  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  @MarkyTalk @EE We’ve just been through this, 11 + years of loyalty. Was offered a crap deal. Only way they could get near, is if we had their broadband. Not interested, just left them, 4 contracts onto ID Mobile.

  @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

  @tina0402x @EE And actually contrast that with @Three - totally different experience. Not to mention the fact that Three keep ringing me to upsell me stuff - I keep telling them that they have my number because I’m a customer, it’s not their right to abuse it and cold-call me for sales!

  @EE Oh believe me I’d love to call but once I can call when home I’ve got no phone signal or WiFi so having your website working would be much better

  @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!

  The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they can’t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.
