    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE ridiculous rang through twice to make account changes hold hold 30 minutes each time, get through and your representatives hang up. Absolutely disgraceful from a company who claims that customer service is important

    @EE absolute useless customer care- transferred my number over to u- gave my number to business and business number to me- wasted 3 hours on phone ringing after various incidents connected with transfer- no resolution whatsoever and nobody seems bothered

    Well at least @ee helps. Fault on my broadband line, fair enough. Networks go down every so often. An extra 50Gb on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot while they sort it. Well done !!!

    @EE are taking the ******* piss now with the down time in my area. Was told Tues " 24hrs " Tues night " 48hrs " Thurs afternoon another " 16hrs " Why am I paying for a service I cant use!!! ******* raging right now, cant even get through on the phone!!! as network is down!

    @EE When are you going to fix the mast at BA6 9LH? No mobile reception at home 100m away! It's been broken since the big storm months ago, you keep saying you need a specialist climbing team...so get one then!!! Useless service thru Plusnet from EE! FIX THE DAMN MAST!!!

    @EE Everytime I call your Customer Service team the signal is very poor and we are unable to hear each other. I’ve tried calling in several different locations but the same issue occurs. Is there any way that this issue can be looked into or I can be contacted in another way?

    @EE Why do you not advertise your Smart WiFi I only just heard about it from a phone advisor next question how do you even get it as an existing customer ?
