  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  Count on EE? 🤔🤔 Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service 😠

  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE bit of an issue I have a £15 pack that I topped up a week ago and I can’t seem to get a 4g signal (only getting 3G) anywhere in southampton since!!! Basically not being able to use my phone unless on WiFi 🤬🤬

  @nabbus3 @EE I phoned my bank and they cancelled the bank card and reassured me that nothing will be taken out of the account. Disgraceful customer service from ee.

  @dirtystopoutesx @EE EE have the worst customer service, it's part of why I went to GiffGaff, because you're treated properly and decently, whereas EE, a BT company, seem to go out of their way to be so utterly appalling!

  @O2 are a nightmare. My phone doesn’t work in any major town in South Wales. I can get calls but I can’t get any 4g at all. 3 yrs of complaining. 2 hours today bouncing around the worst phone system of any company. Around in loops and cut off 4 times. Should never have left @EE

  @EE sold me a phone in July with insurance and now they say I didn't take insurance. I didn't want to make a claim, I called to check my insurance, and it turns out the idiot/liar/blagger in the shop didn't put insurance on. So they told me to **** off n get insured elsewhere.
