    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE you ignored my message. Your DMs are automated and don’t read messages and your app chat bot doesn’t help either. My mobile network has been down for days. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. Your ‘updates’ say nothing. How are we meant to know what’s happening

    @EE No point really. It’ll be fixed when it’s fixed, and then it’ll be countdown to the next issue. I’m not going to regurgitate the same old comments, but after nearly 20 years of zero improvements to the signal in all my area, and excessive annual tariff increases, I’ve had enough.

    @EE What the heck are you playing at now - a text message to be sent every time one wants to see emails and you state send text to the email address you can't get into without the passcode - what idiot in your company dreamed this mess up.

    @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

    Why has EE gone so ****? You’d think they’d be better considering how expensive they are. Tells me I can upgrade for no fee… proceeds to charge me an ETC. Happy to pay it as I have NHS discount but whatever plan I pick, I can’t use the NHS discount. @EE 🤬😡

    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!
