    @EE I asked your support to change my plan to a pay as you go plan. Unfortunately that didn‘t happen and I‘m extremely dissatisfied with this. I would like for this to be done ASAP as I‘m travelling abroad soon!

    @EE Thanks, Naz. I didn't really want help - just the chance to vent in a way that wasn't screaming into a cushion! It's a persistent issue - the connection randomly drops out at intervals over a 24 hour period, then it behaves itself for a week or so.
