Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? She has an email promising a text/email after the cooling off period. This has never materialised. She’s been into store & called and your staff couldn’t be more unhelpful.
