@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@PeterKMac1 @EE I’m getting that issue now Peter - couldn’t file images from a concert last night.. so bloody annoying when you pay for a contract for reliability and when you NEED it, it’s not working.

@EE Both, can't get the fastest broadband despite being told we could. Engineer came out to install it and said the person who sold us it was talking rubbish and should never have offered it to us as it wasn't available in our area.
