@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

  • eccles52 seades (@eccles52) reported

@EE Joined on Tuesday this week, yes talked and chatted. Get different answers from different people, wait a week, wait a month, wait 3 months. If a wait is really required, why? It also must be made clear if this is the case and it’s not. My wife activated the service after 3 days

  • eccles52 seades (@eccles52) reported

@EE Why don’t you make it clear to new customers who join you because you support the cellular Apple Watch that you won’t actually let them set up the watch service with you? My daughter has a shiny new watch she can’t use without her phone. Shocking waste of time
