  @EE Hello I tried it in the Mifi I bought which is tied to a particular network it don’t work I put it in my iPhone it works that will do because I don’t have any broadband fibre optic ATM and am using my iPhone to connect to the internet as my Sky sim lost connectivity.

  @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

  @sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.

  Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

  @jonesaw @EE I just called. We the masses are broke in my area, so they are going to get fixed. So, could be without service for a few days or hours.
