Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Moved to @EE just over a month ago. Unfortunately I find the coverage abysmal, some places where once I had a reliable signal - now nothing, or week signal. 🙁 mostly indoors, frustrating- just a wee bit.

@EE (1) Good morning, I’d be a whole lot better not having to chase EE up. I did speak with them. They’ve run diagnostics, router has been restarted and still no service all of last night. So far this morning it’s all working, come this evening I presume I’ll have no service again.

@EE I have been on hold to customer services for almost 2hours after being told there would be around 10 minutes wait. Surely not all advisors are unavailable for that long?
