    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    @EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

    @EE EE is worst customer service team. I have been talking for two hours with customer service for an issue that it's 100% not my fault and didn't reach to a conclision . End of call, customer service agent hung up the line

    @EE Now home. Mobile data did not work at all whilst in FL. About to send you a DM. Please cancel and ensure roam further is not billed, due to failure to provide service.

    @EE Better with new router. Speed up to 8 Mb/s from 2 max. Need fine tuning with discs to get reasonable signal through house. Bemused to find speeds in original Contract Summary w/out new router were 12.3 - 13.6, min 11 & 9.3 - 10.4, min 8.4 with new one! Down 26% min guaranteed.

    @EE been trying to get in touch with customer services all day. I finally get through and I get the most rude representative I’ve ever had. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager he denied that request and proceeded to be cheeky and unhelpful.

    @EE Hi, apologies, by the time you’d replied I was ******* and nowhere near the area where I was experiencing the issue. I’ll be there again tomorrow so will re-check and let you know if it’s still a problem.

    @EE my partner has been trying for the past four hours to cancel his contract and unfortunately the line keeps going… he doesn’t want to hear what else you have to offer, he just wants to cancel. If you gave people the option to cancel on the app it would improve the wait times!

    Honestly that EE broadband ad with the fake family “is that live”? landing a ******* plane makes me not only never want to use @EE, but also any kind of technology ever again.

    @EE Whats wrong with the network in the kt2 7qb area - minimal network and i have 5g - ehy am i paying a bill when i can barely use my phone
