@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE Hi my broadband has been down since 2am. On reboot the router gives a yellow flicker before turning turquoise and pretending all is fine - but no connection. (Can't call helpline, no signal here)

@EE I just joined your network and all I’ve experienced is shambolic and non existent customer service. I’d like to invoke my 14 day cancellation. How do I do that when you don’t answer your phones????
