    @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again

    @Hepworthclare @EE My local shop was very dismissive and wilfully unhelpful but I did get help on the phone a couple of years ago. Can't find the number I used.

    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @EE @WeAreOpenreach The order was placed ages ago the equipment fitted but connection to post outside couldn't be made as there is an issue with it we were informed along with our nextdoor neighbour we could ask if they could use the electricity pole to run the cable

    That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

    @EE On top of all of this we have had to lose our original account and told to sign up as a new customer. We have been a BT/ and now EE customer for nearly 20 years ! this all due to an EE error. @EE @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE The rude person I was speaking too dropped the call. Been on and off hold for almost 2 hours. They where meant to be the person to sort out compensation! No call back.

    @EE 2 days on various platforms trying to live chat what’s app speak in person to ANYONE to get a business phone issue resolved absolute disgrace
