I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

I rang EE and they told me it was an issue across the board affecting many customers and that it would be solved shortly. Could you help, please? Thank you

6igantuar (@6igantuar) reportedI'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

Womenโs refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! ๐ฉ please help!
