@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE It’s everywhere. Places I would get a solid signal are now dead zones. Switched back and forth 4G/5G with no difference. Can’t stream podcasts as, if I move about too much at work, I lose the signal. The iPhone 8 had none of these issues

@EE I accidentally made a call to New Zealand for which you're charging me £400. I normally use WhatsApp and I can't explain why I used your service. Please drop the charge. It was a stupid mistake, and you should know no one would knowingly do this.

@EE hi, I’m abroad in the Dominican Republic. My phone broke before my plane journey and I managed to repair it here but I’ve lost access to all my online banking and even my EE account. I can’t receive texts and I believe it’s because my roaming is off. Can you please help?

Credit where credit’s due. I loathe the “customer service” offered by the “guides” at @EE but will today eat humble pie. Spoke with Shahid and he was great. Nothing was a problem - he was on the ball and really helpful. Thank you Shahid!

@EE I have had emergency situations today, a sick pet and major leak and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to make calls in my local area. I get better signal when I visit third world countries. It’s actually pathetic
