I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Create Action (Alan) ๐ฏ (@CreateActionLtd) reported@EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

Helen (@HParf) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.
