For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

@EE Called to join up yesterday (2 year SIM only) but SIM hasn’t arrived today. Can I buy a SIM in a supermarket and transfer service to it to avoid being without service over the weekend?

@EE Having some issues upgrading on the site, offering me a free early upgrade but when I go to upgrade it says there are no suitable plans available for this device (on every phone I look at) I spoke on live chat but they didn’t seem to be much help. Can you assist?

@EE Been having numerous dropped phone calls for months now, got told my tech support it was a SIM card issue, replaced the SIM card and the issue is still ongoing. What am I paying for if I can’t make phone calls?

@EE I already knew this. My complaint is why can’t I be given a date or details for when you expect it to arrive and also the lack of communication. I have to keep chasing for details no courtesy call to keep myself updated with the situation

@EE Hi, my wife is currently in Croatia and she's having problems using her phone there. She's added roam abroad pass. But she can't use her phone over there. Her phone's set up for roaming. Can I double check Croatia is on the list of allowed European countries?
