@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE Hi, I’m in the USA and my roaming isn’t working. Tried unblocking it on the website and it won’t let me - I really need to call a hospital back home! I have the foam further smart benefit. I can’t call because no phone! Please help

@EE new customer too ee already regretting it, the poor level off service its been only one day. And thinking I was getting a brand new phone this not the case with ee just got a (good as new phone) wasnt told or wasnt expecting that.

Hey @EE, returned an esim back in September. Was told it takes time to refund. Yet it’s still on the account and we’re still paying for it. I have been in to the store who have re-requested a refund. Any help is appreciated.

@EE Uninstalled. Now it will not allow me to sign in with my fingerprint and also will not allow me to change my password because it says it is invalid, which it isn't.
