    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP………..bots that answer your calls are hopelessly frustrating and it have taken me almost 2months to get everything working in my home since my so called UPGRADE!!! Two hubs because of a problem with initial hub, likewise with extenders!!! APPALLING!

    @EE you turned my internet off erroneously and now wont reconnect me for a week. Your company should be shut down by trading standards or you should be forced to rename your company somewhere sometimes. You really have f'ed me in the a when I really didnt need it. I hope you all catch ebola.

    @EE your customer service towards customers that have YEARS of honouring contracts is probably the worst thing ive ever come across, i cant even get my stolen phone replaced. Its the most unprofessional and disgusting service ive ever had
