@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE I hope you won’t be quick to put markers on credit files for late payment if I can’t pay due to your system being down!

  • joagood81 j (@joagood81) reported

@EE No it's upto date. Did that yesterday. Unable to log onto Facebook thru the app. Have to go onto Google and type in Facebook login n don't that way but then messenger is a pain aswell

  • MrsWink13 LD (@MrsWink13) reported

@ViolaLevy @EE Yeah. I had the same issues when I left. They give you a massive spiel about being the best. I left 5 years ago and I've not noticed the difference with O2 or Vodafone and they were both a load cheaper.

@EE No I've tried on line and then on the phone only to go through the whole process and then be told you are having issues

  • MiddleMan_ Jay (@MiddleMan_) reported

@W1986Andy @EE A late payment is marked on your credit file regardless of the reason. The onus is then put on us to add notes explainin why. You have to write a formal request to EE; gather evidence & submit with a request/complaint. At best they may put a note on your credit file as the lender

  • kaylou92x KLW (@kaylou92x) reported

@EE unable to make payment and you haven’t taken my arranged direct debit - absolutely terrible service.

  • LindaWoodcock2 Linda Woodcock (@LindaWoodcock2) reported

@EE hi I just got a new contract with you at beginning of week and thought it would be a good idea to take out insurance for my phone but have decided I want to cancel insurance. How do I go about doing that?

  • troddg Hotspur1705 (@troddg) reported

@NoelClarke @BAFTA @EE Mate!?! WTF!! I thought you were real, this is shameful. You’ve let everyone one you said you represent down. You ain’t coming back from this ****!! Sad.
