@EE like the rest of your customer, shocked to be getting a hike of 14.4% per month. It’s a joke. Where does it say in your t&cs that you can increase your charged by this much? What is this additional 3.9% about? Is this mentioned in the t&cs? Thnx

@EE @CrazyCraven01 I contacted EE, told me nothing could be done (as price increase in line with CPI is in t&c’s). So, stop lying to your customers saying you can help them. I’ve requested for a deadlock letter and will be sending it off to @Ofcom instead

@elinorrlewiss @EE Silly ain’t it. Dont sound a lot but it’s £96 you weren’t having to spend on your phone bill last year. Inflation is on the way down as well. Very cynical of them.

  • Prem2014 Si (@Prem2014) reported

@EE I’ve been trying to top up my daughters phone by using 150, each Time I follow the options to enter details it try’s to transfer me to an agent! Is there a problem? When I do transfer it’s so noisy it sounds like they’re having a party.

  • fredjstanley Fred Stanley (@fredjstanley) reported

.@ee absolute chancers - been with the network less than a year and they've raised my monthly bill by over 14%. Do yourself a favour and don't go near them, soon as my contract is up I'm off
