@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all

@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE OK sim arrived its been in my phone since yesterday still just says "emergency calls only" is it because I provided my pac code when I ordered online and I'm waiting on it porting over? Or do I need to activate it first as the leaflet said it would be ready to go

@EE we have tried for 2 hours to pay to use a new SIM pack and the payment on every card is not successful. Is there an issue with your payment system currently?
