@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@BirdBeards @EE Can't believe that in a flat landscape like Norfolk that reception is so bad even on the outskirts of Norwich. Always chuckle when I see that advert when Kevin Bacon is remotely shaving some bloke on a mountain. If he did that round here he would be known as Edward Sisccor hands

@ThreeUK @EE your mobile internet is down yet again in NN11 so I can't do the work that I had planned. This is happening almost daily. Can you please provide a refund on my contracts? Thanks
