@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE have great customer service 👏🏻 thanks to the person I spoke to on the phone, who apologised for keeping me on hold while they sorted something, and was all round kind and understanding 👏🏻

@EE when are you going to fix the service in my area???? Nearly a week of no signal or if I have any it’s 2 bars on 3G compared to 5 bars on 5G I normally get??? Kinda impacts some areas of work I need my phone for.
