    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE Hi I ordered the smasung S22 plus at the end of December I never received the confirmation txt, so you re done the order saying you had no record of the first one I recieved 2, I asked for a courier to pick up one said you'd get back ,now charging me for 2

    @EE This is absolutely absurd. assured by Tracy wld remain in contact until the issue resolved. This hasn’t happened despite my attempts to reconnect. I feel very let down by your lack of cust service. Please dont communicate the same message again it is very boring and unhelpful

    just had 2 emails from @EE and @skytv telling me of price increases so i’m now £16 a month worse off just like that ! @EE increase is 14.5% wtf

    Hi there @ee. As a contracted customer I find it disgusting that you're increasing my bill by over 14%. I understand inflation but the fact you're choosing to add an additional 4% onto that is heard loudly!

    @EE customer for 13 years and get told my bill is going up by nearly 14% absolute joke, I imagine a lot of people will be going elsewhere now

    @ee don't even have the decency to offer a get out of contract option due to their extortionate price increase, trapping financially vulnerable people into contracts they can no longer afford. Well **** decency YOU ROBBING, SCAMMING, THIEVING *****!!!! End your contract ASAP!!

    Absolutely shocking increase of 14.4% @EE on contracts. I've been a customer for well over 10years and have my children's contracts with you and you want to increase them by that ridiculous amount! Well I'm sorry but when they are due to be renewed I'll be shopping else where!
