  @JackEmson99 @EE I have been with all 4... (including MVNOs) Personal ranking from best to worst: EE Three Vodafone O2 EE is better than the rest but they are **** too... Vodafone and Three seem to have gotten worse since their merger...

  Ordered a new phone with @EE for DPD to deliver today… driver turned up, snapped a pic from his van and drove off, said he’d left a calling card, hasn’t. What kind of service is this? £1,000 worth of phone now sitting with them, what’s the bet it’ll go missing now?

  Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars
