@EE . Internet problems at beginning of December. Took til last week for you all to deal with it. Today another problem and yet another we will deal with it within 16 hours report on status check. What a joke your "service"

I've had the worst customer service in all my life. @EE told me they'd scrap fees, then said they can't, even though they listened back to the call where I was told they would/admitted it was wrong. Also so rude throughout. How to make longterm customers feel crap. @MarcAllera
