  @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

  @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

  @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯
