I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot

Lizzy (@Lizzyzsu) reported@EE โOh you have to personally cancel itโ I was told then after paying for 3 more months of EE while on a Canadian sim & not even using EE. Thatโs why Iโm so intent on doing it now but you make it purposefully difficult!!
