  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  When you have nothing but trouble with @EE with getting a charge refunded from May and you realise you should have stayed with @skytv Will think twice about moving providers again in the future.

  @EE I’ve already taken action by putting in the complaint. It’s EE’s duty to investigate and inform me of the outcome. You closed the case, you can re-open it and get back to me.

  @EE your complaints team finally rang me several days after they said they would. My complaint was not resolved. Your call operator was patronising and could not explain why the issue was unresolvable. Incredible. Do you want customers?
