    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    Wow, so just had a text from @EE to say they're putting my monthly price plan up by 14.4%, and my network service has been so patchy and unreliable over the last few months. Time to find a new phone company I guess. ๐Ÿคท

    The big issue for firms like @O2 and @EE is it increases the public awareness of price rises during a fixed contract, which ultimately feels unfair, but also destroys the brands image of being good value for money. Making them ultimately have to work harder to retain customers.

    @EE It's ok now, had trouble making and receiving calls yesterday afternoon/evening, was ok after a couple of hours

    @EE Not even an apology for the issues with the network yesterday, they didn't even take responsibility or admit there was an issue. Total lack of responsibility and customer service and you have the gawl to put prices up. Disgusting!!๐Ÿ˜ก

    For the first time in a long time (prob 20 years+), I am going to look at switching my phone carrier. @EE is ***************. They are increasing their price plans by 14.4% + an additional 3.9%. Also, network performance has been pretty bad of late. Shame, I used to like EE.
