@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE I’m very clear on the situation. 1 of 2 things happened. 1) advisor didn’t read my message properly. This is all too common or 2) they fished for personal info when they shouldn’t. Either is a poor customer experience. Something I’m often and annoyingly vocal about.

@EE I was told it would be 7 to 10 days which has been and gone, unfortunately samsung as a company dont care about their customer or their product. May I ask why you are bothering Rach?
