@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@SirKnoe @EE I swapped from EE to Vodaphone and wouldnt look back, went from max 100mbps wifi to 900+, faultless new phone contract and swapped numbers, struggled with signal@ home with EE, have 5G with vodaphone

@EE If it was a fixed cost rise for all customers, ok but because I chose to have a handset that costs more than most, I am paying a higher percentage increase. I'm penalised because of a phone I am inevitably paying for. The service I get is no better than if I'd had a cheap phone.

@EE Hi EE, please let me know which number to call to cancel my contract. It’s February. I haven’t cancelled for a very long time and been with you for over ten years. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
