@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE I'm on low income. I have 2 numbers with you. My wife uses the other.. My quote for a repair is £300..options are carry on, fix it or buy 2nd hand phone.. I've been with ee for many many years.. About 7-8 years maybe longer.. Never missed a payment.

so @EE send me a bill and a survey on how was my network move.. ..well @EE considering that you send me the bill, but no sim card (9 days).. I would say... not very good, but hey - at least you got my money, right? (and yes @EE - I tried your customer service - 3 days, no reply)

@EE Just wanted to say that your operator Jamie (from Plymouth) is a total asset to your company. Very helpful and he ensured Openreach was contacted, sent out twice, and persisted until my broadband issues were resolved. My faith in call centres restored after some bad experiences!

@EE why is your internet so rubbish..cant even watch Netflix without the internet dropping out. Imagine getting 5 minutes into a film and having to wait 10 minutes to watch another 5 minutes before it drops again..terrible and you supposedly “fixed” this issue..
