    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE my wifi keeps going down and I’ve tried resetting the router several times but still is not working, is there an outage across the service? This is making it really inconvenient for working from home

    @EE I get full 4G but rubbish speeds I was told they been a issue with the mast since November it’s now February
