@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE now faced with an extortionate bill, which cannot afford. We are living in a pandemic where livelihoods are suffering yet EE do not find the need to contact what might I add a loyal customer for over 15 years

I totally and utterly give up Brightstar are now claiming that the screen wasn’t crack or damaged (as previously stated) the LCD was damaged. This is also bull the phone was perfectly fine. The photo they sent shows damage to the screen. So now they have changed their sort @EE

Time for a moan @O2 . I know it won’t matter to you ,but we will not be renewing 5 contracts with you .We have been a customer of @o2 now for many many years ,unbeknownst to us ,we owe you £29 and without any notice we have a letter from a debt recovery company! @EE here we come.

@bt_uk @EE ...My deceased father has now run up a bill of £131.94 ...... Do BT cover heaven too ? Remarkable. I'm now complaining to OFCOM as we're getting bills monthly for him and despite calling your customer service - no one believes us!

@Ryan_Appleton @EE Similar issues here @ee with first attempt failing as router wasn't sent, second one booking was cancelled or failed to complete, today's no show by the engineer without notice. I now have two routers, no upgrade, and earliest I can expect it is three months after first expected
