@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasnโ€™t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

@EE Same number. I was an EE PAYG customer 2008-2011, then ported my number to O2, and ported it back a few weeks ago.

For a long time Iโ€™ve believed @EE weโ€™re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months Iโ€™ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues Iโ€™ve faced ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Can Tom Tugendhat MP explain why he thinks we shouldnโ€™t build the kind of - excellent value - safe cycling infrastructure that characterises affluent societies like the Netherlands because, err, private companies canโ€™t provide him with a decent phone signal?

  • Barbara25122320
    Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Iโ€™m in Dulwich too. Wasnโ€™t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?

  • ArthurAssendune
    Arthur Assendune ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@ArthurAssendune) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yes Tom, but the objective is to maximize profit NOT provide you with a functioning service. Golden rules of Capitalism: 1. Charge the maximum you can get away with. 2. Deliver the least you can get away with.

@EE Is there anyone there who will actually talk to me so I can explain the issue? You keep doing the same checks & telling me itโ€™s all working - it isnโ€™t !!

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • CliveRoper

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Go for Lebara on Vodafone, good service and reliable

  • RyanNoKneel

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite

  • Angieeclectic
    Angelique ๐ŸŽต๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ทโ˜ฎ๏ธ (@Angieeclectic) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE My mate can face time me.from a mountain in Albania.... I can't take the call in my house I'm a residential estate without WiFi. Your coverage in Suffolk is awful too
