  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

  @EE We did a home move 2 years ago and have so far had no issues, other than the extortionate price we’ve been paying! The switch over is on you @EE not us but we’re having to suffer because of it and had to sign up to a new contract that apparently, we can leave at any time

  @mblacky78 @EE Pity you were not a passenger in my car tonight’s journey from work. You would have noticed how infrequently the signal was sufficient to make or receive a call. Makes me laugh how people with no fkin idea can be so ballsy.

  @EE credit as run out. call 150 says"mobile network not available" so run out of credit can't top up. What a **** network, been with you 18 months, am leaving you tomorrow. log in website, send code never arrives. ****!

  @EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

  @EE just following up on the month of constant outages, in my area that your own service checker says hasn't been serviced since 2021. It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.

  @EE I was on a call for 42 minutes this morning and got nowhere. Nobody wants to take any responsibility and suggesting I didn’t order despite the fact SIMs have moved over to One plan and Virgin Media contacted me about leaving. Very poor service
