@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE Its looking like a 20% increase in my monthly mobile phone costs using the new system. This highlights a problem with low useage users paying the same as high end users.

@EE I'm sick and tired of your service, another issue. Now it's an error saying HD channels can't be played because of protected content. £120.00 a month

@EE “Rely on a brilliant connection”. My phone constantly drops signal, there are so many dead spots in Edinburgh that it’s impossible to walk more than a few minutes without calls cutting out. Already had my phone looked at and they’ve confirmed it’s not the issue.

@EE @EE i have a problem with my new broadband which hopefully is being sorted but i also have a problem with my mobile data, i was told no connection but open reach do deal with the last mile so there is a connection isn’t there. This digital is a nightmare.

@EE @Danielbk I’ve complained about poor service too. My complaint was closed when I waiting for someone to call me back. So it’s pointless even calling

@Albannach91 @EE @MartinSLewis Why exactly do you think that paying £9.80 per month for your SIM is fair? Going from 33p to 41p a day.. for a mobile phone service, a lifeline, a connection to the world
