  @jpwhutv @EE I'd recommend ditching @EE for another provider. They charge arm 'n' leg and provide no value to the customer.

  @EE Yes I have an eSIM for my phone to access the cell network also bought a seperate 5 Day WIFI plan and that is giving me issues.

  @EE I’ve found that I can never sign in to my account either online or app since I’ve added tv to my account , I already had broadband, I was advised to change my email address as it may of been a glitch and then link my account number to it which I did and worked once , no good

  @EE just enquired about the deal on offer for 50GB and free EU roaming in your Carmarthen branch to be told it’s for new customers only. Poor service for us loyal customers
