    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE That’s exactly what I told him, but with the issues above he doesn’t want to make a fuss, and won’t push it. I’m surprised the guide at the time never looked into it. Instead they just out his tariff down to a consumer tariff

    yet another day wasted and no support from @EE calling 150 with a texting issue that’s been going on for months with no promised call from tech support in 15 mins what a joke you are ! You can’t respond to their BS texts if your texting issue intermittent 🙄

    @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it

    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

    @EE I live in the middle of nowhere. I have the EE app but it is sending me messages via my non-working phone number. I have missed 11 calls from my GP and 14 from the district nursing team today. I do not have a landline. This problem occured a month ago and you sorted it then

    @EE disappointed in EE complaints team. Upgraded my phone on the 26th February as part of a deal with a watch and AirPods for £1. Guy who sold it has now left, no voucher for the AirPods and resolution is sending back my phone and watch? You can see in your notes I purchased with

    @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed
