@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE You guys keep on boasted about best UK network and now free data . My partner can't even receive simple texts which came along way before all this streaming 🧐. She's rung twice to fix it and then fails soon after .

One shop visit, then customer service hanging up on me, then a second shop visit. I finally got given the grotty backstore charger for free. Cancelling my contract in 3 months @EE because that was awful service

@EE I hardly get a signal, even in big cities. Seriously thinking about switching to another network. I have dual sim phone and regularly get better signal with tesco (O2) sim

@EE hi. We are having trouble with our phone. When we dial out on the phone it says every number we call is wrong, and the and we had a text for the Change of numbersaying its gone through but that hasn't happened yet. Can you help?

For example. My broadband is down now without notice. The outage affects my whole area. Not expected to be fixed till Tuesday at the earliest. My mobile service with O2 is really poor in my village. BT’s backup service @ee doesn’t work at all here, something they’ve known about
