    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

    @EE What is occurring with the mobile internet signal in the GU29 postcode area? Normally up to 70MB on 4G and much faster on 5G. Only 1or 2 MB this morning and no 5G at all!!

    Well @EE great customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20yrs & I cannot use my BlueLightCard to get your EE perks because I’m loyal & I like to support my local high street & go into store! Unbelievable!
