    @MarcAllera @EE @AliPlumb As the country’s incumbent telecoms operator you should be ashamed at the poor coverage of full fibre!

  • CyclinDave Dave 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇿🇦 (@CyclinDave) reported

    @EE I thought your complaints team were supposed to actually listen to issues, and then offer a solution not be a completely obnoxious, indifferent and belittling experience. Ian was shockingly awful, the worst customer experience I have ever had.

  • Hathor32563459 Hathor (@Hathor32563459) reported

    @EE I will belive that a HUMAN reads messages, when I see PROOF of that. Besides, DM is not secure, yet you demand that personal details are sent via DM. Cue EE's usual, copy pasted 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal of a CUSTOMER.

  • olliebeaman6 Ollie (@olliebeaman6) reported

    So crazy how @EE charge £51 with an upfront cost a month for iPhone 13, yet 3 have a deal on for it to be £32 a month with no upfront cost. Hope it’s easy to cancel a phone contract. 🤭

  • SueBracewell Sue Bracewell (@SueBracewell) reported

    @EE is 150 not working today.

  • matteosagwa Matt (@matteosagwa) reported

    @EE @SharonPunt Translation - Please buy use our average network because we paid a drag queen to advertise it.

  • BigBillMoon Bill Moon (@BigBillMoon) reported

    @TwelveDaisies @EE So they’re threatening to report my account to Twitter because I complained about an advert THEY paid to put in my timeline, all because I called this person I’d never seen or heard of before a man? This is not the dystopian future I signed up to, my one was a bit more chill.

  • ruth_mcduff Ruth (@ruth_mcduff) reported

    @EE No nothing on the door, we assumed someone had gone for lunch but we came back an hour later and still no one was there. We’ve made a complaint on your website but really don’t feel we should have to call ahead of time and make another hour long round trip to collect the phone

  • 2BAwakened SayThatAgain? (@2BAwakened) reported

    @EE Never again. I still pay for a service I don't use..I don't even have EE...apparently, its a contract so can't cancel...hope you're enjoying your free money. Disgusting

  • vwt5lambretta Gary (@vwt5lambretta) reported

    @EE spent 15 mins trying to get through to customer service eventually get through only to get hung up on 😡
