@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE Hello, thank you for your help yesterday. Turns out we was trying to use a landline number rather than the mobile one and this is why the bill paying was failing. Really sorry about that 🙁. Hopefully bill paid this morning. Thank you!

@EE outrageous ee has no broadband help when it goes down .. unless the fault is between 8am-9pm???? Why has my broadband stopped working after midnight ? I never watch tv this late but I’ll be watching now every night to see if this is the usual ?!!! #raging
