    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE broadband is an absolute rip off, our internet is playing up yet again! Is there problems in my area or what because I can’t even check on the check my area signal at the moment on the app! Please sort it out because we are having nothing but issues and paying you a fortune!

    @EE Disapointing upgrade service. iPad ordered online on 23/10, called you on 27/10 to make sure contact no. was correct for DPD PIN. Was assured all ok, but delivery attempted on 29/10 with no PIN received. Called again, delivery date 31/10. Now told it’s been returned to EE?

    @StupidNeilAgain @EE For a while I had "**** off" but then it became the phone I used for work so I had to change it

    @EE @bt_uk I have been informed by my in-laws that the poor maintained fibre optic cable going to their property has broken in the wind and is blowing into the public pathway. Now they need to wait until Monday for a repair. Can they not get any other support in the mean time?

    @EE I have problems with my Broadband, didn’t get to talk to to anybody on the phone, just an automated message booking a visit is 3 days time, what’s that about, my home security relies on this internet! That’s some silly service right there 😡

    @EE Been on the phone waiting for help for half an hour. Tried to watch NOW TV on our EE box and it's telling us we have no NOW membership. We pay for Whole works TV including sky sports and NOW TV. What's going on? Same message if we log in to NOW on any other devices.

    @EE absolutely useless customer service. Trying to get advice on my phone and what upgrades are available and all I get is being put on hold and waiting 10 mins today and 12 mins yesterday. Fed up of waiting. Will take my business elsewhere. #awfulcustomerservice
