@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

After 5 months to correct my bill ( which I had to call head office ) and a promise of a gesture of goodwill from the manager Ahmed at the EE Greenford branch. I’m still waiting. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not go there !!!! @EE

@EE Which again is a lie . That is her money and needs to be returned to her account. He was very rude and has upset her . I will keep replying to your adverts until my friends issues have been resolved. I will of course be in touch with trading standards should this not come

@EE can you pls clarify what your free EE lifetime warranty actually is? Took daughter's phone to your Richmond shop and they didn't seem to know about it and told me they would charge me to look at it (screen not working, phone less than 2 years old and in contract)

@EE We already discussed it. NW London area, and you apparently use same masts as Three, so as a back-up for their diabolical service, EE is often useless too, and I have to slave my phone - ridiculous. Should I bill EE for my O2 payments?
