Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

@EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

@EE my mam ordered a phone upgrade on Friday which would ship nxt working day, she’s still waiting for notification it’s shipped, tracking on the website said it couldn’t track right now and calling the number on the app said we can’t connect you right now. Please can you help?

@EE reminder folks EE are a terrible company to be with in my own experience! Don't renew your Contracts as they lie to you about the yearly increase by stating "It's a Requirement" its not! It's their Choice! Still no letter about my dispute so I can go to the Ombudsman!Tossers!
