I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Hashtag McYoloSwag (@MisterCow) reported@EE This is not super helpful - I don't know the postcode of every single area where the network dropped out and this map only indicates expected coverage, not faults. My connection was intermittent across the whole of Hull, Woodmansey and Beverley.

That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want ยฃ179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

European. ๐ฌ๐ง๐ช๐บ (@surfdoctor) reported@robbopalmer @EE They miss sold me their latest package and then tried to add on extra charges for the parts of the package that they had already promised were included. I cancelled within 14 days but they then charged me for early termination and equipment I never had. Absolute racketeering.
