I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

simon withers (@KalEl_WBS) reported@EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesnโt say youโre ever on 5G+ itโs in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

Customer support advised itโs a nationwide problem with @WeAreOpenreach No other mentions on local social media platforms suggesting itโs a problem. ETA for the fix is Monday. Please advise if this can be resolved sooner! Compensation expected
