    Approx 3 hrs on phone to @EE having been mis sold a 5G broadband contract, via @bt_uk who then agreed to cancel contract without me having to pay, just send kit back. Then £700 taken out of my account anyway… Unbelievable customer service… not in good way.

    @EE You aren’t exactly the UK’s “most reliable” network provider when it comes to delivers told me within 14 days on the phone and now you can’t confirm a date, but whatever floats ur boat i guess x

    @EE That’s ridiculous. There must be a date. I won’t wait for months on end. Easier to order from Apple and cancel this order.

    @EE my phone keeps saying “no sim” and I have no network at all???? I can’t even call to get to your helpline because it says I have no sim

    @EE Yes, exactly the same thing happens when I login through a browsers too despite showing deals on your website when I don’t log in.

    @EE Was told a network issue then I couldn’t do it due to not having access to my number the to pop to the shop again what I did today to find it’s closed!

    @EE Broadband onnection still isn't done after two visits, 1st guy just turned around and drove off, 2nd guy partly done it needs help, still not done. service is really dreadful I've lost £560 and my wife has lost a weeks work due to this over a £1000 Useless, bloody useless

    @OlooneyJohn @EE Those who had the M.O. the Beast are nodes/modems in the network that can be turned on or off.

    @marston_alex @EE Same here - requested a new esim also- not activated after 30hrs still. Gifgaff sim works fine to test it - EE got a serious issue I think 😞
