@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@GooglePlay only response is “we need correlation ids” @EE only response “we are sorry, but we don’t have correlation ids” 24hrs on phone calls and tech support, and absolutely no solution in sight.

Imagine finding £240 worth of fraud @GooglePlay charged on your @EE phone bill. It’s inconvenient but surely they will do everything they can to help??? NOT A CHANCE!!!!! Google want correlation ids, ee can’t/won’t provide them. And neither of them care.

@EE Stupid advert. How are you talking to the plane……? Via radio or satellite communications. So why do you need fibre broadband in someone’s house? You need reliable comms, not high speed comms
