@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK I'm not getting SMS messages from people. This seems to be a common problem too. I can send messages but I don't get replies. Then friends later show me replies which they have sent me but I'm not receiving them.

@EE no broadband for anyone in Horningsea (CB25) since Monday and BT Openreach say it's up to our providers (you) to ask them to fix it. What is going on? I rang you & got no help. It's affecting everyone and you are aware of it so why isn't it being fixed? I WFH and can't work!

@EE The guy on the phone did not really feel sorry. It’s being a long customer and have the same deal than a new one. It’s bit light as customers service. No effort at all

@EE as a loyal customer I'm on the verge of tossing the phone in the bin and cancelling the remaining contract. People can't read a stupid statement on my contract. It states will be paying every 2nd Friday. But yet more threatening messages saying they r gonna cut me off

@EE How #three give a Bette deal and you can’t match it. Also where I live it’s been 3 days that I received text saying there is problems on the network. The deal the guy was giving was the same than a deal for a new customer
