David Robinson (@PonsAeliusKid) reported@EE I’ve called the technical team and they’ve said they can’t provide support. As the internet is down, we can’t turn the heating on in our home.
-
S Esq (@__sine_nomine) reported@WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported@EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.

Sebastian Garner (@sebgarner) reported@ee I am getting fed of not getting a bill before you take the DD out of my account it’s not the customers fault you have major IT billing issues which you have been working on for months now which I think is because you were hacked but your not admitting to you
-
samantha mitchell (@cleopatra2k) reported@EE help me out of this money pit!
-
Tania 🩷✨ (@TrophyPop_) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I’ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
-
Craig Taylor (@blown_ranger) reported@EE you gave DPD the wrong mobile number for my delivery therefore I didn’t get the PIN. The same will happen again tomorrow unless you correct this. Can a person and not a useless virtual assistant or IVR DM me to fix this
-
Michelle Masson 🙃 (@shellm1971) reported@EE I’m getting text messages from you and Openreach about an upcoming broadband installation. You must have the wrong contact details because I am not an EE customer and this is nothing to do with me. Now getting request for feedback texts as well.

Lee Day (@LDay) reported. Has any @EE customer who has @tntsports as an inclusive extra actually managed to get TNT to work on @HBOMax_UK ? Constantly comes up with ‘get access’. Worked absolutely fine on Discovery +.
