For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE our Broadband in N19 has been down all day. Someone in the area has contacted you and were given a date of up to 19/08 for it to be fixed. This is not good enough, especially with the weekend coming up!

@EE whoever I just dealt with on the phone was condescending and rude. Awful customer service. Been with you almost 20 years and never been served like that before. Horrendous. Just sorry I didn’t get her name to shame her…

@EE I’m just calling this out because asking for nth digits of password is an indication of very bad security protocol. @grok please can you explain in detail why it’s bad to do this, especially as a global mobile carrier
