    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    Spent 30mins trying to log in to the @EE app. Asks me the same questions like password, pin and it will text me a code, but errors out. I checked their tags and seemly I'm not the only one with issues. Tried their service checker but the link takes me to the app... Why?

    @EE please help.. I closed an account down for my dad (who is unable to deal with as I have POA).. you sent me an email to pay the final bill but the phone number you give is not relevant (round round and round) ... Help as I cant pay what is due

    @HappyDa63374790 @EE I would use the website but the drop down bar for choosing device doesn't work so I can upgrade a device. Both knackered

    @EE have some of the worst customer service. I’ve tried to speak to people multiple times about my broadband speed and they don’t respond or give any help.

    @shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick
