@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

Can’t believe @EE instead of warning us they were going to cancel my daughter’s Pay As You Go number (no warning texts were sent!) decided to hand it over to someone else SO mine & other family members messages have been going to some rando who took out a contract on Sunday 💀

@EE please don’t ask people reporting service outages or signal issues to follow up by DM. You could save a lot of time by responding publicly so that we could all then see what is going on without a separate set of messages that also end in a request for a DM to sort.

@EE Hello I’m currently away in the USA in los Angelas and I’m having some roaming issues with one of my numbers I have tried to call back to customer services several time as and after being on hold 3 times for over 15 mins each time I just get disconnected

@EE very disappointed about international roaming.Enabled it yesterday, no mobile data when landing. Can’t use phone in Egypt and not prepared to pay for your customer support. #goodbyeEE

I have, for reasons I won’t trouble you with, spent all morning in the @EE shop outside Fulham Broadway tube, and frankly the people who work there are heroes. So much of what they do is a kind of pastoral care to octogenarians befuddled by technology. Give them all a pay rise.

@EE had issues with my WiFi since Sunday, called up every night since - good customer service 3/4 times. But I have yet to have the issue fixed, not the best service by EE.
