I am on my honeymoon in cape Verde. I tried to get my roaming from @EE and I couldn't. I rang EE and because of where i am, I would need to buy a separate deal and only have 500mb of data for £7.50 a day. Roll on when I can cancel this contact. Thank god the hotel has great WiFi.

@EE You need to just listen to what your loyal customers are saying. You are letting them down badly. The people who contact you on here are just a very small cohort of the people unhappy and leaving

@DPD_UK_Support_ @EE Gotta be honest EE, not sure why you'd use the services of a business that so blatantly lies to its customers, has drivers that cant do the very basics, and then has a kafka-esque customer service experience. Kinda taints the whole EE experience.

@EE @scottyf82 4 fake accounts spring up actually offering to help but you just say phone 150 - what is it that you actually offer to your customers?

@EE @scottyf82 If loyal customers have to beg you to give them a better deal than they can get as a new customer elsewhere, you're doing it wrong. Surely it's cheaper to keep customers than find new ones.

@EE I've had a look on the website but I can't find an answer.. can I buy a week roaming thingy from you to use in the USA?.. or as my phone appears to not support esims, will I have to buy a SIM card from a US network.? 🤷
