    @MarcAllera @EE Any chance your customer service teams could do their job properly. Poor internal comma, no apparent complaints route and staff refusing to give escalation details. Frustrating and shambolic.

    @ThreeUKSupport @EE Also your customer relations team said they will honour the price but it got to your billing them and they refused. And then someone had to break the news to me today saying there is nothing they can do. So they did a massive U turn! Absolutely shocking!

    @EE IPhone 12pro graph ordered 6 weeks ago and now it’s saying 9th Jan, but I can order on EE and it’s in stock? Why wasn’t we told at the time of order so we could order elsewhere as it’s an Xmas present, multiple people in the same position, no update!Shocking customer service

    Telling lies to your customers is NOT ok. Promising offers that do not exist is NOT ok. Giving misleading information to your customer is NOT ok. @EE so not happy!

    @EE Hi, can someone get in touch ASAP please. Had an issue last week with a bill and still hasn’t been resolved and you’ve cut me off. The bill is paid but im without service after being told the app would be updated to show this.

    @EE I was lied to on an offer and was told that I needed to accept the situation and there is nothing you can do about it. Really disappointed with the way you treat your customers. So unfair especially during these really difficult times. Your customer service had lied to me!
