    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE and @OpenreachHelp both blaming each other for the line at the flat being disconnected. Four different customer service advisors, no comms - always having to chase everything ourselves. Two weeks without the internet now. I cannot work! This is so, so much fun.
