@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE it was incorrectly suspended, and then locked on the basis that the trust and support team would unlock it and remove the suspension, but it's been weeks and i have only received 1 call to solve it which i missed, so the case is now closed and i still cannot access it

@EE Leave me hanging on for an hour then cut me off? My phone is literally the difference between life and death. Any changes in condition require me to Immediately call doctors. Well done, you've just lost a life long customer.

@EE I still have no calls, texts or mobile data. This has been ongoing since Thursday morning. I will yet again go to my local EE shop to see if the problem is with my phone or your outage. Your official line is, as on previous days, that the problem has been fixed. It is not.

@EE My landline doesn't work. Incoming or outgoing. I tried to call it from my mobile and the call went through to another EE user.

@EE Hi. I was recently contacted by Google re my pixel 6a battery. It directed me to a local EE shop where I made an appointment. I have just arrived and they said they cannot help me as they are a franchise. What do I do next? How do I figure out where to go???
