@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE How on earth do Samsung Galaxy 4 watches work? No call sound no message sound 1 hr with ee customer service and 2 hr with Samsung waste of time and money should have stuck with the first gen no call watch

@EE upgraded to an IPhone 13 Max with 5G and it’s utter crap. My 4G on my old S10 was light years ahead. Absolutely shocking! Fix up.
