    Count on EE? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE Yeah, thatโ€™s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Have to be the worst company I've dealt with so I've decided its cheaper to pay off my mobile contract & will be cancelling my TV & broadband account when that is up cant wait thought virgin were bad but I was wrong unfortunately

    Hello there @EE, I transference my number to EE last week and I have received a confirmation that the number transfer has been completed. However, I cannot make a call with my phone for reasons I donโ€™t know. I canโ€™t even call the customer care number 150 from it. I need your help

    @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well

    So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time ๐Ÿค” Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow

    @EE nothing but bad service trying to get better price on broadband. Spent over 40 mins on phone and then wasted 1 hour 40 mins on online chat .. Trustpilot response lousy .. #poorservive #broadband

    @EE for anyone looking for home broadband, AVOID EE. Since renewing, laptops and mobile phones won't connect at all. They resolved this once for about a week, now happening again. Won't let us leave the contract and have spent weeks trying to make a complaint!
