@EE Yes but any messages I sent via the website were not picked up. Not great. The person I spoke said those messages never reached anyone. He was very helpful.

@Femi_Sorry @EE I pay for quite a few mobile contracts. I will not spend that money with any telephone company that gives in to calls to cancel ANY media outlet. No #CancelCulture

@SkyUK trying to find out the date on which I can switch from yourselves to either @EE broadband or @bt_uk broadband because the price I pay for the amount of times I lose signal is ridiculous. @WhichUK have it right with 50%satisfaction.

@EE why don’t loyal customers get the same deals as new customers? £15 a month extra for the same deal a new customer can get.

@EE Either that or the first time your colleague was incompetent and couldn't help fix it and if someone now can via the phone... whilst overall that'd be good, it'd be again worrying why this didn't happen sooner given that we already have called and talked to someone

When you get told by @EE i will get a call back today at 10:30am and im still waiting an hour later.... seems like the customer service has gone down hill just as much as the signal in my area. 😶

@EE No not alright. Attempted to cancel contract and haven't been able to speak to an advisor as need to speak to Channel returns or something. Emailed multiple times still no reply. Called number numerous times no answer. Your return department just say contact channel returns.

@EE No, yet again EE failed to get this sorted, failed to contact me and seem surprised with my daily call to say the phone has been out of operation for 16 days. Really terrible customer support.

@EE No thats all thankyou. I appreciate not all deals stick around but I can’t knowingly pay £7 extra per month than my husband for the same contract he only took out 2 weeks ago. So i am looking elsewhere. Thanks for your help.
