@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE I received an email that my direct debit was late and I needed to make a payment. My due date has been the 7th of each month and yous tried to take the payment yesterday so now im being charged by my bank. Id like to clear this up but your online live chat is not working!

@EE Well basically the pac code transfer has somehow not gone through , massively inconvenienced as I need that number because I have an elderly mother who relies on me to be contactable on the number EE have lost , its being investigated but in no way does that help

@EE So why bother wasting my time collecting it in the first place. I informed the person I spoke to on the phone the screen was cracked. Basically charging £365 to fix the screen. Poor service.

@EE We've had struggled with our signal in Surbiton for nearly a month now. I'm aware of the health & safety issues, I make my calls using WiFi (when at home), and I've subscribed to the updates. What do you suggest we do when we are out and about though?

@EE been fibre since we moved into our new home back in july and its crap compared to what we use to get on normal wifi got told fibre is better which it isint to us been playing up since we switch thought we would give it a few months n still we having problems
