Getting fed up with always having no signal or less than 2 bars of signal strength. Can’t search for anything without being timed out or get network unstable when on apps. It’s not my broadband as that is working correctly @EE

@EE Rachel your abysmal and obstinate ‘customer services’ have said YOU WON’T DO ANYTHING. I’m here to warn others not to take a mobile phone contract (or any contract) with EE. In just over a month into my contract you hammer me with a 14% increase. 1)

@MickyGinge @darrengrimes_ @EE You clearly need to do more research - people benefited greatly through the furlough scheme especially trades people . Emergency services had unlimited overtime - people worked from home with no commuter costs - personally I earned a fortune - to easy to follow the Tory bashing

@EE Not a great weekend for me as you are putting my bill up by nearly £10 a month. Don’t ask me to DM either cos all you said on there was to let my account go into arrears if I want any help. Which would mess my credit rating up. So thanks for nothing. #EE

@DJHD85 @EE I have the same - 30 day pack ended after 13 days, all accumulated boosts have vanished. REALLY hoping that this is an IT issue as part of their general meltdown at present, and not a deliberate policy.

@ee not really sure how you’re justifying a £10 a month increase to my phone bill when all I get is texts saying there is a problem in my area 🙄

@EE Here’s a couple of questions that you may be able to help me with… 1. During a cost of living crisis, why did you see fit to increase my monthly mobile costs by 14.4%? 2. Why do you think it acceptable to have no EE internet service at Man Airport terminal 2?

@EE Again, just a scripted reply. I moved on from EE over a year ago because of the ridiculous prices and yearly price increases. This is about another customer of yours that is leaving as soon as their contract us up for the same reasons.
