    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

    @EE Hi So your customer service didn't provide the contract but luckily I found it in my email and after that they said I should have a email saying the price was changed which I don't and what's the point of a contract if your gonna change price right after people sign up.

    @EE Eventually got through to Billing U.K. NICE LADY changed my bank details in 2 minutes!!! Unlike the Indian chat who said it cannot be changed. 150 Not working!!! Awful experience with #EE I SUPPOSE YOU WILL IGNORE MY COMPLAINT

    @EE hi I was trying to upgrade last night but the page went down however I was still charged the £30 "pay now". And I can't seem to upgrade online without EE asking for it again? Simon

    @EE I’ve never known a company like this. Bought a phone for Xmas and they haven’t been able to get the sim working since then. Promised a refund on the 13th January and still waiting. Absolutely appalling!!
