@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE yet another wasted day waiting for an engineer and still no indication of when our BB will be running as it should. I am expected to take time off work 5 times now and wait for an engineer that never comes and EE can’t guarantee, now on hold again trying to speak to someone😡

Yet more fiasco with @ee turns out you think that consumer law doesn’t apply to you. Wouldn’t replace a broken product even though @Apple said it was through no fault of my own. It’s less than two years old. Been a customer for 10 years. Not for much longer.

@EE my service has been terrible for 3 weeks and not only that but my phone calls keep cutting out! When I am on the phone the other person can barely hear me. I understand the odd day but not 3 weeks when I’m paying £64 a month 😞👎🏻
