Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky
-
Al Strachan-Brown (@alibee2025) reported@EE I’ve done it now but there is always an issue. It says don’t use the WiFi so there’s no way to actually do it.
-
Steve, Carpe Jugulum! (@Kirkysr) reported@EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!
-
IStreamSandwich - Stephen (@istreamsandwich) reported@Benleo I had a similar issue with trying to get them to come out and do a cable repull after Openreach damaged the cable going to my house alone when doing external work. It’ll be 3 months in a week and still nothing, so much so that I’ve initiated a switch to @EE . Horrendous from VM

ArtDirectionK (@artdirectionk) reported*yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th 📞 call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option
-
IndianAlways (@IyengarPallavi) reported@EE Really, when ur tech team is not interested to take call, how would it resolve my issue

Ben Hodson (@Boltonben) reported@EE @_deedee33 Love the fact your advice is to use a website to check service status and signal strength when the complaint is lack of signal / service. Think about it!?
-
Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported@jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.
