Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

Steve Yates (@steveyateshome) reported@EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!

Kate (@kitkat_wba) reportedActually impossible to speak to @EE. An hour and 15 min wait is a joke. Won't even let me sign in online because the account was set up wrong. Guess just stick with broadband that keeps dropping out. May be best to switch.
