  @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

  @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area

  @EE disgusting customer service and still not able to purchase what I was hoping to purchase, passed to 3 different people with an outcome of “ try again to purchase it later”? An offer which is clearly listed on your website? Terrible

  @EE your service is shocking, we were with plusnet, we get told we are now with you, we have tried to sort out where the equipment is, no luck, we try to cancel, and you say we are going to get charged a cancellation fee !

  @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again
