    @SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

    @EE I know it’s in the contract but inflation is at a false high due to many factors. Your increases are 3.9% + CPI. Will you drop the prices once inflation returns to normal levels? There’s no honest justification. Doubt you’ll find a single customer who would be happy with this!

    @virginmedia @Ofcom I have registered total loss of service every time I have had total loss off service. I have checked your status on the app and it shows the fix won't happen until 6pm for TV, Phone and Broadband. I am having to rely on my mobile tethering with @EE so I can work.

    @EE your customer service is genuinely shocking. I ring up to discuss the price increases from March 31st and I'm met with attitude from your team and their supervisor. I've always been an advocate for your company but this was just shocking

    @EE Hi Neil - this is untrue. You’ve put it up over £7 a month. This was never mentioned. It’s usually circa £1. Daylight robbery & a sure way to lose customers !!

    @EE i renewed in September for another 2 years, that was a big mistake. You have since decided to make it impossible to talk to one of your teM and keeo referring me to digital options. If I could find the option I would use it. Totally outrageously poor customer service.
