@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE No. No timeframe. I feel like I wasted my money on a dongle that doesn’t work in the area I live. For personal reasons I had to cancel my broadband. The dongle was meant to be a suitable stopgap.

@EE no 4GEE or phone signal all morning in North Kent. Nobody called my husband back when he got through and was cut off. Unable to work from home, causing major issues.

@EE Hi I have phoned 150, gave them my post code. They confirmed that there were problems with the network. She said WiFi and my phone. Not great when I was only in town for a few days and the dongle was my only wfh WiFi option

@EE @1881leanne Good afternoon, I have experienced the same problems from Saturday onwards - still can't make calls. I am receiving no signal whatsoever in my house, normally get full.

@EE Hi, I'm currently on a sim only monthly contract with EE which renews monthly on the 2nd, I'm looking at changing provider before that renews, how do I actually cancel the contract so I'm not charged again on the 2nd?

@EE Thank you but still very disappointed with the King Edward St EE store Hull Extreme lack of phone protocol use when the registered number given & advertised in “ Well Everything “ is totally ignored by store staff or Rudely hang up on customers

@EE The Service at LA220HY is down yet again today. This has been going on since April. The service is appalling. Various reasons given, Promised fixes, apologies,missed deadlines. Awful service
