    @EE I understand they will be happening. What I'm saying is that your approach is far from customer friendly and the inability to reject the increase in the face of the current cost of living crisis is utterly deplorable.

    @EE No but what I don't understand EE has treated this problem like it's individual to people when it was clearly an EE issue affecting loads of people who couldn't make calls for a few hours, seems stranger that no announcement from EE about the problem! that was magically fixed!

    @EE have kindly increased my phone tariff by 14.4%. Blamed on inflation yet when confronted they say it's to continually develope their service. Can I just have the service I currently have and not the "improved" one? #eepriceincrease #robbery
