@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE hi, I cannot receive or make normal calls to various EE account holders, please can you advise. Rebooted my phone, and other user did the same, but still not working. Just get the message, im sorry calls to this number are not being connected
