    @EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

    @EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

    @EE Yep - just spent an hour on the phone. No resolution other than to transition to digital voice which will take till the 8th!!! What’s worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EE’s side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!

    ******* @EE & its multiple options of help but non of which are to talk to a ******* human! also not one option on any link covers my issue WHICH I WHY I NEED TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE YOU *****. (I have mental issues that make this stuff super hard)
