    Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

    For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

    @EE you really need to sort out your website, been trying to pay my bill for nearly a week online and get the same problem everytime I login. Fed up with this, and you have the audacity to say my payment is late 🤬🤬🤬

    @EE No I’m not sorted. Twice I’ve asked for my deadlock letter and still not received it. This all goes on my favour with the ombudsman just shows how poor your service is.

    @EE Hi. My friend has just landed in Miami and her only option for roaming was to pay £30 for 7 days?! Is this right? As the website says it should be “Roaming pass” but the options only gave her pre paid data packages. Can you help? She is worried and can’t contact family.

    @EE Your USA roaming didn’t work and only option you gave me was £30 add on for 7 days even though i’m eligible for a roaming pass. Not happy at all considering i’m long standing customer. I can’t afford this.
