    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.

    @EE we had an engineer come round to install an upgrade today. completely incompetent and constantly on the phone to a call centre who were of no help. left early and we now have no internet. Could you advise me as to where I lodge a formal complaint and seek compensation?

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    @EE Is there anyone there who will actually talk to me so I can explain the issue? You keep doing the same checks & telling me it’s all working - it isn’t !!
