@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Shout out to @EE customer service - super helpful, polar opposite of @Virgin . #virginbroadband still down, told it was fixed, it isn't. No engineer until Tuesday afternoon which means nearly 36 hour outage. Exactly as awful as reputation suggests.

Hey @EE , I'm getting 5mbps on my supposed broadband. Supposed to be getting a minimum of 39.5. I've still got 10 months left of this crappy service. I rarely get my promised speeds, and if it keeps up, I'll be leaving and will not be paying the remainder of the contract.

How on earth can @EE charge what they do for their data plans! Even upgrading as a long term customer you can get the same monthly plan for £20 cheaper!!!!

@Sprinter0712 @EE The shop are a joke anyway so it over the phone you get well better deals. If you go on some shops they treat you like an inconvenience!!! The Irish guys on the phone are well better 100%
