    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    @EE I have yet again an Open Reach engineer coming out tomorrow. Your tech guys can see a CAP on the line which means there's an issue probably outside on their network. We shall see in the never ending saga of you trying to fix my internet

    @EE Hey. I'm on EE PAYG and have credit. Can't send/receive texts or receive calls. Last received a text on 6 Oct 22. I can call others (eg my mother's phone rings) but they can't call me ("Calls are not being connected to this number"). 150 doesn't work. What's going on?

    In a world of deteriorating customer service & rising costs I want to commend @EE who have not only saved me £20pm on broadband & TV, but today when it switched over provided impeccable customer service. No lengthy queues & a personal email provided for support if needed 👏

    @jambags @borofergie @EE Exactly same here…. Don’t bother with online chat help, you need to spend an hour plus with them on the phone to get it sorted….

    @EE my eSim issue wasn’t sorted. I tried the chat and and phone customer service. It’s shocking bad customer service. 0/10.

    The Equality Act 2010 is worthless. No one gives a **** about anything in the UK anymore. There are no laws because its too chaotic to do anything. @EE are scum like the Tories.

    Head office seem not to give a **** either. I cannot believe how awful @EE is. How can they get away with treating people like this?
