@EE Hi, I’ve ordered a phone online tonight but I didn’t update the delivery address to my new address. The phone lines aren’t open till Monday and I’m worried it’ll be delivered to my old address before I can get in touch with you by phone. Can anyone help me please?

@EE having been with you for 10+ years I’m so disappointed that there’s nothing you can do to help reduce my tariffs as they’re now over £100 a month! Won’t be renewing next year

@EE But it actually works out easier to turn up with a competitors sim card, request the PAC and leave the network; than just swap a SIM. I know it can be done. I did with with my mother's Tesco account not a month ago! (3/end)

@EE Bob, As previously mentioned, I am helping an elderly and infirm contract customer of yours as her existing handset is failing. Same number, same contact, just need a sim so I can use her existing handset and sim to sim swap. How can an MVNO like Tesco manage it but not EE (1/)

@EE The fact that the one time she managed to get to an EE store all they were interested in doing was push a smartphone onto her contract. I was just trying to make it easier for her to do all the legwork and just turn up, do the sim swap and let the network do its thing. (2/)
