@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@brixton_l @EE Unlikely. That’s a private fibre broadband company unrelated to the 4G network. They’ve been digging up roads for months with no impact on 4G

@EE little to no signal on my phone at home for the last 3 weeks - same for my wife and our neighbours. No useful info on your status pages. Can we get a refund on this months’ bill given I’m relying solely on the wifi I pay for to use my EE phone service?

Why don’t @EE look after their loyal customers anymore. £7 off a contact and not even trying to do any deals I remember when you were on the phone for ages cuz they would be looking through the computer getting better deals. 10+ year customer doesn’t mean anything these days.
