@EE Yep, still the same problem

  • NoucheNdiaye 🧡 Nouche Ndiaye 🇸🇳 (@NoucheNdiaye) reported

@EE your service is rather appalling. Charging a long-term customer £1.8/mn for either made or received calls when @VodafoneUK offers the same service at £1/mn (almost half the price)!!

  • OffWhiteWitch Wendy Price (@OffWhiteWitch) reported

@EE price increase email received, ta. Why would you state the minuscule CPI rate of inflation (0.6%) instead of just saying “we are putting our loyal customer charges up by 4.5% - 7.5 times the CPI rate of inflation”! Say it how it is and don’t treat your customers as stupid!

  • tinamstevens Tina Stevens (@tinamstevens) reported

@EE need technical support but currently in Thailand and you billed me £20 for my last call to EE. Your chat on the website constantly unavailable and no email address. This platform not helpful for technical issues. Hope can I speak to someone without it costing me a fortune?

  • charlik67 Charlotte (@charlik67) reported

@EE Hi there’s no service/signal or data in DT4 9LG area of Weymouth, Dorset. I’ve had to walk 10 minutes down the road to get a signal and 4g 🤔

  • BipolarRunner Gary Gray McKendrick (@BipolarRunner) reported

@EE Your EE app hasn’t been allowing the transfer of data to family members since last evening on both of our phones is there a problem?

  • StooshDivina Something_aboutDivina (@StooshDivina) reported

@EE That's not what customer service has said over the past two months nor the idiot Darren Ward said during our call yesterday. EE customer service have had no interest in resolving the issue of regular loss of signal and dropping calls.

  • Akhlaq1386 Akhlaq Hanif (@Akhlaq1386) reported

@EE Thank you. In fairness your technical team did try to resolve the issue but no joy. And they did a good deal on another line I had. 👍🏽

  • LucySharppp Lucy Sharp (@LucySharppp) reported

  • _Jack_HD Jack (@_Jack_HD) reported

@EE was wondering if I could get some help in terms of upgrading contracts. Having a little trouble with the website
