@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

I went to the @ThreeUK store to find out why I was getting absolutely abysmal coverage and H+ all over. 'they are probably improving the masts' he guessed. 'All over town?'.. 'What are you getting?' I asked 'H+?'. 'I'm on @ee'. Of course he is. It isn't ****. Says it all really.

@EE hi I upgraded my phone and the delivery is today with enjoy super fast delivery. I didn't realise this service was with a setup help, I do not require the help. Is this still okay?

@EE your website won’t let me buy an additional Sim contract for my account. It’s ridiculous going round in circles with page saying I can’t upgrade. I want an additional sim not an upgrade! Phone lines busy and chat line busy. Don’t you want extra business! Fix website

@EE Thanks, I'd rather not have to change but not offering a landline service is a bit crap on your part (no offence). I'm not willing to pay mobile phone prices for all my calls, unless EE are willing to donate a phone and pay the bill for life? @MarcAllera

@EE I turned my voicemail off earlier as a friend said they were having a issue leaving me a message but now I am unable to enable it again and get a sms back saying I don't have voicemail on my phone but I do. Any idea whats wrong?
