@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE our Broadband just went down in Lincolnshire. Wide spread or just us? Troubleshooting directs us to ring, but I'm sure the lines are closed ar 0200. #EEBroadband

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE TBH i'm sick of dooing that, you just tell me it's a warenty issue and @SamsungUK will sort it, they don't, but you still get paid! I JUST WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS!

@EE Shocking service from you guys today. Mother bought sim online with a BT customer discount and gift code and you called today saying you won’t honour it. Why let the online site accept the codes if your not going to honour them

Nothing gets me angrier than **** customer service. It’s really not hard. @EE you should really update the dispatch times for orders on your website and train your staff to at least pretend to have empathy for your customers when you’ve misinformed them 🙄

@EE any idea what's going on with the network around Chippenham Wilts? Keep getting message its being turned off. Yet your website says nothing wrong and when I try to report it via webpage, I get an error in submission. All day it's been happening. Cant even use the phone.
