    @EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    Count on EE? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค” Maybe someone can explain why with full service shown, calls drop every time I pass Murcar roundabout Aberdeen NJ 94680 12414 @EE I don't pay the money I do to get Analogue Style phone service ๐Ÿ˜

    @EE How would I go about raising a complaint? Iโ€™ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didnโ€™t want to know.

    @EE So if someone were paying for 500mbps, and someone joined the public ee network and started using 50mbps, the owner would still get 500mbp? Or would they get 450mbps?

    @ElDino169 @EE @netflix Hi Lee, Iโ€™m sorry to hear about your issue with your Netflix/Billing. You can sign up for Netflix separately without using our EE services. Thereโ€™s nothing stopping you from doing that.

    @EE If only I could get someone to phone me and talk through the problem instead of bots it would be a start, itโ€™s very poor to say the least @Ofcom might be my next hope to get this ongoing issue sorted
