  So it looks like after 20 years @EE and I will part ways and I’ll go full fibre with someone else. Not willing to offer me the same deal as a new customer, nor match a competitors offer — some bullshit about their systems not letting them.

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  What the actual **** @EE why the hell can't you turn off voice over LTE on your network ******* stupid and that's coming from an IT guy!!! Calls drop constantly can the data stream can't handle it, most moronic thing i have ever seen in my life!!!

  @EE I’ve just tried ringing my local garage to book my car in for a service - the mechanic struggled to hear me (one bar of signal strength on 🇬🇧 best network?!) so what’s the issue?
