Zander Law (@ZanderLaw) reported from Galashiels, Scotland@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

Mike (@MikeFitnes89102) reportedHave been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day
-
Beneficiary of the Bene Gesserit (@ItsNotTobias_) reported.@EE have been trying my patience all day. This is the worst it’s ever been. Everything everywhere my back foot!
-
Rob Myers (@RobLMyers) reported@EE Kind of pointless doing that. It’s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.
-
SithMetal71 (@sithmetal71) reported@EE why is your website and app totally useless. It is absolute garbage and not fit for purpose. Trying to login is a joke, managing account is a joke. Go back to BT's website.

Dr E 🇵🇸🏳️🌈😷 #FreePalestine #MasksWork (@E_catservant) reported🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
-
David charnock (@david4charnock) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Yeah but o2 signal and coverage is absolutley shocking
-

-
Linda Rogers (@tankie76) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.

Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.

James-Andrew Smith (@jamesandrew2201) reported@EE I need payment extension but I cant ring help please
