Zander Law (@ZanderLaw) reported from Galashiels, Scotland@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

mṽsh (@shikariunite) reported@Mobilescouk I'm stuck in limbo over here, after moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK . My switch date was yesterday and my SIM wasn't delivered. So I've got no service, can't call or message anyone. What can I do?
-
joe bloggs (@thebadgerf1) reported@EE Would do but I have no signal
-
PH (@PHEFC83) reported@EE And what about texting back a number that isn’t in service!

Stuart1959 (@StuartT34021273) reported@Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well
-
RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.

Mike Tipping (@mdtipping) reported@EE Thanks for letting me have the Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro for just £1. Shame you say dpd tried to deliver them when they never actually received them and cancelled the order and now cannot reorder as the voucher code has already been used!
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE @EE @Ofcom - I’m fed up with calling you and getting nowhere - the best support you can give me is getting the premium service I’m paying for up and running and rather than me having to chase you - how about someone gets your act in order and call me - Such a shame are you real?

Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported@EE 5 years now of not having access to my online account. Told we are working on it every time. Submitted complaint in May and still no reply despite confirmation via automated receipt confirmation. Two accounts coming to an end soon so will have to move if don't get any reply.

Ni(i)na Supremacy 🦈 (@CW_Skaters) reported@EE The EE app doesn't seem to be able to be downloaded on my non-British phone. I tried the number again and it's just saying not available. Bank is doing a charge back at this point since you can't help me.

Martin Trew (@mptrew) reported@EE @KevlarBrock I had an EE engineer out because my tv signal constantly breaks up. He told me that he would send a new router because an EE update was doing this. No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a £200 3rd party router
