    Must say @EE network has been great on the west coast. Only place with zero network was Applecross.

    @EE So I moved across from Voda to yourselves last Monday and my SIM arrived the Wednesday. I’m now nine days in with no active SIM.. I’ve reported the issue but advised 14 days before anything can be done? My old SIM still works and my existing number still hasn’t been ported.

    Hey @bt_uk @EE I got sent a mini hub to use as my BT connection went down. It went down again so tried to use it but apparently I've exceeded my limit (despite NOT having ever used it) - am I to believe I have to top it up with credit to be able to use it? If so, that sucks.

    Another day of @EE Completely ignoring me. no resolution seems forthcoming. I am beginning to think I may need to cancel DD to get a bloody answer.

    @EE I am trying to log into my account but it’s saying there is a problem. Is it just me or are you having issues. I was on my ac a few hours ago

    @EE have had the worst possible customer service, taking up 5 calls and no solution. I changed ownership of my account from my mothers name to my name. EE then said they would add on my previous insurance policy - but now being told this is not possible claim no: 19457355
