@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

Hey @EE what's going on in B295BS with your broadband? The service tracker days you are aware of an issue but no expected fix date, no updates on progress at all. It's been like this since Tuesday. You are aware we have to WFH and Home School aren't you?

@EE Can I have an update as to when my home broadband will be fixed, spoke to your colleague last night who said it was an line issue and Openreach would need to fix it but it's still not back on. Fault reference is 353022831. Thanks.

@EE Yeah Iv got Norton on my phone. But like I keep saying my phone has been fine until there was issues on your side. They couldn’t even sign me in online and not through the app. I couldn’t t data share or anything.

@Peachjosef @EE @RishiSunak If you have data and minutes left over at the end of the month and don’t roll over make sure you use it all up and make sure you ring a different network because you are paying for it why give it back to these nasty mobile companies.
