    @EE My Son upgrades to iPhone 13 £47.50 pm. I upgrade same package £57 pm. Sent complaint. #EE call totally not interested & referred me to the ombudsman. Been with EE for years. Not looking after your long term customers 😡

    @EE Paid you for 18 months and never got a day of service from you. Had a lot of my time wasted though. Useless replacement SIM cards. You then announced I was having my bill increased. Stopped paying, was chased for “£240 debt” for 5 years. Welcome to capitalism, welcome to EE.

    @EE would EE consider waiving extra data charges for those of us still with no power since Friday? Especially as we had no phone signal either for 2+ days. We are told we might have power on Wednesday but that is not certain.
