Hi @EE I moved to you across from BT (I know same company) for my broadband service for cost purposes. I chose the same speeds (950Mb) but getting significantly less than I was on BT. On BT I was getting speeds of at least 6-700 now on #EE 150-260. It’s a significant drop.

@emmacook @EE No EE coverage for me either; not since Orange and T-Mobile merged to form EE. I had superb service on Orange but no coverage on T-Mobile. After merger and EE created, No Service. I assume they switched off Orange and kept the T-Mobile masts. 🙁

@EE phone signal been off in NE25 since September 5th. When will this be resolved? There is an acknowledged fault but keep being told it will be repaired within 16 hours.

@TamaraLeon @EE Sorry to hear you are still having issues. There are a few random sims from EE Business that are experiencing technical issues with regards to connecting to Data. We are working closely with the business team to have the issue resolved ASAP.

@EE Is it the same crack with this? We order it, and you cancel it, then have to wait 4 weeks for delivery? Or is that special @EE service for loyal customers buying iPhones?

@EE bloody awful customer service tonight. Over an hour online to be told my upgrade and trade in will be cancelled as I’m not entitled…. You didn’t mind taking my money beforehand though.😡
