@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE No, @EE @MarcAllera , it’s been happening since about June 2020. It was only in January that you advised it would resolved by the end of January. Still having issues. I mean, it’s not as if anyone ever needs to rely on their mobile network ....

@EE I’m trying to load it on my laptop, on a 150mb fibre! Still won’t load. It’s so bad!! Ironically enough, I’m trying to sort more data for some mobile broadband I have with you. However I’m thinking of cancelling it tbh

Hi @EE hoping you can help me. Just got myself a new phone and everything OK except the signal keeps on popping on and off. Can someone let me know the correct setting in the sim settings please? Thanks its a xiaoami phone
