@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Was now at Canary Wharf and not to my surprise "no service" thanks to @ThreeUK the worst mobile company in the entire UK. Counting the days for my contract to finish, going back to @EE which are expensive but it works all times.

@EE customer service is actually a joke. After being lied to about mobile broadband speeds, I go to cancel and they put me through to an office that is closed. Also sent back the returns form and got no response. Pathetic
