Being three days now without access to work and a potential job loss around the corner, I’ll like to know the update on this issue. Please see the screenshot below for additional context.

    @EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.

    @EE @nickduval My mum doesn't have a driving license and she has no intension of going on a plane anywhere. So I guess she will never have a EE contract either.

    @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.

    *yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th 📞 call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option

    @EE Sadly the cottage I'm staying in has we WiFi on sim dongle so it doesn't work. Luckily I can connect in the pub to check messages but I'm not ringing customer service from a pub when surely you can just check your system and drop me a DM
