Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE Don’t go in live chat. Mannish was in chat calling me Corey . When I said my name is not Corey. He said it was another customer in chat also. Which I find wrong.

The irony that I pay for a @EE 5G contract and couldn’t even get any signal this morning to then receive an email to say my bill has been increased by £10 a month! I will be cancelling as soon as this contract is over you robbing bastards #eepriceincrease

@EE no mobile signal at home address for 2 days now - told by Customer Service to use wifi calling - but guess what, my contract is going up by 14% - can you please get it resolved ? 3 handsets at home cannot be used effectively...

@EE I took my contract out in September 2021, there certainly wasn’t a clause for a 16% increase with 3 weeks notice. Maybe a slight increase but 16% is absolute day light robbery. Maybe if your network actually worked efficiently then it would be less insulting.
