less than one month. When I was an @EE customer, I never used more than 5GB monthly and I didn't even have unlimited access to social media, YouTube, Prime Video and Netflix as "I have" now. Very suspicious!

  • StuartParkinson Stuart Parkinson (@StuartParkinson) reported

@EE I follow the instructions down a few menus but when I try to select 2 for an agent for technical support, the IVR doesn’t recognise my response (it recognised it in several other menus)

  • George__Harding George Harding (@George__Harding) reported

@EE what's going on in the SN12 area? No signal and said my mobile data has been turned off. Or is it just my account for some reason ?

  • jamie_w1612 Jamie (@jamie_w1612) reported

@EE I’ve been waiting for my upgrade for over a month now. It’s getting a bit ridiculous. I’m tempted to cancel if it takes any longer. I have a broken phone and I need it for contact with wife who is at home with our baby.

  • GSDMediauk GSD Media (@GSDMediauk) reported

@EE are there broadband problems in South Wales? Router has been losing signal for the last few days and has lost it completely now

  • thanos1sme Thanos1sme (@thanos1sme) reported

@EE why do I pay for WiFi that doesn't work trying to watch the rugby is there an issue in the TW area!

  • StuartParkinson Stuart Parkinson (@StuartParkinson) reported

@EE your IVR on 150 is broken and I need to speak to an agent - how do I do it?

  • jeres Jeremy Allen (@jeres) reported

Hell is trying to figure out how to cancel your £5 add on on the @EE website for all eternity

  • nimtimtim Tim O'Callaghan (@nimtimtim) reported

I decided to change networks from @EE after they introduced roaming in Europe (albeit they weren’t the ones who’d lied about it). They’ve since made leaving so painful & inconvenient that they’ve guaranteed I will never use them again.
