@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi Chris. All sorted now. There was clearly some big outage as I had no signal but back to normal 👍🏻

@EE I've spent most of the last month with broadband issues - either running significantly below minimum speed or waiting for multiple engineer visits. Yet I've been charged full price for the month. What happened to automatic compensation?

Anyone got a @Google #Pixel6 & hate the processing on the selfies? 😭 the editing it does is horrible even if I try and view RAW files. Can't even get a group selfie cos the front cam l so zoomed in. Over my 14 day return time from @EE but hate it, wish I'd got a different phone!

Anyone caught up in the @EE roaming crap and has a phone that supports Esims might want to check out @airalocom, was back up and working in 10 minutes. 5GB/30 days for $16 in the USA and it’s the same networks as EE. Get $3 off with my code ANDREW743.

@HennersL @EE just stepped off a plane from Canada, same issue ("only" 3k). had to wait till 8a for lines to open, but nice chap in customer services explained it's a broader issue with carriers in those countries. he extended my credit so my family can use their phones. Expect it to be sorted

@EE I don't think there's been a week in the last few months where you aren't screwing my phone up for at least 1 day with your maintenance ****. I love paying you loads of money for me not to be able to use my phone. 🙄

@louise_mck @nikdoof_ @EE If you can get on Wi-Fi call them on Skype for free +44 800 079 8586 - did this and they unsuspended account. It’s a “known issue”

@Jrmwitts @EE Same issue with my boyfriend from UK, also living in Australia, apparently he owes 2000 pounds and can only use his phone on wifi because his account is suspended?

@LexiBellissima @EE Despite my providing his number and it being a known problem, they apparently can’t do anything unless he contacts them directly. I don’t need any access to his account, just need them to fix their own problem. Classic hiding behind “data protection”.
