@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE constant adverts, not so bad, but when advertizers start emotional blackmail, I switch off,network envy, is for me on par with the uncared for donkeys carrying bricks

@borristhepanda @EE @EE need to, at least, share this information with call centre staff, I can't be the first person to enquire and have it simply dismissed as a phone/sim card or signal related issue.

@borristhepanda @EE Thanks for the clarity.. So now my question is, why isn't it a level playing field and why not be clear you are getting a reduced service instead of finding it out once you've purchased the SIM.. 😎 Underhanded, wouldn't you agree?
