So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

@EE just had an idea for the new year. Good broadband is dependent on your income. How about introducing a service where us customers can add a few pound a month extra on our bill to accommodate increase those on a less fortunate income? Just a thought 🤔

Jeez its so difficult to cancel an @EE contract - you can't do it via self-service, you can't cancel via the chat (it directs you to call) - I don't want to spend >10 minutes or more on hold! I really dislike companies that purposely make it difficult to leave😡...

@Ofcom I am constantly getting called on my mobile by 0843 numbers who ring a couple of times in the hope I ring back or pocket dial them. I cannot block them as they constantly change numbers. I am on the telephone pref service. My provider @ee are cannot help. Can you?

@EE It is being “looked in to”. We have the Royal Mail tracking proving that it was delivered, and in the meantime we are £600 down. We have bills to pay and no money to pay them!
