  @EE any idea why my signal has gone in Boston cant call or text anyone and need to use it for maps and getting about can’t call 150 or 360 to get it fixed need it sorted asap! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

  @EE been trying all day to speak to someone about my WiFi router which can’t hold devices to it. Keep going through the text and waiting for someone to call. Seriously considering leaving. V poor service

  One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

  @EE I have—repeatedly After a further 40 min call secured appt for tomorrow PM. It shouldn’t be this difficult to become a New Customer, where equipment is correct & right 1st time✅ It’s cost me over 5.5hrs of my time If you say you’ll call back—just do what you say you’ll do!
