@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE The watch is coming today, not the 44mm, I understand that there maybe supply issues but to find out my order couldn’t be found and my original deal was changed and insult to injury another provider was offering the same deal for nearly half the price, bit of a sour taste left

@EE for months now we have little to no signal in our area, constant texts from you about “problems near home” I would like some money credited to my account please or to end my 3 contracts with you. I can’t call as I HAVE NO SIGNAL. How do I sort this either way?

@EE i paid bill 23rd July and during a trip to Spain early August you cut me off. To get reconnected i had to pay £67 again. I called EE lad said his system was down and call me back. Never did....and now asking me to pay another bill. Absolutely shocking customer care

@EE I have been contacting you without reply for a full month now , regarding service outages. You have completely ignored my pleas for help but continue to take £250:00 a month for combined mobile and landline costs
