  @EE @davehill62 Good luck getting through to a member of the team. I became a customer a month ago and still having set up issues. Constantly referred to the AI bot when I call which is useless. How do I get in touch with a person @EE ? This is super frustrating.

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @EE I’ve spoken again to complaints team and have been spoken to very poorly by your staff. You have breached the contract and don’t have and resolution to fix the internet… how do I escalate further?

  @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….

  DO NOT EVER BECOME A CUSTOMER OF @virginmedia THEIR NETWORK IS UNSTABLE AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THEY WEASEL OUT OF DELIVERING A SERVICE BY SAYING THEY ONLY GUARANTEE ONE PART OF IT AND CHARGING THE EXIT FEE. THE £28M @Ofcom FINE WAS 100% DESERVED. LOOKING AT MOVING TO @EE
