  @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

  @EE Hi there The link you have sent does not work - have tried other connections and still fails - no point now as I am arriving back to U.K. tomorrow- this is soooo disappointing and I would like to be compensated. Really has caused me issues

  @EE It's been over 10 hours and no assistance has been provided to solve this problem. I am unable to book my airport taxi. This is a breach of contract and it is unacceptable

  @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.

  Still no internet and @EE are liars who put me as a priority only to reject and say they needed my medical records to put me as a priority again, I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not help in any way and refuse to find solutions for working people who can't be at home

  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.
