G the Train Driver (@GtheTrainDriver) reported@EE this service is getting worse! Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! Why is this work never done at like 0100-0500 when it's less likely to be used!! Never had this issue with BT 😡

Suz Jamieson 🏴 (@SuzJamieson) reported@EE Fair enough - is there a customer support email address you can point me in the direction of? I point blank refuse to sit and listen to a recording telling me how busy you are for 40 minutes.

Scooby Miller (@Ragingtaxpayer) reported@EE Your new superhub 7 is a pile of shite, not a single one of my smart devices will connect to the wifi, even though this piece of garbage is only running 2.4ghz. Back to the old BT hub 6 because it works fine. Stop giving people garbage.

Lou (@St_Loony) reported@EE I haven't traded anything in yet because I'm still awaiting the code, which is the issue I'm trying to talk to you about

Rhys (@Rhysdude) reported@EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.
