  @EE @BT You people are a shambles, trying to get technical help with that useless EE superhub 7 being incompatible with my smart home devices and every single person I've spoken to has tried to sell me mobile and TV contacts, focus on the issue I'm calling about.

  @EE you need to train your staff properly, told yesterday that a new router would be delivered today as ours has an issue. In fact what the useless customer service agent ment was ill dispatch it tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. But who knows, so long as you've got your money eh?

  @EE credit where’s it’s due, EE staff, both call centre and online help, sorted me out a treat with my holiday coming up, actually got told that as a loyal customer they’re happy to look after me! #refreshingtohear

  @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
