@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@Barclaycard Further investigation reveals that it seems limited to when connecting via an @EE 4G router. @EE is there an issue with your DNS?

@EE Ive complained about signal time & time again, all I ever seem to get is “we cant find a problem” or “there may have been maintenance in the area”. Your customer care once locked into a contract is diabolical. You’re clearly a firm who are all about the money and I’ve had enough!

Went back to @EE over a month ago and had my phone delivered about a month later. 2 days later they still haven’t activated my sim!! I knew I’d made a mistake going back to them. I never had problems with BT.

@EE My issue’s that I get told “we dont seem able to find the problem” which is a denial that there is one. I pay a lot of money (£86 for my £75 price plan) to receive an unreliable service. Yet when I message you for help, its feels like a shoulder shrug & a “cant find the problem”
