Peter Cross (@CronoYellow27) reportedHi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?

Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.
-
ggg (@LeiSnoby) reported@EE I'm trying to log a severe mis-selling complaint (breach of Ofcom rules). Your website is blocking me, and your Twitter DM bot is stuck in a loop ignoring my requests for a human agent. Please get a REAL PERSON to check my DMs immediately!

-
David Robinson (@PonsAeliusKid) reported@EE I’ve called the technical team and they’ve said they can’t provide support. As the internet is down, we can’t turn the heating on in our home.
