  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

  @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

  @EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.

  @untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.

  @EE Today’s the day when I’m being switched over to you from Plusnet. My internet service has indeed been switched off by Plusnet…but I’ve had no email from you about when and how to connect my new hub. Can you help?
