Hi @EE @bt_uk @BTCare is there much difference between EE & BT Mobile now, with regards too network speeds & quality. Seeing as BT own EE, I assume not, but any advice would be much appreciated

For a long time I’ve believed @EE we’re the best, the best of everything. But this last 2 months I’ve actually realised how wrong I was - hopefully @C4supershoppers @BBCWatchdog might be able to help me resolve the issues I’ve faced 😀😀😀

@EE can you confirm that you're reintroducing roaming charges in the EU for UK customers (despite previously saying you wouldn't) please? I've been a business customer for nearly 15 years and spend a lot of time in Austria.

@KayBurley @EE For those of us who live on Irish Border this is a major issue. When I walk from front room to Kitchen my phone switches to ROI \EU and my bill used to rocket. If I turn off Data Roaming, I can’t use it. It’s ok in Britain where you have to fly to Roam. We just go o make tea!
