    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @bobbyrob1974 @EE It's the best I've ever had too, Bobby, I bought a phone tho and go SIM free. Service and network is great.

    @EE extremely disappointed, I personally do not think you should advertise something you do not have in stock and have no idea when it will be in stock... appalling service. Think I shall look into another phone provider...2 weeks and still waiting with no heads up from EE at all

    It's ridiculous that @EE charge to speak to customer service! Now I can't pay my internet bill or set up a direct debit because they won't speak to me unless I top up £10 for the sake of giving them 25 pence to pay my internet. Wonder who I can switch too, @skytv or @BT ?

    Hi @EE please could I have an update on the seemingly never-ending issue in the B74 4LG area? When will the issue be resolved? Days? Weeks? Months? I can't use my mobile phone as a phone so would like some sort of compensation.

    @EE I’m constantly having problems with my ee broadband. I have had bt sent out and they advised I need a new router. Can we resolve this issue please

    @EE Hi.Just a little suggestion.After the year we've all had,I think EE should scrap the rise in our monthly payments every year go back to how you woz what we pay monthly stays at that. To help out your customers through the toughest time is the right thing to do.Just saying!

    I purchased international minutes from @EE to use during my travel. After 10 DAYS, @EE cannot fix the problem/resolve the issues, I still cannot make phone calls and now @EE has blocked my ability to access my voicemail. 💁🏻

    @EE really disappointing to find out that by taking an additional line I lose the rights to perks that other new customers get. On the phone for 40 mins when call cut out and your advisor made no attempt to call me back!!
