  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

  @EE any idea when you might fix the outages for your 5G/4G mobile home broadband in Southampton? 4G data works on my iPhone but my Home Mobile Broadband has been intermittent since yesterday, even worse today!

  @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

  @EE how do I make a complaint? DPD have lost my new phone delivery. They confirmed it twice to me. Why is it taking so long to confirm this and send out my replacement phone? We’ve been with you for 20 years!

  @MarkyTalk @EE Share your sentiments Mark. Been with them since Orange days. Been absolutely horrible with moving homes that they moved me to BT & now I can’t even go back to EE where all my other mobile phones etc… are. Ongoing since July 6th & no hope!! Brag bout being best co 25 times!!

  Hi, when I send VM on to 150 I keep getting this error reply - "Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later." When I sent Off, it turns off ok. Just won't turn on. Help? Thanks. @EE

  Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!

  @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks
