@MartinSLewis Martin any advice to help me got a brand new iPhone 14 pro had it 6 days and didn’t have it insured yet and got robbed in the street Wednesday night by a scumbag on a electric bike and @EE have no compassion and tell me i have to pay the 24 month contract still

@EE For now good with signal. When I port from other network I was told I would get Indian minutes, but I didn’t get any Indian minutes. Despite many times I face signal issues and e-sim issues I still retain with ee. I humbly request you to provide Indian minutes as promised.

@EE is it possible to get a call back in order to cancel my sim contract? i have already tried to get through on 150 to cancel 3 times as it’s costing me a lot of money and is unusable. my phone contract is still with EE and won’t be cancelled.

@EE No, not yet. I would have to order a SIM card due to mobility issues, so it would not be possible to get to a store. How would I order one should it be needed? Please do not say phone! Already lost the will to live with that option

@EE your data sharing functionality is down on app and website. Phone wait times in excess of 1hr. My kids need data when they are out on their own. How long until this is fixed?
