@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Trying to explain to a graduate colleague the evolution of EE from when it was originally 1-2-1, then T-Mobile, finally EE. My colleague cannot fathom there is a mobile network that was once called 1-2-1. He is googling it as I type. I feel f-ing old!🙈😭 @EE

@EE @katieloupalmer Im having same issue with app too. Tells me log in or delete and download. Done both no fix. Trying to send data to my daughter to get a cab home as its late and i cant send her. App needs fixing
