For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

Been a @skytv customer for years and recently went over to @EE because I didn't feel like I was being valued as a loyal customer with sky. But im not a fan of EE tv at all so a jump back may be on thr cards if the offer is worth it! Got sold a dream and a load of messing about!

@EE Then I would like to report that this is a scam! Caller told me he could escalate my complaint and wanted to direct me to download an app for a refund. Sounded dodgy so I hung up.

@WeAreOpenreach your engineer attended this morning without notifying us. Reported everything was complete. We have no signal. Seems he made no effort to check that we had a signal. Best to avoid openreach and @_EE_ClaimDeskk @EE

@andrew_m_toms @EE Please would you share how to complain to Ombudsman? I am a long time BT customer suffering endlessly with EE for 2 and half months of very poor erratic Internet that is costing me my job and money. No fibre in my area. BT copper wire broken down.

@CorkGourmetGuy @EE Yes, one EE operator told me to stick my BT phone wire into the new EE mobile router. When I said I see no hole for it, they charged me a pound to send a technician down, who then said, you don't need that land line. My drama with no Internet has been ongoing 2 and half months.

@EE The EE App and the General online EE service is literally the worst of any experience I use. Complicated, over designed, unclear. It is dead simple to explain how to roam, how to gift data etc. etc. yet somehow these options have been over complicated. Year in, year out

@EE open reach engineer came this morning. Gave no prior notification. Says work is completed but we have no signal. Made no effort to check things were working. Time to leave EE?
