    @darksister841 @EE Sadly what the world is coming to. I will never use a call centre again after this, just not worth the grief.

    Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

    @Strudle2807 @EE @NOW That's an interesting comment, since I swapped to EE I've had excellent service and none of the pixilated issues I used to get.

    @HappyDa63374790 @EE I would use the website but the drop down bar for choosing device doesn't work so I can upgrade a device. Both knackered
