  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  @EE I rang on the 6th and told you when the issue for me first started - it’s not just today I can’t connect. I pay a lot every month for the “plus” service for the abroad element and it’s not worked for almost two weeks

  Ordered new broadband fullfibre with @BT /@EE in May & had to wait for installation. @WeAreOpenreach have cancel 3 times, with less than 24 hours notice. “Connecting you to your network” #idontthinkso 2 months waiting for a new connection, 3 cancelled appointments & still waiting

  @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.

  Been with @EE broadband 3 weeks and now looking at a weeks outage. @Virgin any chance of coming back? Scamming accounts which claim to be the customer services dept of the above companies need not reply

  @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!

  @EE I'm stuck in a doom loop with the EE Diagnostics bot trying to get broadband help. It asks me a question, I answer the question, then it starts the whole thing all over again - help!

  DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤

  @EE to anyone contemplating entering into a contract for provision of a mobile service in #York (particularly YO30 area) where @EE is the provider or anyone who uses the same infrastructure - don’t is my advice.
