    Count on EE? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE what on earth is going on with the signal lately itโ€™s appalling up and down the country, also for some reason lately i lose all 3/4/5g when on a phone call never used to be like this.(when losing data also lose phone call quality)

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE Iโ€™ve had the exact same experience. I was with BT but they couldnโ€™t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but itโ€™s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE My EE has been solid tbh, touch wood. Contract up in November and I'm still switching as I'm sick of their price hikes. I pay a stupid ammount for 1Gbps. I'm going to either zen brrroardband or UFibre, half the price for the same and no mid contract price hikes.

    @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

    @EE Iโ€™m getting text messages from you and Openreach about an upcoming broadband installation. You must have the wrong contact details because I am not an EE customer and this is nothing to do with me. Now getting request for feedback texts as well.

    @EE If I'd known about these charges, I would NOT have bothered with the upgrade!! Absolutely shocking!! An extra ยฃ40+ on top of an already extortionate service!!

    @LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care

    @EE For the second time in a week my EE tv mini box would not turn on properly with the remote. This is appalling! If I could cancel my contract I would but Iโ€™m tied into you until July 2027

    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    This is exactly the sort of corporate one sided arrogance that needs levelling up. @EE We sent you something. Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.
