    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE any idea when the network will come back normal. Can't text or access the web browser. Seems a lot have the same issue.

    @EE denying problems with the network and yet #Twitter is awash with people who can’t access the network - go figure. It really is so irritating when companies don’t own up when things go tits up
