@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

@EE hi **** heads, I've lost out on alot of money due to no Internet today I pay nearly 90 pounds a month on a phone contract so this doesn't happen an its still ****** to now how are you going to amend this ?
