Hi @EE and @bt_uk, trying to activate my BT Sport smart benefit and have followed the instructions sent by EE. But BT Sport is still saying I don't have an account, and the link BT sent me to activate the account just leads to the BT homepage. Any help?

@EE absolutely appalled! We signed up for a UNLIMITED mobile broadband package with EE only to be told today that the reason why our service doesn't work is that it's actually capped at 600 mb. The advisor even agreed that we had been mislead into buying unlimited to get signed

@EE the uk's number 1 network.. 20 minuet wait on phone and 60 minutes wait on chat. May be everyone else has had ten pounds added on their bills 🤔😶

Why are @EE and @BTCare customer services such a bin fire? They can’t even handover a contract between (effectively) themselves and have ended the tv service early so we’re currently missing the @LeicesterTigers game which is the only reason we’re going near BT in the first place

@EE hi, I set up a 24mth contract with ee then changed my mind within the 14day cooling off period. I got charged £200. Tried calling but after getting through to the right person they hang up (twice). Don’t have the fortitude for another round of your phone system. Pls help!

@EE transferred to you on Thursday, havent been able to use any data at all since, got new sim today its not working either and i cant get through on the phone. Need this sorted ASAP.
