Why are all mobile phone companies’ customer service an abomination? Surely ONE of them can serve a customer properly. @EE have just said they are not supporting my plan. I have to change. Their CS simply quotes sales pitches at me. Will someone give me what I want???

@EE I have DM’d you about an iPad plan which I have taken out which I was told was eligible for friends and family. Now I’ve received it I have been told it isn’t and I have to return the whole device just to change to an eligible plan. Can you help please
