    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    I’m still waiting for my new sim to activate @EE. Currently here with no signal or access to calls/texts from either one of my phones as I’ve just had an upgrade, yet the website says my new sim has been activated?

    @EE In Norfolk you can only get a signal outside, mine disappears as soon as I shut the door.

    @EE We are very executed.. only issue.. the confirmation email came through and it hasn’t taken the 20% nhs discount off! I double checked the monthly cost twice.. the price on the confirmation is before the 20%!!!!

    @pompeyhedge @EE @VodafoneUK Good to know, I know you pay a 'premium' (well thats what tell you) for EE but I've never had a bad signal wherever I go with them.

    @EE wow, can you explain to me why someone just tried to charge my dad £10 for a PAC when he called to cancel his contract with you? Fortunately he couldn't give the man the pin that he was texted so he wasn't charged but he went into the EE store and was given the code for free!

    @EE trying to get in contact with customer service after being promised a call back today. I have been disconnected twice with no call back. This is awful service

    Just had the displeasure of experiencing mis-selling and appalling customer service from @EE 0/10, definately wouldn't recommend. Been with them since 2005, looks like switch time.
