@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE Hi, just contacted customer services to check if my tariff is compatible with 5G. The person I spoke to said all plans are, but my understanding is that's not the case. I wonder if you could check for me please.

The only way to report your phone stolen to @EE and claim a new one on your insurance is to call them. Am I the only person that sees the issue with this process?!

@EE yet again no signal or service this time for seven days. You apologise and suggest I use WiFi? What if that’s not an option? I’m really disgusted that in total I will have had little to no service for 10 days. The UKs most reliable network?! Hogwash!

@SA_Sharman @EE I keep having this. I turn my phone off and on and after a bit it seems to work again. Check online and no issues and WiFi calling should work but doesn’t when this happens. Strange x

@EE Hi no still having issues, have ha da phone call that didn't seem to find anything but phone is still not working. Unsure what to do now, my singal has gone from 4 bars to 1-2 and cuts out regularly.

@EE No apparent way to access call forwarding settings for the eSIM assigned to my Google Pixel 7 Pro (unlocked, purchased direct from Google, eSIM assigned to slot 2). Is this a known issue?
