    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE why have I twice been offered an identical Broadband Deal by your retentions team only to be told it was cancelled after I cancelled the Sky deal? Now told its a 'systems problem' that no-one seems able to sort. Dyou not want any customers?

    @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    Hi @EE, you moved me from being a @Plusnet broadband customer to you today. The new router is up and running but what should I do with the old router and power cable?

    @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.
