@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE @bbc5live @BBCNews it would appear that EE have serious network issues across the board both mobile and data so tried calling tech support got a recorded message told call back tomorrow not very helpful

@EE Please do update as your last update said use Wi-Fi calling, this is the only option I gave as your coverage of Exmoor is poor, guess what? It’s the Wi-Fi calling that’s the problem status - searching since 12.30ish… honesty would be a good call here TIA

@silverfoxpotts @EE Ah it is. Even with no data today, for the last month there's been no cell signal in the house at all with previous. Just data that's off here. I'm sure they'll sort it in no time 👍
