@EE I will have payments stopped and I will get a refund of my £200 that I paid upfront as well as the cost of my other bill which was £16.15 that wasn’t refunded when I started the new plan a month earlier than when my old one ended. I need a response now #ee #refund #cancel

@VodafoneUK I’m sure It won’t make a difference to you, but it does for me. So, just counting the last days of my contract with you and then off I go to @EE, @O2 or other company with better service and definitely a company I could trust

@JakeOKane @EE @Virgin Communication companies are by far the worst communicators when things go wrong. I think every CEO of every tech company should be made to do a day on their own help desk and visit a customer who feels let down face to face at least once an month.

@EE I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and I’ve been given grief about cancelling my plan that I took out 4 days ago, I’m still in the 14 days cancellation period yet your employees won’t cancel the plan. If I don’t get this cancelled I will go through the bank and have paymentstop
