Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE Trying to upgrade my phone but need support with a discount code - called helpline they told me it was too late and to try calling back in the morning or try live chat - on contact ee page but no start conversation button appearing? Tried desktop and mobile! Any help please?

@EE Been unable to get through to 150 since 4pm. Line cuts off. Ordered on Sunday and heard nothing about my phone. Unable to contact anybody to help? Order number not trackable on the site?

@EE Recently moved to 3 because EE prices are set too high. We don't need 25gb and we don't want 5G. In York the 5G signal radius is tiny so I won't pay a premium price for a basic service. Be realistic

Shocking service from @EE nearly 2 hours on the phone passed around the country as no one wanted to deal with the problem, in the end I lost the will to live 😡😡... defo not recommended
