    @VodafoneUK I pad delivered today on contract , no sounds on apps or able to get i message to work no phone number or contact for this impossible to speak to a human ,disgusted this cost a fortune. Should have stuck with @EE never again #dontgotovodaphone #betterthedevilyouknow

    When I asked @EE to send a new e-sim I certainly did not expect to receive two letters, one with a physical sim and one with e-sim but I did not expect them to cancel my current e-sim and make physical sim active! Thanks for leaving me with no means to call home!

    @EE Morning, I have been charged extra charges for this month, nearly £49 for the calls, can I have some details if these were international? or am I supposed to get warning when i cross my data limit? I am unable to call you as I am away from UK, can someone help?

    @alphasixtyfive @EE I've had issues transfering an e-SIM as well similar to what you have described so I went back to a physical SIM before I changed phones. A year later, I'm still on a physical SIM. I think I paid for the "privileged" as well 😞

    @JeffMediaSat1 @EE They are usless. I have a 4 sims with them on one contract and you can never reach them and they are clueless. I feel your pain.

    @EE I have been having absolutely atrocious service since Monday across all my EE devices, both on 4G and 5G as well as terrible phone reception. Your website said this would be fixed within 8 hours yet it has been almost 5 days, which is making it very difficult to work.

    @EE - I need some help here... Your new F&F process in now online only. But when I enter the proper F&F code it says INVALID. I rang up and Sales just said it wasn't a real code (it is!) So my friend gave me a whole new one, and site still says NO! BRICK WALL here. What do I do?
