@EE So you call me a liar! Great attitude. I had at least £1 taken from my account, without explanation, by EE. I am PAYG, so all your waffle about DD is irrelevant. Try treating me like a customer, not like sewage. Try NOT dismissing everything with 'sorry you feel that way'.

@EE must be spending a fortune on bus stop ads to advertise a full fibre service that didn’t exist in that area yet. Stafford isn’t due to have full fibre till at least 2023… the ads for it are everywhere though

@EE Sadly not, they can't progress the repair, can't return my device to me, and can't give me a loan device. I think I'm just going to have to cancel contract and get a new device with someone else.

@EE my husband recently upgraded and got himself a new phone and treated himself to an Apple Watch, had the watch for 8 days and it’s clearly faulty he has phoned customer services at least 6 times and getting nowhere the issue still isn’t resolved! 😡

@EE Eh well that's the issue I don't have my old number can't even log in let alone change it as it sends a code to the number which I stated I don't have so I can't log in and as you can see keep @ tagging them everyday no response @TikTokSupport ?? Guessing you can't change it?
