    @ZaraRansom @EE My account also got hacked I tried contacting the support team but they were not replying until I got referred to JAKETOOLS on Instagram. You can inbox them on instagram. They were fast and efficient

    My #Samsung phone on contract from @EE has been crashing since yesterday.... tonight it re-started by itself and is now stuck on the start up screen and won't do anything else. Have tried all the problem solving, deleted cache etc and still nothing. @SamsungMobile

    Every two years I have the same issue with @EE -Upgrades due -Deals are more expensive than other networks -Back and forth until they eventually match the deal. Can you guys not just save the headache and start actually offering the best deal from the get go..?

    @EE Why are you punishing contract customer with abusive monthly call rates abroad. Just found out I paid £50 quid for for a 15 min call to Oman but PAYG would be half that. Prices and structure are ***************

    @EE you are absolutely despicable, I’ve raised a complaint about your conduct regarding you trying to charge my elderly mum £165 for leaving a contract that she didn’t know she had, she was out & needed to make a call and you’ve blocked her phone!

    @EE Just moved and having to use data as haven't got WiFi yet and I can't even reliably get 4G. I'm literally on Weymouth seafront, I should be reliably getting it right now. Ive had this problem since I joined EE and was told there was an outage nearby. Clearly that was a lie..
