    @EE Ha ha good shout on my console of choice! I didn't know that but I already pay for Game Pass Unlimited and am only using my EE phone temporarily for my modem as I've had an issue with Three that won't fix until the end of the month, I have 5G over there 👌🏾

    @EE I think that this is something that you should be advising your customers. Online gaming does not work with this solution as your NAT type is locked to band 3 / D. For those looking for a home broadband solution, this will not work 1/2

    @EE I have been having problems all day trying to use the website to upgrade my tablet as contract is up for renewal. Keep getting kicked out of live chat and the website keeps showing an error when I click into the tablet options. Is there a web issue?

    Excellent day of customer service today. Workforce in the road cut off our phone and internet this morning. Within an hour @EE (our mobile and broadband provider) had boosted my data by 50GB so we could keep working from home and within 6hrs @OpenreachHelp had fixed the fault.

    @EE signed up a week ago for sim only contract! Haven’t received my sim yet! Can’t even call you because I can’t find a number to call for non customer numbers since I haven’t received my customer number yet!!! Wtf!

    Hi @EE - I've got a new contract with EE & agreed to trade in my old phone (from various models including S7 and a S5, of which i have both from EE). However when I got my trade in email it's stating i have to swap my S7. This wasn't part of the deal! Help please

    @EE Akshually, dear @ASA_UK the fewls on the hill at @EE provide the worst reception in NW London. Service here is so bad, our local EE shop was forced to close.
