@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE When I then asked if I could speak to a manager who can try explain to me why there is a difference, I was told no and I wouldn't receive any call back. How can it be that noone is able to give me a call back to try help me understand this? Felt like noone cared. Who can help?2/2

@EE I recently closed a contract for a 4g wifi box which was at the end of its term. I have since been double charged this month (I have been charged a final bill AND a standard bill as well). Your help resolving this would be appreciated!
