Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

Phil Johnson (@PhilJoh67129517) reported@EE Thank you so much for failing to put a house number on the parcel containing my new handset. @DPDgroup_news then tried to deliver it to a random house on my street. It was tantalizingly close! DPD CS can't fix it DMing you seems to get no response.

Omer Faruk Kaya (@kayaofaruk) reported@EE well, landed the STN after being away for two months and had no data on my phone for some reason. Special thanks to David from technical support team as he solved my problem within a minute and able to use the data again now.

But your CS person was unable to fix it, only EE could fix

Luke Sheldrick | 🤖 (@an0key) reportedHave been sent a new sim, sent to store and now back to support, who say I need to get a new contract for 5G (upgraded phone, but only getting 4G) on @ee. Offered a new 24 month contract at 3x price I am on now (sim only). Yikes! What an epic waste of time too.

It's all very frustrating that it was tantalizingly close but I appreciate it is mainly an issue for me to resolve with EE.
