    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @Sadie17689294 @ItsJamesPowers @EE loads of cheaper companies about When I left and put in a request to take my number they phoned me and wanted me to stay and said "you didn't speak to the right people" It's up to them to put me through to the best people, not mine to beg to speak to them - would never go back

    @Sadie17689294 @EE The exit fee is extortionate its designed to jeep you tied to them. Despite the fact they are charging for a service that I am not meaningful receiving.

    @EE just had a random call from someone claiming to be you guys. I’m not an EE customer. On the@phone he claimed to be the calling back/keeping someone on hold department. As if I had been on hold waiting for them. I’ve sent you guys a DM of the number they called from.

    @ItsJamesPowers @EE We used to have 3 phones on an account with @EE my wife moved to Three last year when their upgrade prices were way overpriced, I moved a month ago and my sons will be going next year when his SIM only contract expires. We have been with EE from the beginning but greed = fail.

    WEEKS of trying to sort out a contract with @EE A salesperson took out contract without my permission. Then I got lied to repeatedly. In the end they offered a £12 month contract and I’ve been charged £17.50??? WORST customer service ever.
