@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

Nice euphemistic email from @EE advising me that my prices are "changing" - ie increasing. Lots of figures but playing down fact the increase is almost 10%!!! Luckily I am a #Sky VIP with @SkyHelpTeam , and @gigaclear have got some good deals so I think I'm going to be ok!

@EE very disappointed at the service my mum received regarding a phone upgrade. The tech guy who "set up" my mums phone, upgraded our BT broadband without permission and behind my mums back. Disgraceful behaviour.

@EE gifted data has just been deleted after the completion of a PAC number transfer. How is this acceptable? That’s 100GB just vanished. Need help to regain this please so we can function without wifi for our jobs.

@EE This is some bull indeed. I use @giffgaff (O2) and my husband is on EE. We live in central Birmingham. His service is consistently terrible, whether at home in Edgbaston or in the city centre, or at work in N Birmingham, to the point where he's now leaving to switch to Giffgaff.

@EE hello - my mum (also on EE) is having an issue with texts getting stuck in a loop of saying 'not sent' and then the same text being repeatedly sent. Phone has been turned off and on. Help!

@EE Hi Peter, sorry for my delay. The EE customers are both on pay as you go. When they send texts, it appears to them as if they have gone through as normal. Both the o2 phones have been restarted in case it's a problem there.

@EE ive just landed in the USA, MyEE app tells me ive got the Smart Roaming Benefit enambled but the MyEE website says roaming is blocked. Please help, I cant call but have wifi.
