@VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

@EE Looks like loads of folk having the same issue. Called the contact centre to try gift data to someone else on my account. Not able to do it as your systems are down. Youv got my mrs on the auld sms giving me jip now

@VodafoneUK Nice to see the 'exclusive customer deals' you've kept for me is the Samsung Galaxy A51 for £52 a month over a 2 year deal - a phone I can buy brand new for £269.99 from Amazon haha. @EE offering the iPhone 12 for £5 more haha.

@EE @xdanlou Might it be an idea to get your stories straight then as different representives of EE are saying different things. How about an announcement? A message on the website? Anything to asknowledge your systems are not working.

@EE Hi! I'm trying to login to sort out my upgrade but MyEE keeps giving a login error or asks me to add my phone number only to say I'm not a customer. Do you now when this should be back up and running?

@EE my online account seems to exist, but it keeps asking me to add a device. When I put my phone number in it doesn't work because my account is already associated with that number. Please tell me how I can log into my account.
