Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky
