@iwan1davies @EE After going into store again, they confirmed it's a known issue. There is a large backlog of activations due to the iPhone release. Mine has still not activated.

@marston_alex @EE I called them and my esim was stuck activating and me trying about 5 more times didn't help, the guy cancelled them all except for the last one and it activated!

@EE unfortunately after 15 years of being with you, you are losing a customer because you first lost my online order, and then when rang up would not meet the price. Very disappointed, it’s a shame you don’t value your long term customers
