@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE I ordered an upgrade for my phone last Saturday and it said usual despatch within 7 days. It’s been 8 days and I’ve had no phone and no update. I sent a DM yesterday afternoon and have not had a reply. Can you help?

An update to this story: On Friday night, after spending 2 1/2 hours on @EE's tech help chat line, I was finally able to chat to a senior staff member who solved the "no data" issue within 5 minutes (hurrah!). He also promised they'd give us the deal we'd been sold by @bt_uk

@EE @DPDgroup_news - phone gone to wrong address. No photo evidence of delivery. EE say not their problem. DPD say it is... @EE Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re responsible for making sure my order is delivered to me at my address or to an agreed alternative safe place

@EE can’t get a deal for my daughters phones for Xmas. £44 a month the cheapest iPhone with a £50 upfront cost! Ridiculous I’ve been a customer for so many years and have 3 phones on contract!

@EE has decided being lazy feckless service that shuts early regularly has wait times in excess of 20 mins without shame. This is what BT has contaminated and left @EE sick. It’s pretty terminal.
