    @EE I’m going to go back to the shop tomorow. I would rather sort it in person. Just annoyed that when I said I wasn’t told to bring photo ID, the reply was “yeh they’re bad for that” brilliant response!!!

    @EE Hey Connor. Sadly what you've said here isn't what Gina from your Live Chat service thinks. She couldn't get anywhere near offering me the deal that a new customer can get. I'll text the chat number to see if anything is different. Thanks

    @EE Apparently for service lost for whole week to my business EE think a £25 credit is acceptable. No warning, no help really just telling us to use WIFI. I was given a number to complain. That proved pointless. I'll have to wait for the contract to expire. Are they all like this?

    @EE I’m In Spain and unable to make calls to the UK, I have checked your EE forums but nothing seems to work, please help. Need to make an important call ASAP!
