@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

@EE Phone A346B not shown in diagnostic list! So phoned above number, automated call said, 'We'll send you a text so hang-up now!' No text received! To be honest, I'm too old to be faffing around; I'd rather pay off the rest of the contract and buy a new Samsung phone!

@EE Can't reset my login password. I press the reset button, and you send me a pin. I enter that pin, and I get a page with no option on it to reset the password. And there's no one to talk to 😔

@EE Broadband. 2 months of on off service, 2 calls, still no fix. Only been happening since my bill was dropped in price (which I appreciated at the time). Now waiting on an engineer to come this wkend

@ClareEGabriel3 @O2 @EE Am genuinely contemplating that move. Our house is actually in the town centre, and not only do you get about two bars of service, but usually 3G and if you’re really lucky 4G. But that’s only if you stand on your head and recite Shakespeare…

@EE can you tell me why an account has attempted to be opened in my name when I tried to help a family member place an order? It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

@CotswoldLadyB @O2 @EE You’re so right. You get sucked in and can’t get out of these contracts which is rubbish as you have no idea if they are good or bad. O2 customer service was also abysmal, sure you get all sorts of sweeteners - free coffees etc but the service was just awful.
