    @EE I have tried doing it both on WiFi and only using mobile data but it goes through the same process each time, never passing that final message no matter how long I leave it.

    @EE I've received an email stating my latest payment has failed and to update my billing details, it's got a link I'm not going to click on, also says any problems dial 150 from handset or 08000798586 I don't have any accounts with EE

    @EE Just upgraded my sim only contract. And it's only showing 80gb of the 120gb I'm down for. I think this happened last time and someone had to sort it.

    @EE why is your mobile voice and Internet signal absolute rubbish or non existent in Llanaber Wales? You claim to have best signal but this is not true. #O2 works there and others. I just spent an hour trying to talk to an EE customer over #Skype #WhatsApp and mobile. Useless
