    Oi @EE why your box telling me there’s a problem with my internet when every other channel works. Trying to watch some a league and your cutting out and blaming the max broadband possible. Sort your eetv out

    @EE I’ve got an delivery today the chat bot is being zero help keeps saying something about 24 hours but it’s on its way DPD looks like even though I put home delivery it’s being sent else where all together and now it’s giving me an headache and I don’t now what too do

    @EE can you tell me how I can cancel my recent sim-only renewal please? I moved to a capped-speed plan (was on uncapped) and it's absolutely rubbish even for normal browsing

    @EE nightmare been sitting waiting for over an hour at SIL bedside in hospital waiting for a promised call back to sort out an issue with her mobile account, very frustrating when trying to sort things :(

    @EE Should have ONT installed and active at my property by another provider on Thurs, can my pending order be converted into a Working Line Takeover / One Touch Switch instead of requiring new installation? If so, roughly how quick could EE service go live after the ONT is active?

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.
