@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE fix your app its been a week now and I can't access anything due to it asking me to register my number which I do but I get an error saying this number is already registered. Everytime I try and sign it goes to this screen. Password changed others same issue

@EE can’t believe how poor the service is from your trade in team… phone delivered Friday, only just acknowledged receipt, won’t be paid till next Friday??? No mention it’ll take 2 weeks online so assume it’ll be like other companies and most of them pay same day!!! 🙄

No but see how this woman at @EE was trying to be passive aggressive with my phone’s technical issues saying it’s Apple’s responsibility. I literally called Apple and they confirmed it’s not bc legally it’s EE’s responsibility as the resellers. Honestly shame on you guys.
