Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

Day 106 of #PhoneGate @OmbudServices as ruled in @EE's favour despite accepting that #EE have used my #Neurodiversity.to placate their requirements under CRA 2015 The equality Act 2010 apparently means nothing I am in a really bad place and feel like a second-class citizen.

@EE Been with EE for years - at home in Skipton signal is poor, as it is across much of the rural north incl stretches of motorways (eg M6). It's the same for most people I know & I haven't met anyone able to get reliable 5G around here! But no signal in High Holburn??

@EE Broadband is down again. Yesterday it was out in the morning until late afternoon, today it's out again. I work from home, kinda need the internet, what's going on? I have received no notifications of works/upgrades going on in the area.

Was served by a great sales advisor at @EE the other day and gave feedback to the store manager but I must say, sales advisors being told anything less than 9 or 10 out of 10 for service is deemed as poor is not a realistic goal by EE. Needs to be looked at.

@EE Eventually got through to your colleague Abhimanyu who was extremely helpful, thanks. It should never take that long though, and getting cut off after waiting so long is very frustrating.
