@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE upgraded on the 29th August and still haven’t received Z Fold 3 received my watch but can’t use it either. I’ve been with you guys for at least 13 years. This is shocking service.

@EE how is it acceptable to be waiting 5 WEEKS to unlock a phone when I was told it would take upto 10 days & your customer service team haven't got a direct line to a different department thay deals with unlocks and only communicate via email!?

@EE Which phone? Nowhere in the marketing did I see any clue which suggested the make/model of handset. In other words it's overpriced crap so it's probably an #iPhone
