@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE It’s a years old problem. I’ve switched my personal phone from you, I’m stuck with a work phone I can’t use though. 4g outside, nothing inside. Your customer service people don’t care & no help at all

@MarcAllera @EE I can’t even trust EE to provide the internet connection that we pay for let alone anything else, EE Customer Service are a waste of time, my last outage was for 25 days and surprise surprise my internet is out again. Can’t wait for the contract to be up and 100% going to leave

@giffgaff what's going on with network in PA3 area? Unable to use phone at all until out of area. Not just myself but others in the area and has been going on since before Christmas. Considering leaving network and switching to @EE now.
