  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

  @EE fellow employee here. Having real issues trying to buy a roaming pass in Greece. Have used the link you sent on sms when I arrived but it keeps denying connection. Have tried the app but it there's no link to buy on there either. Help pls!

  @EE are useless honestly, they mail over the broadband kit to manually set up, you plug it all in and then it just flashes orange continuously. Awful service.

  @EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service

  @England @EE We have to be the only country that can’t have a flags up supporting our team it’s like a ghost town everywhere hardly no flags because of this **** goverment @UKLabour can’t comprehend how that makes our players feel seeing all over countries with there nation flags everywhere

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @EE Thank you very much for your quick and responsive reply, however, it didn’t work! No help from HELP 66033, as far as I read it, the whole thing since joining BT has gone bonkers, it’s costing me a fortune for absolutely nothing, every penny counts when you rely on on pension

  @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners

  @EE It’s not a 1 off, it seems to be every time. It’s really bad that you are unable to provide a reliable service directly opposite the BT/EE HQ in London!
