    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

    Well Laura from @EE Customer service promised me she would call at 4pm today, it is 5.45 pm and she hasn't called. Can a real human look at this. Thank you.

    @EE Thanks for not much - all I want to do is talk to a person- after 6 days of tests - but I ring the number you gave and what do I get : Hi, it's the EE Diagnostics bot here. We are now running some tests to see what might be causing a problem…..

    @EE what an shockingly bad customer service you have. Ive been waiting on a manager to return a call since Monday. Its truly an appalling company.

    @EE still useless. I’d advise anyone who is considering joining EE don’t bother. Very poor customer service, no way to talk to technical support instead end up with a useless BOT via text or video guides.
