@EE I can’t get the help I need on the app or help centre. Calling seems to have me waiting for an hour each time. I’ve just placed an order & the confirmation e mail states something different than the agent said meaning that I’m out of pocket. Could someone call me please

@EE I’ve tried for three days now and haven’t managed to speak to a person regarding the issue. I can only conclude that you don’t care about customers. Knowing that the job was not completed and that it was reported as an issue no one has attempted to contact us to resolve!

@EE appalling service today towards my elderly and vulnerable parents. Customers for over 30 years and treated appallingly by Jamelia in Home Support. Rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Will not be recommending you to anyone. Diabolical treatment.

Imagine supposedly being the "best" network in the UK for 12 years but take out additional contracts without authorisation and pull every delay tactic under the sun so your heading towards the 14day cooling off period so your trapped when trying to cancel, Not a good look @EE
