Joe Walters (@waltdog89) reported@EE I received a large charge for a call I did not even make due to hanging up when I was informed of the charge of the call. I appreciate the charge was not yours, but as a customer of yours for over 10 years. Any way you can waive the call charge? It was to Hermes.

But there are no bills/payments going out tmrw? Sooo.. What exactly is the £63 that's written off? :D (Sorry if this is a stupid question..)

Think I shall look into another phone provider...2 weeks and still waiting with no heads up from EE at all
