    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE @Leelamou Problem for me is I have a contract, me and 2 sons with shareable data. I’m working abroad, paying full whack but prevented sharing sons data with them! No, I didn’t see that in the small print @EE!!!

    @ee really not happy ive been without wifi discs for over a week now @bt_uk say theres a 3 year warranty and say you must replace them, tomorrow i will be calling to cancel my full fibre as its still in 14 days and will cancel all contracts in november no more money from me

    @bt_uk My services are with @ee but i bought some whole home bt wifi discs through them. I contacted bt support who were great and gave me a fault code to give @ee to replace the discs as bought theough them and still have not replaced them
