@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE I think we can do this where everyone can see. Your customer service reps told me it would be fixed within 48 hours and then another there was no estimated date due to restricted access. Your whole company is a scam. Would you pay £80 for a meal you couldn't eat because it's raw?

@Masai_Williams @EE I'm in one of their advertised 5g areas, and speedtest can't even connect to the server to get a speed reading. They tell me to use broadband, but I don't pay for 5g internet to be restricted to WiFi! They're the most expensive network by far too!

@EE I'm glad you want contact I'm on holiday in tenerife and my partners fone cannot make or receive calls I pay 125 a month for this and its crap

After bigging up @O2 over @EE coverage whilst on holiday in Europe recently they have let me down big time now I’m going to the US. They want to charge me £6 a day rather than the £10 a month fixed fee by EE. Disappointed with the lack of support and what appears to be pure greed

@EE has the worst customer service team I've ever had to deal with, issues ongoing for months, do not sign up with them. Especially in Newcastle.
