    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE_help_line @ee. I’ve received seven A.I, generated sales calls from EE since last Thursday, with 4 of those being over the weekend. They are unwelcome. Yet unable to get through to EE Customer Services to complain!

    @EE since the outage this week I have not been able to open natwest online banking on my phone. Natwest say all is ok on their end. Any ideas? I’ve cleared cache etc and not opening at all

    @EE Time to think about changing my fibre/TV/mobile provider, but once again it WON'T be EE! Why? Well because you still cannot get the TV package with the 1.6 Gbps service. Oh well, somebody else it is for 1 Gbps for now then, maybe next time, eh?

    @EE Yes all your team can help with is diagnostics like device issues. When it’s not my device it’s your network which is poor.

    @EE Disapointing upgrade service. iPad ordered online on 23/10, called you on 27/10 to make sure contact no. was correct for DPD PIN. Was assured all ok, but delivery attempted on 29/10 with no PIN received. Called again, delivery date 31/10. Now told it’s been returned to EE?

    @EE It’s generally terrible, all my devices keep disconnecting. It keeps dropping out. I’m just going to cancel and go back to @virginmedia

    @EE been waiting for my returns package to be sent to me for about a month, you said last week I’d get an email and I’ve still had nothing. This is a joke, especially as a long term customer

    @EE part 2: when I first called EE today, I was advised to call DPD. I called DPD and they couldn't help me and asked me to call EE as the main retailer. I don't even have a tracking number. I got is an order number from EE.

    @EE I just rejoined EE and am starting to regret it already. No matter what I try I cannot see my products in my online account or ‘link my esim’ to it as it doesn’t work. I called and they said they merged my profiles and it should work now, but still not working.

    @EE I already called and they ‘merged’ my old account with the new one and it didn’t work. My number port was messed up last week and I had no notification that it completed today. Is there a cooling off period as I can’t spend all day sorting out your issues
