I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

toby (@tobyryland1) reported@EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you canโt do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying ยฃ65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

Could you perhaps contact the Ombudsman? I hate the system we have to plough through just to get a civil answer to a problem these days. They call it progress Iโd call it regress.

Martin McConachie (@HamdonMart) reported@EE I've tried this and it doesn't work. Have been into a store today, they thought it was the sim but after changing it, still no service. Tried activating an eSim and this has now failed too. Still can't get access to live chat or anything.
