    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    Absolutely shocking service from @EE. Been trying since the 28th of august to change my direct debit date and have 3 different advisors say they’re going to do it and when I ring up today to speak to the 4th different person I get hung up on.

    @EE I need help. I’ve locked my phone trying to set up the ‘SIM lock’ and it’s asking for my PUK code now. But I can’t call technical support, I can’t call any numbers now

    @EE Oh yeah, don't respond to my complaint. Only about the product. Quantity over quality. Your customers matter, too. Not just your deals. I've been stuck here with my 4G from you people cutting off. I can't even have fun. I missed the rest of my lessons because of you people there.

    @EE So I’m going to get a pac number and find a new mobile provider I’ll take the £750 hit on the chin. But poor, poor, poor beyond belief, very disappointed as a long standing and loyal customer of decades, should be treated this way!

    @EE @Steven_Neal_ Not alone. It’s now 60 hours since I signed up and even after spending ages on the phone to ee support it still doesn’t work. My payments work though

    @EE i work 5 days a week 10 hours a day at CA20 1PG and can never get any signal or make any calls while at work! Using all my data switching on and off from aeroplane mode to try get some signal!

    I wouldn't of known of the Queen dying if I didn't had wifi. Sort out my mobile signal. What a joke of a phone company @ThreeUKSupport @EE
