@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE (1) You advise the mast is working for my 4GEE and to get an engineer out as it’s something I’ve done, (2) Engineer called out as an emergency but no fault found and (3) now EE say an issue with mast - 5 days and counting 🤬🤭 and around 4 hours of calls 😡😤- argghh 🤯

@MarkEngland_ @McRachy01 @EE I have been one for nearly 20 years. Had a contract with them which worked for me as I need to call abroad at times and cheaper calls werea free part of the contract. Now its EOL,have to use another one but now you have to pay £21/month on top to call abroad when I called? WTF?

@nattyw82 @EE I’m glad it’s not just me but It’s so frustrating! I’ve got 3 phones on my account so I think I’m going to have to cancel them now as the contract end dates come up and switch networks. EE are impossible to get hold of to sort it out :-(
