@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

I've just been in @ee to look at upgrading. I wanted to get it 100% right and not get conned (happened before) the manager of the shop said to me "so I've not wasted an hour of my life I'll knock the upgrade fee down to £10" instead of of £30. I'm wasting his time apparently..

I got an SMS from @EE today that I don’t have a 5G enabled device. Dear EE, I’m paying for 5G access, I have a 5G device, I am just waiting for you to build the network in my hometown. Your marketing SMS should be better managed.

@EE on My EE. Sent the SMS but the response says “charges” vs extra charges so I am still not sure, and I’d love to see the details of the charges. I should not need to send a SMS if I’m using the mobile app in any case. Not happy with the customer experience.

@EE Currently abroad, roaming not working. Contacted you on Monday to resolve this and it's not been fixed. Chat function not working and, because of no roaming, can't call you.... Help please!

@EE are you aware of any problems with your transmitters in Leith, Edinburgh? Seem to be getting patchy signal (for data)in a few spots (Bernard street, ocean terminal to name a couple)
