  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

  @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.

  @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

  @EE please help.. I closed an account down for my dad (who is unable to deal with as I have POA).. you sent me an email to pay the final bill but the phone number you give is not relevant (round round and round) ... Help as I cant pay what is due

  @EE Just got your broadband and i was better off with bt as your Internet is utterly useless it basically only can ******* run prime video can't play any video games without your Internet being so **** worst mistake going to you!!!!!!!!

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
