@EE Hi, can I have some help please? Ordered PS5 yesterday afternoon and I’m seeing people have either got theirs today or they know it’s coming tomorrow but I’ve heard nothing since I paid my £10. No email/text, no tracking info and I’m unable to track my order on your website.

So our @EE broadband works fine but the phoneline doesn't work (crackle on the line and doesn't ring on incoming calls). I'm just confused 🥴

@ReturnOfTheKop @CODWarfareForum @EE Hope so! Had my phone contract since Feb, paid all my bills on time, got the email confirmation of my order through yesterday I’ve just heard nothing since yet some people have either got them today or know it’s coming tomorrow. No reason why there should be any issues though

Hey @EE How come as a new business customer I get a Galaxy Flip 3, 30gb data, unlim calls/sms for £46.00, but when I try to upgrade, my 10% loyalty bonus reduces the price to only £45.90. Also, new customers get the phone from stock, I have to wait 7-14 days. 😡

@EE my dad has no signal whatsoever indoors or outdoors at his address along with some other neighbours. I can’t find how to report the problem. Coverage checker says outdoor coverage should be fine.

@EE I’ve been told this several times and then told when I do there’s nothing that can be done just got to wait and hope shocking service apparently if the order is done in store you can’t track progress so anyone thinking of buying a phone do t support your local store

@EE Indoor was never great less drops depending on location in home but slow and low bandwidth at times. Ideally @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach just fix it soon but DM anyway as requested if you can check if there's wider issue affecting bandwidth

Will @ee be discounting my bill? 5 days of planned disrupted service in my area! That's not good enough. For a company that annually increases bills can offer poor service for a prolonged period with no discount is very poor
