    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    Count on EE? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE @indigojo_uk Same my house is LU1 4ER couldnโ€™t find a problem even thought the signals so bad. The trainer couldnโ€™t hear me properly

    @Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. ยฃ600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.

    @EE I havent got access to any other phones ๐Ÿ˜ซ i cant do it from the EE app either, it's terrible and my WiFi here is crap, too!

    @SJG1007 @EE Yeah my app is down too. Just when I need to use it. Forces you to sign in with new passcode then tells you "something isn't right"

    @EE Donโ€™t need to check online I used my phone to check, online it says I can get 5g, but it only ever shows 4g with poor speeds, is this enough reason to leave my contract ?

    @EE Thank you. I have already had a polite conversation. I, as a customer of many decades (and a pensioner), have been advised it's just tough luck and you wish ยฃ490 to get me to stop being overcharged. Very disappointed.

    outstanding work from @WeAreOpenreach when installing neighbours fibre they cut our broadband, just cut the cable, Even though it clearly goes into a different house, and @bt_uk / @EE said, best we can do to get it back is Tuesday. The levels of customer service are at a new low

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Steer clear of @EE twice sky prices and want ยฃ300 to terminate contract, new customers offered prices cheaper than #Sky.. its all a rip off
