@EE It has been unstable for the last year or so: these results have improved since I asked one of your colleagues to monitor it, but latency of at least 20 ms and unstable downloads are poor according to @Ofcom guidelines. Dropouts still occur and online work is at times impossible.

I urge anyone using the cowboy outfit of @ee to reconsider suppliers at contract renewal. Currently on hold for 25 mins and counting. Yesterday 42 mins and call was dropped. Day before that 38 mins. Ongoing unreliable, terrible network coverage. Beware and be warned! #poorservice

@EE We have done that, but that isn't what google need. They are adamant on a correlation ID they said EE will have this code for each purchase, and it's 16 digits long. Google can't help us without this and EE don't have a clue what it is. What am I supposed to do?

@EE hi, are there known broadband issues in the Glasgow area, particularly Cumbernauld? My router has been intermittently flashing yellow and cutting off the past month, but is doing it constant this morning now and I need to work from home
