    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @bobbyrob1974 @EE It's the best I've ever had too, Bobby, I bought a phone tho and go SIM free. Service and network is great.

    @chuckdeer1 @EE I opted to buy the iPhone 12 Max from Apple and keep my EE sim but upgraded to their 5G service which was done remotely without the need for a new sim. The real advantage of doing this is over 2 years I’m going to save £1000. Result!

    @EE I'm not getting great customer service from you guys today & it's unfortunate, seems as it's usually great? My code for the Razor Kishi controller for xbox isn't working & all I've had is that I need to email BT whereas, my friend has been resent a link with code that works!

    @EE Already done that am done a re set. I was advised to change all my passwords with EE being down. No viruses detected. Lost a lot off photos doing a rest set as I couldn’t take the chance. Still strange how it comes out you where hacked and my account it working correctly

    @EE Received a scam e-mail purporting to be from yourselves. Might be worth advising customers about this. Apart from the poor use of English, it looks quite genuine.

    @EE Yeah Iv got Norton on my phone. But like I keep saying my phone has been fine until there was issues on your side. They couldn’t even sign me in online and not through the app. I couldn’t t data share or anything.

    @EE It really shouldn't be this convoluted and difficult to receive these extra things with your upgrade bundle tbh! We also had issues and both had to contact EE for our Samsung earbuds and geotag (sorted now), which shouldn't happen? Any help would be extremely appreciated Emma
