  @EE looks like I'm not the only one having issues, day 3 not being able to make or receive calls without them dropping. Apparently no issues in my area. Why is this happening then? Wasted 2 hours on chats yesterday. Feel like leaving. Been with EE & previous guises for over 20yrs

  @EE In that case I’m at a completely loss. Could you at least tell me the reasons my internet might be dropping so frequently? Is it likely to be an issue with the line or the modem?

  @EE my pal isn’t on Twitter but he’s been let down 5 times with his internet upgrade. Waited in all yesterday for appointment 5, no show. Let’s hope April 23rd happens.

  @babez45 @EE Oh goodness, they have it wrong on so many levels! I think 14 days is now out of the question and there must be some recompense for their service levels.
